Muy mal hasta te roban dinero para pagar lo que ellos deben pagar al DMV.Be every careful if you decide to trust them we were over charged DMV fees by $400. They do NOT pay the fees they are responsible for and charge you for them. Charged us 2 years of later registration fees. I filed a complaint with the the DMV time consuming but they Red Flagged the Dealership.Also took car back due to check engine light and they wouldnt do a thing salesman couldnt even remember selling us the car.$1700.00 later and loss of use for a week.Take the car to a reliable shop to have it checked before signing contract DONT take it to there mechanic.
You want a lemon car and pay your monthly payments, plus an infinity of repairs at the same time, plus insurance? Then, this is the PERFECT PLACE. They will act a fool to fix anything, and more than likely will blame their own staff for their incompetence. Cant get more pathetic than that. It is, what it is.

2021-02-05SCAM DONT GO HERE.would give negative stars if could.worst customer service& even worst car!sold to me in excellent condition literally lasted a month and 1 DAY and they wont fix the car. but because its been a month they wont fix! spent over $200 in parts trying to fix it already plus more work to do. gave me a broken key& promised to get me a new remote key and havent gotten one yet. been going back and forth with them about the key since i got the car!their prices are the same as a dealership so just go to a dealership to be safe!(pictures are of car overheating on side of the road)

2019-10-09Satisfied customer. I bought a 2015 Honda Accord Sport with low miles. The price was negotiable. I drove about 105 miles to purchase this Honda. I had a few delays with the transferring registration, title, and inspections because the Honda had a salvage title. However, Claudia followed through with everything until everything was complete. She was very honest with the whole process. I have much love for this place. Also, Kevin was very helpful, and nice. I highly recommend.

2017-04-12Excellent customer service. We did not feel pressured or bothered by salesman like at the bigger lots. We went in to find a car for a family member and they hooked her up with an awesome deal on a 2017 Hyundai. These guys know what they are doing. Highly recommend checking them out. Their prices are more than competitive.

2020-09-30Staffs super friendly, went to just look around and didn’t want to go anywhere else after I came here! They know what they’re talking about when it comes to the cars and the most important THING was that they did NOT hassle me or peer pressuring me into buying a car that I was interested in! 2021-08-13I was in the market to purchase a used car so I had stopped by to take a look, I had walked around the lot a few times looking around for about 15min and never once was I asked if I needed help. This place has POOR customer service. (Mind you I had stopped by a few months earlier and the same thing happened). Ill take my money elsewhere!

Respectful, considerate, very helpful with my situation, on top of things, well taking care of, understanding, and most important in my opinion is family run business. All I did was be up front with them an be honest and explain my financial situation and they responded to my needs. I cant take Don Alberto for his help and understanding. I highly recommend this dealer ship.

2019-04-26Alberto is a man of his word: he honored his 30 day warranty not once, but twice. We had two successive coolant leaks on our vehicle. Both times, he promptly worked with us to get the leaked fixed - no charge. Thanks, Alberto!
