Check in was smooth. I had already pre registered online, so that when I got there all I needed to do was sign one form. My appointment was for an M.R.I. and I was informed that they were behind schedule by about 20 minutes. No big deal. I needed this test so I waited. I was called back and given instructions and told what to expect and if I had any questions or concerns; which I did, Lots! The tech was Very helpful and made me feel at ease, along with his companion, whose name I’ve already forgotten! Those 2 men running the M.R.I. machine really helped me with all my fears! I rate them a10!!
As I arrived for my appointment, there was female patient with her husband in front of me being rude and demanding with the office girl. The office handled the disruptive patients very professionally all while assisting other in coming patients with kindness. We all just want to be treated kindly and this office does that. I was sure to tell the girls thank you and that I appreciated them and their hard work.
Good patient protocol, courteous staff.Patient online document submission/appointment tracking/post-procedure records access interface is well designed and assistive.Radiologist was understanding & helpful w/contrast dye procedure and scanning procedure explanations.I can recommend this imaging provider.
I scheduled my appointment months ago, and they “call” the wrong number to reschedule a week ago. They apparently “left a message”. I called the wrong number, and you can’t leave a message because it’s not a real number. So thanks for lying, thanks for offering me an appointment 2 months later because of your INCOMPETENCE and thanks for wasting my time. This place has terrible receptionists
I had a late evening appointment, (8:10 pm) I have attempted twice before at another facility as a walk in. I strongly recommend making an appointment and you have options as in multiple facilities. This particular one is located in Riverside off of Sherman. I walked in and stood in line. There was patients ahead of me who had issues with their appt. I male receptionist was extremely patient with them as well as working with them. As soon as I got checked in, less than 5 mins I was called back by a young gentleman, knee X-ray done in 5 mins. The lobby was clean, the employees were professional and I was glad I finally got my X-ray done. Please make an appointmentThank you
This is a terrible place to visit this afternoon for ultrasound, no instructions to inform me for the preparation, they asked me to drink water as much as I can, but hold without going to restroom more than one hour, as a human being, I believe nobody can bear it, I quit! I have to say what a bad experience; 1. Obviously the negligence of your service personnel; 2. Poor service for your patients ; 3. Poor management of the team work.
I had to drink that thiccc white liquid...honestly almost spit it out not ganna lie. The staff super nice. The Drs that attended me were pretty young and cute 😏 well from what i could see because i didnt have my glasses on durring the exams. I got called maam so many times im only 27 please 🥲 i know it to speak nicely to pts so its understandable as long as its not doña im good. All jokes aside it was a nice, good, fast experience but please get a thick white liquid that at least tastes good...we in 2022 someones gotta try and make it taste better. 🥲As nice as you all are i hope i dont have to go back and do that again. Have a rad day!
I am impressed with this facility. The receptionist was warm and helpful. She was efficient and knowledgeable. The technician who did the MRI explained the details of things that would be important to someone who had never been in the facility and knew nothing of their procedures or the machine that was taking the images. I was confident she understood how it felt to me. She made the whole experience better by her thoughtfulness. A definite thumbs up. Well done.
The one star is for the front desk staff. They were very kind and courteous. First of all, I dress very modestly. The tech informed me Id have to wear a hospital gown and undergarment. I told him Im not wearing anything metal on by body. Im not wearing a hospital gown and walking around in front of everyone. He called a female employee and she told me that was their policy. She didnt try to accommodate me at all! She couldve helped me figure out another way to cover myself with 2 hospital gowns and a sheet. But she didnt try at all! I just got an mri done at another facility and I didnt have to take off one piece of clothing.
My appointment was set the same day I called in and the nurse I spoke to was very polite and helpful. When I arrived the staff was courteous and my waiting time was about 10 minutes full procedure I was in and out with in 20 minutes. I think them for being so prompt hope anybody elses visit go smoothly as mine.
Horrible place. They scheduled me 30 minutes prior to actual appointment . Which they didn’t say . There is absolutely no reason for this as check in is done via text . I Waited for over 40mins. At time of mammogram -Tech was rude and so rough . Didn’t even step out to let me change into cover . Super unprofessional and awkward . Overall disorganize and horrible . Will never come back . Learn how to train your staff !
Thanks to Dr. Christopher Y. Kong and Dr. Neel Anand at Cedars Sinai, I can’t trust anyone, not even a radiology place. Because of those two, I’ve AMA’d from a hernia surgery, an endoscopy, and now a CT myelogram. I asked the receptionists twice over the phone and once via email, if I was going to be sedated for the procedure and was told all 3 times, “yes, you will be sedated which is why you need a driver.” Naturally, when I arrived I was told that I would not be sedated or given anything for anxiety or pain. The radiologist called me “honey” 3 times so when he asked me to verify my name I replied, “honey.” I just hate when medical ‘professionals’ lie to my face. I’ve also never met the doctor who sent me to this place for these tests. Kong and Anand abandoned my care at 2 months post op. The insurance company let me know they bailed at 6 months post op, so I not only didn’t get the promise home healthcare aid, physical therapist, I never had a spine surgeon to follow up with. I’ve been twisting in the wind since November of 2020. 5 spinal operations and I got nothing in the way of aftercare. My trust in doctors and surgeons has been obliterated by those two at Cedars Sinai.
Beautiful facility. Be ready to wait and though front desk representative. Original appointment was at 8pm. Due to staff issue they rescheduled my appointment at 3:15pm. Arrived early and wasnt called back till and hour later. Ask the front desk a questions they will raise their voice and say I dont know, the system isnt up. I had originally made the appointment at 8pm so I wouldnt miss work. When they had to reschedule at 3:15pm, asked how long it would take. They stated it was quick and would be no more then 30mins. Here I am 4:15 writing this review waiting to be seen for the x-ray in now the back waiting room. With other patients with the same complaint, waiting over an hour after their appointment to be seen. Not once but several times.
Yahira at the front desk signed me in and gave me paperwork, I stepped outside and apparently they called, text and looked for me. When I was showed the info they contacted it wasnt my name or number. Mayra was the lead or manager or whatever on site and she wasnt apologetic for Yahira not communicating they stay on a strict schedule and I didnt have time to fill my paperwork out away from people. They ended up telling me I ran out of time because I went back inside too late after filling out paperwork. Melissa was the only professional and helpful person there. Im not sure how patients are signed up for a certain amount of procedures and they tell the patient they ran out of time and cant complete procedures. Employees need to communicate to patients that a strict schedule is followed. Yahira and mayra were both rude...
The employees here are amazing. They get the results to the doctors quickly. They are also very caring. My 89 year old father can’t hear well and they are very patient with him. AND he left his wedding ring there a few weeks ago, but he didn’t tell me until after their 66th anniversary. They returned his ring to him last week. Thank you
Just wanted to share with RadNet Corporation what a amazing experience I had today at Riverside advanced imaging. I came in this morning for a CT mylogram in which I was nervous And as soon as I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome from the front office young lady. And to top it off the phenomenal service from Adam and the radiologist Jackie and the CT tech I just want to thank you all for your, reassurance your kindness. But I definitely can’t point out enough Again how much I appreciate Your continuous checking in on me and your reassurance. Thank you for being amazing.
Front staff was nice, place was wonderfully clean. People usually have a problem getting a good vein for the IV, this time it was only the second try when she got it, so that was pretty great. Other than that, the first try created a blow out, she didn’t tell me, but covered it. I would have rather her tell me, because my hand hurt so much. She did great, I just wish she would have said something. Either way, it was a great experience. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the cat scan thoroughly.Thank you!
Well they canceled my appointment on Saturday via text and I’ve been waiting for a month to get in. So they made me an appointment the next day at the same time on Sunday at the same location but the woman didn’t tell me that the location changed so I was sitting at a different facility for 20 minutes until I got a hold of somebody at a different office, another couple pulled up to this empty office also. I had to race over there and was told if I don’t get there within 15 minutes of my appointment time then they would have to see if the technician could see me. This isn’t very good service considering these appointments aren’t just a check up. Everyone at the office when I get there was nice. Just wish the appointment scheduling could be on top of it.
The staff is very friendly. My tech was so informative (Nusreen?) I’m so sorry I forgot your name, but you were amazing. She told me exactly what I was going to feel during my CT scan with IV. I felt very comfortable as she took the scan. Thank you so much. Great, clean facility!
The imaging took some what a waiting experience. My apt Was at 6:30 pm I arrived at 5:30 pm but was not called in until 7:30pm. But the young man who help me with the MRI was such a very nice young man. He explained the test and help me lay on the laytable. Wonderful experience young man.The women welcomed us and one lady made our disc they to were very kind. I am going to make my other MRI there in the future
This facility from the front desk staff, sonogram technician and Dr were all absolutely lovely. My My ultrasound tech in particular was by far one of sweetest genuinely kind people I have met in quite a while. The only reason I gave it a 4stars instead of 5 is because the room I was getting my procedure in was very hot and had ventilation/AC issues. It was uncomfortable for me the technician and the doctor. The ultrasounds tech was so sweet she literally fanned the room by using the door back and forth to cool off the room while I was waiting for the doctor to come.
Every single staff member that I encountered was amazing!! I don’t have names, which is uncharacteristic of me. But everyone was friendly and kind, even when we ran into issues, things were handled in such a friendly, kind tone and mannerism that I never felt so uncomfortable. When my pain level rose, we waited. It was a great experience for putting me at ease, even though I’m highly claustrophobic.
Just returned from Riverside Advanced Imaging where I had an MRI. It was the most pleasant experience Ive had from a procedure most of us dont look forward to having. The check in process was short and could be done from your car, short waiting period, a most pleasant technician, open equipment, even a light blanket to keep the chills out. CD is ready at checkout. Large parking lot. Its the kind of place you want to go back to, if you need to.
From the minute I walked in the staff was very nice. The facility was clean and very covid friendly.I had to come in an extra hour early due to the imagining they were doing but the time went by very quickly. After being called the ct examiner explained to me exactly what we were doing and everything that was going to happen making sure I knew and understood. I really liked how everything ran there. I would definitely going there if you had and opportunity to choose.
I liked having an evening appointment. The facility was clean and sanitary. The MRI technician was super nice and very mindful of how I was feeling. The open sides on the MRI made it easy for me to complete my test. This will be my choice from now on for any imaging that they perform.
First of all, I was greeted by a very kind receptionist. She checked me in even though I failed to come in an hour early. She was very friendly.When I got called, it was by a man who was also very friendly. He explained everything step-by-step. He was really good at putting me at ease throughout the entire procedure. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.
Staff are rude!The day I went there, it felt like the staff who were working that day were just playing games and not paying attention to patients order. My mother went there to get breast exam. The staff asked for order and other things and she gave it to them and told them what kind of exam she needs. They just told her to fill out these papers and wait. We waited and waited and waited and nothing. Patients who were already there were being called in for their exams and patients who came late were called in for their exams and my mother waited long for her name to be called and nothing. My mother then went to the staff in front and told them if they forgot about her appointment. Staff then revealed that they cant do her exam because of technician isnt available and THIS TELLS ME that they were not paying attention at all to the order!!! Why didnt they tell us much sooner instead of waiting for long!! They then told us to go find another location instead of complaining.
The building is nice and the office and changing room and imaging area are all very nice and clean ! My first contact at check in was a very nice lady with a cheerful pleasant attitude. She thanked me for being early and was very helpful when I let her know I dont hear well she said she would make sure I wasn’t missed if I did t hear my name called. When the man called my name she looked up and came to him as I was standing . Upon seeing I heard she said soEyeing n seemed to be smiling u see her mask! The man who took me back to do my mri was just as nice friendly and pleasant as the lady I THINK his name was hector but I am not sure ( I was at another mri the nite before so may confuse name ) he was beyond helpful in any and every way. Making sure I was comfortable and in no pain as he positioned me and my arm he was also polite when needing me to love just a little! A 5 star is not high enough rating and I am receiving NOTHING for doing this survey I just want these employees recognized for being above excellent employees and this facility for being so clean and well run
Ct scan went great. Helpful, good explanations. Easy to follow instructions. I had a 745 am appt. And was called to proceed prior to that time. Very friendly staff at the front desk and the technician was welcoming. There were only 3 people in front of me. Everyone was masked and we sat far apart. Overall a very good experience, I give an A+
The front desk people were very friendly and accommodating. The ultrasound technician was super friendly and took great care of my 3-year-old. She was patient and talked to my son to calm him down. The technician did an excellent job making a scared boy feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this location!
Loved your facility. Even though it was far for me, I would go again if needed. Front office personnel was very professional, but kind and friendly. Answered all my questions. Stephanie the MRI tech was amazing! Explained the exam thoroughly, answered all my questions , but most importantly immediately put me at ease and addressed all my concerns. The facility was the cleanest and organized that Ihave ever seen in a medical facility. I was in the medical field 40 plus years and was truly impressed with your facility and all employees. Thank you for a most pleasant experience.
I always have a nice experience at this place. Love the hours and the fact that they are open on weekends. Today I witnessed a patient paying for another patients copay after he was told he had a copayment, man did not have money and a young lady followed him out and brought him back in so he can have his procedure done. She paid his $50 copay, Bless her heart (Stephanie). Your Awesome!
Escorted my grandmother for her ultra sound appointment, the building was clean efficient. We were checked in with ease and staff was polite. Our ultra sound tech was sweet and patient, which means a lot for individuals who are older in their years. Gave us the time to have my grandmother comfortable while having to move around for the different images. Having this facility open late was a huge convenience for us as well, as I work late into the evenings and beats having to deal with too many people at one time in a building. The only issue we really had was finding the place, which I am assuming was a little harder to do in the dark. Thank you again for the fast and friendly service and being open late, my grandmother appreciated it. 08/18/20
I would definitely recommend Riverside Advanced Imaging. The service was exceptional from the appointment desk that was so helpful in getting me an appointment that fit my schedule to the ladies that followed up on my insurance referral to make sure that was all taken care of before I came in. When I arrived I was greeted with a very friendly staff and the check in process was simple and quick. My wait time was 5 min before being called back. The tech that performed my test was awesome he was very friendly and personable. I told him about my concerns with the CT scan and he reassured me that he would make sure I was as comfortable as possible through the test, and he did. Thank you staff, keep up the good work.
I had an ultrasound procedure done here and was very pleased with it. The facility is very clean and sanitized, I felt very comfortable with their protocol to keep patients and staff workers safe. Also, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions you might have..The technicians doing my procedure were very professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease..
I was very pleased with CARSTAR Avalon Fontana with the body work on my car. They were so professional and call me every two days to say how the work was coming along. They completed the work in the amount of time they said they would. I would recommend their work to anyone who needs body work.
They were very nice, polite and my appointment was on time.the only problem was there was no paper towels in the bathroom in the main waiting room. Thats why they got four stars and not five.On my third time there I was not very pleased with the service I waited in whole hour for an x-ray. The first two times I was at the Sherman Dr., Riverside facility they were very prompt. So I guess I really cant complain two out of three aint bad.
I was taken in at my exact appointment time. The gentleman (Im so sorry I dont remember his name) was so friendly and helpful. He put me at ease and explained everything. I had a brief moment of panic, but he taljed me through. I was nervous, but by the time the MRI began, I was relaxed enough that, if it wasnt for the noise, Id have fallen asleep. This was an excellent experience.
It was very fast and friendly service, just dont be late or theyre not afraid of rescheduling you as if they have people banging down their door for appointments, also they dont help the handicap with transfers so your going to have to be able to stand up and get up on tables etc for the procedures I even had to get up from my wheelchair and move into a MRI safe wheelchair with no help which was pretty hard to do in my condition, so keep that in mind before you make a appointment with them. Otherwise the service was fast.
The clinic at Sherman St. is my go to always. People here are kind, respectful, and on time for the most part. I love the convenience of waiting in the car until my turn and being informed by text too! Maria at front desk is alway attentive. I had an MRI last night and the technician Eric was very nice and clear explaining the procedure, and engaging in friendly talk which I appreciate. Thank you!
Update 5/2022- Got their star back! Great location to have transvaginal ultrasound. This Sherman Dr. location has a table with stirrups which puts you in the correct position for this test. Will not go to Olivewood Ave location again. They have a HUGE foam wedge (like for a convalescent home bed) instead. Very tough to position correctly on, tech there had difficult time putting the probe in...wrong position to be in. Will only go to Sherman Dr, Suite 100 from now on for this test. They were running just a few minutes late this time.Update 9/2021...Lost a star this round! My appt was made online for 4pm and I was confirmed at 4pm via both text and email. Had to drink 32 oz of water for an ultrasound and bladder was full upon arrival as directed. When 4pm came and went (and I could now feel pain in my back and kidneys) I asked if they were running behind. I was told their system showed my appt was at 4:15. Believe me, IT MATTERS when you have a full bladder and your back and kidneys start to hurt! I even had to let some go in the restroom before he test and tech said Whoa! when she saw how full my bladder was. Lesson learned, if you have this type of appt, CALL ahead to verify the time they see in the system! I will also drink a little less water since I must have a smaller bladder!! Staff was still great but this time discrepancy needs to be figured out! Happened to me in Corona several years ago too. Doesnt seem to happen when I call in for appt.Former review: On time, tech that knew what they were doing, very professional staff from start to finish...will definitely come here again!
On Friday, November 26, 2021 at my 1730hrs MRI Appointment the staff was very nice in checking me in. The technician that gave me my MRI was patient with me by making me comfortable and easing me in to the MRI machine and preparing me to go in. Thank you very much for the professionalism and caring attitude that was displayed for me completing my MRI.
This was a wonderful experience today! Everyone was professional, on time, and very informative of each step in process. I had an MRI and I cannot thank this facility and its employees enough for their kindness and dedication to my needs. I called at 4:50pm hoping I could get in tomorrow and they had an availability at 7pm same day! Very thankful for such a well run facility.
Place was real clean , didn’t have to weight long , the new open MRI machine is awesome , I was a lot nervous but I wasn’t what I thought , would recommend to anyone who has trouble being in a closed MRI . I would go back any time .. the nurse helping me was real nice and professional. Thank you so much .
This was my first MRI. I tried to do a closed MRI, but was too anxious. Even with the open MRI I was still nervous. Erik really helped me and was very patient. He came up with solutions when I didn’t feel comfortable to proceed. . I appreciate it so much. Thank you again Erik! Oh and by the way, once it got started, I could have taken a nap. There was no reason for me to be nervous at all.
My experience was great, from the minute I walked in the door, til the minute I walked out.They were professional. Quick. Efficient and kind.Ive experienced MANY MRIs, but must say, this was definitely by far, the most comfortable one.My technician knew exactly what she was doing, and made me as comfortable as she possibly could.I appreciate all of you!!Thank you so much. As I had reallllly dreaded doing this particular procedure. You have restored my faith. And if/when I need another one done, Im definitely going to return to this facility.By far, the BEST!!! 🦋
The radiology technician was outstanding! Very clear with instructions about what to do and what to expect. Highly professional! Did not experience the same level of clear communication at the front desk, though the front desk was kind enough to accommodate a change in the procedure date due to an error with scheduling.
Edit: After the unfortunate events that occurred during my first visit here I was contacted by the site supervisor. They reached out to me and helped me with the situation that had happened, they worked with my scheduled and gave me a sooner appointment. I am grateful that they reached out to me and got me attended as soon as they could.I am very upset and left crying from their service center in Riverside on Sherman DR. I was scheduled for an ultra sound appointment due having ongoing pelvic region pain. I followed the directions indicated in the easy text message system to wait in the car. Unfortunately I was not getting any notifications of any sort, mind you my appointment was at 8am and was there since 7:50 as directed from the text prompt. I was also asked to intake liquids and wait to use the restroom do to having an ultrasound for my pelvic pain. When I asked the woman at the front desk about my scheduled appointment she noticed there was a malfunction in the texting system and immediately helped me as soon as possible. When she took me to see the specialist she tried to explain the situation. The Specialist had no empathy and was rude, saying shes late, I can help her anymore. I tried again to let her know that I had been waiting in my car for an hour AND holding in my bladder for more than two hours but rudely told me I would simply have to reschedule. I understand that malfunctions happen with technology but there was no empathy or showing at least some kind of acknowledgement of the unfortunate event that had happened. Now I had to reschedule yet again and wait three more weeks as I continue in pain in my uterus area. I left the office crying feeling as if I wasnt even given the opportunity to be validated from the specialist who was suppose to conduct the ultrasound. I already had been feeling stressed due to waiting for a little over two weeks to finally be seen about my pelvic pain, now I have to wait three more weeks and feel terrible about the experience before Im even seen again. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I already have anxiety not having answers to my pelvic pain but now I have this situation that did not make it any better and made me feel even worse.
The tech. who did my babys ultra sound was very professional, caring and loving towards my baby. She was quick to do what was required and triple checked her work to verify she got all images needed so I wouldnt have to come back. Highly recommend this location. Thank you!
I had a cti with contrast today. My technician Lisa was absolutely wonderful. She was sweet and explained everything to me before she did anything. I am scheduled for 2 more scans and I hope Lisa will be my technician again. I highly recommend riverside advanced imaging
The Person who did my imaging was very professional and thorough. However the scheduling department leaves something to be desired. They scheduled me a full hour and a 1/2 before my actual appointment for my CT. I was not informed of this before my arrival. The paperwork took me 5 minutes to fill out and I ended up having to sit and wait the rest of the time. they should have told me when my appointment time actually was instead of tricking me and wasting my time
This was my first time having a cat-scan and I was a little nervous. The office staff and technicians were amazing and helped me feel at ease by explaining things to me thoroughly and making sure I was feeling ok. I appreciated how clean the environment was and their COVID safety practices were spot on. I recommend this facility, and would opt to go back, if need be.
In and out for my CT Scan very quick. The gal at the desk and the technician were professional and friendly. My only negative comment is that the building was very hard to find in the dark (my first time there), as I had a 6:30 am appointment. Lighting on the building would have helped.
My visit to RAI, although not quick, was pleasant, safe with masks strongly requested due to the pandemic, and social distancing norms observed, My x-rays were taken quickly without my feeling I was being rushed. My errors were treated kindly and my requests treated respectfully. The entire staff was kind, professional, and friendly. I will have no hesitation in returning for future imiaging services. Thank you to all staff!!!
This was my first time visiting this facility. It was very clean, social distanced for cov19 and receptionist greeted us properly. Had appointment at 7:40P, arrived 20-minutes earlier upon request. There was maybe 5-6 people in the lobby. Unfortunately, I waited nearly 50-minutes before the technician actually took me in for the X-ray.
I had a CT appointment at 7:30. ( my first ct ever) I was nervous, but the check in was easy, staff was friendly, and the CT guy Larry guided me through my ct, it was a piece of cake! I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a radiology facility here in Riverside.

2022-04-25Could not be a slicker-system! Of course, Riverside Advanced Imagining isn’t a place anybody wants to frequent, but my abdominal CT Scan was AMAZING! When I arrived, my check-in was punctual, efficient and simple from my waiting room prep until my name was called by masked-man Larry. He was my escort from the beginning, through the procedure and out the front door. He was extremely smooth, quick and efficient. As he moved, he explained every-single-thing in a soft, knowledgeable, confident voice. His IV technique was stellar along with his machinery operation and continuous procedure updates. Larry was kind, polite and, shockingly, I laughed a-lot and had a great time. Thank YOU, Larry…and Administration for a great facility and staff! 🥰

2022-03-15I wish i could give them 10 stars, the front desk girls were super nice and friendly! the x-ray technician was just as friendly and funny. literally the fastest appointment ever. someone give them a raise, cause what they do isn’t easy. hopefully i don’t have to come back but if i do it’ll definitely be here again.

2022-06-14Very nice facility, clean, staff was welcoming and helpful. A student tech helped me with the beginning part of the procedure that I was scheduled for and she did a wonderful job. She instructed me that’s what she needed from me and told me that the technician would actually come in to do the second part of the procedure. The technician came in with a smile and a kind demeanor. As we went through the procedure she was very vague on instructions, seemed very rushed and slightly irritated that I had to stop her a few times due to positioning and motion sickness. I wish people would remember that patients do better if you just stop and take a minute to explain to them what you’re doing and ask them if they have any questions. I don’t feel like I got either of those from the technician. But kudos to the student, I was very impressed with her.

2022-04-22Great experience with CT scan this morning. Staff very welcoming and Technician Larry very clear and precise in explaining in detail the CT procedure and contrast injection. Very pleasant to speak with and wait time was not long at all.I have been to other labs for similar testing but this lab has impressed me. Thank you for taking the time to not rush me nor make me feel like a number.

2022-02-08The attendants are very helpful and showed empathy and compassion. The machine while clean didnt have the strong scent most other machines usually had in the past in various other places. So my asthma didnt kick in causing me to go into an asthma attack. The front desk people can definitely multi-task and the flow was steady. No one sat in there for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Even at 9 o clock at night and not as crowded as daytime, there was still a fair amount of customers.

2022-07-13Clean. Quick. Friendly.But I will note that the receptionists need to have a bit more patience, an older gentleman was confused about appointment scheduling and they werent very understanding. I understand going online may be easy and convenient for some but we cant ASSUME someone in their 80s is able to accomplish that task.

2022-02-23I had a great experience at this location. Came in and was helped immediately. All the paperwork I did through their portal was utilized so I did not have to do it over again. When I was taken into the room the tech walked me through each step of my CT Scan. I was in and out in an hour. The facility was clean too so that was nice.

2022-05-10Staff was friendly and very helpful in the paperwork process. The technician was great.The reception area was clean and well organized. The only disappointment was the unisex restroom. What I hope were only water drips, were scattered all over the floor. It was not only unsanitary, but a fall just waiting to happen to an inattentive person.

2022-06-30I went to my 6:00 am appointment for a CT scan. Location was easily accessible, staff was friendly and professional. Waiting area was spacious and I appreciated the information displayed by the TV. Results were quickly sent to my primary doctor and I was even able to view the images online through a patient portal that they give you access to.

2022-03-09I was finally able to follow through with my MRI here. Thankfully theres an open MRI so its easier on you if you have anxiety. I was checked in fast, nice front desk person and was called in soon after. The MRI tech was very kind and the exam went as quick as I could hope for.
