Enjoy the various shops along the strips. Restaurants are A1 quality places and 8 times out of 10, a wait is required for seating in most of them. A nice variety of foods, beverages, and delights offered. Clothing stores great, too. And movie theater is top class! Plenty of parking and security as well. My ONLY complaint is that the clientele there can be somewhat snooty, teens as well as adults, like their isht dont stank. Otherwise, fun to sit along the fountains chilling with friends and people watching. Pleasant scenic atmosphere.
I went on a Tuesday evening and they had the farmers market going on. There were so many food trucks! Great choices and variety of foods to choose from. Just a great place to walk around.
River Park has everything you could want and need in a family evening or night out. It’s a nice and clean environment. I live in Merced county and don’t mind driving here because how beautiful it is here. I also love it because Woodward park is close by.
River Park is One The best out door Mall in Fresno, Ca. It has almost everything you need. All in one mile radius. River Park has a movie theater, sports restaurants, all kinds of shops just name it.When I go there I spent without knowing hours and it doesnt feel like it. I love River Park.
Extremely congested with traffic, very little parking. This open air meal wasnt thought it very well for flow of traffic nor parking... think they should have done a parking structure on the south east side
I went here on a field trip and it was a great experience. There were many shops and it was overall very clean. Very enjoyable and I would highly recommend paying it a visit.
We all know what went on recently in River Park?!! Not only do I not like the environment but the people who commonly are in the area are rude, uppity, snooty, yuppy, just judgemental by the way they eye glaze you, I just dont like the entire shopping experience there.
Always a pleasure to walk my mini dachshund through the crowds and get a good chuckle out of how many people from men to women teens to elderly that just cant help from letting out an excited and innocently immature WEINER! Every time they spot her
The placed is very crowded so it must have something good.Everything tasted good, except the ribs. They were good, but not the best we have had.Baked Beans, Pull pork Sandwich, Mac and cheese, Fries, Wood Grilled Salmon were all good.Because it is very crowded it took about 1 hour to get our food, on top of the almost 2 hours of wait time.We enlisted and visited other stores near by to kill time, so we didnt wait at the restaurant, I will suggest to do this otherwise it will be frustrating.Another thing is we order BBQ Ribs and the server did not bring additional napkins nor did they asked if we needed something else.Overall, we will comeback, but not anything soon, is time to try other places.

Havent had any trouble with anyone in this area. During winter its super cold. I love walking around because its beautiful, with all the store lights. In the summer its nice. This is a popular area to go to, plus Regal Theater is there, and they have other shopping outlets. River Park is a great little place for dates and shopping.
Great customer service. Lots of shopping centers to choose from. If you want to eat, or check out a movie. Or just window shop. Lots to do here. Clean area, plenty of parking, with wheelchair accessibility parking. Right off highway 41. Take the Kiddos or go for a night out on town. It can get crowded during the weekend. So prepair for the crowd if thats not your thing. Go check it out plenty to do for the family, a date or just to hang out.
I was there last week Tuesday and they had a farmer market going on. There was a wide variety of food. They have Mexican, South East Asia, Fresh fruit, Honey, Mushroom specialty, Flower, Drink, Popcorn and a lot more. I will definitely go there again.

I went to Kohls and they had a big clearance sale going on but nothing that I wanted hadnt been in there in quite some time. Didnt realize that they closed her account after a few months of inactivity. And then they want you to open another one. Ill be shutting down this account soon. I dont often go out shopping but when I do Id like to have my account available to me when I go. I even had a credit on the account. Kohls is not one of my favorite but sometimes they do have a hot deal.
Quality food, Quality service, they dont know your name. But you feel as if you are a friend and neighbor. Not like the guys next door. Highly recommend!
I had a good time here, but I did struggle a little when trying to locate a map of the shopping center. I feel like I missed a lot of what was available. At any rate, a great place to shop with easy access to the freeway!
Fresnos got a real litter problem. This place seems to always be dirty, has no interesting or unique shops to visit, and the area seems to be arbitrarily 20-30% more expensive for passable food.So, a mall, but outdoors and covered in trash.
So we have been coming here for years its a great place to get get everything done. And I mean everything. Eat, play,shop, meet friends, have a weekend drink, or just for the atmosphere it really is a gem here in fresno.
Never buy a TV from Best Buy. The experience was the worst thing since circuit city. Geek squad had my TV 45 days and didn’t fix a thing. I got an RA # from the manufacture and returned it cause parts aren’t available. How they fixed it without the available parts is a mystery, as well as the fact that the TV did the same thing it was doing before. I could only get store credit cause it was seven months after I got the TV, forcing me to purchase from them again or sell the gift card online for crack head prices. Selling the card would at least set me free from the store and their horrible policies.
I didnt like it its a lot of walking that i dont mind the clothing stores not my style there are no restrooms you have to find a business with restrooms the pretzel place loved that lol
This is a nice place to dine, shop, and watch a movie. A wide variety of restaurants serve everything from hamburgers to cultural food from other countries. The grounds are nicely landscaped and well maintained. It is always a pleasant experience to spend some time here.
Stop by the PetSmart there have a lady help me in the fish department picking up worms and fishing for my turtle Sheldon he loves fish he doesnt always eat him all he makes them his friends and I picked up some worms thanks Fish Department

Update: parking is still a nightmare and handicapped parking spaces are being abused. There was a car parked across 2 spaces. Where are the police?So Im glad they are cleaning the place up and updating, but that parking lot is phucked and then some. The round about is dangerous at best and no one knows how to use it. Im handicapped and theres no where to park because non-handicapped cars are allowed to park in our spaces. I counted 6 with no plates or placards. I dont know who is supposed to be policing that schite but you guys need to step up your game.

Fun place to go, usually crowded in the weekends. Has a cinema and allot of different restaurants including a frozen yogurt place and a bar.Its great if you want to have a relaxing day with the family.

I used to work in River Park and that gave me a chance to visit the shops and go to the restaurants and get to know people. Its a wonderful shopping center. There are special events that occur quite often and the security is great. I especially love farmers market night in the summer. Its a great place to bring your family. Update: While some places have left there are still nice restaurants and shops that are filling in the spaces and they look like nice places to try out. This is still a great family shopping center.
Lots of stores to shop in. The facility is well kept. There is visible security everywhere and plenty of parking.

Went to In and Out for food. Was good. They were to be open until 1:00 am and it was late and they were close so thats where we decided to stop.
Shopping Christmas Eve was very busy as expected. I find the businesses and restaurants always have easy access for me to get to where I want to go. I felt very safe with the Freno Police providing an increase of protection and reassurance against crime during these challenging times. I live just a few miles away and Riverpark has always been my Go To for shopping, dinner and a movie at the beautiful Edwards Theater located on the Northern Part of the shopping mall.
I enjoy River Park Mall, too bad we are dealing with COVID right now. This usually bustling mall full of families walking around shopping seems so empty, some favorite small shops are gone but, I know things will get better and someday the mall will be back to its normally bustling self
What’s not to love. River park is smoke free so take the whole family for fun. Dining, tea, coffee, shopping, movies. There are many great adventures when you’re in River Park. Do visit Cost Plus World Market when in River Park sometime there’s always something neat for everyone. Close to order great shopping and dining as well. Barnes and Nobles Bookstore across the street! Costco down the road. Great area to explore.

Love this mall! All outdoor and perfect to go in the spring when the weather is nice. There is a super fun play area for kids out by the movie theater. Foam blocks little slides music equipment etc.lots of restaurants to visit and places to go shopping fun place to go with the family! We love going and go frequently.
Its full of teens who dont got nothing else to do. But always fun to go with friends
This is my preferred shopping area. I can buy home supplies, clothing, foods, snacks, and liquor at this single location. Plus, my business account is at the Chase branch here. My only complaint is that the traffic on Blackstone can be quite the headache near during lunch and after work.
Went early in the morning so parking was great. The stores werent crowded yet. Shopped in Cost Plus and Target for stocking stuffers, spices and secret Santa gifts.

The farmers market is good, different vendors, the area is clean, the parking lot gets crazy at times and I think they should have parking security during the holidays, Id they have parking security I have not seen them during the tomes I have been there

Riverpark is a great place to come and hang out. It had many places to shop and eat giving everyone an option. The theater is well keep and clean with very friendly staff!
Went to Victoria secret to shop for my sister and I have been treated much better here today the workers were not very nice I was ask if they had any of the silver mini back pack left and she said we have the gold ones and I told her I see those but do you have any silver then she said no and walk away .... As I was not shopping for my self I sent picture to my sister and so got one of the ones with gold and went to pay the cashier didnt even greet me I walk up said Hi she still was not friendly and so I paid and left was not a very good experience ☹️
It was too packed hard to find parking and the shut down of one of streets in shopping center made it to hard to find the restaurant I was going too Never again worse experience ever!

Was there for the Farmers Market and they had a variety of food vendors it would be cool if they had some entertainment like invited bands or DJ not super loud music but something a cool thing to do with your family or your man you dont even have to spend money if you dont want to

Whats not to love in riverpark. Great shops restraints and its clean and happy. Big crowds for events. Fun. Yeah theater reopen. Trees need some better care. But overall is good day shopping
Always clean and parking not too bad. A little bummed to see so many vacancies in the buildings but hopefully theyll be filled soon. Also a lot of panhandling in front of Regal. Family had to move because of the smells from a few of them. Wish there was an easy solution but at the end of the day they werent bothering people aggressively. Farmers Market is definitely a big plus here too. Love to buy plants and veggies there on the weekend.
Went to The Childrens Place. Very nice. Clean & safe! Then went to Five Below. Lots of fun stuff for kids there.
They have really good food here. I always get the combo rib dinner. There is enough food on my plate for dinner in the restaurant and lunch the next day. They dont skimp. The only shocker for me was $7.00 for a dinner salad. The waitress Jenna was great. She was attentive and always made sure that my iced tea stayed full and we were satisfied with everything.
It was late about 10:00 pm when I arrived. It was busy, busy. The parking lot was full of drive through customers. So I walked in there was plenty of parking. There were many customers in front of me. The employees were polite and efficient. I was out of there with my delicious drink In hand with no problems

This shopping center had everything. I mean everything! We looked at the beer garden, but they had only pizza available. I would love to go back there to sample the beer. Looked really fun! We went to lunch at the Yard House. It was very good. We then saw a movie. The movie was bad, but the facility was very nice. We would go back there again.
We went to Macys but not so happy. I did not get or claim my $10 Birthday Treat that they sent to me by mail. According to them, its only applicable for not discounted items. But currently almost all the items that they are selling right now are on sale & discounted. So.. its useless.Its a Birthday TRICK not treat!!
Dropped by to kill some time while we waited for an appointment. It was nice and sunny, kids played in the play area and Im glad there is shade now. Definitely needed in Fresno. A few shops are closed but that doesnt take away from the fun experience that River Park has. I enjoy being able to walk, shop, and eat out in the open.

The parking here is a total joke. Arrive early, youll have to circle around several times to find a spot. And be sure to drive a compact car. My full size pickup doesnt fit in any of the spaces. The common spaces are clean and well taken care of. Its beautiful at night with all the lights. But the abysmal parking lot is enough to keep me away, unless Im meeting someone there.

Dave and Busters is a great place to go with kids. Went with grandkiddies my first time. We loved it had a blast! The employee took us under his wing and explained how everything went. Kids had pizza I had cheeseburger. My favorite kids place now

Lots of places to shop and a good selection of different restaurants. Nice outdoor mall but the stores are really spread out. So if you shop at Target or Best Buy and then decide to go to Cost Plus Imports or Macys youll most likely get into your car and drive over to a closer parking spot. There is a car garage which really helps on busy days.

This is really the only good spot to do any shopping here in Fresno. Not much to offer in the luxury brand department outside of Nordstrom Rack but there are some decent shops. Good ambiance and restaurant selection. My wife and I enjoy the farmers market for the food and local produce. Live music near Yoshinos every so often. Overall a cool lively spot.

Omg it was so nice like the theaters is surrounded by ships and I was like omo it was so cool, but if you want/plan to go I recommend to bring a bit of money because the stores are expensive and you will want to buy a lot of things I had a good experience tho it was fun.

Went to AAA to take care of my DMV services. Excellent perk for having roadside assistance through AAA. I took care of Registration renewal for 2 vehicles. Driver Licence replacement and renewal plus added my daughter to receive all the same benefits for just$ 14.50 for 1 whole year. Thanks again AAA my visit was priceless!

Not a bad place to hang out, I just wish that where they close of to do the weekly events didnt involve the parking spaces, theres not enough decent spaces as it is.... and if youre there to take care of quick business but you have to park in Egypt just to pick something up from the store and your in a hurry, makes you want to not hardly come here at all. Usually I just go to the same store in a different location where parking is not compromised.

The beautician who cut my sons hair was so nice and pleasant to be around. She enjoyed converstating. And she reassured my son that she was not going to hurt him. And she did a really great job with my sons hair. Id go there again most definitely also the chairs they have are very fun and unique.

I know you really cant base the center off its clientele but I have to say, that trying to park here is a nightmare and that most of the people there... the majority rather, have no respect for any other human being. Not yielding to pedestrians, even parents with kids. The shops and people working there are great but most of everyone else sucks.
Great shopping mall. You can drive up to shops and park right next to them. I went to The Childrens Place, it was a well stocked beautiful store. The sales lady was very helpful and polite. I am definitely looking forward to exploring this mall. Macys seems to be closed.

Not a bad place at all, open, and not to crowded. Great to stroll around. Not so amazing for restrooms. Went to take my girls to the restroom and only one toilet... A bust, then to find out the toilet was occupied! But really it was just locked, and no one inside. Disappointed, and not happy. Maybe you could have a few toilets instead of one. Poor design set.

My second favorite place to grab tepanyaki. Their prices are a little more expensive than Sakura Chaya and you get the same amount of food. Their chefs are memorable though which is very cool.

Quick and easy to get in and out of, and convenient for shopping. Many people, but spread out over a lot of space, not packed little crowds. Neat and clean and convenient!
I am mixed. They do a good job of keeping the shopping area up to date, clean and inviting. Theyre always attempting to keep store fronts and restaurants full. Parking on the west side is tough, especially if you have a large vehicle (Fresno). But overall, easy access to all stores and eateries. Im impressed. I also feel safe there, regardless of what seems like lackluster security (just needs to be more presence I believe, but still not intrusive).
Parking can be tricky. But there are tons of shops. So much to do in this area. Definitely something for everyone.

Old Navy I order online pants n was sent the wrong size I went to Fresno store to get the correct size I was given a 1-800 I didnt get anywhere then I was given another number still didnt get anywhere I was very frustrated. It was nice experience great place for shopping.
Its a scenic shopping area with curious little stores. A great place to hang out with friends or dates with a variety of restaurants and a large movie theater (ticket cost is $12.50). Every once in a while there are some dangerous crowds there, but they are working on solving that issue. Fun place overall!

Its okay. We went to the farmers market on a Saturday. It was half market half bizzare type booths like cotton candy and smoothies and potted plants. I wasnt there to shop stores. The stores are okay but theyre way over priced due to overhead and the area. Maybe its COVID but Im over the retail scene. Seems like so much waste in bright packaging. Fruit and veggies we got were good. Parking and walking through the parking area was a nightmare. To be fair, if you arent from the area, its one of the nicer areas in town with nice shops so worth a visit.
Target, Best Buy, and Office Depot are all out there and anytime I get out to that part of town I usually go check out all three. There are also a couple really good places to eat out there too.
Everything is there food.drinks .shopping and movies
Plenty of seating. Great singing group. Good songs. Monitors with videos. Loving Mothers Day message. Ample parking.

So much to choose from! Always clean as well! Plenty of stores and many of the stores and restaurants that used to be there, have either been upgraded or been replaced by other businesses.
I would stay away from here. Over priced items, only great for hanging out. Would stay far away. Groups of young punks patrol the area, you might get jumped. Saw a guy get beaten unconscious. Security is trash. Not a safe place.

I like River Park. Theres a lot of outstanding restaurants here. If you like to shop this is the place to go in the Fresno area
Too many restaurants to list... so many things to do... lately has not been a lot because of covid-19.... a one-stop-shop.... movie theaters.. eateries... breweries drinking... clothes.. Sporting Goods... everything!! great place go.. oh and its just right up the road from Chukchansi
Great shopping center that can get real crowded. Great food options, awesome regal theater, and clothing stores. Little bit of everything here

2022-03-11My good who is a local Fresno fire captain started growing mushrooms when he was injured on the job. We got good at it so we now sell them to local restaurants and at the River Park Farmers Market (every Tues night and Saturday). Its a great shopping center with an awesome Farmers market that has the freshest fruit, veggies and food. Their staff is friendly and fun to work with. They have a ton of food trucks, lots of great stores and the brewery is awesome. Im here at least twice a week every week and always enjoy it. Definitely worth checking out and supporting local small businesses.

2022-03-28I haven’t been here for the longest since I moved out of state. It feels great to be back home. Everything still look the same except they got rid of Yoshino sushi restaurant and a few others. There’s new restaurants that are open since I moved. I was trying to come to the farmers market but came a little too late.

2022-05-08Huge, outside mall with easy access off Hwy 41, and Blackstone and Herndon avenues. A handful of the retail outlets: Target, Macys, Best Buy, Old Navy, Michaels, H&M, Teazers, Loft, Victorias Secret, Black House White Market, Pinera Bread, P.F. Changs... and much more. Highly recommend.

2022-01-29This is one of the nicer (and newer) shopping centers in Fresno. Provides a certain amount of night life. Plenty of places to eat. A lot of people go there just to hang out. Ive included a couple of pics of the Johnny Rockets which is not longer there (I think the one with the servers is old-school cool)

2022-01-09This shopping center is so damn big that it took us two days to get into every store 😂. The best part about it is it has a theater next to it. You wont get bored there. I highly recommend people to visit that place 👌

2022-07-04Convenient and it literally has every kind of store including Sams Club. Recently moved from SF to fresno and loving it here because the cost of living is absolutely affordable, huge space and amazing people. This prestigious mall located in an amazing , and in one of the best part of the city of Fresno. They have an outstanding , outdoor flea market with a huge variety of food selection on Tuesday and Saturday which bring a lot of people to see it. They recently added another parking space to accommodate people’s needs. Great food for brunch , lunch and dinner . Macys is one of the best places in town , movie theaters are very entertaining and many more .. highly recommend this place for your and your family and even spend time sitting with them if needed .Farmer market , entertainment, sports bar , clothing and overall safe area for spending night time with family ..

2022-06-12I couldnt say it more. Its definitely fun for the entire family here. This place has a little of everything. And everyones having fun in their own way. The shopping center is like a theme park where people can just hang out around the grass areas under palm trees. Theres a little playground center for toddlers. And places to eat, shop, play and watch movies. Its really relaxing here. Love this place!

2022-05-30River Park is a great sized, outdoor shopping center with several businesses to shop or dine at. It is in a lively part of town next to several businesses, and many stores are open until a decent time. If you get tired from shopping or eating, you can go relax and watch a movie in their Regal theater. The only downside to River Park would be the crime level is higher than youd hope. But I still feel safe there.

2022-06-11Excellent especially the VIP sections. Serve yourself all the popcorn and soft drinks you can consume. Large waiting room with film previews showing. Bar sells food and alcoholic beverages. The seating is assigned and very comfortable. Recliners.
