Since its all the same address I had to walk to the opposite side of the mall for the actual place I needed to go. Parking was INSANE AND AWFUL
Great stores and restaurants, but I hate this shopping center. They ought to fire whoever the planning developer was for this place. The parking is one of, if not THE WORST in town, too many stores, not enough parking, and no easy way to in or out of the center. Unless youre gonna go here at 10pm, be warned going here might raise your blood pressure or give you minor anxiety.
I have made my groceries shopping at Target as it was the best choice from the area. There is also a Sprout over here, but I havent tried it. Everything was easy to find. They had a lot of choices, though prices were a bit to high for me.
We went to the River Oaks Shopping Center about two weeks ago. I went to the Under Armour store. I purchased a baseball hat and two work out your shirts. The center was very large. I also decided to get something to eat. The food was great.
Their Sprouts is good, but the one in Burbank is better. their Target is one of my least favorites. in between the two are a lot of okay stores. lots of fast food places. not great.
There is no REI in Valencia, Canyon country etc. But this lil store makes up for it. The pricing on products is real good, as in cheaper than REI. It is a small store but its stuffed to the rim with neat things. Crossbows, a game that uses horse shoes like ninja stars, sort of. And portable heaters. Everything for sports and camping. Even some snow going gear. Also the employees are real nice and helpful.
Very nice shopping center. Was passing through towards San Bernardino & wanted to grab a couple more gifts for my grandkids, went to target & I have to say. This is a very nice clean organized store. Staff was friendly.
Target is here. Parking can kind of be a nightmare at times. Not because you cant find a spot, but there are lots of cars driving around coming in and out. HOOK BURGER is why you should go here!
This is a great location with lots to see and do All within minutes of many restraunts. You have mims cafe, across the way is the Valencia mall. Johnny rockets, and so many different shopping options. Within ten of magic mountain. So if your visiting Valencia or your just not familiar with the area this is kinda central to both shopping needs, restraint and activities.
The place is nice and friendly
Went to Sprouts, mid day Friday for Cristmas Eve and Christmas Day goodies. Not as crowded as it normally is and was pleasantly surprised. Picked up everything I needed!
Great center in the heart of Valencia! It has places to dine or grab a bite to eat like Jersey Mike’s, Pizza Rev, and Rubio’s or grocery shop at Target and Sprouts. There are specialty shops as well: See’s Candy, Game Stop, Ulta Beauty and more.

Not a bad mini-mall. Got a Big 5, Rev Pizza, GameStop (which is one of their better locations), Sees Candy, Sprouts grocery store, Target, Pier 1 and others. El Pollo Loco used to be there, but it has been torn down and it looks like Zankou Chicken is coming in and a new burger joint.
Target is the only reason why I come here and Im sure its the reason for many others. With the amount of traffic also comes some individuals who beg for money or rummage through garbage. I try to avoid this place if I have to because it doesnt quite appeal to my shopping experience.
Lots of great stores, including Target, Sprouts, Ulta, and Big 5 make this a one-stop shopping center. Plus, it is super clean and well maintained.
It is ok. It is a strip mall. Not really much to say. The plus is Valencia has beautiful scenery. Not like Los Angeles at all. Feels like Kern County or Ventura County
Free and spacious parking. lots of shops for everything youd need but they are pricey because of the location. Target, sprouts, and big5 are the big stores here
We visited Jersey Mikes, Presto Pasta, Target, Weight Watchers, Bakery 85 and Big 5. Love having all these business close to our home
I shop at Sprouts which has great prices on produce. Target has low prices on pet food. Lots of parking and other services.

There’s a lot of stores and restaurants, such as eyebrow salon and Zankou Chicken. I love going to the Target in the center and it’s kinda the mainstay of the shopping center.
Cool little shopping center with a nice variety of shops. Parking can be limited during lunch hours (11:30 - 1:30pm M-F).
Speaking from experience only about Zankou Chicken. Best beef and chicken shawrma (wraps in pita bread) in the Santa Clarita and San Fernano Valleys and elsewhere. $$

I go to Great Clips for a haircut and beard trim, with a beard trim once a month for $5 and a haircut every 4-6 weeks for $15.

I love this shopping center. It has Target, Big 5, sprouts, ULTA, and a ton of new good places like presto pasta and nektar.
Decent store but the parking lot is obnoxious to navigate and there is frequently trash around. Its not awful but just not great.
Sprouts is a go to store here of which my wife and I frequent. The shopping center is easy to enter and exit as well as navigate stores to park close
It has a few stores I need but overall the shopping center isnt anything special. It serves its purpose based on the stores you need to visit. Not a one stop shop.

2022-05-04Believe it or not they were really cool with us and gave plenty of popcorn and soda for great movie going experience however they need to have Reeses pieces if they want me to spend more money. Reeses and popcorn is my favorite combo.

2021-08-31Went to Sprouts for herbs and they said they have never heard of the herbs I was asking for. So I was kind of disappointed. So to make me feel better I went to sees candy. And had a bad experience there with the employee. Thats the next review.

2017-07-23I go to this shopping center only to make use of Sprouts, as they have pretty good prices on very fresh produce. Their frozen foods section includes a fair selection of vegan products, but I have to say that their refrigerated non-dairy area has gone downhill in variety, alas. Every once in a while, they have a pretty decent general sale, and I will take great advantage of that. I wish there were a way they could lower the prices on their health items.

2018-03-02A very large shopping center with Target, Sprouts, Sees Candy, Golden Spoons, and several other restaurants and stores. The parking is always difficult dispite the large parking lot. If you want to go to Target I recommend the other one because it is newer and it is less crowded. There is also a nice fountain and outdoor area to rest while eating.
