I really like living in this apartments complex. My husband and I been living here about 8 months. We did looked around for a while. But everywhere else I always found some things I didnt like. But when we came here to check them out, the staff were so helpful and kind, the rooms were pretty big. Own washer and dryer. Clean inside apartments and outside. The little patios are pretty decent size. For me thats what made me want to move to this apartments. An until this days if we have any issue or question they are very quick and efficient to get it fit.
I recently have referred a family member to Ridgeline Apartment Homes. They have had a great experience from start to finish. Management made the process easy and simple, also the apartment has new appliances and beautiful up to-date flooring and features. The family is highly satisfied and thankful.
Terrible experience. Manager (Joanne) is rude and unprofessional. When I first moved in they had a young girl (Priscilla) working at the office; she was wonderful and much more professional than Joanne.Good luck picking up a package. Hours are completely inconsistent and they dont care. My upstairs unit got infested with bugs because the downstairs neighbors were so dirty. They offer a pest control service but it didnt do anything to rid my place of the bugs. Garbage disposal made a huge mess every time I tried to use it. Windows dont hold heat in so its drafty in the winter. Floors were nice (new) except the maintenance guys dripped white paint all over them. Parking was a nightmare, especially at night. Called the police on my neighbors for the constant screaming and hitting their children. My roommate had her car broken into twice and her radio was stolen both times. Theyre one of the only complexes around that do no use the gates (I was unaware of that when I moved in; otherwise I wouldnt have chosen them). When I moved in, the apartment wasnt clean. There were dirty rags in the kitchen, crumbs on the counters and in the drawers, dirt all over the floor, etc. I didnt have time to wait for them to clean it because I needed to move my stuff in right away. But I did document the issues on the move in checklist. When I got my deposit back, they charged a cleaning fee along with some odd painting fee. Under CA law for tenants, landlords can only charge a cleaning fee to restore the apartment to the original move in condition. Legally they couldnt charge me for cleaning because it was dirty upon move in and spotless when I moved out (I spent 2 full days scrubbing top to bottom). Did they refund the rest of my deposit? No way. Terrible management, terrible apartments. Its cheaper than the others for a reason.
Ridgeline Apartments is such a nice place to stay. It’s so close to Cal State San Bernardino, places to eat, and even do your daily grocery shopping. As far as for the apartment; management is super nice and they take care of their residents. The maintenance guys are super nice as well and fix the problems really fast.
This apartment complex has to be one of my favorites! The staff is super friendly & helpful. They always make sure to help out their residents and make them feel comfortable and safe. Also, the whole layout of the apartment and the way that the inside is made out to be looks so modern! Like I said, this complex is at the top of my list & I would highly recommend anyone & everyone to live here!
I have been with this apartment group for a little over one year and have loved the way they respect privacy and help with any issues I may be experiencing. They also understand the current situation and I deeply appreciate it! Would recommend as a great place to live. The only issue would be with the rift raft that likes to enter the complex. But this can not be helped if the gate is open.zz
My family and I have lived here for about 4 months now. I have to say this place was the best choice for community to live in. We’re a family of 5 with 3 kids ages 5 to 16. For being a downstairs 2 bd 2 bath with outdoor patio/mini yard this place is spacious. We have a unit that has a gated patio and it is perfect for our 2 little ones to play and our oldest to hangout and record her tik toks. The patio or better yet mini yard is perfect for relaxing. The pathways in the community are perfect for my kids to ride their scooters or Segway’s. The living room is huge and I have to say is perfect for entertaining. Our master bedroom is very roomy we have a king size bed and a 8 drawer dresser and still have tons of room along with a walk in closet with so much room for clothes and storage. Each bathroom is upgraded with vanity mirrors which is perfect for me in the mornings when I have to get ready for work. The second room is also very spacious. One set of bunk beds w/the bottom bunk being a queen & twin on top for 2 kids and a twin on the other end of the room and still so much room for my kids to play along with a walk-in closet. The layout of this unit it perfect! No noisy neighbors. No theft to vehicles. The staff and everyone in this community is very polite and helpful. Maintenance was out here same day when we needed something to be repaired. Approval for us at beginning was same day with convenient pricing for monthly rent. Everything is around here and convenient for those busy family’s like mine! Best place so far! Love it! Recommend it to everyone looking for a new place with amazing upgrades and amenities. Brand new fridge, brand new stove, in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, gym, pool and so much more! 5 stars!
My Family and I have been living here for almost 1 year... and we love it here! Our place is nice, it’s clean and quiet, also our neighbors are so nice can’t complain.Management so helpful girls in the office are so nice and helpful as well!Highly recommend, if you are looking for a new place to live this is it! 🤗👌🏽
DO NOT RENT! They are currently in the process of evicting all the residents that are either old, Paying old rent prices, or have animals. They advertise that they are pet friendly, but they are not. They do not have security cameras. NO Security driving around. They just put in gates that dont let you in or out, which you had to pay $60 a car for a sticker that supposedly would open said gate. They dont have nearly enough parking! Your visitors OR yourself will spend 3-5 minutes walking to your apartment. Cars get broken into all the time. Cars get towed that clearly have parking permit stickers. Worst of all management only wants their $$$. These are definitely college apartments. The management takes advantage of their ignorance.
Been here for quite some time now, and I cant complain. Not everything is perfect, due to new management. But you can tell things are moving in the right direction. Fridges and washer/dryers are being put in all homes now, and security can be seen taking patrols throughout the day. Overall its a pretty comfortable environment to lay your head.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! This will be the third time I leave my review. This place was disgusting when we moved in there was a horrible roach infestation, the small kind that come when the place is filthy. They refused to do anything about it until the entire complex was infested. The broiler to our oven was caked thick with old fat and grease from the previous tenants. And when we were finally able to move they took all of our deposit claiming the place needed to be cleaned.
While the apartments are newer looking with nicer floors and fixtures its more what you cant see and the management that makes for an underwhelming and difficult experience living at these apartments. My husband who is active duty military and myself moved in August of 2014. And it has been 1 hassle after the other. The day we moved in our truck of goods which was on a big rig couldnt make it through the front gate. The front office told us they couldnt open the back one bc they fire department had the keys and we would have to contact them. After 2 hours of trying to find who to call, and our truck leaving, and the fire department saying they had no idea what we were talking about, the front office calls maintenence and finally has the gate opened. Just like that, with the keys. For our first year we lived in a 2bed 2 bath 1100 sq ft for roughly $1150. We dealt with minor leaks from the upstairs unit flooding, the ac quitting, and the smoke alarms that never shut up. Overall not bad. The kicker came when the lease was up on our 1 year and thanks to new management they decided to change how utilities were being charged and raise our rent. We were looking at about a $300 increase that we couldnt afford. That forced us into a 700 Sq ft 1br 1 bath for the same price, bc of course those faced an increase in rent as well. The new apartment came with multiple water leaks, so much so the door jams would swell and the door would stick and rip off paint when opened. The water heater busting and flooding the living room with a few inches of water. The over water done outside so much so it almost reached over the front door and into the apartment. The garbage disposal leaking, cabinets falling apart, and oh. Did I mention the cockroaches. Everywhere on everything and were unkillable. The apartments solution was to tell me to have the bug guy spray once a month which did nothing! Im sure we spent hundreds in that year trying to battle them. And now, now that we are moved out and I have just received my security deposit, now they want to Nickel and dime you with loop holes. We moved out august 29. And with 2 days till September they are trying to prorated me and charge me days for September, when we didnt have keys or access, and after we did a wall through with management and left, all because the 30 day notice was not at a complete 30 days. So Im being charged rent and dont have access to the apartment or live there. All I can say is tread carefully with this place. Its not all as nice as it seems and they will take money from you every chance they get. It seems some people have better experiences than others and that its luck of the draw with the units.
Updating my review since last year, and it has not been a positive experience:When we moved in we noticed the sink leaked puddles of water, and nothing we could do would stop it. We put in a work order with the manager Joane. We spent four months begging, chasing down, relentlessly going to the office (which is closed literally more than half the day) to ask about the progress of our work order, to no avail. We were forced to call corporate, and it wasnt until she got in trouble that she sent a rude repairman that very same day under the pretense that her former employee lost the work order (a bold lie to our faces, she had told us they had more important things to do).Almost every time I go to the leasing office for a work order or to pick up a package it goes like this: I show up at 9am (office is still closed, so I will have to come back after work). I show up at 2:30pm once again (sign on the door- OUT TO LUNCH, WILL RETURN 3:00). I come back at 3:00pm (sign still on the door- WILL RETURN 3:00). Come back at 3:30 (sign still on the door). I return at 4:00pm (sign on the door- CLOSED FOR THE DAY). The office is closed most of the day, the manager only returns to close the office down early and neither returns our phone calls regarding our lease nor leaves any way of us picking up our packages for days.Every car around ours (we were lucky) on a frequent basis has either the windows smashed or the car door forced open and were robbed of all their work belongings. One even had their tires stolen.Illicit activity everywhere around the complex (theft and drug deals) for which we had to call the police on a gang member which the police later identified who stole from us.Worst of all, the pests. The apartments as of March have been infested with rats and roaches. I was horrified to hear my neighbors were seeing them running around, and I had the misfortune of having a bag of dried fruit and nuts dragged off my table and torn across the kitchen floor when I left it unattended while I was getting ready for work. I stopped leaving any food unattended and started wrapping everything up and storing it securely in the pantry. We began noticing corners of the pantry shredded and with wood chips all over the floor from the rats trying to get in. All the obsessive cleaning, vacuuming, taking out of trash, and hiding of food did not deter neither the rats nor the roaches. The roaches made their way into our room, into our laundry pile, into my work bag, and across my feet when I would get up for water in the middle of the night. We tried everything from Raid to roach gel to roach baits (which the rats either stole or tore to pieces). The new corporate management ignored our requests for an early break of lease (we simply could not afford to live anywhere else without our deposit back and a county investigation which I was told would take months). The pictures of the roaches and the damage from the rats ripping into my new dining table and the pantry did not sway corporate, they ignored us until the end of our lease.Living here is a SENTENCE, not a privilege (as the manager tries to make it seem). They just raised the rates by $200 a month, so PLEASE do yourself a favor and pitch in another $100 and live somewhere safe.
I lived here for 7 months. Always had trouble getting my packages from the office due to the inconsistency of their hours. It always seems like they come in late (after 930AM) take a super long lunch, and leave earlier than their posted hours everyday. I left a note with my name and apartment number one day, expressed how I am tired of not being able to get my packages, and please give me a call when I can go get my stuff. They never called me, but I am guessing this event made the manager Joanne dislike me because what happened yesterday.I got back from a 2 weeks vocation yesterday, and found my family car was not in the parking lot. Car was parked legally and safely in my own parking spot. My husband went to Joanne and asked where our car is, all she told him was that the car registration is expired so she called a toll company to toll it. We called the police immediately and had them ran our plate, it was never expired, at any point. When she tolled our car, we were not present or notified, no police was involved. The tolling was signed off by Ridgelines private security. My husband and I had to pay $700 to the toll to get our car back, and still dont know how it was fair that our car was tolled. Joanne was screaming GET OUT when my husband was trying to ask her what is going on with our car in the leasing office. I really dont know what to do if she can just toll our car for no reason. And I am so scared of dealing with such unprofessional and rude management.
Before moving here we were a little skeptical because of some of the bad reviews. No apartment complex is perfect, pricey(thats California living), older building but me and my girlfriend choose this place over others we saw because of some of the amenities and the fact its a small apartment complex.
They take care Of the property the apartments are nice and remodeled the inside are nice washer and dryer on the inside wood floors granite counter tops Smart AC I can Control It from my phone and the landscaping is taken care of and is nice and the ladies in the office are nice and helpful
Wonderful Complex Beautiful View amazing Upgraded Wooden floors washer and dryer and Marble counter tops very spacious apartment and patio The staff is Wonderful Brianna is very Nice and always Cheerful very Helpful been here for over a year and have yet to have any complaints love the new Garages for the Location of the apartments the Pricing is great in my opinion all the shopping centers you need just a walk away Pool area is very nice Love the Gym 🙂
Great complex...very spacious! my family and I are very happy here, love the area...BUT!!! before moving in, make sure to have the management SPRAY FOR ROACHES...we was bout to say screw this place our 2nd night...but once the exterminator came we had zero problems w/ roaches again..besides that its awesome here
I dont know what everyone here is talking about.. this place is the best apt complex Ive ever lived in.. even the kids that play around have respect for the adults that walk around.. the managers are great and easy to work with, the neighbors are polite.. I definitely recommend anyone to this place.. great thing is no sec. 8..
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT move in this complex the management is by far the worst and most incompetent apartment onsite staff I have ever dealt with the lack of staffing has caused the team to give people answers like well your #23 on that list and the sad part is the onsite staff arent completely to blame its cannon management of riverside who are the real assholes so I pray for these idiots that better business practices will be blessed upon them one day.

2021-11-09I have lived here for the past year and have enjoyed being a tenant. The apartments are in good condition and things have consistently improved over the time Ive been here. Pests can show up on occasion but management has been on top of it and the staff is always helpful in reaching a solution. The maintenance staff and members of the office staff are always very helpful. Natalie in particular is always kind and easy to speak with, she has always been a great help since I have been a tenant here. They respond to my emails quickly and have always addressed any maintenance or any other miscellaneous issues Ive had.

2020-05-06This apartments complex has been one of my favorite to live. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They always make sure to help out the residents and make them feel comfortable and safe. The manager Brianna R. Is very helpful and Elizabeth and Brianna to every time I need some maintenance in my apartment the maintenance staff are there in less than half hour fixing the issue I really appreciate how quickly they handle the issue. I love the fact that I have the washer and dryer inside my apartment and the is flooring all the apt. And the layout inside and outside of the apartments are very modern and clean. I would highly recommend to anyone to live here.

Absolutely loving the apartment very spacious and i like how the apartment comes with brand new inside washing units Along with a brand new stove and refrigerator. Its a Nice perk knowing that you can wash your clothes at your own convenience inside your home. Overall a very nice neighborhood And I believe ridgeline apartments is one of the nicest and spacious apartment complex in that area.

2019-06-28My apartment is so cute and cozy. I just bought a new white couch and it goes great with the gray flooring. I was debating on whether or not I should get a white couch because it can get dirty so easily but I have no pets or kids so I figure I can keep it nice and clean. I think the apartment compliments itself really well because the granite is white with specks of black. It just makes everything look so fresh and modern. Another one of my favorite features of the apartment is the bathroom mirrors. I honestly feel like I am in a hotel with those mirrors. The outside is nice too, although the grass does seem to be a little brown but maybe because its the start of summer. The ladies in the office and the maintenance are all nice and great. The day of my move in I was having such a hard time because it was one of those days that everything goes wrong. First I lost my bank card the day before so I couldnt get the money for move-in. I ended up having to transfer money into my friends account and get it that way. Then my friends that were suppose to help moved canceled so I had to beg and pay my brother to help. But when I got to the office they made my move-in simple and even had the maintenance man help my brother get by bed inside. Great customer service. I plan on staying in these apartments for a long time.

2020-07-13I have lived at Ridgeline going on 3yrs now and it has been great. The management team has been the same and they actually care about their tenants. Any maintenance problems that come up are handled either same day or the next day. They are constantly making upgrades. I have had my kitchen and bathroom counters re-done. And they just recently installed French doors leading to the patio, and I am in live with them. It is a great quiet safe place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

2020-02-20Apartments are more on the expensive side but they are beautiful and I love that they come with wash and dryer in the units. It is over all very peaceful. Our vehicle was broken into twice before we completed a month. But after a bit of frustration we were assured that cameras would be installed for our safety. Once they are installed I can put 5 stars. I did see a few reviews that mentioned rats and roaches, yeeaaa Im very glad to say I have yet to see either one.

2020-06-01My husband and I have been living here for almost a year and we couldnt be happier. The faculty is clean and well kept. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. They are easy to get ahold of if there are any issue. If there is an issue inside the apartment they will take care of it within a day or find a solution until it can be fixed. For example, our air conditioning went out and they could not get a repair man in for a couple of days. However, we had a portable AC unit brought to us within a couple of hours to kept our place cool until it could be fixed properly.

2018-07-10This apartment complex has seen many changes throughout my stay at Ridgeline Apartments. Ive lived here for a little over 2 years, and believe me its been a ride, thankfully the ride has became easier.BEFORE In the beginning of my stay I was a little hesitant about the apts. I had a problem with bugs 2 weeks in and the neighborhood scared me because we had no gates. I was also scared of the reviews to stay here but I figured you have to experience everything for yourself. The old management was SLOW with everything and horrible with responding to my needs. Work orders never were put in and my emails were never replied to..NOW the new management is absolutely great. Theyve added gates to prevent homeless invasion. They are both professional and modern, Brianna is great shes funny but takes care of my needs. Parking is a little tight but we have remotes, which is convenient and makes me feel safer than before. I never had a problem with the new management. Tisha just left us, she is such a bright sweet soul. Shes very compassionate and can have you talking for hours! Im renewing my lease and an excited to see the new changes throughout these apartments, theyre becoming better, THANKFULLY!Im a college student that has my own struggles believe me I understand paying for something that isnt giving you the best experience. Im currently unemployed and getting funding from my parents and I wouldnt make them pay for something that wastes their money. Ive became best of friends with the workers here and theyve made my life easier and a little more cheerful. I hope this review can help you better understand the apartments change with time.

2020-04-22I really love Ridgeline Apartments. They are so professional when it comes to there tenants. They care about getting the job done. When I have a maintenance problem in my house, they come fix it right away! I enjoy living here, very spacious and roomy. They are way better and concerned about my living then my previous apartment. I recommend Ridgeline Apartments to be your best option in living. The landlords are very nice and take everything serious. I enjoy living there.!!! :)
