They were short handed and it took 20 minutes to get seated. The waitress was fantastic. We had the stuffed mushrooms were good. I had the crab legs, house salad and loaded baked potato. My husband had the NY strip, house salad and fully loaded baked potato. We both thought the baked potato was dry, not soft, even with the load.
It was good we are regulars there. Although we had a problem with our lobsters being undercooked 2 times they went above and beyond to make it right with us. Our waitress was fantastic and so was the manger.. thank you red lobster. You keep us coming back! You Rock.Betty Harrison
We love dining at our local Red Lobster on Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino for my Birthday and having The Lobster Lovers Dream. The Staff are always kind and courteous. Red Lobster in always wanting to heighten their customers dining experience has tinkered with their menu adding more tasty choices to chose from which is always a good thing for us customers. Currently on the menu is the Kung Pao Noodles with Crispy Shrimp so many delicious flavors packed into that dish!
We went for my birthday. It was about 8pm so not so many people on a Tuesday. Dinner failed. The steak was salty, but manager took care of us. There was no cake or signing on behalf of the restaurant, I think thats a huge highlight that always needs to be done to draw people in.Service was descent considering 1 guy for 8 people.
Food was Excellent! Worth a second visit. We had coconut shrimp with pineapple dipping sauce, salmon with broccoli, baked potato as sides and cajun chicken with alfredo. Of course lots of cheddar bay biscuits!Spent 45$ with tip for 3 adults. 1 meal was split. No drinks.Service was okay. Atmosphere was kinda depressing for some reason😖 very drab/outdated; but the food was really well cooked and everyone is our party was very satisfied🤤.
I ordered New England Clam Chowder. It was watery. I always check my silverware before I use it. My spoon was nasty. It had gunk in it. Ina addition to that, the place needs a modification uplift. The same old and dusty looking decor since the 80s. Same sitting boots, tables, flooring, and lobster tank. Very antiquated and filty. I can only imagine what the restrooms look like. Not going back!
On June 28 at 340 pm the Manager Giselle and the hostess were very rude and impolite . The hostess said we had to wait for 15 minutes. She brought the manager Giselle after she had stated that I didnt have to speak the manager that she would help us. The manager was not helpful and we ended up leaving. Bad service.
Jennifer our server was great.... she was constantly checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. She also brought out refills before we ever had to ask. The food was decent considering we are no where near the ocean. Its cool they have the live lobsters you can pick right out of the tank. All of us absolutely love the biscuits!!! I couldnt stop eating them. Its been a long time since Ive been here and I remembered it was pricey but it seems like its gone up quite a bit since and I think that least $5 over priced on every single item. So because of the pricing, I wish I could give 4.5 stars instead.
Service was okay, considering how understaffed they were. I literally had to wait in the entrance for a few minutes before someone showed up to seat me. I got the steak and lobster and a Bahama mama which was good however it took some time to even get our appetizer out let alone the food. We got the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and those never disappoint.
We went to meet up for lunch with some family. It was a very short wait even though it was a Sunday. Food was good, not the best, but okay. Waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. All in all good service just a little too expensive for the quality. Its just not like it used to be.
Dinner was great 👍🏻 Customer Service by Emily was Best tho! Her vibe, her attitude & attention to us before, during & after dinner was Professional yet so Friendly felt like weve known her for years and she started to get busy and never overlooked us! Will definitely be back, C U soon Emily 5 🌟 👍🏻
Fish and chips were super flakey, delicious! What I enjoyed most were the shrimp pot stickers, AMAZING!!! One thing I got to say, this place is super freezing!. Not comfortable if you got to eat with a coat on which most of the customers were. Husband spoke with the Manager on duty and she was able to adjust the temperature which made it a little more comfortable. Husband and I will be returning because the food is delicious and the service is also great.
Me and my husband went to go eat and enjoy some lunch , the waiter who we had was great, food was great and service was too! Now the part that me and my husband uncomfortable was when I believe it was the manger who talked to his employees and picked on one in front of everyone. By everyone it was the staff and the customers around them. I truly felt so bad for her, i know for sure she felt embarrassed! Treating or embarrassing your employees shouldn’t be allowed! Poor girl I wish I could of gave her a hug and I hope that manger learns to respects and knows when it’s the right time to speak to his employees.
When we arrived we put our name on a waiting list. We were told it would be about a 30 minute wait. After about 30 minutes I checked with the host and was told it would be 20 to 30 more minutes. I told him that was what the hostess told us when we got there. He told me well I wasnt the one who told you the first time. BTW there were people coming in after we did and were seated before us. Needless to say we left the location and went to Claim Jumpers where we were seated in about 5 minutes. We wont go to that Red Lobster again.
Started a bit rough, husband and I were seated and left for forgotten. A server Natalie took initiative and was a great server. Natalie redeemed the customer service for this establishment. Food was very good. Stuffed mushrooms, Lobster bisque, freshly baked biscuits, lobster tail, mash, rice and skewered shrimp. Worth the price.Bathrooms need more care, also ambiance needs updating. Looks and feels stale.
Our server Emily was such a delight and enthusiastic! She made sure we got exactly what we ordered. Food was delicious! Salmon was cooked/seasoned perfectly. We ordered the Mariners Feast and New Orleans, everything was well seasoned and not overcooked! Mixed drinks (mojito & long island) were really good. After many years of coming here, it is still great!
We havent been here for some time so we came after 3:30pm but before 4pm. thinking wed have a late lunch, early dinner. Our server was awesome and our food was really good. There was a constant hissing sound coming from one of the above registers that drove us crazy. It seemed as though there was a lack of personnel available to keep up on the little things. But it was ok.
It was clean, the lighting is dim but each table has a light fixture. The food was good. It arrived nice and hot. The server was friendly and attentive to keep us updated on the delay of our food. The kitchen was having troubles with the grill at the time. It was a pleasant lunch.
Mmmm.. great drink selection amd for being a 1st time visitor it was amazing i loved the food the service they sang to my lil girl happy bday and they made her feel so special it was nice we enjoyed our family time we liked the krabs they have there and well over all our visit was great they have happy hour and lunch specials so stop on by.
The food okay. I was disappointed with the biscuits because of their doughy consistency. I wish they had seated me at a table that had been cleaned. My table was covered with evidence of the previous occupancy. Avoid the lobster bisque, there isnt any lobster bits as required.
Our waiter was not on top of our needs. I had to ask for napkins and table settings which he should have gotten upon seating us. He did not offer and any biscuits so, i asked. As for my meal, my steak wasnt cooked how i asked and i didnt receive an ingredient i asked for on my potato. These small things tend to add up. What bothered me most was seeing our servers leaning around or not staying busy like other workers. If this guy wants tips, he needs to step it up. I dont recommend this location in which to dine. I recommend the Ontario location. The customer service of my last visit there was excellent.
I got the Monday special all u can shrimp. Our waitress took forever bringing them out and forgot about my refill on skewers and when brought to her attention she acted like she didnt know. I havent been here in awhile and my family took me for birthday everything was great except the waitress on our refills for shrimp and drinks.
The people at Red Lobster are wonderful. The food tasted great, however, both my daughter and I got violently sick. I think they need to check the lobsters. Some of them did not look healthy and some could have been dead which would be all bad. I am disappointed because I took my daughter there for a special time that turned out badly.
Best dinner rolls ever. Was a nice Fathers Day and we all enjoyed our time there. I had snow crab which is what I always get. While I do enjoy it, the last few times I think, I should have stuck with the shrimp. I love snow crab and Im good at the cracking bit, but the amount you get leaves me hungry theyre almost always cold. It may be the cost of snow crab and the difficulty in serving it hot but I would say this is a great place for a shrimp dinner.
We indulged in surf and turf for four of us. The salad was fresh Romaine, shaved parnesan and creamy Cesar. Lobster, shrimp and salmon melted in the mouth with perfect seasoning.. steaks were charbroiled on the outside but pink in the centers. The seasoned biscuits were light, despite their nature of dense flavor. The wait staff not only offered excellent attentive service, but there witty off the cuff repartee kept us laughing. All enjoyable.
Ordered online the day before. Received conformation. Got there to pick my order, No order they say. Called the app they confirmed that my order was confirmed and reconfirmed. Had to wait 45 mins for my order to be prepared. Never did any manager come out to say their sorry for this error. I was advised a manager would come out. They never did. Poor management.
The caramelized brussel sprouts and baked potato tasted wonderful. Although the potato seemed on the small side. The host and server worked together to ensure that our meals were served in a timely manner. Please limit your questions concerning prices for food items that are usually sold as a complete meal.
I like the clam chowder but I really want it the shrimp salad to go with it that they didnt carry. But in this time of covid-19 a lot of restaurants Im not carrying too many things from the regular menu. Customer service was great. And I noticed they were sanitizing as soon as the customers left. Great Job. 😃😃😃
We had already had a rough day with our teenager flooding our kitchen and decided that Red Lobster would be the perfect pick me up because we had eaten here about a month or so ago when the restaurants were allowing dine in. We arrived to pick up our food and it was already bagged and sitting out on the bar counter before we got there. We get home, about 15 minutes away, and my caeser salad was warm and wilted, our cheesecakes were warm and melting, our biscuits were dry, my pasta was cold and hard and had no flavor and the coconut shrimp were gooey. I ate two shrimp and about 3 bites of pasta before throwing my dinner in the trash because it was so bad. My daughter barely ate her pasta due to the same reason. My husband was happy with his meal minus the biscuits. My youngest was content but ended up tossing hers as well. I don’t mind paying $100 for good food. But when I pay $100 for nasty, flavorless, dried up food? Not acceptable at all. We picked up our food at 8 and they closed at 8:30 or I would have driven back over there to complain. We won’t be eating here again. At least not any time soon. What a waste of time, gas, and especially money.
We always get our food delivered or we pick it up and its really good. Fresh also, not to mention they dont overstuff the bags so the food is cramped. You have enough room to get everything out without spilling anything. The trio platter is my favorite also the Ultimate Feast is awesome.
Came on a Saturday night only waited for about 15 minutes to get seated. They served our drinks and took our order quickly. Which was nice, but they did miss up my wifes steak and also failed to give me all my utensils and sides. And the food over all was ok. Not saying for sure it was Redlobster... but me and my wife had very upset stomachs afterwards:(. Will I be coming back to this Red Lobster most likely not.
The most horrific disgusting mess! Friday night not even busy! We were seated ordered 1 beer 1 wine and 1 doctor pepper! The waitress took our order for appetizers at the same time and within 5 min appetizers arrived! And still 27 MIN LATER NOOOOO DRINKS. I walked by the bar empty!!!!!! Nobody there. Manager standing in back laughing joking not even worried about a thing! I asked to speak to her she looked right at me and ignored me. When I brought it up she seemed surprised. She clearly doesn’t care we always tip good and for her attitude we asked for the check and left she wouldn’t even come to say anything she sent someone to say……”your appetizers are free, it’s okay”!!! What does that mean FREE we didn’t come in for anything free we came to eat and her attitude shows exactly why the staff is the way they are they follow her lead!!!! So sad it’s really a horrible place!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!
Placed an order over the phone for a family deal which came with rolls, two sides and popcorn shrimp. Staff was very friendly and made ordering and pick up easy. And the amount of food we got was wonderful! More than enough us as a family of 4! Everything was hot and fresh. Very very happy with the service we received!
Wonderful! Food was amazing! Drink was great, a bit on the expensive side for drinks. They can work on that. People would stay longer and purchase more if they didnt charge so much for drinks. 8.99 for a wine spritzer. Over 3.00 for a cup of coffee? Service was the best! Our waitress was so helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to get to know us and serve us. Super friendly! Would go back just to see her!
I had a gift card to use here even though I hate seafood Lol! I wasnt impressed by the lobby but the restaurant was surprisingly nice. The menu had plenty of variety outside of just seafood and was reasonably priced. Our waitress was very friendly and did a great job! The warm biscuits were fantastic too! Much better than anticipated.
It wasnt crowded at all, got seated right away. The waiter, I didnt get his name, was very helpful and attentive. Steak was cook exactly how I ordered it. The price was a little expensive, $100 for 2 of us. Fast convenient payment terminal right at our table. Overall it was a good experience.
Went for my birthday for endless shrimp and they didnt have all the shrimp dishes! Food refills also took a very long time to come to our table and our waiter wasnt around much either. All in all it was horrible service and one of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had and to top it all off on my birthday. ===UPDATE=== Its been over a year now and after immediately filling out what they asked i still never got a response on my horrible dining experience.
It was very delicious! Steak was thick and cooked as I requested, medium and cooked to perfection. Lobster was delicious. Baked potato was dandy and salad was good too. Steak sauce and melted butter was great. It is a little expensive but to eat out with a friend from time to time is ok!! ⭐⭐⭐
The food is good. The staff made my visit. Unfortunately I dont remember the name of my waitress but she was amazing. My husband got lobster and it was not right, a mussy pile inside a shell. We told our waitress and she fixed it fast. I thank her for the great service. Also, the broccoli is soooo good, I dont know what they season it with but I loved it. Generally I wouldnt care much about steamed broccoli but this was perfect, I want more, yummy.
Service was great! Restaurant was nice! The food was disappointing. Baked potato was hard, fried shrimp all you can eat, promotion tasted like it had been heated in the microwave, definitely not crispy. Shrimp scampi was good. Tomatoes in the salad were over ripe and ruined the salad. It was good for the experience but the food definitely left me feeling like I wasted my money.
We had not been to a Red Lobster in a while. It was great. We had the salmon, mine with soy and ginger which was delicious. We had a baked potato and a Bahama Mama to drink This drink was like having desert. It was soooo good. I go here often and the food is always good and the service is always just as good. The staff is friendly and the management does a good job. They never disappoint! Ordered my food to go and it was AMAZING!!! I love seafood and let me tell you Red Lobster is the best & I love their biscuits. I’ve never had anything like it. Keep up the Great work!!!
We ordered dinner last night, delivered by Door Dash. Door Dash was great, even delivered a little early. But out of the 3 meals I ordered, Red Lobster left out 3 things, including a bowl of clam chowder and a dozen CHEDDAR BAY BISCUITS! The order was clear, no special requests, so its hard to understand how they could mess it up so badly. The food we did get was average to good, but...really, NO BISCUITS? When I called to complain, the manager asked if I wanted to come and get what they left out...not necessarily today but in the future. I told her that kind of defeated the purpose of having it delivered in the first place. She said she would take it off my credit card, but it would take 2 weeks. Funny...it didnt take nearly that long for it to go ON my credit card. I think Ill be ordering from someplace else next time.UPDATE: Red Lobster completely made this situation right by issuing a refund. I will order from them again!
Ordered dinner for my birthday I was so disappointed. My lobster and my husband’s was rubbery and not edible. We spent over a hundred dollars for a nice dinner and the lobster should have been the highlight. If I were in the restaurant I would have had the opportunity to send it back. Serving me substandard food is disgraceful shame on Red Lobster .
My GF and me were passing by San Bernardino Red Lobster. We stopped ate hotel in San Bernardino. We ordered and had it delivered. We both had the Lobster lovers dream. We were at a hotel down the street. Our order was fine but no buttrr lemon slices or silverware. How do you eat Lobster without butter or lemon. We ate with our fingers. Manager was like deal with it. Never ordering there again. Worst customer service ever.
I have to say they have renewed themselves o. This visit. Unlimited shrimp, admirals feast, food was hot, drinks were great! Try there new drink menu! Bartender was on point with combining liquor to base in drinks. Lobster crab shrimp very fresh and cooked tender and tasty. Had a great experience. A little wait but for 2 people you can eat in the bar area at the mini booths. Stopped coming here but might be adding back in the rotation..... prices..... well? Theyve gone up so be ready
The place isnt bad per say. The service was good. Very friendly staff. It just needs a reboot or something. With lobster in the name, Im expecting a nice place. The atmosphere is old and dull. The walls look old. There are old 90s speakers that are mounted like my bedroom in my teens. The shrimp are tiny. The muscles were rubbery. Id compare the quality to buffet food. The biscuits were good as always. They have a spicy fried broccoli dish that was excellent. I cant remember what it was called but it was really good.
The biscuits were absolutely amazing and so fresh that you can still feel some of the heat radiating from them if you hover your hand over them. It was a good first impression to say the least. I got the Rock Lobster and Steak with a baked potato and corn. Now the sides were good and all, but the Rock Lobster and Steak were great. The Steak, to me personally, had been seasoning a bit too much, but the Lobster was near perfect. Definitely multiple steps up from the last time I had visited a Red Lobster and I will be visiting this one again very soon. ( ^ω^)
Even though with the world just opening backup things can be a little hard for the service industry, they did their best to make us feel as comfortable as possible and as if nothing was wrong in the world. So kudos to them for doing all they can to try to make our dining experiences best as they could.
Still as good as ever and you cant beat the biscuits that they serve. This restaurant had to have the friendliest people ever. I had my service dog with me and they even made him a chicken dish and brought him some water and he was under the table and was trying to be friendly with everybody. They loved having him in there they were very helpful with my mother being in a wheelchair. I didnt mind giving them a tip one bit
Do not order to go!!, just spent 75$ to get salad that was old smelled like it was from a bag, baked potatoes that were shriveled and dry, and our shrimp looked like it came from unchanged grease it was really dark, also our appetizer lobster dip had stale hard chips. The only thing that was good were the biscuits. Waste of 💰!!! I would expect better quality for the money I just threw away.
Took a long time to be seated which is understandable if they’re a busy restaurant but honestly the servers were just standing around. There were three servers up front writing down names for the parties. It doesn’t take 3 servers to do that it literally just takes 1. Also when we were seated I had to wait 15-20minutes JUST FOR A DRINK. They also got my dads order wrong and brought the right one when we were all done eating already. There’s no point of him eating by himself while we were all done already. Also I went in to celebrate my birthday, didn’t even sing happy birthday to me while I clearly saw servers were singing to others. He legit brought the ice cream sat it on the table and walked away like if it was no big deal. If we choose to celebrate a birthday at your restaurant at least tell your servers to show some respect and care about it, cause clearly it shows that server did not care at all. Terrible experience for my birthday won’t be going back for celebrating.
This is the only place that seems to wrap up a crustacean meal the proper way for a reasonable price. For under $40 a plate, you can go into a for coma with a plate of lobster, crab, shrimp, rice, and clan chowder. All very well seasoned and cooked.Cant say its my regular spot (not would I with the cholesterol involved), but every time we go its good.
Service was excellent and the food was very good. Unfortunately, Red Lobster has gotten to be a little pricey. It seems as though there is an up charge for everything. Oh you want soup instead of a salad? Thats an extra charge. You want roasted veggies instead of broccoli? Thats an extra charge. Oh you want a fork? Thats an extra charge. Lol... Just kidding on the last one but thats how I felt. Otherwise the entrees were good portions and the staff was very accommodating.
Food was awesome when me and my pregnant girlfriend went. Service at the beggining was lacking. Had to wait for our waitress after they sat us down for a good minute. Kind of felt like we were ignored at first. But everything worked out at the end. Had a good time with my girl and came out with a full belly.
I went to red lobster, the one thats in San Bernardino. And when I went inn someone helped me by showing me where there was a table at. So that was good service, and when I was at the table the server went to the table on time I didnt have to wait for her. And the server was really nice to me she talked nicely to me she was letting me know what they put in the food that I wanted and she also took my drink to the table on time and gave me refills when she saw my drink halfway done. So for me the server did a really good service that day and for me I think she always does good service because I saw how nice she was with all her customers. So I will recommend all my friends and family to red lobster restaurant for all the good service that the server did when I was there. Andred lobster is one of my favorite restaurants.
Obviously a bit pricey, but a nice lunch/early dinner, and a lot of food. Service was slower than expected. Shrimp plates were superb, but I thought the crab legs were non-stellar.When you order unlimited shrimp, and its finally brought to your table after a lengthy delay you kind of sigh and just go along with it. On the plus side the reorder was a mix of suggested shrimp entrees, and they were shared by all. Nice gesture given the slow service.
I love this location. Ive always had prompt, courteous service and great tasting food in very reasonable time. Even when theyre really busy I still receive great service and quality. Our server, Alex, was very attentive and helpful. Thanks Alex and thanks Red Lobster SB for another great Saturday night dinner!
It was my first time eating in this restaurant Red lobster .After many Tv advertisings I bited the hook just like a silly 🐟 I got the Wednesday special lobster tail steak an bake potato an green beans some of the green beans were frozen..The lobster tail was over cooked steak was okay...Waitress was polite but I felt rushed I couldnt order dessert because she had brought me a soda to go an my check....I was very disappointed food looks delicious but carelessly prepared😰..Place looks clean an I did noticed restaurant crew wipping down after each coustomer.
It took the bar tender forever and a day to great me. I would never come to any red lobster again. They gave my plate to the gentleman next to me who arrived after me. And then they had the nerve to give me the plate they gave him. I knew cause I saw him cut into the meat. He ordered a med rare. I ordered a well done. It was a mess they took forever to give me my check too. I will say the only thing tht was good was the chocolate cake. Everything else was too salty.
Our experience wasnt like most times weve been here. The bread was good, like always, but sadly, someone dropped the ball on the Cajun Chicken Pasta. They must have changed the recipe, because it was way too salty and my mom wasnt a fan. Our waitress, Kelly, seemed too occupied with other things than to tend to our table like a normal waitress. She took way too long to come back with simple things like ranch and straws. She ran away from the table as soon as she sat the things down, as if she didnt want anything more to do with us. It took her three times to come back to our table with our to-go cup. Im sorry, but they deserved three stars from what we experienced :/
The food was great, the famous biscuits were delicious and my 4 -Course Feast was good too. What was best about our experience was our server, Summer, because she involved my mother by trying to speak spanish with her. That really topped the experience.I recommend you stop by and hope you get Summer, because she is a ray of sunshine and treats you like family, all while remaining professional and courteous.
I visit only on special occasions, and this one was an anniversary. The food was good as usual, especially the garlic cheese biscuits, always look forward to those. The waitress made it special by giving us ice cream drizzled with choc. yum, she wrote on the plate with choc syrup, congratulations. It was a nice gesture.
The wait time for a party of 6 on a wednesday was unusually long(30 min) Also the wait for my dad to get a glass of wine and mom a beer was too long(15 min). The great thing was the Endless Shrimp! All flavors except the Fiesta were excellent! The appetizers were very good and the prices are very good for what you receive. Our waitress Alyssa(?) was very friendly and attentive throughout our long stay and apologized for delays she could not control. She made our visit much better. :)
Me and my wife both had the steak and lobster my wife had to send her stake back as we ask for medium rare and it was well done the lobsters both tasted hard and no taste service was okay lady forgot to give us our Cokes are steaks were pretty good after she got hers replaced, Ill never eat here again. For the price not worth it. On the way home my wife said she doesnt want lobster no more ever again
Surprisingly good. Get there early because it does get crowded and the wait can be 20-30 minutes on a Saturday night. Food was good but they did forget to bring our caprese side order but charged us for it anyway. I think it was an honest mistake since our server Kelly was going home and Alyssa took over. Raw oyster appetizer was fresh and steak and lobster were cooked perfectly.
It’s been years since coming to this location, but it was just as pleasant now as then.We were able to get seated right away, parents and myself. Our server was very attentive and gracious. Knew the menu very well and wasn’t pushy.About halfway through the meal, my mom couldn’t bare the temp anymore, as it was almost freezing (even I thought so, and I love cold). As soon as we just mentioned it, our server offered to move us away from the vents (that was the problem! Those things are very strong!!) and looked into changing the temperature a little, as we were the only people in that part of the dining room. This would be wonderful on an extremely hot day (didn’t help that my parents got a piña colada type slushee drink). The food was delicious. Steak was cooked just right. Lobster was delectable, and large.Overall, a very pleasant experience.
We have been going to this place for so many years for “date night “ with our friends. Last night, first time in such a long time that the food was terrible. The only thing that saved our night was our incredible waitress Amanda! That girl was literally so attentive and amazing!
Christina gave us excellent service as was Shaw whom she was training, hes gonna be great! They kept our water glasses full and checked on us multiple times. We both had endless shrimp and it speaks for itself...GOOD as ever! This Red Lobster location has always been good service and food!
Usually my food is exceptionally good but this time my shrimp literally was blah: no butter or seasoning at all. Just naked grilled shrimp on a shish kabob. The steak and mashed potatoes were good though. When the waiter asked how our food was. I told him about the shrimp and he said sometimes that happens. Really?!

2022-06-01I love visiting this restaurant. I frequently dine by myself and they are always very attentive and friendly. Just as wonderful is the food. I absolutely love the flounder which is delicious, as is the steak. They prepared the steak exactly the way I ordered and it was so flavorful. As always, the biscuits were a reason to go back again. Very pleasant experiences.

2022-02-24My wife and I went a few day after Valentines day to finally have a dinner together. We havent been to red lobster in over 10 years. But now that we recently been there we will definitely be back. Dinner was awesome! We love going to dinner and taking some back home to enjoy again the next day. Although her plate was bigger than mine 🤔Keep up the great work 👍🏻

2021-12-16My favorite place to go for seafood! The most delicious seafood place in town ! Its always a family friendly place, the staff here are nice and welcoming, the waitresses here are attentive and well mannered. The food here are always served warm and not to forget the food portion is huge as well. At least two people can have one serving easy.

2022-04-02Curbside Pick Up for My sons bday Dinner, the Worst Experience. Not only did I have to wait 30 min as my Steak was burned but we got quite a show from some employees. I ordered my Steak Well Done and it was super pink. I wouldve preferred the burned one

2022-05-06Great meal and experience. Most of my party went for the Three from the Sea. A great deal, starting at $15.99 - with many options, and also upgrades like the salmon that I chose for just $2.00 more.I chose the New England clam chowder to start. It was a little thin for a chowder but very tasty. Oh, but the endless cheddar bay biscuits that they start you off with were absolutely the BOMB!! And they generously keep them coming on request! (◠‿◕) For my entree I chose the grilled salmon, with a baked potato and house salad for my sides. The salad was again, generous and satisfying, and loaded with fresh ingredients and topped with crunchy croutons. The potato was just right, topped as requested. My only criticism unfortunately is on the salmon, which tasted somewhat salty. Finally, If youre curious about the adult beverage named Lobster Punch, like I was, you might give it a try ;-) Its a berry-flavored punch, that hits that sweet-tart spot. Overall the meal was great and service was terrific!! Looking forward to returning!!

2021-09-14Nice place for delicious seafood feast, friendly staff. I wish they offered family feasts on the dine in menu. However, any of the feasts were more than enough for at least two to share.
