Ramiro and Erica were fantastic agents. From the start they made the process of selling my condo as simple and smooth as possible. The photos and posting of my condo were gorgeous. They constantly communicated with me during the process and even helped take care of some extra tasks since I was selling while already relocated to another state. Ramiro & Erica Rivas, were fantastic Realtors to work with on the sale of my Altadena spanish bungalow. I found them online and saw they had great reviews. After meeting them both, I immediately fell comfortable with their dynamic. Erica gave me a lot of great home decor pointers that were inexpensive to do. As a bonus, it was comforting to have Ramiros resources to enhance details, repairs, and painting. Their suggestions ultimately boosted my propertys resale value. After two weeks on market, we recieved multiples offers. I accepted an offer and was then able to then secure a purchase in South Pasadena for my replacement home. The escrow process had many moving parts. My agents were always there to explain the transaction paperwork and go over the inspection reports. From beginning to end, my mind was at ease. It truly had been a pleasure to have such a responsive and knowledgeable team on my side!

Great real estate team! I had been looking for a modern condo or loft for a while without any success. I decided to make a change of realtors when I meet Ramiro at an open house in old town Pasadena. He answered all my questions with ease and knew all the buildings I needed to focus on. After only 3 weeks of working with him and Erica, we got an offer accepted! Love being in a cool condo that is close to everything. I will definitely use them again when its for me to get a bigger space. Ramiro came to look at a property my husband and I invested in for rehab and resell. Before I even signed the listing agreement with Ramiro, he’d already put in so much effort on the house we were selling, including going to the county records office to find out its architectural significance! Now that’s someone who cares about homes. He was very passionate about the property my husband and I were rehabbing which was a mid century modern. Once the property was on the market Ramiro got us offers very quickly. He was super easy to work with. Plus he puts everything in Docusign which is way easier than dealing with printing out and scanning or faxing (who faxes anymore??). So I highly recommend these guys.

Ramiro did a fantastic job in coordinating my relocation from NYC to Los Angeles! I flew in to see condos for a couple days and found a cool space that had everything I was looking for. During the entire process, I was able to sign everything digitally making it easy to do since I was across country. 2021-12-17A good Realtor makes all the difference in the sale of your home. I have worked with Ramiro and Erica multiple times and they have been professional, successful and easy to work with. We worked together on a home in Altadena and the home sold fast and for over asking price. 2014-07-26I first met Ramiro and Erica while they were doing some marketing in our Pasadena neighborhood just after I moved here to help my family offload a property. Without any formal relationship they offered to provide us some basic valuation information and renovation tips that turned out to be immensely helpful. Later on, their marketing strategy brought in the winning offer just one week after we officially went on the market, and throughout the escrow period Ramiro repeatedly exceeded our expectations by proactively handling any issues with great skill. As newlyweds looking for our first home, we were apprehensive about finding the right realtor who we could trust to walk us through the home buying process. We were so lucky to find Ramiro! He was extremely responsive right from the beginning and honest about listings he thought were right for us. When the right house came on the market, he jumped on it right away and orchestrated negotiations for us while we were out of the country for work. Would absolutely work with him again!!
