I appreciate theres a legitimate opioid problem out there but many of us need opioid to help us keep working.Some of the staff here treat you like youre getting dope to get high.They judge you. I only like dealing with Cheyenne, Juliane or Caroline.The rest of them like to assume. They dont know about your rheumatoid arthritis or MS.We shouldnt have to justify what our doctor gives us.

SHAME ON THEIR PERSONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, CARELESS, NOT EDUCATED, RUDE AND MEAN. THE PHARMACIST HAD THE CORAGE TO HUNG UP THE CALL ON MY FACE WHILE SEEKING CLARIFICATION ON THEIR MESSING LACK OF ACTION ON MY NEEDED RX. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER... I WHISH I CAN GIVE - 1 STAR.

This pharmacist knows whats better for you than your Doctor. 🤔 She discriminates and treats legitimate patients like drug addicts. My wife came home in tears because of the way they treated. My wife has no history with this pharmacy or the type of prescription she was refused while being treated like she was getting this RX for fun.

The staff is very friendly, compassionate, and professional. There has never been more than one person in line in front of me. But more importantly, they have worked harder to get prescriptions through sometimes than my own doctors office. Even though I can get prescriptions filled at no cost at Costco, I would rather pay a copay at Ralphs Temecula.
