This store was recently remodeled and its really nice inside. Ive had to ask the employees to help me locate items a couple times and they walked me to the item each time. They have a large area with fresh foods, pre-made lunches, dinners, sandwiches, fruit bowls, etc. and all are reasonably priced. Checkouts are speedy and there are several self checkouts available. Overall, probably the nicest grocery store Ive been to.
Best part its salad bars and it is neat and clean. No awful smells (unlike some of other stores). Things are places nicely. In mangers Special you may find interesting items, that you wanted to try; but at much cheaper cost.Though I am not 100% vegan, but time to time change to it. I wish they has some more selection for Vegans/Vegetarian people. Also, this info should be posted at fresh salad counters
Super fast. Place has self checkout. If you want to get to the back side of the store, dont go down the alcohol lane. Youll either have to turn around and go down a different lane, or youll be trapped. Usually pretty slow during the week but the weekends can be a nightmare. Ive gotten into a fender bender in the parking lot. Everyone is in a rush and the person who hit me wasnt paying attention. Still, not as bad as Trader Joes next door tho. :)Staff is friendly. The produce section is also stocked and rotated. Would have zero complaints if I didnt find flies in my bak choy. But it happens and thats why you need to wash your produce when you get home.Perfer here than having to go to somewhere that does not have self check out.
Customers, be mindful of your final bill when buying from this location. I noticed on my bank statement that I got charged full price, on a purchase from a week ago, after inputting my club card. Cost shouldve been $56, but they charged me $98. And, when I called customer service, the manager gave me zero help given that I no longer had a receipt from a week ago. I told him I could recite exactly what I bought, and, they could verify the amount on my bank statement & compare it to the club member prices that were being offered that week, but, did not want to help me.
My go-to local grocery store. With a wide array of produce and packaged goods, mesmerizing cheese and bakery sections, a plethora of houseplants, friendly employees and a Starbucks, Ralph’s rarely disappoints.*Be aware, depending on the day and time, it can get very crowded on weeknights, parking can be a bit difficult, Starbucks can get backed up and produce sections can completely clear out. I guess that’s the price you pay for going to a popular place! ;) So plan your trip accordingly.
Watched a lady with NO MASK lean across the plastic shield having a conversation with the Starbucks gal (who never asked her to step back) then she proceeded to walk over to the deli and sushi section coughing and hacking over the prepped food..... Absolutely selfish. This is the behavior that will ruin it for all. We are never going to go back to normal with people like this. I am a healthcare provider: COVID-19 is not a hoax, its real BUT if we can get people or LARGE CORPORATIONS LIKE RALPHS to take precautions (AT LEAST WHEN THEY ARE IN PUBLIC, we can get this under control.
We live across the street from this Ralphs and have gone to it for the last few years. However, this place has gone down hill the last year or two. Terribly managed, dirty, always out of stock on many items, terrible parking, employees never smile, overall just a terrible store. We will be driving to the Laguna Niguel location for now on even though its much farther away.
Horrible customer service and management. The new manager hired a month ago has no clue and is a self-important punk. The night crew is ok, but the regular day shift workers are for the most part, appallingly bad at their jobs.Oh, they also dont honor their return policy. Spend your money elsewhere, this store needs a good purge
The worst “customer service “ I have ever experienced anywhere!!! First the Ralph’s employee flat out lied to me!!! When I got home and wanted to write a review there was no customer feedback number for me to call on the receipt. So I called the store to get that information and the employee who answered said that “it pops up on the receipt” but it wasn’t on my receipt, when I asked her for an alternate way to give my feedback she said “there is no other way” also a lie!!! FYI there is no store number on the receipt.......now I know why.
Came just for there fresh chicken salad feom the deli its my favorite and i drove out of my way to getting hoping to get there before the closed. I was there right at 8:59 and even tho i felt bad and didnt want to bug them cause they were just starting to close up they were super nice and helped me out! Thanks for satisfying my craving!
Waited 1 hoir in pick up area no one asked and no one pick up the phone. This bad review is for their pickup system. The young staffs are obviously working hard but very tired because of the bad system that is not able to arrange pick up items and customer time well. Ralfs CEO should fire himself, or at least fire COO.
Always have great customer service I’ve been coming here for 2 years but lately I’ve been having horrible customer service the cashier Annie shouldn’t be working there she treats customers there like if she she’s paying for our groceries today she just tossing my groceries in the bag and giving me attitude I’m very upset!!
I just recently ordered a custom cake (Tiramusu) from the bakery deptartment, and a mix up was made and my cake was not available when I came to pick it up. Michael V (the manager) called several other stores to see if they had one. He then, personally went to another store and picked up the cake and brought it back to have decorated for me to have for the Birthday party the next day. The bakery associate was also very helpfull. Thank you Airacella, and Michael , for your wonderful Customer Service. Your the best
This is a nice cozy where else its not as big as the normal big supermarkets are they have a great deli they have a Starbucks inside a wonderful wine selection and their service deli is wonderful a lot of good items to to choose from many times I go in there just to pick up their chicken for dinner great selection of salads they also have a cheese bar that is to die for
Terrible customer service. Went in to use the coinstar when it took more than half of the coins I had which before got me around $30 and stopped working early on and only gave me $3. Went to customer service and they only helped me get half and gave up then not caring at all.

2022-06-27So, this isnt a review of the store so much as the management and policies. Several weeks ago, I interviewed with Jessica for a bakery/deli position. She hired me, we filled out the paperwork right there in her office and I did and cleared the Hire Right. Then three weeks went by and I heard nothing. I called twice and left messages for Jessica. No response. Finally, I called a third time and she just happened to be there. I asked what was going on and she said that HR said I was banned from being rehired because Id worked there before. Problem is, Ive never worked at any Kroeger company and told her as much. She said shed get back to me. That was three weeks ago and nothing. No communication. No anything. Terrible management at this store. Ive emailed Kroeger multiple times with no answers. Im constantly told I have to talk to a different department and every department I talk to says the same thing. Nobody can explain why, when I never worked at Kroeger, or any Kroeger company, Im banned from being rehired. Awful communication and terrible management/corporate. After this experience, I wont shop at Ralphs any longer.

2022-06-11Purchased a gift card and ended up leaving it on the counter. Called the next day to see if possibly the cashier noticed and gave it to a manager to hold. Employee was super rude, and said the cashier most likely threw it away! When I asked if that was their policy to just throw gift cards with money on them in the garbage, she stated they wouldn’t keep them for a “whole day“!

2022-02-23People should be careful, this supermarket often overcharges, three times out of ten will happen. I asked their manager and he said the cashier typed in the wrong number... Remember to check your receipt.

2021-05-27I specially love the sushi from this Ralph’s. The sushi master, Eh, is the best of the best!!. We go for sushi almost every week, and it’s always fresh a with generous portions. Thank you Eh! Can’t wait to order more 🤩

2020-06-03This is a decently stocked Ralphs and the meat always looks good. I dont know that Ive ever had problems at this Ralphs. The Starbucks folks are usually nice, if you ask for help the service is reasonable. But today in the meat department the guy who came out to help was rude and indifferent. Turns out hes the meat dept.manager, Dan, so no sense in asking for the manager. He has a problem with people of color which he doesnt try to hide. However, normally people in a management position will at least try to conceal their personal bias. Not so with Dan the meat manager. A person standing next to me who twice made it clear to Dan that I was next, just gave a look like i dont know what this guys issue is. Dan asked the person twice if he had been helped. Not whos next? Not may I help you? When it was clear i was next I swear it was I like what do you want, which one? No greeting i dont have to have one, but Dan do Ralphs customers a solid, and just get over yourself or go into another line of work. Just because you can get away with being a jerk, doesnt mean you have to actually do it.

2019-08-01I love this Ralphs. It isnt super huge. Friendly employees. Clean. Very nice produce. Easy to park and in a center with other great shops/eateries.Has all that you require for your daily grocery needs. Conveniently located in a complex which has some eating joints, bank, pharmacy etc. Ample of parking space and friendly staff. I particularly like the quality of their fresh produce and economically priced Kroger Brand alternatives. It is walking distance from Marriotts residence inn and courtyard.

2020-10-14Several times now we have seen two different cashiers wearing a MESH face mask. All customers are required to wear face coverings to protect each other, yet some employees are allowed to just decorate their faces with a net with rhinestones. We spend a lot of money in this supermarket, but we will be taking our business elsewhere if these employees dont start to wear a proper mask.

2020-03-22As of March 22,Senior hours are 7-730am, however, when I went at 8am seniors 65+ were allowed to jump ahead of the line even after these hours. The produce and bread sections seem to be recovering and restocked more often. Meats sell out quickly, with cheap non-organic chicken still a rarity. Extremely rare to see paper towels and they limit to 2 per household, and I havent seen toilet paper and dishwashing soap in weeks. If you arrive when there is a line, carts are handed to customers by the door, after being wiped down by a worker there. Line moves steadily.
