If your looking for a place for your mom or dad this is it!!! My 89 year old mom needed a temporary place to stay while her new place was being built. My sister and I looked first then I took my mom around. She might be 89 but she is very opinionated and picky. She could find fault with all of them from the hallway is too dark to its too quiet, or no balcony. The second we walked into Quail Lodge she LOVED it. She loved the cozy decor and layout, the people were welcoming and the apt was newly renovated with a balcony and a view. Our salesperson Dana was refreshingly pleasant and very accommodating. My moms new construction place kept having delays and I had to keep asking for extensions from a written move out notice. The manager Susan Allen was very understanding and kept giving us more time. She has been there now for 6 months now and loves it so much she doesnt want to leave. I had a feeling this would happen but sadly we will have to say goodbye next week. If your looking for a place that your mom or dad will be happy at do yourself a favor and look here. Thank you Quail Lodge for making my moms transition so very pleasant.

My 98 year old dad and 99 year old uncle have been at Quail Lodge for 3 and 1/2 years. This has been a wonderful place for them, living together, and for the rest of the family as well. Everyone at Quail Lodge is helpful, communicative, willing to help figure out solutions to any issue you might have. With elders, there are issues and it is comforting to know such a warm and caring staff is there when I am not. I like how the activities are centrally located which creates an energy that those more on the sidelines can still enjoy without actually participating if they dont want to. My dad needs more care now and we are moving out of Quail Lodge and it is a very sad thing. We will miss our friends and caregivers and only hope the next place is just as warm and welcoming and efficient.

The atmosphere at Quail Lodge cant be beat. We are an independent community full of vibrant friendly seniors. Everyone looks out for one another and we all become family. I am the current Actvity Director, offering physical and social activities throughout the day. The connections and friendships the residents make with one another and the support and happiness it brings to them is inspiring. The residents and staff at Quail Lodge truly make it a home and I am lucky to be a part of it. (Not to mention, the food is delicious)

I have been looking on and off for my grandmother for a few years and as soon as I walked into Quail Lodge I knew my grandmother would love it. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They offered me to stay for lunch after my tour and we ate a great meal in their private dining room. Everything is very clean and comfy but the main sell was the bus transportation to my grandmothers hospital! They have a full calendar of fun activities and beautiful balconies in each apartment. I cant wait for her to call this place home.

The Quail Lodge Retirement Community is truly a community. The activity director, Sacha Samuel, has a wide variety of activities that the residents can take advantage of. There is always something happening if they wish to participate. Management is important to make a facility run smoothly. Susan Allen, the executive manager, and Mikki Estrada, the office manager, bent over backwards to help my husband and I when we came from Wisconsin with plans to move my cousin to a nursing home near us. Because her health deteriorated and doctors stated she could not be moved, we ended up staying in California for six weeks. Susan and Mikki made sure we had a place to stay in Quail Lodge the entire time. This was a godsend for us as they not only ensured we had lodging and well-balanced meals during this difficult time, but also were there to offer emotional support to us as my cousin went to hospice care. We were impressed by how Susan and Mikki connect with the residents. For example, they stop at each table during meal time to visit with each resident, making everyone part of this friendly community.I cannot speak highly enough of Quail Lodge and its friendly management. I researched many retirement communities before helping my cousin move into Quail Lodge seven years ago. Throughout her seven year residence at Quail Lodge, my cousin repeatedly told me how glad she was to be there. Her good experiences started with the move in and continued until the move out. The beautiful building and landscaping give Quail Lodge an airy, pleasant atmosphere. Even the hallways are welcoming with their lovely, varied artwork, wide aisles and comfortable seating.I highly recommend Quail Lodge Retirement Community.

My Mom is staying here and its great for her... its light and airy, the staff are wonderful and because they have dinning downstairs she kinda has to socialize at least one to three times a day.... They clean her rooms once a week and have a full salon on site so she can get here hair done... The laundry room is right down the hall and they have a shuttle to take her to appointments and activities if she wants... They work really hard to have lots of things to do if she wants them....My only suggestions, WIFI thoughout the site, my Mom had to get her on internet set up to get online, and have the transportation not have steps.... she cant do steps anymore...
