Pure Eco team and my experience working with them was absolutely amazing! They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual and so much more. They did attic insulation install which included cleaning, sanitation and rat proof. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Ben was patient and kind and took his time to answer all my questions and walk me through the whole process. He was not pushy like other reps. Sara was a sweetheart. She guided me through the rebate process afterwords. Overall just a great experience with them. Buyers Beware! First of all, PureEco’s salesman, Beni, employed a tactic of telling me that they could do the job the next day if I signed the contract (thereby surrendering the 3-day right to cancel). It was a huge expense and I was uneasy committing without doing more research but I reluctantly agreed. To persuade me to commit, I was given a nominal discount off the attic fan which I subsequently learned was grossly overpriced. I could have purchased the identical fan from Lowe’s for a fraction of the price I was charged by PureEco. Then, during the course of the job, two of my light fixtures were shattered and no effort was made to apologize nor to compensate me for the cost of replacing them. And when the job was done, I had no power to several of my bedroom ceiling lights and ceiling fans, however I was required to pay in full for the job. An electrician was sent the next day and I was told that my wiring had been damaged by rodents. Mind you, my ceiling lights and fans were working the day before so clearly the problem was exacerbated by their workers dragging heavy equipment from one end of my attic to the other, but if I wanted my lights and fans to work (during the blistering heat of September), I had to agree to the repairs. And now, just today, 4-1/2 months after the job was done, I have received a $580 invoice from the electrician for the wiring repair. This is in addition to the $7100 I paid PureEco for the attic cleaning job! Neither PureEco not their salesman Beni are honest, trustworthy, and forthright, and I do NOT recommend them. This is an expensive home repair so do extensive research and choose wisely.
What a fantastic company and services! After dealing with the disaster that was our attic post having our roof replaced, we finally heard about Pure Eco from a friend. With old insulation, tons of debris from the roofers and years of dust it was important to us to clean it all out. Eric, Tom, Esias, Manual and Diego were awesome! They were professional, on time, polite, personable, and they worked steadily to complete our job in one day. The attic is clean, sanitized, sealed, all new insulation and two new attic fans have been installed. The weather turned cold right after the project was completed and it has been a noticeable difference. Our heater runs at least 50% less than it did the previous year around this time. I am excited to compare my energy use report from previous years. The house is noticeably quieter now as well. An added benefit to the new, much thicker insulation. Thank you Pure Eco!

The whole process was stress free and the installers were in and out - finished the job in a day and left the area just the way they found it CLEAN! I used them to give a quote for a wall and attic insulation, didn’t hire them due to some price difference but that’s cannot reduce their professional customer service,The technician came on-time and so friendly, he did his best to earn the job and offered few alternatives. I did shop around and chose another contractor but I’ll keep them in mind for future. Good people
I needed to replace my insulation in my attic. When I spoke to Pure Eco they were very nice and they right away scheduled an appointment for a consultation. Tom showed up at my house and checked my existing insulation. He was very nice and professional. They gave me several options to choose from as far as insulation. I already received some other estimates from other companies. Their price was competitive. After deciding to go with them I couldnt be happier. They came for the install the next day. They laid down plastic all over my floors and they were very clean. They cleaned my attic with the existing old blown insulation spotless. They laid down nee certain teed Fiberglas batt insulation.I highly reccomend this company. They are very professional and to the point!

I was looking for insulation company to help my parents with their remodel and this company is really good. I noticed their honesty right from the start. When they answered their phone I had few questions which potentially could help them “sell me” more services, but literally, they said it’s a waist of our money and guide me on which services we should focus on. That is great. Pure eco never tried to push us do anything we don’t need and never tried to push us to close the deal. They let us take our time and decide and this is a great decision we made, hiring them.I am appreciative for their communication with my parents. They treated them with a lot of respect, like I would like my parents to be treated.Overall, if I had the option to give 10 stars, I would do so easily. Job completed on a timely matter and the Attic is now clean, no rodent dropping, new insulation is in place and they also sanitized everything. Great job.
Those guys are incredible,I had leak in my roof and my insulation got soaked with water, it got moisture and mildew strains and I didnt have a choice but replacing it with new.Pure Eco to the rescue, they sent Leo, he was very professional and went over every detail what needs to be done. They came the next day to take care of my attic, finished the job to my satisfaction and the price was comparable to other companies I checked with. None of the companies I checked were able to come the next day (one of the reasons why I chose Pure Eco). Recommend.
My neighbors have 2 exotic bird that act as an alarm system. They also have two dogs who think they’re the big bad wolf every time the wind blows. And my bedroom is on the same wall that their house meets. I called Pure Eco to come and sound proof my room of about 800 sqft. They came in and gave me an estimate about a year ago. When My girlfriend and I were ready and finished saving we made the decision to move forward, Pure Eco was there help us! They honored their initial estimate and were very honest in that this would not be an elimination of all sound but man let me tell you, the difference was significant! They took about a week to get the job done. My girlfriend of 5 years told me I snore for the first time! I know that’s probably going to put me on couch later but for now.. Ive never felt so refreshed for work the next morning. If you want honest, quality and trustworthy, I defiantly recommend these guys.

Best experience and I’ll recommend them to my brother who is looking to get his attic insulation replaced as well. They replaced my attic insulation, installed radiant barrier, and they replaced 5 ducts and clean 3 of them. Good results so far. I saw the photos and I’ll submit all the paperwork to LADWP to get the rebates.
I hired Pure Eco at the beginning of this year to install insulation in my attic. We were trying to hold off on getting air conditioning in my home, so we looked into insulation because we knew that LA summers can be pretty excruciating! Pure Eco was clear, concise and very informative in the whole process.Would definitely use them again in the future!
We hired Pure Eco to install insulation in our crawlspace. When they got there they found very bad smell and notice we had dead raccoon under our house. Disgusting !!! We know they are not pest control, but they took out the raccoon and made sure they seal all over. They insulated the crawlspace with R19 and showed me photos before and after. I am impressed with their service and crews.
We hired Pure eco to insulate our investment property and they did a great job. The attic was so filthy and now it is clean with new attic insulation R30. Lovely service.
Workmanship, quick response. We needed a soundproofing project done and I chose Pure eco because they were literally the best with everything. Even their proposal was so professional rather then others. The price was average, however I prefer pay more and get piece of mind. Now noise level is down and it’s so much better like that. We fall asleep easier with less noise from our neighbors.
We purchased our home almost a year ago. After we moved saw that our master bedroom was always 2+ degrees cooler or hotter than the rest of the house and our master bathroom was 4+ degrees cooler or hotter. While getting recess lights put in the electrician told me that we had ZERO insulation, after reading up on the importance of insulation we started getting quotes and long story short we went with Eric at Pure Eco and we are very happy with the result.This year once winter hit our floors started to get REALLY cold. I looked in the crawl space and of course there was no insulation there either. So to be an informed consumer, I knew that Eric would do a good job but I wanted to get quotes anyway...I called 4 companies. One told me that they were in the field and would call me back and never did. The other I spoke with twice and they said theyd call me back to schedule an apt and never did. The other came out and gave me a quote, and the 4th was Eric at Pure Eco who came on time, and gave me a quote with no issues like the 1st time.We went with Eric again and again his crew did not disappoint. After a 10% deposit we scheduled for the work to be done 3 days after. And Erics crew was done in 3 days with the whole job. Crawling under the house I could see why it would take so much time because all the insulation had to be cut to fit and also strapped to hang on the joists.Long story short, we are very happy with the end result. Eric and his crew went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them.
Unbelievable! I just couldn’t hear my neighbors anymore and I wanted to reduce the sound. I called few companies, unfortunately many of them just don’t know what they are talking about! Try to sale me stories... I contacted Pure Eco, they sent inspector to inspect where the sound comes from, they started working after several days only, and after 2.5 weeks we are finally done with the project.It wasn’t cheap, but!!!! The sound is significantly reduced, and I can live my life happy. I thank you Pure Eco for great service, amazing workmanship, and yes I paid a lot but seriously it was worth it! Awesome.
Pure Eco, you are great, I love your service, patient, workmanship and honesty. This isn’t obvious!!! Also, know that I have hard time trusting contractors, but you are different. So now my attic is finally clean, no more allergies, the ducts are new and I am happy and thankful.

Went with Pure Eco because the I saw that the reviews seemed really good. I wasnt really sure about it but to my surprise, they were great from start to finish ! The service and communication were superb and I knew exactly what I was getting. No hidden fees or costs because they told me the price per square foot for my attic work. Their field manager seemed very dependable. They were in and out within a day!
Great company!!! I needed my attic to be insulated for an inspection to sell, they came out the next day to give my a quote. Work started the next week. They did an awesome job and cleaned up well.

We had our insulation replaced about 1.5 years ago. We also asked them to add a duck from our AC to the office which currently had no AC going to it. Everything went well (so I thought) until now. I came home and noticed a crack in my ceiling and what appeared to be water damage. I got the ladder and crawled into the attic where I noticed our AC had been leaking on the plywood then running off on to the insulation which eventually became saturated causing our ceiling to get soaked. While I was up there I noticed a drip pan sitting on top of the insulation pushed to the side. I placed it back where it should have been and put our pump in then removed the wet insulation. When I pulled up the wet insulation I noticed there were stains on more than one piece of drywall, but a portion was dry. There was what appeared to be mold under the dry insulation. What I think has happened is the installers moved the drip pan to be able to sit and use the plywood then never reinstalled it. My AC has been leaking on the ceiling since then but never enough to come through the ceiling until now. I called the company and asked them if they would fix it. A gentleman calls me and was very forceful that they never touched the drip pan and I must be stupid to think that.I gave them the opportunity to do what was right and they insulted my intelligence. At the very least they could have offered to come replace the wet insulation that I had to remove.Learn from my lesson if they have done work for you in the past I would suggest getting up into your attic and look at everything! Even if they showed you pictures I guarantee they did not take a picture of everything they touched.
Cant say enough to express how impressed I am with Pure Eco. They installed insulation in the walls and got the holes patched and painted. They are really number 1 when it comes to great customer service, and they are very professional.
Last summer Pure Eco did a poor job on my house . They damaged my ceiling and few recessed lights in my living room . I fixed myself and never complained about that .When time came to install a new AC Unit in my attic i hired inspection to see whats wrong with the attic since i was hearing rats all the yearInspector went up to the attic and made many pictures and admitted many issue that was done wrong : Millions of rodent dropping , infestation activity , live rats and all my insulation damaged that block air circulation (soffit vents) in the attic .I complained on Yelp , but the guys so clever that they are twice deleted my review. They never called me back or offer me any help with itBottom line they are unprofessional and scammersPeople Beware of those nuys guys who will destroy your life and waste your time and money . I recently bought a new home and found out that there is a rodent problem in our attic. Got our attic cleaned, rodent proofed, and reinstalled with new insulation for a reasonable price. The representatives seem like good people. 10/10 would recommend.

2022-03-25This was a great experience! I found Pure Eco actually here on Yelp and I saw the great reputation they have. I had to get my insulation replaced and the crawlspace under my house cleaned. Everything was such a mess. When their rep showed up he got here on time, and unlike others, he actually had a mask on, a suit and shoe cover. He went up in the attic to inspect and measure the square footage and was the most honest one I got to meet. Pricing isn’t the cheapest but I want quality in my house and for me I saw the quality soon as the rep showed up. He actually also was able to schedule the job for the day after, and they got the attic done that same day, and the cleaning under the house, the day after. Everything was on time, they also created a tunnel from my main door to the house, and this helped my home stay clean while they were working, which I really appreciated! They sent me all the photos I asked for and I saw how well the job was done. We are very happy, and would definitely recommend pure eco.

2021-12-18We just bought a home and needed to replace the insulation ASAP before moving in. Pure Eco was able to get us all done within a 2-3 day time span. They cleaned out the entire attic, disinfected, and sealed some holes for these rats to stay out. We chose to go with the R-30 blow in insulation. It was important for me to find a company who was fast, efficient, and responsible, and I am so happy I found just that. Well deserved 5-stars.

2022-05-08Unprofessional. If you are looking to have insulation blown into your drywall inside your home, AVOID this company.I understand during construction that there will be dust flown around and that’s why normally you would section off the construction area. They told us “don’t worry about your things, the areas will be sectioned off”. What they actually did was haphazardly tape up a plastic divider, and left OPEN a large cut-out while they were working. As a result, fine granular dust got all over my furniture and throughout my home. There was no consideration of our home. For example one room is clearly a nursery (baby crib and all) and they gave no regard for the health and safety of this space. We would have had major medical issues for my infant. We found visible layers of dust everywhere, even throughout the kitchen, an area they did not even work in. I work from home and was choking on the dust that blew into my office (also not part the construction site). I spent hours of my own time cleaning my home (nowhere to sit or eat) and hired professional cleaners to get the fine dust out of my couches which cost a couple hundred dollars. I pleaded with the company and they refused to pay for any cleanup.They also do not care about the quality of work. Their workers did a rush job; they destroyed my property in multiple areas and didn’t even bother to tell me. These are egregious wide holes ripped out of my walls and chunks of wood missing in the window frames and an electrical socket cracked in half. They left bits of insulation all over my property inside and outside.Their customer service was passive-aggressive at best. They were unreachable on the day of the installation, the main contact literally texted me it’s his day off. I called the office and they gave me the run-around. A few days later they got back to me and explained that the results of my destroyed home is normal. At the end of they day, they offered me no apology and unreasonable meager compensation. They adamantly refused to pay for cleaning services even when they didn’t have the courtesy to clean up their own mess before they left.

While my husband and I were on a conference call, they took care of the maintenance. They were polite, quiet, and productive. They followed up on my service the next day with a phone call. The level of professional customer service supplied by the staff, and Im sure there were others who offered service, is the main reason for the move in companies. 2022-06-30I contacted few companies and decided to go with pure eco due to them being so good at what they do. The crawlspace was such a mess! They took out all the old insulation, installed new r19 and they rat proofed the entire crawlspace. It was nasty and so smelly, but now it’s perfect. I would recommend their service.
