Super EXPENSIVE ER. Got a bill 10 times more than other ERs for a similar visit. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Waited whole day , doctor checked the patient after 4 hr wait. And bill was completely disproportionate to the care provided.
Disregard the one star, I give this place fat ZERO. I never posted a review of anything and this is my first reviewing anything. As I’m typing this I’m going on 8 hours in counting of waiting in the ER because my mom has sever pain on her back. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please save yourself the ENTIRE day by not coming to this place. This place is terrible, I literally saw a nurse come in to work and saw her leave because it was the end of her shift. This place sucks. NEVER AGAIN.
Absurd!!!! Shame on the ER and their lack of care or attention for a 5-days- post- cardiac surgery patient with elevated bp, chest pain and shortness of breath. We did what we were supposed to do, took meds and contacted the surgeon who asked us to go to the ER immediately. They seemed to know we were coming and within 10 mins of arrival we were triaged and an EKG was taken. THEN... 2 hours 15 mins of sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen by a doctor while the fire alarms are malfunctioning- lights flashing and sirens going off. The patients stress level was counterproductive to our visit, she was exhausted and her condition was not improving. After asking politely, more than once, and being told we were next and they would be right out for us... we advised them that we were going to leave. I asked if there was something to sign and was told no- not once was I asked to wait so they could check on the status of a doctor to see her nor was I even encouraged to stay. Disgusting and shameful. As a former paramedic, I am confident that I can monitor her at home better than the level of care she received at this facility. I do not recommend this ER for anyone wishing to actually be treated with a level of care deserving of any patient and will never bring another family member here again.

I came here with the impression i was going to get great medical care but i was wrong the staff who first took me into triage was great. Just when i got to see the dr i became very upset, the dr was out my room as quick as she came in, the dr didnt really seem to be interested as to where my pain was or asked if there were any other symptoms she was more concerned if i had a flu when j went in there with pain on my foot. Im very upset i was given orders to stay off my foot but they gave no support for that. Since they couldnt find anything they didnt bother to even give me crutches given the fact my foot is swollen and visible limping and after instructions to stay off my foot. Im beyond upset I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. EVER!
The worst emergency room I’ve ever been to. Slowest care I’ve ever ever received.took my son there for a simple X-ray and was there for three hours mostly in the waiting room. DO NOT GO HERE Just go to an urgent care or a different hospital. Seriously you will regret coming here.

Last night I take my 14 month babe with height fever. I get there around 1:00 am the check him out around 2:09 after one hour after that the tell me to wait for room ... it’s Nightmare my son vomiting every 30min I when back and I ask the front reception nurse She tell me to wait that was around 5:30 am no thing yet6:00 am i decide To leave the hospitalMy wife pregnant I tell her no way you going have the babe in this place ...I’m sorry for little company of Mary I hope Somone listen to me and fix this problem this’s America it’s not okay treating people like animalsThank you I’m sorry about My accent tomorrow it’s different day let’s hope for butter Coustemers service
Been there 3x already in month, 2x fir my mom and once for me. First time 9hr wait till call back and second time 6hr wait plus another hour and half before doc saw her.It was only quick when i went only spent 6hrs at ER.
Pls find out other hospital instead of wasting your time here.
I have visited my mom and i am proud to say she is treated with love and respect by the NURSES AND CNAS. They watch over her with tender care. This moves me to tears! Keep up the good work! You are all great!
Horrible experience and people at reception are really disrespectful. Paramedics brought me here and I saw there are a lots of people are waiting for their bed . But they said all the bed are full . I have to wait for their call but also I saw they took some people from the waiting room and gave them bed who are not too serious patience. Also when I went inside I saw most of the employees are busy with their phone when they are supposed to do work . Hopefully management are gone be Check this out specially for the night shift people .
I just spent Nine days here. I went in for a headache that was going on for over a week. I went into the emergency room. While there I also had a very high white blood cell count. I was given antibiotics and and pain medications. My temperature increased and my legs started to hurt me. The headache finally went away and then I was treated with antibiotics to cut down the infection. I could not ask for better care.
Waiting in the ER since 11pm its now 2am and people that have came in an hour after me have come and gone. I have an infection that is really bad and needs something now not later I already almost fainted. I ended up being so sick even the doctor said i should have been brought right back. They ended up keeping me for a week.
Great care, better than other hospitals ERs, very friendly staff, had visited many times, waiting worth your care. Recommend friends and family to just visit this ER if they are in need.
My father was here for 3 months and most or not all of the staff there are very helpful and answers all of your questions. Most of the staff here does their job. For the most part the place is very nice and the food there is actually decent. If anything happens to my family members I would definitely bring them here

I was at the G.I.clinic this morning for a procedure and I had a great experience, my first visit and the all the staff were very pleasant and was very comfortable and procedure done on time and out and done when they said I would be. Thank you to the great team of nurses and doctors at the G.I. clinic.
My wife has a myriad of ailments, and everytime we come to LCMH shes treated with an unprofessional staff that doesnt listen and talks in condescending tones and doesnt liaten to waht shes saying.Folks from these other reviews must have gone to a different LCMH, because in the past 17 years our experiences have been those the leave you feeling abandoned, neglected, and not really cared for.Now ... you may ask why continue to go here?. The answers are many, unfortunately. If we could, we would. I prefer driving her way up to Cedars than take her to LCMH.Avoid this hell hole if you can
This is a great hospital, I had a friend receive immediate care here. When I came to see my friend the desk worker was helpful and helped me find her room. They are good people that work here.
This is one of the best hospital staff. My 85 year old Mother was sick and they cared for her as if she were their family member.
WARNING!!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR MENTAL HEALTH...they made my wife and I wait twelve hours in a hallway bed to see thier psychiatrist that never came...when we decided to leave six security officers slammed my wife back down onto her bed and injected her with medication that I had previously told them makes her symptoms much worse...after that security forced me away from my wife and within an hour they shoved her into a transport vehicle and shipped her 30 miles away to a one star mental hospital where she is currently locked away with no visitation for a minimum of two weeks in a room with a bunch of crazy men with little to no supervision and no door on her room...Im putting together a lawsuit against Providence little company of Mary join me if you have also had a bad experience here.
The female doctor ALLEN delivery doctor never showed up to the delivery they had to call another doctor to help he had to leave..so now he still had to wait one more hour for the late doctor to deliver the plasenta came in didnt even introduce her self as fast as she came in she left.....next day we had to wait alll day for her to show up to discharge us but yet she told nurse she was on her way hours past and no show thats a real on time responsible doctor..doctor ALLEN really bad un responsible doctor

Billing is a mess. They added extra charges and when I called to get it corrected the lady in their billing department laughed. Stay away, not worth the headache.
Worst hospital I have ever been to. 5 hour wait in the emergency room and when they do something like take x-rays they put you back outside in the waiting room for the next step. Awlful! 😒
This Hospital ER have a major problem with wait, i came here many times and wait time in ER is always 4-6 hours, it is really bad, i heard other ER in the area have even worse wait time, health industry is making a fortune, not sure why they are short staffed, i will look for another alternative, i am tired of waiting here

2022-06-06If i could put negative stars I would. My wife and I came into this ER because she could not breath. The nurses were unbelievable with how they handled my wife and her condition. They completely disregarded her failure to breath. They took over 7 hours and we never got the results. They were so rude we had to leave because we felt like they would not treat her properly. I wouldnt be the least bit surprised theirs a lot of malpractice going on at this Location. I recently lost my mother to covid and and would think these nurses would have a little more of a caring attitude. I understand you guys work hard and we appreciate the ones that still care. You all get paid incredibly well and chose to be nurses. Figure it out or maybe find new careers. Never been more disappointed in western medicine. This facility should be shut down.

2022-05-17Daytime shift RN Amie assigned to room 426 on 5/14/2022 in the Cardiology Department broke my dads femur close to the right pelvis joint and refused to call the doctor on call. She was also lying right to my mothers face who witnessed it all and was trying to tell her not to move my dad like that. 3 hours later after being pressured by me she got approval for morphine but still no doctor as my dad was begging and pleading for help. We are afraid he wont last long after the surgery for the break she caused. She will face the consequences of her ego and Im sure she injures patients daily. Medical negligence needs to be recognized, because one stupid move my medical staff can cause the life of their patient. Thats just wrong.

2022-05-12If I could give zero stars I would!!! This place is absolutely ridiculous. Been here since 1 pm and it is now 10:30pm and they just took my father in law in. He got tested at 4pm. At 8 pm my husband went and talked to the front desk and low and behold THEY. NEVER. SENT. THE. URINE. SAMPLE. IN. TO. GET. TESTED!! So 4 hours went by and nothing!! It was still sitting there behind the desk. As soon as they call him in the security guard told me only 1 person is allowed. Well that’s funny because I have seen soooo many people go in with more than just 1 visitor. This place is a joke and you have to understand why the 2.8 stars is there!!! There is no urgency from anyone. This place is trash and completely unaware how terrible they are!!!!

2022-07-12Reviews looking like this ER does more harm than save lives. I called them as my boyfriends primary care said he has to go to the ER for imaging with his concussion. I talked to Becky who was wayy too rude and un-empathetic. “If you’re calling for wait time, you don’t need ER. We’re busy as heck.”The doctor told us he needs to go to ER and said only ER can do imaging, not the urgent care or the hospital. We understand it can be busy, there are more urgent patients, but they don’t have to be so rude and not understanding of the people. We don’t mind waiting when there are obviously more urgent cases, just let us know. Plus, THIS is the ONLY ER that talked like this. Becky doesn’t deserve to be in the healthcare. We went to St. john’s in Santa Monica and received treatment.

2022-01-06Even with concerning symptoms plus exteme pain and passing out they make you wait 11HOURS! Plus making people wait outside in 40 degree weather in the middle of the night. I came with my boyfriend but Ill be the one leaving sick from being forced by security to wait outside in the cold

2019-10-12I would give them 0 starts if I could. They had me waiting for 3hrs in the emergency room prior to seeing me even though I had potential life threatening symptoms! There was a lady that came in with terrible stomach pain and they made her wait over half an hr! She was screaming the whole time. There were not even busy! They were understaffed and completely inconsiderate. I had a horrible headache and they didnt even give me anything to make me comfortable. 6hrs there.. no sleep! Horrible experience!!!

2019-07-17I went to Little Company ER on a Tuesday at 10am to avoid the rush. I have Stage 4 Lung Cancer. I waited for 3.5 hours to get into the actual ER but only after complaining. A nurse too me to my room and hooked me up to a monitor. Then she disappeared for 1.5 hours. I pressed the button to get water for my pain meds. No one ever came. I had to chew three large chalky bills and swallow them dry. I needed to use the bathroom, pressed the nurses button many times and no one ever game. I waited and called for another hour, no luck. I dismantled all the wires around me and set off a number of alarms. The alarms blared and no one ever came. Meanwhile the noise in the ER sounded like a cocktail part. The oldest nurse there may have been 25 and the ER was packed with laughing cops, chitchatting EMTs and no doctors. Dont go to this ER or this hospital! Your life is in danger. I was at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center ER for 5.5 hours and never saw a doctor. The nurses dont cover for each other. The nurses and doctors are young, inexperienced, and rude.

2019-07-30My daughter got into a car accident at about 2 PM, I wasn’t there she refused the ambulance and started feeling sick after on the way him from the accident I took her to Providence urgent car and the doctor said you need to go to the ER for a CT Scan my daughter was getting nauseous and blurred vision, she also had some banged up knees, we cane to the ER they x-rayed her knees first and were still waiting for a brain scan 4 hours Still waiting . This place is the worse, Dont come here your life depends on it, cause you might die in the waiting room, were lolling for another hospital after this, also this isn’t he first time this has happened here. STAY AWAY!

2018-11-13The lady at the front is so rude and I was just the person on the phone. Her fax wasnt going through and she wasnt nice about it. She finally emailed it to me to fill out. It said the fax went through but man she wouldnt stop calling getting very rude and harsh with me. I took a picture and sent it, I faxed it three times and once from the UPS store. She just wouldnt stop being rude. Kindness goes a long way maybe you should try that next time and stop yelling at people.
