Like everyone else that has worked with this company, theyre SUPER FAST in getting a quote. After confirmation, thats when the madness begins. NO COMMUNICATION. Replies to emails 3-4 business DAYS after you send yours. I dealt with Debby N. and she has every excuse in the book to let you know how theyre werent able to get back to you. Its been 3 months since I dropped off the item and getting a response from this company is like pulling teeth. From the outside, they look like a huge company, but internally, they have a whole set of issues. Ive been a business owner for 6 years and I would never work like this. Trust me, if they have bad news for you, they wont respond, until I walked in the door and sat there for an hour today to let me know that they wont credit me back for the extra dollars I spent with them. FIND SOMEONE ELSE IN THE AREA!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!

Ive worked w Carolyn several times. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, & prompt in getting back to me. Ive been very happy with all of their work and would highly recommend them!

People is great but if you making delivery with a Semi Truck its not recommended for new DriversNo room to maneuver at all.

My company has used Precision for years now and they are top notch. The staff is on top of it, and my parts are always perfect. Highly recommend these guys. Theyre the best in the biz.
