Bought the extra white glove to get my vanity delivered upstairs and they show up with one guy and tells me they can’t do that and they don’t deliver upstairs….lol I spent thousands of dollars to get this and he straight up lied cuz you can get this delivered upstairs

For the money my wife and I spent, I would expect some level of customer service. The personnel in the store were nice, their designer was nice but it stops there. Their supply chain management is no better than pathetic. When you purchase an item, I consider it an agreement but they obviously do not. When you purchase an item with a five to six months lead time, you would expect it to arrive on time. When I t doesnt, which it wont, youll have to call their customer service because they wont take the initiative to inform you of any delays. Youll be given the standard answer well look into it and call you back. There is no explanation, there is usually no return call. There is never anyone available that has the answers. Im currently dealing with the following: placed order in July 2021, eta was November 2021, item never came, called to make inquiry into order status and requested call back, of course the call back never came, had to refer to my original email from the time of order to see the revised eta, eta came and went - no item, again looked at original email and it stated that it was delivered (obviously not), called their customer service line- they said the shipment was delivered - again obviously not, called the store two days prior to a holiday and they informed me that they could not get back to me until after the holiday because everyone wa out of office (what????) - the store manager (Debbie) then hung up on me, fortunately the mirror (the $600 mirror) arrived today on 2/15/22, oh wait it arrived BROKEN, what a surprise!!! The delivery drivers opened the box and showed me the cracked mirror. I just said figures and shut the door. So now lets start the fun all over again! When you place your order, it WILL NOT ARRIVE ANYWHERE NEAR THE ETA so make sure they compensate you for their poor service! This rant is based on numerous delays with numerous items. Just know what youre getting into, beware!

Alex delivered exceptional top-notch service. I will never go anywhere else to receive design advice. She is truly one of a kind and I will only trust her with my future in-home designs. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and visit Pottery Barn Temecula.

I went to take a look at Pottery Barn in Temecula not knowing anything about fancy home decor or home decorating. I left with more knowledge than I care to truthfully admit, but all in all it was an absolutely wonderful experience and I can’t recommend them enough. See Alex if you want the cream of the crop for advice on room planning.

I cant say enough good things about Pottery Barn and my experience in the last couple of months working with the designers. I am a midwife in southern California. When the new owner of the business in which I rent a small room, redecorated and painted the walls grey, it was not pretty, warm or inviting!One day while shopping for a rug at the Pottery Barn in Temecula, I decided to take advantage of Pottery Barns free design service. In my first appointment, designer Kathleen Polin came out to my office, measured, talked to me about what I needed; then went to work drawing up, by the inch, a functional, sophisticated, and pretty design plan. She drew everything to scale, so completely that when my handyman hung the pictures, clock and shelf, he knew exactly how many inches from the floor, ceiling and wall corners to place them.In my second meeting with Kathleen at the store, she helped me to choose chairs, tables, lamps and fabric. This room took about 2 months to complete. Most of the items arrived by post to my door within a week or 2; a couple of things I picked up at the store and the upholstered chairs were delivered in about 2 months from when the order was placed.Ive gotten so many compliments on my office from clients; the room is a warm, inviting, sophisticated, friendly, and elegant place for moms and dads to receive care.

This is an outstanding Pottery Barn store that is very customer focus and has a lovely selection. My wife and I shop here frequently. The store management does a great job and this is a fun place to shop. Highly recommended!!

I love this place, thats where l get good designing ideas for my house. I love there candles and floral arrangement. There furniture is excellent, top of the line, close to Ethan and Elen designs. I would recommend this place to anyone!😊
