Great set up to the store. I like how the 2 levels make it feel more open. One day Ill be able to afford more things from there, but until then, Ill just keep looking.

2018-03-27Pottery Barn has great furniture. It can be on the expensive side for what you’re getting. But the customer service is not very good here. Didn’t feel welcomed from the second we walked through the door.

2021-12-21Went in to look for a bed set and ended up sitting on their couch looking at their offerings online. Tracey came by and showed us items we hadnt seen and helped us order it to get it delivered months earlier. I forgot how helpful it was to go into the store and look at items. Thanks Tracey!
