I have been a loyal customer for few years, when I pick up my packages the employee Alejandro (stocky guy with mustache) always makes me feel like he is doing me a favor giving me my packages, attitude is AWFUL and NOT friendly. This has happened a few times, I have considered re-thinking about keeping my mailbox with Arnie(hes the guy that opened my box, and owner). And when I left, outside another postal solutions who has a mailbox there stopped me in the parking lot, they told me that Alejandro treats them the same way.This made me post this comment here.And I do NOT see Arnie anymore there, I think some of the employees are doing whatever they please.I do NOT mind taking my business elsewhere!Arnie, I hope your reading these comments!

I sell items on ebay and I ship alot, I came there to ship just one very small package, the attendant asked me for my ID, then says she has to create an account since its the first time Im shipping with them and to make sure Im really the one shipping the package. I took my package from her, went to the USPS and it was done in a jiffy! Please just go to the USPS, it will save you a great deal of money and time

I have gone to Postal Solutions many times over the last 20 years to get documents notarized. The notary is a really nice fellow who has been there for many years, and he is very professional and courteous, and I never have to wait long. There is also a lady notary, who is friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with any document that Ive had notarized by Postal Solutions. They always also make me courtesy copies of any documents that they notarize for me. I highly recommend Postal Solutions!

We have been going to Postal Solutions for many years. The staff couldnt be nicer or more helpful. They fo out of their way to make sure your packages are delivered safely and on time. Arnie does a lot for the troops and community. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

My husband and I brought a unique challenge to Postal Solutions. Package a 2 x 31/2 x 1 metal sculpture of the Road Runner (which included a big rock for his tummy), an old 2 foot around rusty metal buoy from Catalina, numerous delicate glass pieces an original art work, AND of course Sea Shells...We brought them to Postal Solutions as suggested by a local friend who assured us our items would get there not only in one piece, but at the best rates and ship dates around. We were NOT disappointed... all of our items, right down to the most delicate shell, arrived quickly, totally undamaged and very reasonably priced.( Shipped from California to NY) But I have to say that while the shipping service they provide is extraordinary, it is completely outweighed by their customer service. We were greeted in a friendly and very patient manner, that was flavored with the wonderfully uplifting humor and personality of the owner. Postal Solutions is a complete Win Win.... dont hesitate to use them. They will be my go to shippers from now on when I visit.

I needed a place to pack and ship various manufactured components, and this place was the ticket. Any sized box, any major carrier, any way, any speed, Postal Solutions did it with little fuss. They display your options up front so you can make better decisions. Every person behind the counter is pleasant and capable.Their price was always reasonable (for me anyways). They are good at packing odd shaped things. If you have something different like a large one time shipment, they can help you. Ive always felt that they were helping me, sort of a small town feel to the place. I dont go anywhere else, no reason to.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Saved me money on my passport. They told me I would get my passport in 1 week after I submitted the paperwork. I was skeptical but sure enough 8 days later I have it. Perfect place for a new passport. Dont waste money on expediting when u can get it 1 week later from postal solutions!

Cannot give this a decent review in the least when I tried calling 3 times for quotes for renting a mailbox, was put on hold twice, and they never picked back up, so I e-mailed and never got a response. With service like this, I ended up at another yearly rental box down the road. Cant understand the above poor reviews.
