I love their clothes, but it was incredibly expensive.
Clean shopping floor. Fitting rooms available. Many shopping options to choose. Price is very good with coupons or discounts applied. Price is also very good for clearance items. Employees are nice, friendly, and helpful. Check out time is normal. Credit cards accepted. Public restrooms in walking distance. Free outlet parking available. I would recommend it.

Probably one of the few stores where the outlet prices arent that great. If you come when they have additional discounts then it can be quite worth the visit. Otherwise, the outlet prices are not that much cheaper than online sale prices.
They are currently going through some kind of remodel and ad a result theyve moved the womens and kids clothes to a different location; much smaller which means there is not a good selection.
This store has that 1998 feel to it not in a cool retro way either. Cheap fabrics at a high price.

2022-07-04Great store! I come here often, and the products have been great. As an introvert, it’s uncomfortable for me to just have a chat with the staff. I can’t buy online as I always get the size and style wrong. I have all my visual cues of minding my own business at the store but still can’t avoid staff talking to me for more than 3 minutes. Maybe only introverts can understand it?

2022-08-07Extremely busy location. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the various products. One of the associates keyed me in on an extra 15% off, so I took them up on the offer and bought even more products. Ralph Lauren, still has quality products but for some reason the brand and logo get a bad rap. For 45+ people like me, this place is a must.

2022-08-01Great store and customer service but be very careful buying Classic Fit polo shirts. They are HUGE. I usually wear an XL in literally nearly every brand. RL Classic Fit polos fit like a 2XL or 3XL. Now Im stuck with $100 polo shirt I cant use.

2021-12-15Staff is very friendly. Its too bad that most people look past them, as people, and fail to strike even a basic conversation. These folks are so nice.For me, the selection could be better, at least having more options, especially some of the more classic styles.Great location in the shopping center.

2021-08-13I Love the teddy bear 🧸 on polo I collect it all. This outlet has some awesome pieces. I’m posting this review because on 8/7 At about 10:30 am I went to go return some duplicate T-shirt’s I had and the young man who assisted me was professional and gave exceptional customer service! Thank you for making my shopping and exchange experience awesome. I’ll be shopping soon for more teddy bear items!

2020-10-04Never have a good experience calling in for orders.Just got of a call with a representative from the store name Angel. Just trying to make a purchase. She was unwilling to look for the item in another store because she didnt have the item code. But she said when she looked the item up, it was there last year. If she can see the item was there last year, could she not see the items code? You could hear the laziness in her voice. This is what happens when people get comfortable in their position.
