I go around 9:30pm and its not very crowded
Clean and easy to use. I really like getting here early to start my day, ahead of the crowd. My only complaint is that they just cant seem to get rid of that funky odor from the shower stalls. The restrooms were cleaned, but look like theyre overdue for a deep cleaning.
The equipment is all Life Fitness and Hammer Strength. They also have dumbbells and barbells up to 60 lb, and Smiths presses with free weights.However, anybody doing heavier weights has to be very careful how they put them down, because they have this siren that they set off if they hear the single clink of a weight. The siren is much more disturbing than quiet clinks of plates every now and again, and it seems to be whos on the front desk that determine how often the siren is sounded. More recently, I havent heard the siren here at all. :-)They have a great infra red stand up with a vibrating plate, tanning, hydro massage etc so its a great deal for $20 a month with a $40 a year annual fee.The gym is very clean, the staff are very pleasant, and its open 24 hours. What more could you want?

2022-04-09Excellent customer service was impeccable. The gentleman who signmy brother and I up was so nice. My brother and I are both in our mid 60s. We are not computer literate. We did not grow up using computers. Our computers were encyclopedias, all of our test were handwritten with a #2 pencil on paper.

2022-06-23STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM. I just got off the phone with Dom. I was calling about an ongoing bill that I continue to get. I came in to pay my bill and cancel my service around 01/22. I have relocated and attempting to start a new membership to learn the account was never closed and I have a $40 bill that is due. I have not been back in the gym since. He first stated that he knew nothing and then start telling me that I never cancelled the account. This is why I never gave them my banking information since the pandemic. I will rather go to another gym rather than to have a gym that I have had a relationship with keep taking my money. Maybe it was just time for you to get off, or I hit a nerve. I forgive you for your saaaaad customer service.

2022-05-252 stars due to the hip and leg machines are still broken and have been for months now.However your never late taking your membership fee.This is my home gym. I shouldnt have to drive 30 mins away to another gym that had working machines.A few months with broken machines is not acceptable ok.PLEASE know the 430am staff is always very pleasant. This review of 2 stars concerns your inability to equip this gym with working machines has nothing to do with the staff. Do not hold them accountable for this review but hold the corporate office accountable. Fix it!

2018-06-01This is a great gym. The staff is friendly and the environment is very clean and positive. This gym is usually busy but even on the busiest days there is enough equipment so you don’t have to wait 30 minutes for a machine. Their tanning lights are excellent as well and the bathrooms are the nicest gym bathrooms I have seen at any other location.

2022-02-18I love planet fitness but some people stay on machines and are on their phone not using the machines. This should be addressed. Other than that it is a good place to work out.

2022-01-25The gym is clean, friendly staff, massage bed tanning beds, good priced membership. Plenty of cardio equipment, multiple areas for different types of workout. Gets really crowded in late afternoon (like all gyms), so if youre a weights/Smith machine type of person, you may be out of luck

2022-01-24Tons of machines Out of order or on the brink of becoming. The maintenance on them are dam near non existent. There is plenty of space to add lots more equipment but they choose not to.I wouldnt recommend going to this location.

2021-12-10The personal trainer Austin is amazing I absolutely love him hes very informative hes friendly and he takes his time to show you and demonstrate techniques and guides. I have had some pretty bad experiences with trainers as well as gyms and this trainer was by far the best this is the first time I have looked forward to a session I highly recommend going here you will love it everyone all of the staff are super friendly and amazing and very welcoming
