I would avoid this store at all costs. If you dont go with a designer they really dont want to talk to you anyway. We actually did go with a designer and the results were still terrible. It was impossible to get cost information until they put the offer together. So, youre trying to pick appliances and fixtures with some vague idea of what their cost will be. We went to other salesrooms and they were all forthcoming with prices and availability. Ferguson and Pacific Sales were happy to give you prices when you went in.We had to return several unopened items and still had to pay a 25% restocking fee. Reordered items then took many months although they were in stock with the manufacturer. Could have gotten them cheaper and faster by ordering myself.Will never shop here again.

Interior Designer here. DO NOT ORDER FROM PIRCH. Do not be fooled by the showroom. Once an order is in, forget about any customer service. They give your items away to other orders that need to be filled so expect longer than long delays. Anything goes wrong with your items - well thats your problem. Pirch DOES NOT HELP. Go with Ferguson. 100000000000x better. Better pricing. Better lead times. And they actually have reliable customer service.

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES--BEWARE!These folks are the absolute worst of the worst and slimiest of the slimiest. I am absolutely appalled at how they treat their customers and how they refuse to take responsibility for their actions. Bottom line was all our fully paid for appliances (save one) were in last August but because we didnt take delivery right away, they sold several of them out from under us without telling us. We still are missing two dishwashers from that original order. And a speed oven was ordered in the wrong size. They wont take it back since we opened the package & made us find the correct size on our own. As I said, they are the worst of the worst.Details:I placed a large order for $53K worth of Miele appliances last May 10, 2021 from Edwin Clement at the La Jolla location. I paid for my other in full (and then followed up shortly after with other orders for other items). He assured me that Miele wasnt having the same supply chain issues as other vendors and that everything should be in by the summer.By August, I was getting regular messages from Guadalupe Valencia who told me all items but one (they ordered the wrong speed oven) had arrived and she wanted to know when we could take delivery. I have both emails and voicemails confirming this (voicemail was August 6, 2021). Edwin had told us that they could hold everything for up to two years, so I told her that we werent quite ready to take delivery--it would likely be another couple months.On October 4, Guadalupe again asked when we would be taking delivery. At this point, our project was underway and so I told her it we would take delivery late December or early January.On January 4, I requested delivery and I was told that our ovens were not in yet. I replied back, wait, what? you told me everything was in. She said she would check. Turns out that wasnt all that had gone missing. Two wall ovens, both dishwashers, and either the fridge or freezer had disappeared. They were able to locate wall ovens for us and the fridge/freezer, but to this day, we still dont have our dishwashers.The regional manager called me (Michael Schloemer) and swore up and down that they did not sell our appliances. He said that Guadalupe just told us wrong all those times she called and emailed to schedule delivery. Major gaslighting but absolutely no proof offered even when requested (surely if it was a multi-month oversight, they must have documentation).When it came time to deliver what they did have of ours they forgot to load several items onto the truck, and it was a whole process to get those. And our Miele cooktop came with a non-functioning burner. They still havent been out to fix.Then today when we went to put in the speed oven, it didnt fit. We were very clear that the total size of steam oven plus trim kit had to equal total size of the speed oven. As mentioned, because it was opened, they wont take it back and made us find a replacement on our own.Also note that Edwin talked me into buying a horribly expensive BBQ because it was in stock, but he failed to mention that while the BBQ was in stock, the cart was not in stock. So here we are 6 months later and still cannot use it and they have no updated date on when we will get the cart. Our dishwasher replacements for the ones they sold are currently out at the end of May and seems to be an ever-moving target.Order online or from anywhere else than Pirch. Their fancy showrooms do not make up for their lack of professionalism, poor service, lies, lack of post-delivery service for broken products, and failure to deliver paid-for products. I can not recommend in any way, shape or form.

Good to great brands. Service so poor, I will go almost anywhere else in the future.My experience with Pirch (spending nearly $20K on 2 kitchen appliances) was ok / not amazing for the ordering process. From the next day, the experience was bad, graduating to awful. I was never once in over 12 months of dealing with them reached out to unsolicited to help. every single time I needed an update for 2 products that kept being pushed back, I had to reach out and leave unreturned messages.10 months of no news, wrong info, switching contact points, and finally the last 2 months I escalated to someone who would return calls but was not proactive.when one piece finally showed up and was damaged, i still needed to follow up, no fewer than 5 times over 2 months to see when i can get a replacement. as of this writing, still no replacement or update.This is an unacceptable level of service (not sure it can be called even bad service if you cant get in touch with anyone) at any price point. given the level of expense, i would have expected at the very least to be told something - anything...when I went into 2 stores, nobody would talk with me, approach me, let alone try an help.no apologies, zero effort, conflicting info when i could find anyone to answer a call or email until the final 2 months. I did receive a small discount i appreciated but not nearly enough to justify nearly a year with no stove and no help beyond the intial quote.If you need appliances or help, go elsewhere. they dont care about service even down to supervisor levels.I created this account just to post my experience here. please avoid if you can. not worth the hassle.

We spent a boat load of money on a outdoor kitchen and the products are good but the customer service from Pirch was the worst i have ever experienced. Nothing was installed correctly and now we are getting water inside our cabinets. I would never use Pirch for any work regardless of how good their products are.

Absolutely terrible. Tried calling multiple times to get info on several high end appliances (La Cornue, Lacanache, Wolf, Sub Zero) and make a purchase but received no response. The showroom might be worth stopping by if you happen to be in the area but if you’re serious about buying you’d be wise to go elsewhere. We had our appliances shipped in from as far away as New York and it still cost less, took little time, and sales reps were responsive What value Pirch adds to the myriad of places to purchase appliances is definitely questionable. Cannot imagine embarking on a renovation or design project with them.

Had the most wonderful experience at pirch. Edwin has been Incredible to work with. He made sure to help me find items within my budget and adjust my order when something came up. Truly a very relaxing experience. Never felt pressured to spend more he gave me so many options to choose from. Also explained everything in full detail unlike some other appliance stores I have been to. The delivery of our appliances was also Incredible. Scheduling was quick and easy (for in stock items I purchased). Looking forward to getting the rest delivered.

Large showrooms to see in person rather than catalogs/ computer screens. Fun place to dream and imagine but also a place to make your final purchases for your next home design project. Chuck (and his sidekick Otis 🐕) were honest and helpful. He showed us options within our budget and didnt tell or sell us fluff.

I Agree with all the bad reviews. The service is very poor. Avoid Celeste Bryant and store manager Emily. I purchased subzero and wolf kitchen appliances and when left the store, realized that they had over charged me. when called back, they would not allow me back in the store and told me that the accounting department has to take care of this. This place runs like the government with bureaucracy. after multiple calls and appointment made, they still cancel my appointment and would not let me in. After 3 days, they told me money was refunded but after 5 days I had to call credit card company to settle this and return everything. we thought they provide good service. they do not. I would give them zero if I could. The price for subzero and wolf and most plumbing is fixed in San Diego, there are several other competitors in San Diego with slightly better price and superior service. the sales people are pushy and have no knowledge of the product they sell. they constantly have to look at websites and catalogues. Long story shot, AVOID them, I am never going back.

Made online appt for next day and received confirmation call in the morning. The social distancing and cleanliness made a definite improvement on experience during these high stress times.Still allowed for walk-ins too which accommodating for all folkBrian was extremely helpful on insights and opinions and pros cons of each brand as well as differences on them on what works and not and setting expectations. Price ranges and delivery times and process all done without need to reference computer as other reviews noted.Looking forward to another visit as we nail down our options. Very good upfront experience.
