The sales person was amazing, but I was disappointed when I bought a chair brand new, and was told I could take home the cushion but the rest would be shipped to the store new, and then after paying for everything I was told I would be getting the used cushion and they did not have a new one in stock or the ability to order one, so now I have to take my used display model all the way down to la mesa and hope there is still one available so I can exchange it for the new one I payed for, which sucks because I have family visiting and this really messes up our entire day. Not Happy...

This place has amazing items. I will say they are pricey, but well made. I love having a selection of plates to eat off of, and thanks to Pier 1 I have quite a collection. I may *or may not* have a small collection of their beautiful crackled stemware as well. 😉

Great sale, people are very nice. Im just sad and disappointed they are closing their doors. The Escondido location will be closed in April.
