I ordered a wishing well fountain online , but the item is not what I expected, some pieces are broke and also where it was supposed to be screw the holes are not there so honestly I’m really disappointed, because I paid to much money for this , I was expecting really good quality .

8 employees only 2 wearing masks. If you dont wanna wear mask or using the health conditions excuss stay home.Congregation of people at door waiting to get in. Didnt see anyone wiping basket handles down. Only 10% off most items except outdoor or easter. Is your health tworth it there prices are still higher than other stores.

I came today 5.25.18 and it was only one girl (I think her is Kenjia?) available and she was on the phone. I guess checking stock at another store for a customer.I waited around 10 min. and than Tiffany came back from her break. I asked her for help - to put together a nice bouquet of lighting flowers. They were many colors, she told me she was helping a customer on the phone but once she was done, she definitely will help me out.At that point Kenjia become available so I was asking her if she can help me choose the flowers...when I saw that Tiffani was off the phone and went immediately to the flowers basket and start making a bouquet - so I thought how nice she is doing what she said; but instead she put them on the counter register next to us...so I saw another of the flowers I was asking Tiffani about it, so I said may I have that one too?Her replied wasn it not available anymore because Tiffani has them on HOLD for herself!!Wow, I told her thats so unprofessional of Tiffani. Instead of help me out, she ran to choose the best ones for herself during her working hours (she was back from her break) and despite I - the customer asked for help.I can see that Kenjia felt bad and kind of agree with me.Bad experience and very bad customer service and apparently Tiffani was an elite sales person.

We frequently visit Pier 1. Always possible to make a find. Confirmed - pier 1 in Anaheim Hills is NOT closing. (02/20).

I went to their special event for cardholders. They had refreshments and demonstrations. I won a $25 giftcard. Still hoping to use it real soon too.
