Lately we are having problems with the parking tendent parking.. All the tendent parking in front they is no more for tendents.. Now its all for guests.. When you go to the front its all empty, that did not make sense.. The management care more about guests instead of the paying tendents.. Thats so wrong in many levels.
Maintenance staff, Carlos Martinez and Juan were very helpful and did an excellent job ! Came in the same day I called as well.
This place works with the tow company. They are ripping off every guests. I had my vehicle towed, I was their for a few minutes. Ripoff. Payback is a mother.
No guest parking, all the people in complex park in the guest parking because they’re not will to pay 25 extra for their own parking. You can’t park inside they all reserved. 👎🏼
Quiet and clean. So far no complaints
Can not enter or leave the apartment complex without a gate opener. Came in to deliver something and the customer gave no inclination about the gate. Could not exit either gate even if i drove all the way up and had to wait for someone to leave or enter. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU DONT HAVE A GATE OPENER. I was stuck for over 10 minutes trying to get out.
Carlos Martinez did an excellent job replacing the kitchen faucet and was very timely about it
Its a nice place to live.

2022-06-19You get what you pay for, we had our catalytic converter stolen, car broken into twice, neighbors bike almost stolen. If you have a second car you will need to pay extra. Management gives you the run around and just washes their hands. Dont rent here save your self the headaches and pay a little more for peace of mind.

2022-07-02Good place to live due to my job, but within living here for 8 months my apartment got infested with roaches. I’m a clean person and I ordered pest control in the office and only came once and didn’t bother coming back, these roaches aren’t going to leave that quick lol and parking is ridiculous.

2022-06-16I went to visit a friend one day and I didnt know that you had to take a picture of your car and license plate. Your car will be towed within five minutes of your arrival at your expense. This is not a friendly place to visit.

2022-04-12I toured this weekend and loved this property and location. I didn’t end up leasing because something came up but when I do I will be coming back. The girls in the office were friendly and helpful.

2022-04-03People illegal moving into someone else’s house making drug deals in front of the these apartments the people in office dont care Can’t have tarps up said the people in the office but a lot of people have some and try to drop water on people and cars passing by on purpose. Apartments are a joke look for somewhere else to live.

2021-10-13Worst apartment complex. The parking here is terrible. Im disabled and apparently theres no parking available for me. I have to park in the neighborhood down the street, and I have gotten harassed/followed multiple times walking home. The washer and dryers rarely work and refunds are never issued. There are dips in the flooring of the top apartments like there was water damaged that was never fixed. Half our outlets are broken along with the shower that they never fixed.

2021-09-14Its very problematic for the tenants to not be able to park in the guest parking when there are hardly any guest parking there. You have to consider the tenants that are paying instead of focusing on the guest that dont actually live or pay there.

2021-09-14They are more concerned about guest parking than their own tenants parking because they took all the tenants spaces and there arent even a lot of guests.
