I delivered a brand new 16 box truck here yesterday and the site was very clean and well organized. The manager and his staff were very professional yet down to Earth.Id say; top notch location.

Its unfortunate because I had a good experience with Penske at first. Pedro was super helpful at first and gave me his personal number. He was good about answering and was on top of things. He also told me that the pice would be $1039 for the week and made it seem like they only charge you for a five day rental. I confirmed this with him and he confirmed that $1039 was the final price of the rental. As we got closer he wasnt as responsive. When I went to get the truck they handed me a paper that said the truck rental was $2100. I asked the guy there and he said that that was a good price as you would when a costumer is questioning why the amount suddenly went up $1000. I needed the truck so I was forced to spend the money. After the rental though what really upset me was the fact that I had to call and ask them for a receipt. I tried to contact Pedro who didnt answer and then took the entire weekend to get back to me, told me hed call me in the afternoon and didnt ever call. I texted him asking if we could talk and he told me hed call me later but then told me hes too busy with conferences. Awful customer care. They only care about your money there and once youve paid they could care less about you. Dont believe any quote you get either even if they confirm it. And just so everyone sees that Im not lying about the price, Ive attached the conversation.

Came to swap a truck due to mechanical issues and they want to diagnose before they swap trucks. Apparently customers time is not important. Ive wasted an hr here and still nothing. Seems like everyone just dragged their feet

Great service even during the quarantine, check out was easy and they even upgraded me to a hydraulic lift truck at no extra cost. Was a way better experience than the usual U-Haul.

Be sure to check your vehicle out very well before you have to drive a long ways. I drove 1300 miles with large warps and bubbles in my tires. There was a 1 foot long warp in my rear tire. I called service and they came and replaced the tire. I then asked them to inspect the rest of the tires and truck. They told me everything was in great shape. The following morning there was a random stranger telling me to stop and he pointed out ANOTHER bubble the size of a softball on the inside of other side tire. I could have been killed if these tires blew out on me while driving on the freeway. I do not trust that these vehicles are properly inspected and maintained. I now have to drive 3300 more miles with this vehicle and I will be gearing for my safety the remainder of my trip.

In then out within 30 minutes with 53foot trailer no problem. Oh you can only use portable restroom which are clean usually before I use...lol

The trucks are much better than the ones UHaul gives. Theyre cleaner and safer even if their rates are alittle higher. The guy at the counter looked a little confused but it was busy when we picked up our truck. We would use them again.
