We are happy with our refinance. It did take a while to go through but that is mostly due to Covid. Our representative was extremely communicative and informative, as well as friendly. It was a long experience but not unpleasant. Thanks!

My loan was sold to PennyMac at first I was not happy about it. The online service that PennyMac has is great! Very clear on how to apply payments and principal to the loan. I just refinanced through PennyMac and was very pleased at the rate and closing costs. I recommend PennyMac.

THQ has made very good games in its early days to the end, I personally think that the company was a good place to work at. Sadly, on January 23rd, 2013, THQ has offically closed their doors and sold off the studios they brought to other game developers. THQ was a good company at the time, but the time has ended. 2020-10-21PennyMac purchased my mortgage a few years ago. I decided to use them again when purchasing a new home. The process was very smooth, start to finish. The reps were helpful and knowledgeable. Closing was completed ahead of schedule. Would definitely use them again.

2020-10-14Our loan was sold to Penny Mac right after we closed in 2018. Their website was very user friendly. Our mortage is escrowed and the information is right there when payments are collected and paid. Their customer service team is very friendly and helpful. It had only been 2 years but we were offered a great rate to refinance with Penny Mac. The refinance team were awesome and made it a very smooth transition in just a few weeks.

2020-10-18The loan processing agents were excellent and called me weekly to keep me posted on the status of my application. They also promptly returned all of my phone calls and addressed all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. They worked around my schedule which made the entire process quick and painless.
