They worked with us so much to get a good pic of our girl. She was folded in half and covering her face. They were patient and really cared that we got a good picture. Highly recommend.
I am really disappointed with the service I received today. My husband and children were really excited to get to see the baby today. My appointment was scheduled at 12:50. I was asked to drink a cold sugary drink 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I did my part. I waited over an hour to have the US done. I got out of your facility 10 minutes later at 2:05pm the place was full of customers waiting and I feel the tech was rushing us and did not try to get us any good images. Tech kept asking me if I had anything cold and sugary to drink, like just making me feel like a did something wrong. I feel like it was all a waste of time and money. I’ve had scans done at your place for my other two children and the staff then were friendly. That was not the case today with your staff. I left peek a baby very disappointed 😢 my husband and children were really excited to get to see our baby and didn’t get anything but a bad experience from start to finish. I will not be recommending peek a baby to any of my friends or family members. I don’t want them to have the same experience my family had today.
They were friendly! pumped, us up with some other deals, this trip was a bust!! This ultrasound was waist of time, gas, money and experience. They said ultrasound were 4HD. It was just a regular black and white print out, i couldnt even see the baby as good. Im hoping they get the Gender rite. Im in big doubt they even got that rite. DONT RECAMEND THIS PLACE!
I was unable to get a sooner appointment at other 3d imaging centers and they were able to take me the same day. Its a nice friendly clean place. Im so excited to be finding out what Im having.
This place has been my go to for both of my babies! They never disappoint, and are always on time! They make you feel at home, and really make you feel comfortable.

THINK MORE THAN TWICE BEFORE GOING HERE!We had an appointment for May 9th which is Mothers Day. The appointment was at 12:30pm. This was perfect for me since this would be my wifes best gift as Mothers day and we were going to celebrate to a restaurant. We made a reservation for 2:30.We arrived to Peekk-A-Baby, the door said that they we closed for lunch and that they were going to re-open at 2pm. We ended up canceling the restaurant reservation to go back. We waited half hour and no-one showed up. We kept on calling and no answer. It ruined Mothers day for us. On Monday we went and no answer, same on Tuesday: that place was like ghost town, no-one was there.On Wednesday I called again and they finally answered, there excuse was that their machines were down which is completely understandable. I asked of why they didnt called me and they said that they tried calling 3 times and even left a voicemail since we didnt answered. I asked at what time and to what number because I didnt received a call from them and then the response was, oh, you didnt provide us with a number to called you. They offered an extra 15% off.That week was my vacation week, I told that I really needed it for that week and the latest on Sunday. I was promised a called back that same day and their best to get me in on that week. No call that day, no call the following day. Finally a call on Friday, but it was supposedly to return a call. I explained what happened and same promised a call and that week in.Again, no call. On 5/17 we finally saw someone in there and made an appointment for 5/19. We arrived there and when it came time to pay we were being charged a lot more and they were saying that they were already giving us the discount. Not true, I proofed them they were wrong and their excuse was that the system already had a discount and that it doesnt let them give us an additional 15%.We also didnt get all the pics. The package came w/ a CD and the lady was saying it didnt. I showed her the package details and it seemed that she got mad.I will never go back there again and will never recommend someone to go to that place!For my next baby I will rather shop for another place even if its more expensive.
Baby had feet in front of face first appt and they rescheduled me for free in hopes of getting better pictures which we definitely did! Staff is also very friendly will for sure be coming back in the future!
This place is a joke! Not only is the staff rude but the place is dirty. You can write your name on the shelfs in there. My son and his girlfriend brought both moms for a Mothers Day gift and the 1st appointment we were 3 minutes late and they said they couldnt do the whole session because of being late. The girls were very rude from the moment we walked through the door. They didnt acknowledge us until we said something and then they were rude from there on out. Once in the room their bedside manners were horrible. They couldnt get a good view of the baby so they said we would have to come back. We reschedule and once again we were 4 minutes late due to traffic and we were rudely told they took the next appointment and we would have to reschedule. They refused to give our money back or give us the owners contact info. I would NEVER recommend anyone wasting their time or money on this place!!!

Went in with my husband to see our baby girl growing! The tech girl was sweet but my baby was being stubborn and was covering her face was not able to see her. Only saw a few seconds of her face. The session was 10 mins. And only saw just a little bit. The experience was awful and was NOT worth the $64 at ALL. Was not offered to come back another time to make it worth it and be able to see her. The pictures they provided of the baby were we saw a little bit of her were awful. I do NOT recommend this place.
Everything was fine Younger women working counter was respectful The older lady who does the ultrasound Rushed through and that caused her to not correctly tell us what are baby gender is she told us a girl but it actually was a boy I advise to still take a 2nd look with your actual doctor
My family and I had a great experience here for the 2nd time! The rooms are big and comfy and the screen you see your baby on is huge! Watching your baby live is an experience everyone is my family enjoyed! The quality of the pictures and video was excellent! The ultrasound tech didn’t rush and took her time to get the perfect pictures and videos. If you want a place to share your pregnancy with loved ones this’s the place especially since you can’t take anyone to your prenatal appointments these days.Thank you Peek A Baby!!
Paid over $80 and paid extra for a stuffed animal with the heartbeat my son and his girlfriend. Its supposed to be a special day to see their son. While we were in the room the sonogram tech I feel didnt do a very good job at getting any good pictures or views. The pictures they printed out were blurry and not anything I could even share with family or friends. The heartbeat in the stuffed animal sounded like having the window down on the freeway. Couldnt ever heat the heartbeat. I asked for them to redo the heartbeat and was told we had to wait 1hour. We ended up leaving. Not very happy with this place and feel the sonogram tech could of done a better job.
They told me I was having a girl and they lied I went back to try and get a refund or at least another ultrasound and they were extremely rude and the manager Angelica or what ever her name is was supposed to call me back And never return my call if I can give it a zero star I would they did the same to my sons teacher so they do this often!!!!
Showed up 15 min early like they told me to. The girl inside still had the sign turned to closed and the other girl in the parking lot that worked there was chilling in her car. So I called and only then did she turn on the light and flip the sign to open . Went inside and neither had there masks on.I asked about the mask because #1 I’m pregnant and # 2 I was with someone who doesn’t have a good immune system. Apparently they don’t carry masks on them. Very unprofessional to be working so close to people without masks especially with covid cases on the rise. So we left.
We had the best time with my daughter during her appointment. The young ladies here were so helpful and very sweet. We had the best time watching our little baby move around. I highly recommend this place. 💖🤩

Got the Super Peek and says 25 Minutes 2D/3D/4D Ultrasound Session but it only lasted 10 minutes. They forgot to listen to the heartbeat and did a 2 minutes session and recorded it.. came home and the heartbeat was overlayed with music 🤦♀️ I should’ve gotten the sneak peak and save me $50 which that’s the service they gave me.
Horrible customer service!! They called to confirm our appointment. I let them know it will be my wife, myself and our kids (ages: 4, 7, and 9). They said that only 3 people were allowed in and suggested that we LEAVE one of our children in the car ALONE while we do the ultrasound. Who says that? How can you even recommend that? Extremely unprofessional. BE WARNED.. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! DO NOT SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT SUGGESTS THAT YOU LEAVE YOUR CHILD IN THE CAR ALONE!
Machine down? Understandable. Emailing me the day and hour of my appointment to let me know its been cancelled? That I dont understand.Showed up to a closed store with no signs and no warnings other than please wear a mask and their regular hours. So confused I had to call the Fresno location and they let me know an email went out... yeah, THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. Super professional.
An Absolutely amazing experience! The ultrasound tech was extremely patient and did multiple things to make sure we got the best pictures! Definitely coming back for more sessions!
Even though my little stinker girl didnt want to move around that much we still got some good pictures and of course the video of the session . We have been here before with our 1st pregnancy definitely qould come back if we have a 3rd . Thanks for the help girls ! Always so nice and friendly
Wonderful experience!!! My children and my husband were able to visit with me and we had a blast. The women were very friendly and welcoming. I loved the pictures and the dvd, but what I loved the most was the ability to send via email a link to my ultrasound o anyone around the world. Very cool!!! I highly recommend them. And dont listen to any of the hater comments, because Im glad I didnt I loved it!!!!
Love this place ! The girls are really nice let us redo our 3D with no charge our baby wasn’t participating the first time. Great prices on the packages. Really recommend this place!
Terrible place. Not friendly. Pics don’t even show baby and they will still charge. Couldn’t figure out gender that I paid for didn’t even get a sorry. No refund had to drive all the way back to Modesto for another rude ultrasound tech. They genuinely don’t care. Tech didn’t say ONE word til the end when she stated she couldn’t see gender. She didn’t point anything out. Rushes us out as well. I can see on these reviews the owner making excuses for her team and business instead of apologizing because she was obviously not there to experience what these clients experience. What a joke!
I absolutely love this place! I was surprised to see such a low rating.I came here at 17 weeks for a gender reveal and of course keepsakes. I knew well before my appointment that water was going to be my best friend the weeks coming up to the appointment, theyll tell you this when they call and confirm the appointment.The more water you drink the clearer the images will be.I came back at 29 weeks (They give a coupon half off or something similar if you go back during same pregnancy)My baby was stubborn then, he wouldnt show his face-hiding behind the placenta, hands covering him, turning away, etc.They had me jump around, dance, go grab something sweet to eat &drink but he wasnt budging.They let me come back again for free a week later (30w) and were able to get some perfect photos!The staff are super sweet and just as eager to see the baby as much as you are.I had a wonderful experience all 3 times I visited during my pregnancy.
We came here today and had the best experienceIts our first baby so this is our first time. Of course my baby boy was being stubborn and he was curled up in a ball not showing his face (which is obviously what we wanted to see) the lady we had was wonderful she had me get up and stretch and even had the receptionist come help try and rub my side to get him to turn. We finally got him to move and we got great pics. The room was clean and comfy and smelled nice and we got a heartbeat stuffed animal. The ladies working today were very friendly and comforting. They went over and beyond.
My account will not let me log in to review so I am posting from my husbands account. I want to share my experience with peek a baby. I researched all my options around this area to have my ultrasound done, regardless of some of the reviews I decided to go with peek a baby. I had my first appointment at exactly 30weeks on 5/29. The purpose of our visit was to see baby and get some 4d images. However baby was unfortunately not cooperating at all, Latoya took care of us that day. Since she had some time in between appointments she had me walk around for 15minutes and have something to drink to see if that helped to get baby moving. After a good second try baby was still not cooperating, it was not moving much and blocking its face the whole time and she did her absolute best to get us some good images. She offered to have us return and try a second time at no extra cost(which I was not expecting at all). I have heard from others who have had this service done elsewhere they get what they get and that’s it. Which is completely understandable, because some tend to forget their is not much we or the tech can do to control what we get with these type of services. My baby tends to move a lot after 11pm so I was pretty doubtful about getting anything better then the 1st time the second time around, but I was very thankful for her offer, as this is my second baby after 9years and we are enjoying every bit of this journey and doing many things we didn’t get to do with our first. Latoya was awesome! She was so patient and did a great job! Our little one wasn’t easy but she got us some great images! She was very kind and made this experience pleasant and memorable for us. Plus we got a great gift in addition to all this :) I do recommend this place highly and I am glad I overlooked the negative reviews and gave it a try for myself!Thank you again Latoya!
The ladies that work here our amazing! They did everything they could to get me pictures of my little girl who was stubborn and wouldnt cooperate. They truly went beyond what I expected and really made my experience awsome! They were beyond patient. I would highly recommend them! Definitely left a happy customer!
I came to Peek A Baby on May 1st and had a beautiful experience! I had paid for my package prior to entering and as I was leaving, I had told the receptionist I did want to purchase the movie of the session after all. She then charged me the price of it after the session. The woman that had done my ultrasound came out with a disc and told me to not watch it until after my gender reveal because in the beginning of the tape, she recorded the sex of the baby and didn’t want us to ruin our surprise before the gender reveal. Fast fwd to after my gender reveal, we popped in the disc and there was no movie. I called the location and the woman told me to come in when I had a chance (because I live about 45min-1hr away) so she could check out the disc and we could go from there depending the options.I have been moving and it’s been a month so I finally got time to drive over there and pop in.Initially, the receptionist called over another woman when I told her my situation and what I was told over the phone. I believe her name is Janelly. (Sorry if i butchered your name :(! ) Janelly borrowed my disc and popped it into her computer and showed me the images were in fact on there. I then told her that I was referring to the movie of my session not being on there. She looked up my appointment and found my chart. She showed me that on my chart, I had only paid for the package. I then told her that yes she was correct, I paid for the package and secondly after the session, I paid for the movie. She went to the other computer to do some research while I pulled up my bank account transactions. I pulled up my transactions and showed her the transaction where I was charged for the movie which was a totally separate transaction from the package. She then proceeded to apologize that this happened to me, apologized for being charged for it and not being provided it, and apologized because she didn’t know who had done the mistake but still owned up to it. As a courtesy, she scheduled me a new appointment with the same package and assured me that I would in fact get my movie this time around because she would be there to make sure. I really appreciate her doing things right. I am still a bit sad that those moments of seeing the baby inside of me so small at only 17 weeks are forever gone. But I am appreciative towards Janelly because she gave me a wonderful experienced and did things right. It doesn’t make up for the concrete memory that I cannot have from that day sadly but I appreciate her very much.Thank you Janelly, you are a beautiful soul!
Could coach the front end associate to be more personable and make eye contact with the customers. She never made eye contact with me or ask how I was doing or welcoming my family. She also looked like she was working on a project...... Maybe she was overwhelmed? Overall the video experience was really cool to see.

I would be careful going here…. I’m not sure how accurate the ultrasounds are. I was told I was having a boy just to find out it’s a girl. When I called to talk to someone they said they would call me back and never did. Be careful
Paid for the 5 minutes gender reveal and I was in there for 2 minutes. Got the worst pictures as well. I also bought a bracelet saying “ TEAM GIRL” bc that’s the gender they told me. Maybe if they took a few more minutes like I paid $60 for they would know it’s a boy. Next day I got a doctor referred ultrasound and within a few mins they told me it’s a boy. You have to pay for the session before it starts, they only accept cards. And when you pay they try to sell you stuff first. Why don’t y’all wait til after the session -_-
My Fiancé and I went into Peek A Baby today for the Sneak Peak session. Staff was super friendly and I felt like they genuinely cared. My boy was being stubborn today and I appreciated that the girl doing our session was patient and even tried her very best to coax our son out of hiding and she didnt give up either, also she had a great personality and made us laugh a lot. We recieved some pretty decent pictures today! Also received some free formula and a coupon to come back in and do another session for half off, which means Ill probably be going back in sometime next week cause why not. Overall, very Happy and Satisfied with service! Thanks! I hope to come back to the same service.
Have been here for my two previous pregnancies and have always been great! Here for my third! Ultrasound techs are always great and patient.
We absolutely loved the experience. My wife and I were amazed with the quality of the pictures and the service the ladies provided to us. As a father to be it gave me a chance to be a part of the pregnancy, which at times dads feel left out. We recommend this center to anyone thinking of coming you wont be let down.

Absolutely horrible. We waited 2 hours after our original appointment time. When we finally got back our tech was rude and was rushing everything so she could go on her lunch. We were told it was a girl only to find out a weeks later it was not. They wouldn’t give a refund only wanting to book another appt as an “apology”. We’ve spent so much on baby girl stuff only to be basically be told “sorry I guess but no refund for the trouble you’ve had to go through” I will not recommend this place to anybody as long as they stay open
Horrible place honestly and rude customer service. They couldnt get anything and didnt do my package that was over 130$. I honestly dont recommend this place to anyone. Im 20 weeks and got the worst experience ever. Save your money! The photos they have on the wall are not theirs they printed the same ones on google.
My experience at peek a baby was the great! The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable, they helped me pick a package to fit my budget & needs, at first my baby would not cooperate but my tech did everything imaginable to get my baby to move & we got some awesome pics of my baby girl laughing, opening her eyes & seen her wave! Peek a baby is not dependable their printers randomly apparently stop working though out the day so they consistently have issues , I traveled twice from my home town to Modesto to only get denied service because their printers , they offer to complete my sessions with only a usb so that would mean I would have to print my own photos they so no grace or compensation for their issues and still expect you to pay full before the session , they are not empathetic to the problem and just want money they show no Sympathy to mothers who are in need of their ultrasound 3d pic they just want money but for what if they consistently have issues like technical support so where does the money go it’s not ment for me to understand but I do think it’s some bs 🤔 I was willing to pay for the highest package which was $117 to find out they only provide less then half the offers they have offered on the package and update on their computer system definitely needs to be handled so best advised comments I have to u all is to so b sure to communicate and ask a lot of questions before deciding to proceeding . the information on the internet is false but sounds goodGood luck mothers and hope your experience was better then mine
Been here with my 2 pregnancies and I love it! The girls are very nice they do their best to make your experience as wonderful as possible and they make sure to get the best pics the first time my baby wasnt coopearating so they gave me another free session and I was very happy with the results 😊
I wish I can leave another review, but since I left a review in 2013, I cant. I juat have to say after all of these years the Management has trained its staff to the best. We have been here for now 4 pregnancies and Im in shock with how many negative reviews are given. Latoya and Mariam are amazing peek a baby employees. Mariam greets you immediately and explains the packages to the T. We had Latoya do our ultrasound and our baby girl was being stubborn during our Brief Package session. She helped with having me turn on both sides and lay flat to give us the best quality photos that we can get. Finally we got some great shots(well what the baby wanted us to have). I have to disagree with these negative comments, because Latoya tried her best to give us the best. Its not the staffs fault, but how the baby feels during the visit. With our baby girl it was her hand infront of her face. We are so very happy we got to see her feet, fingers and cute yawn. This will be our last baby, so we wont be back after this one. But we will always stand by how Peek A Baby tries their best to give you the best. Thank you Latoya and Mariam.
The studio was clean and the receptionist was ok. Not very friendly and didnt explain the packages when we asked about them, all she did was point to a picture with prices. The tech who actually did the sono was terrible. Didnt talk, didnt wait for me to position myself to be able to see the screen she just rushed through the whole process. The pictures they gave me of my baby were hard to even make out and she was so sloppy about the whole thing she made it a terrible experience. Not to mention the heart beat bear we got was so full of static we could barley hear the actual heart beat. Do not reccomend this place to any moms.

My husband and I went in to do a gender peek, the staff were super friendly and professional. We experienced no issues with wait and we were seen on time. It was a positive experience and getting to see the baby’s face was priceless.
The lady in the front desk was nice. But the ultrasound lady I believe her name is ganelly or something like that was so unprofessional rude right from the start can’t even ask questions without giving attitude. Made my whole experience so uncomfortable. Won’t be returning.
Took my sister into peek a baby for her first pregnancy we were amazed of how sweet the staff was they greeted us right when we walk in.it was very clean and inviting the ultrasound room was big enough to fit a family of 10 the techs there were very personable and made us feel very comfortable.we did the full peek session which comes with lots of 3d pictures a dvd and a cd of all the pictures .the pictures were so clear. We also added a heartbeat animal. We are definitely coming back with the next pregnancy and will continue to use peek a baby we appreciate the staff for making this an amazing experience recommend to all the pregnant women out there to check this place out thanks again peek a baby 💝😊
I did not have a good experience here, I went in and got the $45.00 package and when the lady was doing my ultrasound she didnt even last five minutes in there, so upsetting I basically went to give them free money, and all she gave me was five small pictures. I thought the ultrasound would last at least fifteen minutes. Guess not, I will never go back to them again.
This was my first time going to peek a baby . And to be honest , after reading some reviews i was nervous . But leaving this office i was so happy, satisfied and extremely excited . Knowing you have a baby in you just brings so much worries for whatever reasons almost all the time this staff was so sweet to me and made me feel so comfortable. I had got the 2D plus five minute heartbeat package and hearing my babies heartbeat and seeing my baby was so much joy . The room was so comfortable and the tv they show the baby on was so big so i seen everything the pictures came out good and on top of recieving a coupon for half off my next visit within two weeks i also recieved a mommys bag which i thought was so unexpectedly cute it provided some cans of formula some milk cans a book of coupons to babies r us it was just so nice and cute altogether . For the price i paid like i said i was satisfied to the max ! Will definitely be back Thank you for my experience 🤗😊
My husband made us an appointment at 10am for a 1225pm gender reveal appointment. 11am we received a call to confirm the 1225pm appointment time and to arrive at 1205 to complete paperwork, stay hydrated, and to drink some orange juice to get the baby moving. We arrived at 1210 to be told they were running 45 minutes behind and that we could wait or reschedule. There was a small glass refrigerator in open site that had employees lunches in that they were offering water to customers from. Children were spilling water everywhere and no one cleaned it up because only two people were on duty. It was 150pm before we were seen, the paper covering on the pillows in the room were used, the trash can was over flowing. I have doubt in by babys gender being a girl because all views were side profile views and I was told if it was a boy the privates would have been sticking straight up. I was given a CD of the session as compensation for waiting but I will still not return or recommend this business to anyone.
For having twins it was an awesome experience to see them in 3d and get to hear their heartbeat the women were awesome and very welcoming as well
If i could I’d give half a star. I went there twice with my last pregnancy my first tech was awesome but when i went the second time the girls were really rude and I felt really rushed. The girl up front forgot to give me my returning discount and then charged me for hd without asking. Never going here again nor referring anyone again. Tummy time In salida or womb with a view all the way.
Absolutely avoid going to this place. Their 3D peek-a-boo Imaging is Horrible. There is a reason why they dont offer refunds, and thats because their 3D imaging is terrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Total scam... we spent $100 for 5 minutes and walked away with no pictures. Absolute waste of time and money!!

My husband and I loved every minute from when we scheduled to the moment we walked out with so many cute pictures and cute baby clothes!! Love them the best service by far. We had made mistake of going somewhere else in town before coming here and this place is day and night the best compared to the others. Ty again!

My sister had to go in 4 times to find out the gender of her baby. She said the staff was very short and rude with her and when she asked the girl about her schooling, she told her they dont have to have any. They told my sister she was having a boy which she was very excited about. She became very attached to the thought of her baby being a boy, named him, and started shopping for him. Well come to find out at her 20 week appointment she is actually having a girl. They were wrong and dont refund the money for their mistake. I put up on my mom blog if this has ever happened to anyone at this place, and I had 38 woman tell me they were also wrong in determining the gender. Maybe some schooling might help?? Save your money ladies.

Amazing place and all the staff were wonderful my girls 16 weeks and we saw the baby and got the sex well worth the $60 shes happy as well with the experience even tho its a boy and not a girl like she wants

Wrong Gender! !Ok to start things off. I came in on april 3rd for the brief peek and paid for the additional HD live. I was told at this appointment that i would be having a girl (i was 16 weeks gestation at the time). I left my appointment with 5 pictures total. Only to later see that it was supposed to be 11 according to the package details listed on the website. I didnt want to make a big deal seeing as how im coming from stockton and its a good 30 min drive. Ok so fast forward to my 19 week checkup up at my Dr and i was told i was having a boy. I called and spoke with a manager who offered a redo of my session. When i asked about the pictures i was missing i was told they would have to ask a manager who agreed to let me come in on Wed may 3rd. So i call today to see if everything was scheduled correctly only to be informed my appointment was never even made!!! Im highly disappointed with the services i received and im only trying to get what i paid for. I was told that a manager would call me by totomorrow to try and and resolve this issue but until then my review will stay the same. This makes my 3rd time traveling all the way there.
The staff are great, they tried to get good shots, my placenta was in the way the whole time. But ill be going back for 3rd time. 1st was 8 years ago,
Honestly, I went to Peek a Baby a little over a month ago just to see my baby in 3D. The staff was okay but I think what I regret most was not looking for other ultrasound places and going with this one. Why? The prices mainly. $80 for a package that I could of gotten elsewhere for way cheaper.
I really enjoyed my experience here and the staff was really nice. I’m so happy Peek A baby gave me the chance to experience next to my family.
They have NO idea what they are doing! Currently still here. Its 6:31pm! Got here at 4pm driving from San Jose! This is my 3rd RE-DO because they are unable to see the baby! OMG! NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN! and thats not all while I have been waiting Ive over-heard already 3 couples complaining and having to re-schedule because they either cant see the baby or they cannot determine the gender. That to me says they are NOT trained or qualified to even do these ultrasounds. Awwwwful!!! Even with an appointment be ready to wait at least 20-30 mins more than your scheduled appointment. Another tip (WHICH THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT TELL YOU BECAUSE THEY JUST WANT UR $$ IS): The baby is very difficult to be seen after 32 weeks......dont know if this is true or if they are trying to excuse themselves but apparently its harder...?? But they should warn you, BUT they dont!
I made an appointment online & called to confirm what I needed to take before the appointment, since I never been to get a 3D ultrasound. The receptionist was just very rude. She gave me attitude about having to be there already, when I never got a call reminder for my call like it said online they would do. I told her about not having a reminder and she keept giving me attitude that they were in lunch. Never going here for sure.
Excellent staff. Had great time with my family. Definitely recommend to anyone. Dont hesitate Love our new baby girl.
Its incredibly frustrating when I had an appointment for 2 weeks, knowing my due date. My cousin is 3 weeks behind me; being seen Fresno. Yet at 14 weeks they can no longer see me. How does that happen??? Never again will I deal with this company. Extremely poor customer service.
Girls were super friendly loved this place ! Baby was being stubborn but she still managed to get very good face shots thank you !! Come by to get your 3d/4d won’t regret it 🙌
Seriously had a horrible experience today. We arrived ten minutes early and were told to wait because we were late. We then had to wait well over an hour to be helped. Mean while they were helping customers who had appointments after us. We didn’t start our appointment until an hour and a half after the original start time. Will never come here again.! Horrible customer service
I went in at 15 weeks and something day and i was told i was having alittle boy, come to find out im at the imaging center specialist in ultrasounds and there were no boy parts now im very confused on what my baby is.... help! Will peek a baby give me another session with no money out of my pocket im so angry i just want to know what my baby gender really is i am now 21 weeks and 5 days

I went in 3 weeks ago for the gender peek I was told that it was a boy; however, I had an appointment with my doctor today and was told I am actually having A GIRL! I did a whole gender reveal and paid for the gender peek to have it not be accurate.

I wish I could say I loved this place but the staff is nice the ultrasound lady is in a rush to get u out and get someone in i paid $108 for horrible black and white pictures and 4 good pictures and the rest where not even good.
I’ve had two of my babies pictures done here while I was pregnant it was a very friendly experience super happy

I left there with a smile and a tear of joy. they made sure and did everything they could for me to have that one good picture since my daughter was not easy. and at the end they made it happen. Went here to find out the gender of my daughter before 20 weeks they stafff was really nice and friendly and got some good pictures of her and even double checked to make sure the gender was accurate

Ripoff place will never go here again or even recommend it to anybody this was my first and last time ever bieng here ..!!was going for a peek a baby ultrasound and listen to the heart and had an appt 2:00 was there 1:40 was 2:30 and still was not called went up to the register and asked how long more i was going to be there for the lady said there where behind cuase some customers came late to the appt like yes please thats why its called appt was called to go in just herd the babys heart and took 6 fotos i was not even 4 min in there when the lady said she was done very disappointed of this place
Horrible experience when my wife and I went in. Customer service is horrible. Owners do not take criticism well. Check out yelp and their response to 1 star reviews. Its always the customers fault when there is ano error made. Use at your own risk.

Wrong gender prediction for my daughter. I felt so bad for her for all the emotions she went through after falling in love with a baby boy that wasnt even there.
Bad experience. Today I had an appointment at 4:45 PM I called to notify that I was arriving 5 minutes late and they said No that they are back to back with appointment. I needed to reschedule. I had to drive almost an hour to get there
This is a good place to get a view of your baby , your pictures being blurry has nothing to do with there technology you females needa drink more water 🤮 .

2022-05-12Great place wide selection to keep a recording of the babys heart beat. Saw the 3D ultrasound. The Staff was very friendly and had alot of patience. We were able to have extra people a total of 6 I believe

2022-03-25I went in November when I was 17 weeks pregnant the lady was like “oop got it” (as in she knew what the gender was) she then handed the envelope to my sister. We had a gender reveal and we were told it was a girl so we got all baby girl stuff. Now I’m in month 8 of my pregnancy and I get my last ultrasound and I’m told it’s 100% a boy and the doctor said idk how they could miss that when sometimes you can tell the gender by 13 weeks.. I’m disappointed that I have everything prepared and most of the things are pink. This place needs to do better.
