It’s been almost a year of living here and I love it. Coming from living in apartments and having noisy upstairs neighbors, living here has been life changing. To not share a wall with anyone and have your parking spot in front of your home is a blessing. The staff here is wonderful. Noel has been so helpful, and maintains rules and regulations in place so that the community is a better place to live in. Schools and shopping centers are close by and new upgrades are coming soon and I know this community has great potential.

Honestly I see a lot more bad reviews than good reviews in here but hey, everyone has their own opinion. Palm lodge change my life, mostly for my family. They love it here, especially my kids. I have to thank the most important person that made this happen and thats Noel. She is the best. Shes always there when we have any questions or issues. Thank you Noel!

Absolutely love the new lighting that they placed near my home. I feel much safer when taking taking my dog out at night. It lights up our whole street all night long which is great I sleep better at night feeling safe.

Be prepared to have your water shut off very frequently over here, it’s ridiculous how often this happens. The manager Noel is one of the least qualified residential managers and rudest one I’ve met to this date. Very thin walls inside and out, you can hear conversations outside and from the other rooms in the house.

If I could say anything positive about this place is that everything is convenient parking, schools groceries stores . Rent is way over priced . Maintance does Mickey Mouse fixes . . Not to mention the biggest thing is the managers micro manage your every move from what to put outside your home to children playing outside. God for bid the children play outside without being a nuisance to the staff . This pandemic has really affected the kids and social life you would think they would take that into consideration, they will quickly threaten your residency

Clean community, animal and kid friendly. Privacy and good services. Staff recognizes your needs and accommodates all concerns. People watch over each other but show respect for your privacy. Nicest place I have lived in Southern California. Near all freeways, shopping with a central location to all metropolitan areas. Beach is a little further away than I would like but still only 16 statue miles or 30 minutes.

Manager Debbie is a sweetheart, that is the only positive. Palm lodge is Over priced.Secatary Noel has no idea what she is doing, she is rude acting like she is never wrong and owns the place. When I had a question or concern Debbie would say it is okay not to worry but then Noel would slap us with a violation notice. upon moving out my husband tried to get a hold of the for TWO weeks with no return call, email attachment were unviewable and to top it all off the previous tenant was receiving Emails regarding our unit. This place looks beautiful and friendly but looks are deceiving.

Do not bother talking to Noel for anything, deal directly with Debie for any and all matters, she is the only one who know what she is doing. In the past two months three neighbors have left because rent is redicloius and Noelles attitude and poor peopleskills. As soon as our lease is up we will be moving to get away from her and this rediclious place. We mentioned to Debbie before and she said she will have a talk with her and not to worry, but things never changed. Overall it is a nice place but not worth the hassle with all their rules(they dont even follow) and the occasional homeless who run up and steel what they can grab off the patio. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK

If youre planning to move in here, DONT!!! Im warning you, this place is waaaaaaaaaaayyy too expensive, the houses arent even that big or nice to have expensive rent... These people are crazy, it sucks... Worst 5 years of my life so far....what happen to having the rent to $1800?? Its $2100 now...what the hell?!?! 😡
