America is wondering why internet sales and Amazon is blowing up can look no further than Pacific Sales in Torrance. Customer service is non existent. Plumbing department sales clerk Veronica is a flat out liar. Tell us initially 6-8 weeks for return. We return 8 weeks later and she tells us “I never said that, it’s 10 weeks” well around New Years to check yet again, told product will arrive in May. Some things rolled in but cancelling whatever is left. Bought those missing parts on Amazon, delivered within week. Overpriced product that they don’t have in stock west of the Mississippi. Save your money, keep your patience, and stop worrying- Scroll through Amazon.ZERO STARS- I didn’t get that option
We ordered a sub-zero refrigerator, range hood, washer/dryer, microwave and trim kit, etc. for our new home from Pacific Sales. We worked with Linwood, who was fantastic in his knowledge about the products, follow up, as well as helping us to make the purchase and delivery easy for us. We had a very tricky delivery scenerio and he made it work. We have a few more things to purchase and we will definitely work with Linwood and Pacific Sales again.I’m adding to my review a year or so later because I continue to be impressed with my experiences at PS, particularly with Linwood. His knowledge, professionalism, and care is unmatched. He has since helped us find a new dishwasher at a significant discount, as it was in the back with the floor model sales. He checked it out and gave us the thumbs up to buy and we have been very happy. He made the delivery and install easy too. Whenever we have a question, Linwood is our trusted source. Again, very impressed with our latest experience.I am back for a third time (2021) after another stellar experience with Linwood at Pacific Sales. We needed a new stove so we visited the Torrance store and Linwood helped us to understand all of the options available. He didn’t steer us to the most expensive option but rather listened to what we wanted and showed us the pros and cons of each manufacturer. He was honest about the delay due to the pandemic so there were no surprises, and when I got the delivery notice from Pacific Sales, I called Linwood and he helped to set up a quick delivery and install. As we embarked on renovation of our new home, we knew one thing that would be important in bringing the kitchen/great room together was going to be our appliances. As expected, my wife had some specific opinions about the aesthetic, but for the most part the kitchen is my domain for cooking and cleaning. Balancing quality with cost effective was going to be the challenge, and for me it started with whether after years of working on a Wolf range I could find something less expensive. The answer ended up being no. Linwood was our sales rep at Pacific Sales in Torrance, and his calm, confident, nurturing and honest nature made us feel we were in great hands. He steered us in all the right directions, and weve loved every appliance weve purchased. The range, to start, he shared knowledgable insight into everything from cooking quality to ease of clean-up. At the end of the day, the comparable cost of the Wolf to other options, when youre getting so many other simple benefits, it was a no-brainer. The big challenge was on things such as the vented range hood, which I know nothing about. But after sharing how our last hood had melted components, he steered us to the Zephyr with the BTU requirements we needed. From there, all the other appliances fell in line, with a Zephyr wine fridge that doesnt make a sound, to the under counter microwave drawer from sharp, which makes life easier and saves my back from leaning over constantly. A BIG THANK YOU again to Linwood for his insightful guidance, friendly nature, and constant follow-up and customer service even after things were ordered, in anticipation of installation, and a challenging juggling of installation dates. We appreciated this and its why we will continue to be customers of Pacific Sales going forward.

We just bought a new home and wanted to upgrade all our appliances. We were refer to this amazing guy, Lynwood who took care of us. Due to the pandemic the appliance arrive late but Lynwood never sleep. He was on his toe everytime checking up on our products. My husband and I went into Pacific Sales to purchase a washer after the motor went out. Lynwood assisted us and he was such a great help. He was about to leave for the day but saw that we had been waiting and stayed to assist us to find the right size washer for our limited space. The washer we chose had a 2 month waiting time for delivery but Lynwood kept in touch with me to ensure that we did not have to wait the 2 months. After 30+ years of being a devoted, satisfied Pacific Sales customer, I was appalled by my recent experience. This was my first purchase after Pacific Sales teamed up with Best Buy. Seems that maybe Pacific Sales no longer cares for it’s customers since Best Buy took over. A total lack of integrity.First, My salesperson, Ali, had acknowledged that our range qualified for a rebate. After purchasing, and going to SoCal Gas website to apply for rebate, our unit was not on the list of products qualified for rebate.Second, salesperson, Ali, did not follow-up when I experienced problems with installation. Did not answer phone calls, No returned calls after I left phone and e-mail messages.Third, Customer Service was no help either. My calls were transferred to Sales, no answer, and then put on hold and finally cut off. Total lack of concern.Fourth, Beware of unprofessional, unqualified 3rd party installers. Initial installers left installation unsafe, and incomplete. It took three visits by 3rd party installers, and 29 days before we finally got an installer who knew what he was doing, and completed the installation. Best Buy Geek Squad was non-existent. All the while, Salesperson, Ali, did not follow up, to make sure my range was installed correctly and safely. I filed a formal complaint with Best Buy and Pacific Sales. At least I received the typical cookie cutter apology from Best Buy, but absolutely not even a token sincere apology from Pacific Sales.
Best service I’ve ever had. Service representative Linwood was absolutely amazing helped me find the perfect refrigerator for me and my family for a great price. When there were issues with my delivery he answered my call on his off day and on a holiday!! he had my fridge delivered the next day no problem. Highly recommend his service of going to pacific sales kitchen & home.
Linwood Foy is the Best !!! Awesome Customer Service!!We purchased a LG Washing Machine and dryer model 4200. We were told by our contractors that the set was too large for the area I came back into the store spoke to Linwood he took the time and the patients to show me all my options including having someone to come out and measure the area let me know if what I had already purchased would work. Turns out the set just needed to be stacked and fit perfectly in that area. After the set was hooked up had additional issues with the wash machine shaking and making too much noise I called Linwood he was available immediately and walk me through removing shipping screw which now I am so happy with my LG purchase. I would definitely recommend everyone to come see Linwood to purchase appliances at Pacific sales. Again Linwood knows his stuff great sales person great personality and very patient.Thank You Linwood !
Pacific Sales in Torrance is has been my favorite place to buy appliances for years. Good selection. Good Prices. Good service. But my recent visit was extra special because Linwood, a sales person at the store, went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He efficiently helped me select the right fridge and then helped me resolve a delivery issue. Linwood provides the type of good service that has been lost from all the other retail shops. He listens to and takes care of his customers.
This rating might increase, I suppose, if I ever get the fridge! Delivery guys arrived yesterday and refused to take away the old fridge. The Pacific Sales rep had failed to input that part into the order. Delivery guys just drove away while I was trying to sort it out by phone. Rep apologized but now they are saying another week to deliver what they should have done yesterday. Customer service? They just don’t pick up the phone, and let the call drop after about 3 minutes. Meanwhile our food is rotting away. Calling Home Depot now to see if they can do any better.
My husband and I were building a new home and worked with Linwood at Pacific Sales. He was phenomenal - I cant say enough good things about him. First, he is very knowledgeable on all of the manufacturers and helped us understand the different options. He wasnt pushy but instead made sure we had all the information we needed to make decision. Second, he was super patient with us and not at all pushy. We came back a couple of times before we made decisions and each time he was there to help. But, it didnt end there. Once we had made all of our purchases, he was available to help us arrange delivery and installation and made himself available to answer questions or just help with any issues that came up. He was incredibly responsive and responded to phone calls and emails very quickly.Great experience with Pacific Sales and in particular with Linwood. Had another great experience at Pacific Sales last month. They never disappoint and Linwood took extra special care of us AGAIN! We didnt like our kitchen sink faucet (not purchased at Pacific Sales), so we went to Pacific Sales to find something we liked. Skip it! We wnt there looking for a 36 inch duel fuel range and lets be honest these are not cheap so I was looking for someone to show us the difference between the manufacturers which would serve our purpose. The sales person was.so put off that I was asking questions. The customer service was horrible. They handed me the specs sheet and told me the information was on there. Then I was also informed they had been there 15 years. We went somewhere else and bought a beautiful range from someone who knew about the products they were selling.

In need of a new dishwasher, I decided to go to specialists instead of a big box store, and I am so glad I did. Milton took great care of me from the start, answering all of my questions and demonstrating all of the features that differentiated the Bosch. He talked me through washers & dryers, explaining why the LGs were in a league of their own, and how the steam clean would be key for someone who washes greasy rags. Luckily, I didn’t pay extra for this great service - in fact, I got a better deal than I would’ve at Costco! I know where I’ll be going anytime I need an appliance in the future.

Pacific Sales has a great showroom in Torrance with all the best appliances. Linwood worked with me over many months to make sure I was making the best choices without any sales pressure. I searched many many other places looking for a better deal and in the end, I couldnt beat the prices and Linwoods exceptional customer service.

Sales person Ali Morin did an excellent job finding the best deal for us on a set of kitchen appliances, including stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. She also followed that with outstanding support to resolve delivery issues so that we ended up receiving them on the schedule we had agreed to in spite of multiple messages sent to us stating deliveries were being delayed by a week. This order was for a rental remodel where new tenants were dependent on on-schedule delivery. Hats off and many thanks to Ali.
In the course of the past several months, my friend and I have been doing business with Pacific Sales in Torrance, CA for the renovation of our apartment in NYC. Overall, the entire staff have been amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Without question, it is the best appliance store on the West Coast. We certainly wish they would consider opening stores on the East Coast, as well.More specifically, we want to acknowledge and commend one of the Appliance Specialists, Linwood Foy! Purchased a $4000 fulgor milano 36 gas range / oven.Range works good, oven does not work. Its a nightmare to get a response from Pacific Sales Manager Juan.Juan - Store Manager recommended the Range Himself & made the sales himself.If you check reviews for this range, you will see everyone has the same issue.I think what pacific sales & Juan are doing is a FRAUD. Knowingly Selling defective appliances.I believe a class action law suite is a MUST for Pacific Sales.I have emailed & called Juan more than a dozen times in last few weeks with no positive outcome.7/22/21 - Finally techs were sent to the House to Fix a Brand New $4000 Fulgar Milano Oven. Just like other Online Reviews. They were unable to Fix the Issue.I have emailed Juan & Sonya & advised them to STOP the SALES OF THIS DEFECTIVE 36” GAS RANGE.

Lynwood is a true sales professional who is very well informed on all of the products that he deals with. We really appreciated having someone of his expertise to help guide us through the sales process and to make sure we were getting all of the appliances we needed to suit our needs and that would fit within the space we had to work with.It was also great to have the added bonus of being able to earn Best Buy reward points with the purchase of all of these expensive appliances.

Then, after my purchase, he gave me his cell phone number so I can call him if I had any questions about any of the appliances I bought. When it was time for my delivery, we were working on my changing dates because of my construction on top of COVID! Mr. Foy was very responsive, patient and very helpful! Plus, he contacted 3rd party installers to ensure I was taken care of... even during the time he was quarantined. He followed up with me to make sure I was properly informed. I’m extremely grateful for meeting Mr. Foy and having him as my sales associate.
Great customer service!! Linwood in the Appliance department was always helpful and answered my many, many questions regarding kitchen appliances and explained the differences among the many different brands. He coordinated my product deliveries and made sure that there were no delays. Greg with Plumbing department also made sure all plumbing elements were included in my order and helped me select the best products for me.
Superb service! A little backstory: I ordered a refrigerator from Whirlpool at the start of April and the delivery got delayed twice leading to some highly questionable customer service from them (put off Whirlpool for life). I came to Pacific Sales and explained my situation and was first shown around the showroom by Milton and later (after doing some more shopping around) by Ali. Both Milton and Ali were exceptional in helping me find the unit I wanted and within my budget. I ended up purchasing a nicer, bigger refrigerator for $100 less than I wouldve spent on the original Whirlpool. Thank you!

Don’t go to Best Buy definitely shop at Pacific Sales. Although, Best Buy owns Pacific sales, the experience and customer service is light years in difference. Lynwood and store manager Juan provided excellent service and sales attention. Was on the phone for more than two hours and transferred to no less than six reps with geek squad. Juan took can of the problem appreciating the value of his customers especially long term customers. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to knowledgeable, polite and efficient service.-Robbie
We had a really great experience at this location. Lori was very patient and gave us a great deal on our new refrigerator. She arranged for someone from Peerless to come out to install a new water line the same day our new fridge was getting delivered which was very convenient. We read reviews about the importance of proper door/drawer removal for our particular fridge model and we were nervous when the delivery guys said our delivery was only the second time they had unloaded our fridge model and had never had to take the doors off. They did an AMAZING job though!! Everything works great and we LOVE our new fridge!!

My only regret is not coming to Pacific Sales sooner! Milton made the whole appliance shopping experience a total breeze. I walked out of the store feeling totally comfortable and informed about my purchase. Milton is very knowledgeable and answered every single one of my questions. He was able to help us find the perfect suite for our kitchen. I just bought my first home and have spent countless hours at Home Depot and Lowes. The product options, quality, and prices at Pacific Sales topped any deal I saw on the market, even the catchy open box deals at other stores. SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!I wanted some appliances for a home model for my mother. I herad PacificSales in Torrance was the place to go. I met a salesman Linwood he took good care of all my needs along with a 10% back in rewards points. With the rewards points I was able to purchase a washer and dryer set. Linwood and the front counter staff made this purchase easy and hassle free. Most important my mother is happy.
The showroom is beautiful and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Linwood was my sales person and Ive purchased several products from him. I stopped by Pacific Sales to search for a Kitchen Aid counter depth refrigerator, ice maker, and dishwasher. I was very particular in what I was searching for. As soon as I walked in the store Linwood Foy approached me and offered his help. He walked me straight to what I wanted. He took his time in explaining everything to me regarding the appliances. I really liked how helpful he was due to the urgency of the appliances. I was glad he was able to get a hold of them for me. I ran into a couple of inconveniences and was not able to take all three appliances with me. I was able to only purchase the refrigerator. Although my order had decreased he still followed through with quality service. He had to reach out to a third party to have the refrigerator delivered to me, and on top of that, he did it at no additional cost. He went out of his was to make sure I received my refrigerator as soon as possible. He also followed up to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. When it came time to build our outdoor kitchen, we initially went online to find appliances for the project. Luckily… Before processing the order, my wife and I went to Pacific Sales. I should have gone to Pacific Sales in the first place. My refrigerator had been giving me trouble for a long time, and when it finally broke on a Sunday night, I searched for a place to get a new one that was open on Monday. Big Mistake. Online reviews for the retailer I chose were either excellent or horrible (delivery and ordering nightmares). Sure enough, when I learned on Friday at 4pm that my new refrigerator would not be delivered Saturday morning as promised and moved to the following Thursday, I called Pacific Sales and was lucky enough to be connected with Linwood Foy. I was frantic and upset, Linwood was all professionalism, confidence, reassurance, and comfort. He immediately checked inventory, found the refrigerator in inventory, and secured a delivery appointment for me for Saturday morning. Turns out, if you need a refrigerator, especially a Sub Zero (replacing a short lived Kitchenaid), Linwood is the sales consultant you want to talk to.The story doesn’t end there, though. Turns out I had ordered a 42” built in instead of the 48” I was supposed to have ordered. 110% my mistake. The delivery people (lead man was Ricardo) were absolutely gracious about my mistake, and so was Linwood. I went immediately to Pacific Sales, and changed my order. Linwood was much needed calm in the storm I had created for myself. He was able to change my order and have my refrigerator delivered and installed on Tuesday.I should have never gone anywhere but Pacific Sales. And when I do go again, I will always ask for Linwood Foy.

Purchasing four appliances from Pacific Sales started out wonderfully. We felt so lucky to have Erika as our salesperson. She really listened when we expressed the must have features we were looking for in our new appliances. She was so knowledgeable about all the different brands and models, that with her guidance, we happily picked out and purchased a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.As others have mentioned, the problems began with the delivery services. However, we went back to the store, and Ericka, spent 2 1/2 hours straightening everything out for us. Throughout the process, which did take some time, she was unfailingly patient, polite, and efficient. Erika extended herself to make sure that we had the best customer service experience possible, and we ultimately did. Should we need anything else in the future, we would head right back to Erika. During my remodeling, I have purchased a fridge, stove, hood and dishwasher at Pacific Sales. Erika Mora was the sales associate who handled all of my purchases. I had such a good experience and trust with her that she was the only person I choose to work with during my many visits. She was friendly, informative, patient and knowledgeable. I got just the right products I wanted within an easy going and relaxed environment that she created.
I bought a full Bosch kitchen set from Pacific Sales and worked with Aida. I am giving 5 stars based on my experience. When I went in to buy the items, she stayed late with me, to get the order together, after the store had closed. She helped me try to get the appliances in from Bosch that werent on site. We had a hiccup with the hurricane that hit on the east coast delaying shipping but she followed up and did what she could to try and minimize down time. All in all, it worked out, and we love the appliances! Would do business here again in the future and recommend to friends.
I have had an ongoing issue with Pacific Sales which is rather unfortunate, I had to go make a special trip to the store because I had been waiting for a call back on Wednesday by Saturday when I did not receive any communication I went in to speak to the manager in regards to my stove. When I got to the store I asked for the manager (I’m not going to say his name) at that time an employee told me the manager wasn’t available and he could not be called because his phone was at the front desk and the assistant manager was unavailable as well. Only to see the manager to appear 5 minutes later on the phone so all of this is fairly odd I am not satisfied with this level of customer service it is very unprofessional.

You may like Best Buy but Pacific Sales is by far the best place to buy all of your appliances . I went to Pacific Sales in Torrance to purchase a new washer and dryer. The customer service representative Michael Stevenson was helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. He also provided me with a contractor/installer referral list, as I needed disassembly work completed before being able to install a refrigerator.Dora was very helpful in the process. She arranged my delivery and confirmed my purchase. Her people skills are exceptional.I purchased a nice Samsung washer and dryer with no issues. The customer service was exceptional.Prior to coming to Pacific Sales, I went to Lowes, which was right around the corner from Pacific Sales. While at Lowes, I looked over numerous appliances for approx. 1 1/2 hours. Finally, a Lowes employee decided to ask me if I needed help. When I told him what I wanted to purchase, he explained that they did not have the dryer in stock. Two hours of wasted time at Lowes!!Conversely, Pacific Sales had the same washer and dryer I saw at Lowes, for the same price and I was in and out of the store within a few minutes.Lowes employees could stand to learn much from Pacific Sales!Thanks Pacific Sales!!!

I would love to give Pacific Sales negative stars, like -10. Alas, its not an option. I NEVER gave anyone less than 5 stars before, simply because I see reviews as an opportunity to express my gratitude. But in this case Im just seething! Not only did Pacific Sales delayed my delivery 4 times, but each time they lied as to the reasons why, and knowingly gave me false future delivery dates. How do I know this? Because the Best Buy rep that called to follow up told me so. Yes, those were her exact words they lied to you, sir! Now, if you think that you are going to get away with 1 star review you got another thing coming. My next step will be to file a complaint with the AG office. And when Im done with that, look forward to a class action lawsuit. Have a nice day.

I didn’t find what I was looking in the outlet area. But Gil (manager) and Linwood guided me to the sales floor and found me a excellent deal on a beautiful Jennair oven and Jennair dishwasher! I will be coming here for future purchases !

They carry all of the brands and have a wide range of price points and a huge showroom and an outlet. The only thing is that they get too busy and can’t really provide customer service. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and nobody helped me. I had called in prior to see if the brand I needed was there in the showroom. So I checked it out and was ready to buy and nobody was around to help. So I went to another appliance store where they helped me and actually gave me a slightly better deal.
I have stopped here for about 40 years! I could not be happier. Happy, friendly sales staff who do not work on commission so you always get great, unbiased advice!! Great selection too!!

Bought a washer and dryer combo from Pacific Sales. Had great service from the sales man Steve. He was confident, immensly knowledgeable about the products we were looking to purchase and understood our wash room setup situation. AND GOT ME A DEAL! Five stars for this guy!Where this experience fell short was the delivery and installation. Delivery windows for ANYTHING are 5-6 hours even after getting the automated delivery time phone call, it was always 5-6 hours.During the first delivery they did not have the correct stacking kit for the washer and dryer.... so they left the products in the washroom uninstalled.When I tried to reschedule the next delivery and installation they could not confirm exact delivery times and could not tell me if the delivery can be specified in the morning before my work schedule or after. Horrible work process in my opinion.Fast forward a week to the weekend where I can wait for the 5 hour delivery window, they delivered my stacking kit but the installation was not listed on the work order... The personnel was willing to help me but apparently my exhaust vent tube for the dryer was too short and there was nothing he could do.So in the end, I bought my own exhaust tube and stacked them myself.If it wasnt for the delivery and installation experience, this would have been a 5 star rating.

Thank you Ms. Ali! I visited Pacific Sales in Torrance initially by appointment. I entered the store and was greeted by a person at the door and was told the salesperson I was scheduled to meet with was finishing up with another customer and would be with me shortly. No problem.. however I soon was made to feel like this person was clearly not interested in meeting with me or helping me.... I roamed the store looking at all the products and after about 30 mins, I was finally approached. During this whole time I was roaming the store, this salesperson was just sitting at their computer. I even approached him and he brushed me aside, stating he would be with me when he finished what he was doing(mind you, I wasnt a walk-in - I had an appointment!!).. I allowed this situation to continue just to see where I would land with this person, and also did not want to leave without a quote for my anticipated purchases. So, at this end of this, I got my quote and I was out of this place to get another quote, a price match, or something, anything from another store far far away .. somebody, anybody but Pacific Sales in Torrance.As I was walking out, I turned around and saw another salesperson that appeared busy, but for a quick question.. I approached her. I noticed by her nametag, her name is Ali. Ali was immediately responsive and answered my question, then went over and beyond, providing me with some additional important information. I said to myself ok.. well, let me see what will happen if I continue to interrupt her. I stepped away a few times and quickly returned with some additional questions. Each time I did this, she returned to her original friendly demeanor. Also on each occasion she took the time to stop, yes...I mean she actually stopped what she was doing, smiled, and showed genuine interest in helping me. Ali researched my question and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. She even received a call from another employee while she was helping me and she quickly let them know she was assisting a customer.. (me :)), and then immediately returned to answering my question!!! Ali had soon turned this entire situation around for me, saving me a lot of time, money, and energy. At the end of this, I felt I had enough information to confidently share with my wife (an attorney, who will question me on every detail of every item) and I was more than happy to introduce her to Ali the next day. As a result, my wife and I were able to quickly complete the sale for all the new kitchen appliances and more with our one visit...Thank you Ali !!! Pacific Sales of Torrance.. Ali Rocks!!!

My family and purchased a GE range in July 2019. This was our second model unit, as the first GE range had to be removed from our home due to a potential natural gas malfunction. The second unit is also malfunctioning, on this occasion producing a toxic burning odor, despite use of the oven/range over approximately four months. We have had the Best Buy Geek Squad visit our home to evaluate the range. On both occasions the same technician, whose name is Hopeton, has told me that the smell is normal, and will dissipate with time. Unfortunately, as noted above, weve owned and routinely used the range for over four months, with no change to the potency and/or presence of the odor. In the meantime, my wife has developed dizziness with use, and I develop headaches and nausea with use. We have three children in our home, all of whom are exposed to the toxic oder. Of note, we have followed all instructions regarding installation, proper burn-in of the oven, self-cleaning cycling, etc. Despite all of these measures, the issue persists. At this point, Hopeton has asked that we run the vent fan with use, and the odor will eventually go away. My concern is that four months have passed without any improvement. My wife and I are physicians -- we are aware of the impact that toxic odors such as burning plastic, curing of adhesives, etc., may have on susceptible individuals, particularly children. We have reached out to Pacific Sales, the subsidiary of Best Buy who sold us these ranges. I spoke with a salesman who noted a manager will call us back the same day. That was one week ago, and still no response. This is unacceptable. All we are asking for is the opportunity to remove this unit and to buy a replacement -- most definitely a different brand. Yet, Pacific Sales has been utterly useless and non-responsive thus far.
I bought a Miele dishwasher from Pacific Sales and they sent out Peerless to install the unit. David (from Peerless) was super professional and very friendly and removed my old dishwasher/installed the new one in about 30m. He also cleaned under the sink and in the work area, so my kitchen is cleaner now than when he arrived. Thanks!

Pacific Sales is the place I go to for appliances. They always seem to be able to give me the best prices on whatever I am purchasing. Milton always takes care of me, even after the purchase. I had purchased appliances and a sink, but the sink was sitting with my contractor for a few months. When it was opened, it had a crack. Milton was able to help me resolve the problem even though it was a few months later.
In July, 2017, we purchased four major appliances and assorted accessories from Pacific Sales. Our sales person was Linwood Foy, and later, Tomas Castillo assisted us in the plumbing department. We were thrilled, in general, with the service we received here. Granted the lines can get long, and one has to wait for assistance sometimes. Just be patient and know that a visit to Pacific Sales will take time. That said, all the sales people are courteous, pleasant and helpful. Mr. Foy and Mr. Castillo matched or beat prices found elsewhere in other retail stores and on the internet. They helped me find the appliances and accessories I wanted and made helpful suggestions throughout my search. I changed my mind several times and ended up with only one original appliance from my list. No problem. Mr. Foy switched out the appliances and tried to give me the sales price. Later, Mr. Castillo located the sink I wanted and gave me a good discount. I was very pleased. Furthermore, Pacific Sales will store ones appliances until one is ready for delivery. The local hardware/home appliance store would only store for one month from date of purchase. I took delivery of my appliances in mid December, 2017, 5 months from purchase date. Kudos also to the delivery guys--I dont remember their names, but I have the Crew ID: 2605 064C. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. In summary, I had a most satisfactory and pleasant shopping experience with Pacific Sales. I know where and whom to visit when we need other appliances. Well done--from purchase to delivery! Kudos, Mr. Foy, Mr. Castillo and everyone!!!

Still the best place to buy appliances at competitive prices. However, DO NOT let them arrange for installation through Best Buy. We’ve inadvertently dealt with that twice, and both times EVERYTHING was handled poorly, with TERRIBLE Best Buy customer service. Let Pacific Sales arrange for delivery and installation through their third-party company, and you will be VERY satisfied.

Before coming to Pacific Sales, we bought a Perlick fridge from Friedmans. Friedmans would not take responsibility for the lemon they sold us. (Even after it was leaking all over my floor.) Finally after many phone calls, e-mails, and yelling Perlick finally took it back. To this day Friedmans has yet to refund my $2,700. Will never shop there again.We then tried Pacific Sales and had a great experience. Fernando took care of us and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient. Couldn’t be happier. We purchased a Sub Zero fridge and it was delivered quickly. We later realized it wasn’t quite what we ordered. He took care of it immediately with no hassles. We were impressed, so we then purchased a Bosch double oven. It had a problem a week later...the control panel would randomly turn on. Again, Fernando took care of it and literally the next day they installed a new one. It is perfect and I love love my new oven. :) From the beginning he said that he wants his customers to be happy and I am more than happy!

Customer service is non-existent. Another example of understaffed and uncaring. So far, its taken hours of my day and the situation is not completed. Where is the manager? Not there. The salesperson? Home sick but hell call you by 5p. It 6:20p now. Of course I called them back at 5p...to no avail.I could go into the details of why Im trying to get the right pieces for this heavy cabinet they delivered without them today, or buy it for less (I discovered at Home Depot). But Pacific Sales people do get on the phone to say that I have to lug this 100 lb cabinet back to them.
Pacific Sales is an awesome store and Ive been a loyal customer for a long time. However, the last sale went badly and I want others to learn from my experience: IF YOU TRY TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY TIME, YOU COULD LOSE YOUR PLACE IN LINE!And if you lose your place in line, you might have to wait weeks for them to make it right. Heres how: the evening before the delivery date, you the customer will receive a robo call advising you of the 4-hour delivery window. You will also be given an number to call if you need to change it. If you change it, the appliance comes off the truck and automatically the stores inventory system marks it as in stock. This is not a problem if youve bought something they have a ton of in the warehouse. If you order the last of something, or something in an unusual color (that youve hunted weeks to find), it can be snatched up and sent to another customer before its reloaded to your truck. This happened to me. My appliance was taken off the truck and immediately somebody else grabbed it to fill another order.I will definitely give Pacific Sales another chance but I will never try to change a delivery date even though they say youre allowed to.
I jjust purchase a full kitchen from Pacific Sales and my salesman Linwood was outstanding, It was amazing experience he made several suggestions that I didn’t think about made since, If you need appliances from Pacific Sales I suggest see Linwood great salesmanship but very knowledgeable.

The salesman Ryan was great. Your delivery service is the worse service we have ever had. One call in the morning stating delivery between 2:30 and 5:00. 5:49 still nothing and not even a courtesy phone call-- customer service rep Dora tried very hard but whoever is on the truck or the company that is used needs to be replaced. We are considering canceling our order and going elsewhere
Sold me the wrong type of appliance. Delivery was 2 hours late, on a 4 hour delivery window. Delivery didnt bring the right equipment to install, and didnt try to solve the problem. They left with the washer and dryer. After hours on the phone being passed around customer service, no effort to resolve. Told me they could come out in 3 days, which was total bs. Ended up asking for a refund, which they said they couldnt process for a week. Reporting them to the bbb, have ended all business with pacific sales after this, which includes the hundreds of appliances I have bought from them over the last 20 year for apartment project.
I was hanging out at the best and with the most knowledgeable sales person named Lori-the most efficient customer service Rep Yadira for my kitchen remodel. Yadira has been more than patient with my constant having o change my delivery date. This is my third kitchen remodel with Pacific Sales which is my one stop-one shop for my kitchen and bathroom remodel

What a waste of time! I was one of four customers in the entire store, do you think I could get any of the enormous sales staff to help me? NO.When someone finally decided to come over, she didnt know anything about their stock and was annoyed I asked her to check the computer, meanwhile I stood there while she answered the phone several times. She missed out on a $10,000. Sale.I guess she didnt need the commission!
Coming from Howards a lil disappointed I decided to go try Pacific sales and I must say wow five stars. I was greeted by a nice young lady as I entered the facility and was soon directed to gil ortega his knowledge of appliances was astonishing very polite he had me sold from the get go and kris from the warehouse wrapped up my appliances and loaded them on my u-haul very fast and effortlessly and before I knew it I was headed home a very happy customer..
Our salesman Linwood Foy did a fantastic job helping us through some problems finding the right built-in oven for our kitchen. We appreciated the his follow up to solve some bumps in the road.
What an absolutely terrible customer service experience. Their phone system is nothing but a maze of voicemail hell. Nobody ever picks up and voicemail boxes for the front desk are full so yet get hung up on after waiting about 20 minutes with no response!I placed an order for a full kitchen 2 months ago and when they were making the delivery yesterday the delivery person just told me the refrigerator was back ordered and could offer no further explanation or ETA. Now Ive been on hold going around and around for over half an hour making absolutely no progress on getting further information. AVOID PACIFIC SALES.
Largest show room of high end plumbing and appliances in the South Bay. Pretty good prices, but beware of the extra cost of fittings, hoses, accessories, etc. Scrutinize your invoice and cross check prices on the internet.
Incredible facilitators of true value and expert advice -- no lazy uninterested newbies here- but instead, competent experienced salespersons to sift through knowledgeably with my parameters of needs, the volumes of choices of appliances available at Pacific Sales, a daunting task!i remain yours truly, a grateful shopper
Love the customer service at this store especially from Linwood...he gave me personal attention, took hours to educate me and was readily accessible for any questions... even after purchase. I agree with all the other reviews here, DONT BUY FROM HERE.We ordered a fridge, a microwave, and a dishwasher for our new office, from Michael at this store. The dishwasher was backordered for six weeks, but the fridge and the microwave were due to arrive first and at the same time. The fridge came, but the microwave didnt. I called their office and they told me that the microwave was also backordered (which they never told me to begin with) so I just canceled it. They told me that they did have a dishwasher in stock after all and that it would be delivered the next day between 7 and 11 AM.Guess who waited at the office starting at 7am and the dishwasher never game? Oh, that was me. When we called them later, they told me that they had called and talked to someone at my office, saying the dishwasher wasnt coming (which they didnt) and that there were none in stock and that it was backordered after all. Oh, and they have no record of me canceling the order for the microwave.The worst part about all of this was the TONE that Michael used when talking to us. He just didnt care. He didnt care if we got our products, he didnt care if we were satisfied, he didnt care that they were continually screwing up our order. Im upset that I ever gave them business. What kind of customer service is that?
Prices were great (although you need to bargain) and the show rooms are loaded so you can really compare items. But they completely botched 2 separate deliveries, and when the items did show up it was without warning (they are supposed to call 30 minutes prior) and outside the the alotted 4 hour window. Plus the salesman got angry at me when I complained. Just not worth the hassle.
Once again, RYAN at Torrance Pacific Sales outdid himself. His customer service is unsurpassed by anyone I’ve dealt with in years. He’s just a delight to work with. I highly recommend this store and I hope you get the opportunity to work with Ryan. Thanks. Renee.

What can I say I had a great experience my salesman gil Ortega was ever so helpfulhe pointed me in the right direction gave me a aswsome deal on a kitchen. the young man in the warehouse kris wrapped up my merchandise and before I knew I was loaded up and taking my new kitchen . I recommend if you go to pacific sales in torrance ask for gil.
We bought a $900.00 plus dollar microwave oven and we paid cash. We caught hell getting 4 cents change because the staff promoted the use of charge card. Thats not customer friendly.

Great selection compared to other local stores. Bought a wonderful built in BBQ that fit into my existing structure. Staff was wonderful with possible returns and restocking. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a BBQ.
Not what it used to be in decades past, I guess nowadays its a high-end showroom, or appears to be. It seemed mostly very expensive beautiful home appliances but for the way upper budget. Worth checking out because of the selection of fine Goods but I did feel its what I said.

Horrible. I was promised delivery to my home on July 6. Now that being said, I live in Hawaii, but I made that abundantly clear to the store staff and the re-affirmed that delivery date.. It is now July 14, I am not sure that I will get my item. I actually called customer service and the told me they couldnt help me. The staff in Hawaii told me that the people on mainland dont know what they are doing when it comes to Hawaii. Incompetence runs amok. No one wants to do the hard thing, they all want to the easy thing.
Worst phone service I have ever seen. They refused to put us through to the supervisor, the supervisor was very rude and hung up on my wife. They even put our call through to another state rather than be helpful. Thankfully the guy in the other state was helpful. This Torrance store needs to clean up their act before coporate comes down on them. Now if youll excuse me, I have a letter to write.

I ordered am $11,000 fridge and they specifically pushed my delivery date back an extra day because they said we must have a 3 man team to deliver a fridge this big ... so I took a day off from work and low and behold when the driver showed up there were only 2 guys. They had to reschedule the delivery for the following week! I guess another vacation day I have to burn to meet them! I think there main issue is that they are working off of a computer system from the 1980s.
Linwood went above and beyond to make sure my mom and I got what we needed! He knows exactly what he is talking about and made this stressful process a breeze. Make sure to ask for him when you stop by!

I find this to the best Pacific Sales Location, they have wider selections, more organize and better customer service . Staffs seems to be more attentive in comparison to all locations I have visited.

He was really knowledgeable and made my experience so much easier than I expected. He went above and beyond when I had issues re: replacing parts. He always answered my calls and texts promptly.
