Not worth the money that I paid for. If they’re going to charge so much for a room the least they can do is buy some cleaning supplies to clean up this place. Staff is very friendly, but the rooms and restrooms are disgusting and smell weird.There’s stains on the walls restroom curtains are really dirty furniture is super old. NOT what it looks like on pictures, and we were supposed to get a “Deluxe” room. The bed sheets had holes. I’m glad I brought my own blankets from home. Do not recommend this place at all. If you’re looking for something around $140 look for another place. I’m sorry but this place was a regret 100% specially if you’re bringing your kids with you.
Very dirty hotel. The staff were very nice but it was discussing. My daughter was playing in the room and her knees were black. The bathroom door did not lock and barley closed. Worst of all was no door lock beside the dead bolt. They tried to upgrade us to there best room when I was displeased with room but I did not want to be there. Not worth the $70 a night.
Unbeatable price. Always White clean towels , never have i experienced a stained, bad odor nor with long hairs throught the towel here at Pacific Inn. Well rested lodging place. Staff is always FRIENDLY. 2 THUMBS UP!
Good stay for the price. The room had everything that we expected, even a bunch of dirt. Microwave worked as did the mini fridge. They did not provide very many towels, though we asked for more on our second night and they gave use one more. So we had a total of 3 towels for two girls for 2 nights. But otherwise ya cant beat the price being so close to Knotts, Disney and the Convention Center. My only complaint is the nasty door frames, the need to wipe them down with bleach.
This by far has been one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in. First and most importantly, the owner is a solid stand up guy. Very respectful and made a connection with a simple conversation. Secondly, the room is perfect. It does not smell like smoke, does not have dirty bedding. The quality is simply great. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, safe, and comfortable place. Will come back again.
This hotel is actually really nice for the value. It is about 2 miles from knotts berry farm so a bit of a walk. The rooms were clean and bathrooms spacious. Had fridge and microwave but the fridge was extremely loud when it turns on. The only real problem was that our electrical outlets did not work unless the lights were on so no charging electronic devices. Other than that good value.
Quiet area, clean parking lot, the deluxe room is modern and update, with great color! Right next to the hospital and CVS. Theres no maid service so you must go to the front desk and ask for clean towels and you have to use your cell phone since there is no landline at the room.
Room is clean. the soda machine is completely sold out.. Got thirsty and wanted a quick drink but couldnt get anything. The bed is a memory foam bed and its hard to turn over lol. I feel stuck when I lay down. The dude working the front counter is super nice though.
The lady that worka at the office was nice and friendly. The room was small but had everything i needed. A bed, working fridge and microwave. The rooms were pretty darn clean for a motel off beach blvd. Id stay again .
Staff was beyond rude. I called to book a room and girl sounded very annoyed. So i booked 1 room for 1 night and i was searching online to see if i could find better deals and the same days for that same motel it was $5 less so i called again and i was curious on why it was $5 less for the same thing and shes like well maam how bout you just book it online then. Like that was beyond unnecessary and they lost a customer because of something so simple.
The room smells like mold other than that everything is ok.
Checked in and the room had an odd smell and my sons allergies kicked in. Called manager who moved us to a room with nice flooring (no carpet) and it made all the difference!!! Family owned it seems and I feel good family values. My son and I really enjoyef our stay. Gave it a 4 but was told they are soon upgrading all rooms and give it a future 5!!!
I did enjoy this hotel. It was clean and you can tell the owners updated the rooms recently. No pool though. At least i didnt see one.

They could charge more per room & get it - but they dont. They pass the savings on to the customers! VERY rare in this business. Look no further or youll find the wrong place.
Great hotel for the price! Came with a microwave & fridge, as well as free parking and wifi. About a 15 minute drive to Disneyland and a 5 minute drive to Knott’s Berry Farm. Very clean and inexpensive rooms. I’ve stayed here twice and was impressed by the quality and upkeep of it. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Anaheim.
Went for Disneyland. This hotel was very easy to get to (right off I-5). It was very easy to get to Disneyland Resort from this hotel.Had one problem with the key, but it was fixed super quick. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were how I liked them, which is soft (you might prefer different). Maid service cleaned up just fine. It was a perfect place for the price. I would definitely go back here for vacation.
The people were nice, but the room was not good at all. My husband and I spent two nights here. The room did not look clean. If there were any other hotels at the same price last minute, we would have moved.
A solid hotel for a reasonable price. Rooms were a little small, and the arrangement of items was somewhat less than ideal, but its a good roof over your head, especially if you will be spending most of your time in one of the parks.
Had a nice stay. Was clean and the gentlemen running it late at night when we checked in was super nice.

The beds were comfortable and freshly made on arrival. The bathrooms and everything else was clean. Service was good too and the maintenance was respectful to checkout times.
Never ever ever ever stay here. Its not worth it. The room was extremely dirty. The sheets had stains all over them and clumps of hair. To top it off there was poop smeared on the bathroom wall. It was disgusting to say the least. I didnt even stay there for the night.
I stay here every user to visit Disneyland which is not too far from here. The owner its a great guy very helpful and friendly. The rooms areclean and now upgraded.

Great motel located in a good neighborhood! Lots of stores, shops and eateries on a main street. I recommend Farrels restaurant! Friendly motel staff. We rented a car bus bus transportaion is close. Im town for Disneyland but theres another theme park a few minutes down the road.
One of the best Motels in the area. Clean rooms, good Wi-fi, Fridge and Microwaves. Curtains and sheets a little outdated but they do just fine. Close to shopping/food and CVS right next door. Great place for the price.
Worst experience ever the room had the foulest smell and there were cigarette holes in a blanket that was a no smoking room. The WiFi didn’t work and the service was horrible. No matter what the price is don’t stay here

I live in hotels and have never even been treated like this ever... the rudest guy I have deal with , I booked a day here and made a mistake on the date I need it it so called the hotel , they did not speak English and told me to call back, I called Priceline and they try to contact them just to change the day thats it , not cancel ,not refund , change the date to when I need it it. The lady in priceline try contacting them , well they do not admit Priceline to contact them by phone only by email so the lady left email and told me when you contact them please let them know that I have left an email.with instructions , hahahahahhaa when spoke to front desk guy rude as hell like to me saying there was no email then proceeded to treat me like his little kid that made a mistake and I dont know what I did ,telling me how to do things and what not to do , he does not let you talk unless he has made his point , keeps interrupting you and no matter what you say he wont even listen correctly keep telling you whatever he has to say but does not pay attention to what you are telling him... Mention to him what he was doing and he just said okokokoklkokpklkpkll go ahead what did you want to say and not even 3 words and again he started talking over me ..... No way they will at least lie to you to make it easier on you completely ignorant , does not know how to treat his costumers to make sure you go back , ONE MORE OF THOSE HOTELS ( all they see is $$$$ signs walking in people ) no costumer service experience at all..... This was the first time I use this hotel , did not even got to stay there and got treated like trash since it was a prepaid they just act like money hunger animal instead of making sure their clients are happy , yeha you keep $90 from my pocket for absolutely nothing so you win ha cause someone else pay my room same day so for 1 room got $180 instead of $90 but as a costumer it could have been way more from my part but this people do not care about taking care of theirs costumers but the cash that is coming in. They dont care due to there is millions of people passing throw every year so one less is Nothing .... WE ALL COSTUMERS FOR THIS PEOPLE WE ARE NOTHING AND WILL STEAL FROM YOU AS SOON AS THEY HAD THE CHANCE.if I would have been there logically witch cash in hand and made reservations for one day and before you had the money and ask to change the day ,of course they will do it , they will do anything and treat you nice couse they want the money you have at hand , so they will change your date right there and then but if you prepaid IM SO SORRY FOR YOU .... This was a great place to stay for sure. Building 3, 2nd floor was perfect. Raised ceilings and veiw of the pool. Across the street is Mimis cafe which is a great place to stop for any meal.
Rooms were nice for the price. The shampoo and soap could have been better. The service was nice.
To be onest from all the hotel at beach bvld between lincoln and all the way to chapman ave anaheim...place is really clean and they are remodel there really fancy now and its same price like the others . .i will recomend it for family...
Where was the room in the pictures.they dont exist.This was the worst dump Ive ever seen. Had to sleep with the TV on all night because of the noise.where was the coffee pot?where was the iron?there was no clock or phone.do yourself a favor stay somewhere else.

2022-07-08I gave this hotel five stars for value and the helpfulness of the manager. Its obviously an old hotel but the rooms have been updated. Its clean and comfortable. The television is as good as you will find anywhere. I cant say enough about how nice the woman manager was behind the front desk. Save a little money and stay here.

2021-12-15WORTH YOUR MONEY! For a place thats on the ICON BEACH SEX STREET, this hotel is UP TO DATE. Looks elegant. Guys perfect place to bring a lady that not only makes you look like you have money and grace. But has a sophisticated tone to it make you look good as well. Really good place. Searched pasted 8 hotels and found this one. Was hoping the pictures were what they seemed and good thank them cause it was and my girl was impressed since my last didnt come out to be a great pick. A must get and VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Find them on Hopper! Great price at same day find

2022-03-23Giving it 4 stars because the bathroom was so small. The room was clean and looked amazing. Fridge was useful. Tv had so much channels but it was hard to get the channel you wanted but overall it was a great experience.

2021-10-05This Was My 2nd Time Staying At This Hotel I Drive 1 Hour Too Get Away. The Guy I’m Not Sure If He’s The Owner But He Is Very Nice & Treats His Guest Very Kindly. The Property & Rooms Are Clean & Nice! Unfortunately I Won’t Be Coming Back Too This Property Due Too One Of Their Staff Members Or Family Members That Was Very Rude This Morning & Tried Too Scam Me Out Of My $100 Deposit. I Ain’t Never Trashed Hotel Rooms When I First Checked In Sunday Night I Noticed It Was A Little Scratch On The Dresser Okay No Biggie It Was There Already. This Morning When I Checked Out She Checked The Room & Tried Too Blame Me For That Scratch That Was Already There I Told Her It Was Already There When I Checked In. She Argued With Me That She Always Checks The Room Etc. I Guess Now We Should Take Pictures & Report Anything When Youur Checking In From The Last Guest That Had That Room Or Else They Gonna Try Too Accuse Youu For It Sooo They Can Keep Youur Deposit. I Know I Didn’t Do That But She Wasn’t Gonna Finnesse Me Out Of My Deposit. She Waited Too Go Back In The Office Rolled Her Eyes & Threw My Deposit At Me That’s When I Reacted Because That Is Rude & Disrespectful I Told Her She Didn’t Have Too Throw The Money At Me & She Told Me Whatever Just Go Because Of Her Rudeness I Won’t Be Coming Back There It’s Plenty Of Hotels On The Same Blvd.

2021-06-26I don’t need to wait till morning to give this great property 5 stars. The modern rooms have more of a boutique hotel feel then a motel on hwy 39 (Beach Blvd). The owner was kind and courteous throughout the entire check in process and I could clearly see he had a passion for not only the property but the guests as well. I will stay here again.-Stuart Grierson

2021-01-26Absolutely asking inn!! I was in so much pain and really needed to lay down when I informed the keeper of my dilemma she informed me she would do her best to get my room ready within 30min-1hr which was a good 2-3 hours earlier than their normal check in time. And I believe they had it ready in about 30-40min. They also went out for their way to get me a 1st floor room. I am sooooo greatful to her and her family that run this inn. The room was clean and very well put together. The amount of care she put into my guest experience makes me pretty emotional. I needed that kindness she gave me and I didnt even know it. I would definitely recommend this INN to anyone and everyone. But please be respectful it is a family run business with a family on site. Oh also their prices are very affordable. All around a great place!
