I highly recommend Pacific Coast Termite. They did an excellent job for me from the inspection through the treatment; were always very informative, answered all questions easily and clearly and were very respectful of my home while they did the orange oil treatment. I had talked with several other companies and choose Pacific Coast Termite because I believed them to be the most qualified and cared most about doing a good job for me.
They arrived when they said they would, took their time and did a thorough termite inspection. It was easy to schedule the termite work and again arrived as promised. Took care of the termite issue and we didnt have to move out. They also have a better warranty than if we had tented and were cheaper. We used them in Aptos.
Refugio came to do a free termite inspection. He was on time and courteous. I showed him a part of our dining room hardwood floor where I suspected termite damage. After putting on the proper protective clothes, he went into the crawlspace and attic. He came back with a confirmation of subterranean termites. He gave an oral explanation of the problem and his recommended solution. A written inspection report and estimate of the work to be done was provided by email. After agreeing to the proposal, a date was scheduled. The work was done by Refugio and another person. They were efficient and done in less than 3 hours. Everything was done very well and they were very clean in their work. Only thing they missed was to put back small amounts of dirt and gravel where they entered the ground on the outside of the house. Would use Pacific Coast Termite again.
I highly recommend Pacific Coast Termite company for termite inspection and treatment. Robert Perez did a thorough inspection of my house; and upon acceptance of the estimate an appointment was made. On the appointment day the treatment was fully completed in about 5-6hrs.
I live in Hayward and I had obvious evidence of dry wood termites.Pacific Coast Termite came out, did an inspection, and I scheduled the treatment for the following week.At both appointments they were prompt and professional.The treatment took roughly six hours. My technician (Henry) was fantastic. He was very thorough with the application and he answered all of my questions.I definitely recommend Pacific Coast Termite for all of your needs!
We experienced a few communication issues between the office and different technicians. However, Frank the quality control supervisor immediately set to correct the issue. Very impressed with his quick action and professionalism. Excellent response and follow through.Steven the initial inspector was very helpful also. My complex HOA had a long list of questions and he took the time to answer every one in detail.Despite one disgruntled/frustrated moment during one treatment, we are overall very happy and satisfied with Pacific Coast Termite and would recommend their services.

Pacific Coast termite were able to come out and inspect the property and recommend a treatment plan. The price was a bit high for the amount of work but really, what you pay for is the 2year warranty on any termite infestation in the property. Welcome to living in the Bay Area. I’d use these folks again for termite treatment.
Scott came out to do the free termite inspection. I received a report that was very confusing because the boxes checked were stating I had tenrmites. I messaged back to confirm if he was stating my house was positive and needed treatment. He did not respond. So, I called to have someone interpret the report. The lady could not, and said she would have to have Scott call me. After not hearing back, I sent second email. No response. It is disappointing how paid workers cause business owners to lose business.

I needed a inspection for a refinance and they were able to get someone out in 24 hours. The inspector did a very thorough job and was very friendly. He recommended some stuff unrelated to the termite inspection and noted a wasp nest right where my dogs use the yard. Very pleased.

My house was inspected for termites and, as I had suspected, it was confirmed. Treatment was done in a timely, efficient manner. Repair work was also done for termite damage and dry rot removal and repair to prevent further issues with termites.
I had the misfortune of needing wood repair after termite inspection and elimination. Dan, Tony, Tyrell and Jaime did a terrific job with the wood repair and replacing a large deck, and at a fair price. Highly recommende3d.

I paid Pacific Coast Termite for a termite inspection during the inspection period when purchasing a house. The inspection was prompt (which was impressive during the early stages of COVID) and did correctly note the presence of termites. However, I asked explicitly when ordering the inspection to note damage that would need to be repaired (as a previous inspection mentioned sistering floor joists being necessary to remedy the termite damage). The inspection from Pacific Coast Termite did not mention anything regarding necessary repairs so I took that as a good sign and purchased the house.When I had another company come out to fumigate and treat the house for termites, they recommended very significant work be done, including opening up a significant portion of stucco, replacing structural elements of the house - including joists, mudsill, and sill plate. This along with the damage discovered when opening up the stucco ended up costing tens of thousands of dollars. I dont fault Pacific Coast Termite for not finding the damage behind the stucco, but since the basement provided relatively easy access to the sill plate and mudsill (and both would disintegrate to the touch), I would have expected the inspection to include this, which would have likely influenced my purchasing decision.I would recommend Pacific Coast Termite if youre looking to figure out if you have termites quickly, but would steer clear if youre looking for what kind of remedies are necessary for the termite damage.

This was a great hire. We needed an attic cleaned of rodent droppings and reblown with new insulation. Not only they came through in our budget and met our time line they found five access points and sealed our attic. The insulation is treated with orange oil to prevent spiders and such as well.Thanks again for an outstanding job well done. Makes me wonder why other companies do not offer to seal the attics?

I had visible signs of termites on the outside of the house, called and they came within a day of my inquiry. They suggested that we open up walls to check dry rot in addition to termites. We did at the end of last week and swarms of termites ran out. They said there was a warranty and they would return. My house is open to the elements, per their suggestion, and now they cant return for 3-4 weeks. Had no problem taking my money when I ordered but just cant seem to squeeze me in to do the promised warranty work in a timely manner. Not please at all.

2022-05-26The whole experience was great and I really liked the friendly and informative nature of the guys that came out to help us, from the inspection, estimate, and the work.. The only negative thing I have to say is that when the cement used to patch up the holes got wet from the rain, later on, so I had to buy some ready mix cement to repatch the holes. I guess doing the work on tax day, April 15, was a little bad timing. But its all good. No, tenting, no move out and really, really good guys. We highly recommend them.

2022-08-13Sometimes, free is really free!When I saw what looked like sawdust on the trunk of my wife’s car, I was afraid that we had termites in our garage and we’d need to go through the hassle and expense of fumigation. But I saw great reviews about Pacific Coast Termite and their orange oil treatments so I thought I’d schedule a free inspection.Our inspector, Steve Pike showed up on time, took one look at the damage to our garage door, and told me that we had carpenter ants. Yikes! I expected him to give me an estimate, but I couldn’t believe it when he said that the best solution was simply a can of over-the-counter ant spray!Considering the cost of doing business these days, from the price of gas, materials, and labor, I was dumbfounded when he confirmed that there really would be no charge for his visit. The free inspection was really free, with no strings attached.I highly recommend Pacific Coast Termite and will call them first if I ever need this type of service in the future.

2021-05-05We were very happy with Pacific Coast Termite. They did a through inspection and came by a couple days later and treated for termites. We liked the option of using less toxic chemicals. Our house had a fresh orange fragrance. They were professional, clean and communicated well with us. Defiantly would recommend their services.
