By far THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Other dealerships should take notes from Nader at Pacific Auto Sales on how to make a positive, enjoyable experience out of buying a new car on top of giving me a very FAIR price for an awesome car that I couldnt be happier with. Very highly recommended.
I have had my share of buying used cars over the last 30 years, and I was expecting the usual Run Around when I decided to drive up the hill from Sacramento to Auburn, CA.(my Home Town) to look at a Suzuki XLR-7 4x4. I drove the vehicle and I liked it enough that I purchased it the same day. There was an issue with the air conditioning, so the salesman (Bruce) wrote a repair order and I agreed to pick the vehicle up in a day.so....when I returned to pick up the vehicle the air conditioning malfunctioned again, and Bruce apologized profusely and offered me a refund, which I declined because I really wanted the Suzuki. It was clear to me that Bruce had been very fair on the price we agreed upon, and he was willing to make expensive repairs (a new A/C pump and condenser filter had been installed) or whatever it took to accommodate me, which I appreciate very much.And the fact is that when it comes to buying or selling a used vehicle,There is no crystal ball... for the Dealer or the buyer. and sometimes it is the car dealer who must swallow hard and take a hit. And that is pretty much what happened when I returned to pick up the Suzuki.Bruce was not there at the time, but Nader was there and was absolutely up to date on the situation. and when we looked at the vehicle and discovered that there was another issue, Nader (who is very much like Bruce, an Honest and straight forward Gentleman...) apologized and again offered me a refund, but he was also very willing to work with me on the price of a really sweet Mitsubihi Endeavor that was on the lot and was quite a bit nicer than the Suzuki, and price wise would have previously been out of my reach....I am really impressed at how well I was treated on this deal, and I am in love with my Mitsubishi. I seriously doubt they made much, if any money onmy deal after the repairs to the other truck. especially considering what they knocked off of the price so that I could drive home in a very nice and much needed 4 wheel drive that I very VERY happy to be driving... NICE!Bruce and Nader are both honest and forthright, and they went well beyondjust satisfying the committment they made for the sale of the original vehicle... they could have just refunded my money and walked away and we would have been Square... No Worries.But their main concern was that I was happy, and satisfied that they had lived up to the Reputation that they had built in the local community over the many years of conducting a solid Reputable Business over their 24 year history.... well all I can say is - BROTHER, AND HOW !I want to say Thank you very much to Bruce and Nader, for selling me a great vehicle, and NOT leaving me with the feeling that I need a shower afterward... its pretty rare.( just FYI, I re-posted this from my yelp review)
I bought a vehicle from them and spent the entire 30 day warranty trying to get ahold of them because the transmission was bad. They refused to respond to any of my calls until the warranty was up. I am still paying for a vehicle that was maliciously sold to me and was died. Dont waste your money here.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke. They will rip you off and sell you a car they know has problems. They will do and say anything to manipulate you and take your money. When confronted they ignore the phone and are no where to be found when at the dealership. DONT buy from this place cause they will rip you off and sell you a vehicle that they know has issues. TERRIBLE CAR LOT. DO NOT GO HERE.

2022-06-10We were extremely happy with our whole experience here. We were looking specifically for an older Honda CRV within our price range for the newest driver in our family. We needed a reliable vehicle to take her safely to college in another state and back. After searching for a while and discovering sketchy cash only or high priced/low quality dealerships, we finally found what we were looking for at Pacific Auto. We took a no-pressure test drive and fell in love with our new car. Elhum was so friendly and efficient, it didnt take much time to complete the financing and drive off the lot. The next time we are in the market for another vehicle, we will DEFINITELY head to Pacific Auto.

2020-02-20Fair prices and willing to negotiate! They have an incredible selection of used cars available. I appreciated how willing Pacific Auto was to provide any information or help that I needed upon request. I recently purchased a vehicle from them and happened to notice a few tears in my driver and passenger seat as well as a few other vanity issues but nothing major. They immediately called a local upholstery shop and mechanic and had everything looked over and fixed- no charge out of my pocket! They went absolutely above and beyond in their customer service- I could not be happier! :)

2020-12-12I would rate this dealer a zero if it were possible. my wife and I purchased a Nissan Sentra, unknown to us, it had a patch/ sealant job done on it to fix a leak in the Transmission. 6 months later after fighting with the dealer we are out $4400.00 for a new Transmission. These people are smooth criminals! STAY AWAY!

2019-03-04Bought my car less than a year ago here, despite being advised not to go here. I had been looking over a month and wasn’t patient anymore. I love my type of car but my specific car from this dealer has been issue after issue. Before the 30 days the check engine light went on and they replaced a coil. I also, since day 1 felt the car pulling strong to the right. They sent it in to 2 mechanics who say the alignment is fine but could be a different issue. The mechanic at the dealership told me “NOTHING is wrong with this car”. I heard the first place mention it could be the bushings, the dealer mechanic said those were FINE. As a single working mother my time and money are LIMITED. Well now after ONLY 14,000 miles my check engine light went on again and my dad replaced the catalytic converter for me. During that he checked out the car and said my bushings are COMPLETELY SHOT. So it WAS the bushings from the beginning!! now I’m here spending hundreds and being without a car to get this all fixed. On top of that my brakes and tires need replaced. I had to replace the air and cabin filter at first oil change. After 4000 miles my gas gauge went out and says I’m empty all the time. I would never buy from here again mainly because the car had this bushings problem from the first place and they kept saying it was FINE. Well it’s not fine at all and it never was.

2021-07-16I would leave zero stars if I could. Within the span of 4 months weve had issues with the starter going out, having to get new alignment the second month, the air conditioning blowing out, along with a couple other issues. Pacific Auto were extremely unhelpful and have terrible customer service when trying to deal with these problems.

2016-01-25We purchased a F150 truck from Nader at Pacific Auto. First off let me say that we have bought lots of cars both new & used and this was the best experience we have ever had with a car dealer. We never felt pressured and there was no hard selling what so ever. It was like buying a car from a family member or friend. We got a great deal and with no drama at all. We live an hour and a half away and it was so worth the drive. If I could give them a higher rating than five stars I would.

2016-04-12Words can not describe how well this dealership treats you as a customer. I recently purchased a pick-up from Pacific Auto and every step of the process was an absolutely enjoyable experience. Both Nader and Bruce are gentlemen. They are not just salesmen, they are extremely kind and very easy to deal with. I made a deal with Nader over the phone, because I live an hour and a half from Auburn. My local dealer was given me a run around and I am so glad I found these guys online! I also experienced how they stand behind their vehicles. My pick-up had a small issue mechanically within the first month of ownership, and Pacific Auto handled the issue professionally with no questions. As I said in the very first sentence .... words can not describe how good this dealership is at customer service. So, all I have left to tell you is to give them a try and experience the joy for yourself!
