Not happy with the company that did the actual tenting. They broke things, disconnected cable , didnt fix. had to call spectrum and they found cut cord. The company should have let me know. They were rude.The rep from Orkin was very nice and helpful. That being said he didnt realize all the prep I needed to do, so it was a crazy morning trying to do all the last minute fixes

I just hired this company to service a tenants home and so far it’s been great. They came out to inspected/serviced our home this morning for a roach infestation . Mr Bill communicated every step of the way, he informed me of the status of the roach infestation he also gave me a timeframe of when I should start seeing results. So far so good, I really like how responsive/professional this company is. I previously hired terminix which obviously didn’t workout it was pretty expensive/harmful to pets and was such a drag to prep. With Orkin I’m paying monthly besides the initiation fee and it’s human/pet safe!
I like that the same person tense to service our house. The gentleman is very polite and professional, and the only reason I get four stars is that you two are relentless gophers who don’t seem to vacate our property. As far as the organization, they are fantastic, and I highly recommend them.
The gentleman that came out to my house was named Frank he was an excellent representation of your company he was thorough he was knowledgeable he was on time and he has my business for life I appreciate my interaction with him and look forward to it every month have a good day.Ps. The Technician was very knowledgeable and took cautions to keep a safe environment while performing his duties. He explained the type of service I would be getting for the problem I was having with ants with expertise.He was expeditious and precise in his work. I would recommend this company for all of your pests problems.
Orkin has always done a great job for me. John was here on time and was very professional, courteous, asked questions on whether I had any issues. John inspected the interiior home, attic and garage. Then the exterior and under the home. He explained any issues he found and showed me photos then explained the options I had to be able to address these issue’s I was very impressed with John and felt he was very knowledgeable and clear in explanation of his findings. As always, I depend on and receive great service from Orkin. Thank you.
5 stars for Technicians who are great. Friendly, always asking if there are any problems they need to address, etc.They do a good, professional job.0-1 star for the scheduling system that really sucks. I rarely get confirmation on what time they will show up or I get an email saying theyre gonna show up on a certain date followed by a confirmation with a different date - wth?. Its a big problem since I have a dog that hangs out in the yard - so I need to know when they are arriving to make sure my dog is in the house. Never had this problem with my previous pest control providers.
We are really enjoying our service technician, Cicero (sorry if misspelled). He is kind, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to dealing with our bugs. He doesn’t just stop by, spray and then immediately try to leave without addressing our needs. You can tell he cares about helping his customers. He asks us questions about whether we’ve seen improvements with the bugs since his last visit, which shows to us that he cares and that he is thorough in his work. He has the undeniable ability to exemplify the best in quality and value for the company he works for. Orkin should feel very lucky to have him representing the firm. Great job, Cicero.
Orkin fumigate our home almost two months ago and broke a tile on our roof, and theyve been totally unresponsive in my attempts to get them to repair the damage they caused. We were frustrated with their service to begin with (when I asked how they knew our house needed to be fumigated, hoping hed explain to me what he was looking at, the inspectors response was simply because Im good at my job!) and because theyve been so unresponsive about the roof tile, its really clear we made a mistake doing business with Orkin. I would whole heartedly not recommend them.
Orkin has been great. Were dealing with an unfortunate post problem, currently exacerbated by a plumbing issue. Orkin has been very responsive. The technician that came out today was excellent - prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and what chemicals he was using, and gave us great advice about what additional steps we can take on our own to manage the issue.
Appreciate how professional our Orkin technicians are and that they never upsell on any service that we do not truly need. Our neighbors recommended them and we are very happy. They are cognizant of our dogs and we keep them inside and after treatments for a set period of time.
We just moved and we have had many rude people come out to fix/build/redo things and it is amazing how many companies don’t show up or are very rude (especially to women). Orkin has been a breath of fresh air. They were so helpful, polite, kind and easy to get a hold of. They actually reduced the original quote I got to fit the needs of our house. They were on time and did the job quickly. Thank you!
Today my tech was Theodore and while he was a bit late he made it up by amazing and friendly attitude and was very helpful with treating the wasps around my home. He came prepared and proceeded to treat. Quite honestly Orkin is the place to do for any of your pest and termite problems.
Kevin came right on time called before he arrived as well, very polite professional all-around energetic great wonderful service all around five stars! Don’t think about it call Orkin you won’t regret it. This was our first time with Orkin and now our first choice moving forward with any other needs. Thanks guys!
Patrick was so kind and professional, messaging me the night before our scheduled service to make sure I knew who was coming and making sure he was prepared to address all our needs. He was professional and thorough finding two giant ant colonies and taking care of them and all the spiders. He described everything he was doing and left me with no further questions. He was also super patient with our yappy dog and had such a positive and upbeat personality. Highly recommend!
1 star for showing up when promised and another star for being courteous. Tech came out at 4:30 on a Friday for our appointment. We explained problems we were having with rodents, how we caught 4 mice in the garage and there was visible activity under our kitchen sink. Tech went around the perimeter of the house. I pointed out some possible gaps for rodents to be entering our house, and he pointed out a couple other areas but dismissed them all as possible entry points since they didnt have any greasy rodent residue around them. Never checked our attic, etc. Sprayed the yard for bugs, left some glue traps and was on his way. Came by a week later for a follow-up (5pm on a Friday). No rodents were in the glue traps and he pointed out a possible entry point in our kitchen. Never looked anywhere else inside or outside of the house. Told us to caulk it and was on his way. Um...our service contract, phone reps and their website say that they seal and caulk possible entry points. For a $409 start up fee and $89/month its a complete waste of money!
Orkin has truly been a great service, I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and their technicians are extremely knowledgeable about any needs or concerns you may have. The quality of professionalism and customer service go above and beyond. Our technician Christopher Harris always lets us know before he’s coming and when he’s here will ask if there’s any concerns other then just the regular service. I recommend Orkin to everyone as just maintaining your home free of all those pests before you have an issue. Great company! I’ll be a loyal customer throughout the years to come. Very professional explained everything answered any concerns I had and also verified the process and how my account with Orkin works. Gave me copies of everything and I was extremely happy with the service I was given for the price I was charged. This is the first time we use Orkin and we are highly satisfied with their services! Before contacting Orkin, I had called two other companies regarding a termite inspection. Their inspectors came over and did a visual inspection of the property. One of the inspectors sent me an estimate and the other one never got back to me.Orkin sent Mario Lopez (he is awesome) to inspect our property. He did a thorough inspection and informed us that we had subterranean and dry wood termites. He gave us his recommendations and emailed us a detailed report with photographs and an estimate. He responded to all our questions and we never felt pressured into purchasing any of the treatments.We had the subterranean liquid treatment done today and the technician was very professional and he too answered all the questions we had! We are getting the house fumigated for dry wood termites tomorrow. I highly recommend them!
I had flying termites coming into my condo. The inspector who came to do the termite inspection, Bryan Martinez, was very professional, very friendly, answered all of my questions patiently, and explained the whole process for the termite treatment. My appointment wasn’t set until abt 5 days out, but in the meantime, when I had questions I would text him and he answered back promptly. He is definitely a great asset for Orkin.I don’t remember the name of the man who implemented the termite treatment, however, he was really professional also. He came in and did his job. I did not feel like he was slacking at all. He explained to me that I may see a couple of the flying termites, over the next two weeks after treatment, since they will b dying out. As I’m writing this review, it’s been 9 days since I’ve had treatment, and I’ve only seen 2, which looked like they were dying. Before Orkin came, there were many flying in!!! So, a vast improvement. Thank you Orkin. Will definitely use you again.
Great customer service goes a long way! I contacted Orkin a day in advanced and shared what issues we wanted to eliminate. Scheduling was very pleasant and simple. Both over the phone and in person representatives were friendly and wanted to assist as much as they could. Our Orkin inspector was knowledgeable on the issue, and worked hard to put our minds at ease. We truly appreciate it!!
Our technician Aaron was great. I wasnt expecting much before he arrived other than just spraying around the house. He was very professional and answered all of the one thousand questions we had. He thoroughly inspected the inside and outside of the house and we havent seen any pest since. On Tuesday, 6/8, my husband and I had an appointment scheduled from 10-12pm to have an Orkin technician spray for fleas. We’ve had Orkin provide this same service at least 3-4 times at our residence in the past and we’ve always been happy with the customer services we’ve received until last week.I had my first contact with our technician, Quron, when he texted me on the morning of our service at 11:41am. In that text, Quron simply stated his name and that he worked for Orkin. He provided no mention of any other information including estimated time of arrival. For this reason, I texted Quron back and asked him when his estimated time of arrival was. Quron contacted me 10-15 minutes later in order to inform me that he’d arrive in about an hour (by this time closer to 1pm even though our window of service was scheduled from 10-12pm.) In addition, Quron added that part of the reason that he would arrive closer to 1pm is because he forgot to bring the required documentation that he needed to present during the visit. By this time, I’m already taken aback by the lack of professionalism that he has demonstrated. For this reason, I informed Quron that I was concerned about his estimated time of arrival because 1) our appointment was scheduled between 10-12pm, 2) technicians in previous years had informed me that I needed to be out of the residence for at least 4 hours due to the effects of the chemicals and 3) my husband and I needed to pick up our cats at the local cat kennel by 4pm. When informed about this information, Quron asked where I’d heard information about the need for my husband and me to be out of the house for at least 4 hours and I told him that previous technicians as well as Orkin phone operators had informed me of this same information over the years and that they also all stressed the importance of being outside of the residence. However, Quron stated that this information was incorrect. Quron then provided an explanation about why this information was incorrect but it was very long winded and he seemed to be unclear about what he was saying about this issue. I also felt that all other explanations he provided throughout the visit were long winded and seemed to be unclear. I then informed Quron that if we didn’t need to be out of the house for 4 hours, the Orkin operator provided me with no such instruction when I had called to schedule this appointment (another issue I was shocked to not be informed about prior).Based on all of these circumstances, I informed Quron that I was very unhappy with our service and that I thought that it was done unprofessionally. At this point, Quron asked if I wanted his manager to contact me in order to discuss the issue further and I said yes.Later that same evening, I received a voice mail message from a man who identified himself from Orkin and although the message was difficult to understand at some points, I understood the manager’s name to be Aaron. Aaron left a very brief message and he addressed me as “Ms. Leguizamo” even though thats not my last name (it starts with the same letter). I don’t think that he made any mention of my concerns but he stated that I could call him back. I contacted Aaron the next day and I left him a voice mail message asking him to call me back in order to discuss the issue in more detail. I also informed him that my last name is not “Leguizamo”. I have not received any further calls back from Aaron.I’m beyond disappointed and honestly shocked about how unprofessional this services was from all points including not being informed about not needing to stay outside of the residence for 4 hours after fumigation has occurred (is that true?) to technician service to management service.I will post this review on Yelp.
I am very pleased with Orkin and especially the technician specialists who work for them. I decided to go with Orkin and I am very pleased that I did. Their service and support are top notch. They really know how to take care of their customers. I purchased a 5 year plan of protection after having them treat my home last year. Nick came out today to inspect any possible recent activity and he did in fact catch some. Its minor but he still caught a colony, thankfully. He was very precise, professional and knows how to do his job vet well. I am grateful.
My neighbor referred me to Orkin. We both had an appointment between 2 and 4. At 4:15 I called the representative to find out why no one called or showed up at the appointed time. I got a bunch of excuses. I don’t care about excuses . I care about customer service which I did not receive.Out of the blue and at the same time I was speaking to my initial rep, my doorbell rings (an hour later). It is the field tech to come spray my yard. He gave excuses also but he was very professional and kind. He explained what he did and what to expect for the next couple of days.I then received a phone call from the manager with his excuses. Which I don’t care! He gave me a credit which was cool but, a simple phone call would have been a tremendous gesture and he would have gotten full price for both yards. That’s what happens when lack of customer service is in the mix.
This was routine inspection and the other technician that accompanied the regular technician came to follow up on the status of the gopher problem I had in my backyard. I am very, pleased with Orkins service and would totally recommend them as first choice for pest control.
Orkin was the third pest control company I called. The first one couldn’t get out for over a week. The second one didn’t return my phone call. Orkin gave me a next day appointment, a thorough estimate and explanation of their services and billing options. They came out the next day in the time window provided, were very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything they would be doing. They answered all my questions and explained the safety of their products as well. We have several pets and and some family with sensitive lungs. It was comforting to know how green the pest products they use are. I found the prices to be reasonable and fair. I would recommend them for any pest or bug service.
I brought Orkin in for preventative services to an apartment I have not yet lived in, but found evidence of pests. They did a full inspection first, then let my cleaning crew come in for a deep clean before coming back a few days later to do the treatment. Everyone was professional, friendly and addressed all my concerns. Well see if the apartment remains bug free🙈
Nate Gray is an Asset to Orkin, and Im very pleased he services my property.Nate texts me when hes coming; hes always on time, very respectful, asks if I have any concerns, and proceeds.Nate informs me when hes done, always wears his mask, and wishes me well, making sure I know to contact him (between services), if necessary, if I need anything at all.Im pleased NATE is my GUY!!!!P.S.: NATE always LOCKS up my PROPERTY! Service technician that came out was great. Very informative and was able to answer all my questions quickly and knowledgeably. Service did not take long. However, the agent I booked with over the phone originally booked me for a recurring service and explained that was the best and cheapest option. When the technician arrived, he informed me there was a better option for my needs that ended up being more cost effective. The sales agent was trying to up-sell, I get it. However, it was disappointing when I specifically asked about alternative options on the phone and was not provided details to make an informed decision.
I have been using Orkin for a few years now. They usually spray outside but this time I had them come inside. With the recent rain there has been an influx of bugs coming in.Kevin was my technician and he was amazing. Very personable, thorough, had care and concern with my house and dog.He removed visible spider webs outside and sprayed for mosquitos.
All I want to know is why do you guys rotate the techs? I got so used to Phillip. He was polite, outgoing, very good at his job, knowledgeable, patient, professional and guess what... I miss him! I don’t want to have to get use to anyone else. What I like about him was I felt as though I was talking to a good neighbor. I could trust him. Not saying that I didn’t trust anyone else. This experience is almost like going to your beautician. Now you wouldn’t want anyone switching up on you, would you ORKIN? Can you explain please??

Orkin and our tech, Chris, have been the best helping us with our major bug issue in our kitchen. They were wonderful about keeping at it until the problem was resolved. We received terrific service and would highly recommend them. They really care about their customers!
I walked with Chris as he serviced my house. I appreciated the way he explained the best treatment options for the concerns that I had. He was knowledgeable and willing to treat wherever I asked. He also expressed his desires to return at any time if I had any additional concerns.
The service is good. Prior to Orkins service, I had a real bad ant and spider problem. I dont see much of them anymore. I got the mosquito service and that is not working out as good but overall I am satisfied with the service. The technician is informative and the scheduling of appointments are convenient. The service would be perfect if they had something for flies and maggots.
Patrick was an amazing guy. Kind, compassionate and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and why. Im really glad to be working with Orkin to combat our little pest problem with roaches. Patrick is always professional and responsive, taking time to explain the treatment and talk through our needs and questions. He is very thorough, knowledgable, and meticulous. And the treatments work! Though not exactly cheap, its worth what were paying not to have to wake up to a surprise in the kitchen and to work with a company we can trust.
They showed up on time. Didnt call us when they finished, and a fan fell over and damaged the wood floor. When we told them they came out immediately and polished out the damage, though the scratches are still there. Recently found evidence of more termite activity and they came out, spotted it and and going to spot treat. They wear masks and are very polite --good customer service
Nate was supper Nice and informative… We have a water canal in the backyard which attracts water bugs… He was able to inform us of why they were coming into the house as well as answer any questions we had. Very nice man and very smart knows what he’s talking about. I would definitely recommend their services
The orkin service showed up unexpectedly today. He pointed out that the service was scheduled and confirmed. However, we had never been called and I was completely surprised to see him. We had just had the initial follow-up the week before.However, the agent was very pleasant and apologetic. We discussed that it was a month since the prior (initial service) and that since we were available he should go ahead and treat the house. No complaints about the treatment. Only that it was a surprise visit.Years later - sill using the service. Orkin showed up and called to inform me he was at the property. I asked him to knockdown cobwebs noticed on exterior eaves - no problems. Very satisfied with my service.
Nicholas was very friendly and extremely helpful! We discussed service plans and prevention. He worked around my son’s nap schedule to spray inside the house - so appreciated! He also removed webs from the eaves, lattice and our trash cans, which I wasn’t expecting. Thank you!
Marvin, the technician arrived promptly at the time of my appointment. He inquired about any things that I wanted him to pay particular attention to- I summarized what I wanted done :Exterior and garage spray (maintenance) and to tend to what I believed ( and was) 2 wasps nests in the making- he knocked them both down, sprayed and cleaned up after wards.As a customer I do appreciate promptness , thoroughness and honesty .Marvin did a great job in handling the issues.Thank you for the good service. Your service rep came when he said he would. He was pleasant and professional. He was He was very thorough inside and outside of the home in applying your products and explained what and why and where he was applying the product. Other service rep were not as thorough.
Marcus was great , very informative and professional. This service was for my rental unit. He listen to the tenant and addressed their concerns. He also explains everything to me that he did. I was impressed with the service. He coming back in a week then in a month. This is great. I’m hoping this takes care of the problem. I had it sprayed a few times and these roaches act like they immune to the chemicals . I will win this fight with your help of course . The 4 stars is because they missed my 1st appointment but they definitely made up for it . My tenants are happy 😊
Technician service was great. Very professional, helpful, explained the entire process and called with a 20 minute notice. Until the technician called, I had no idea if I still had an service person coming. Telephonic customer service was horrible. I made my reservation on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. I called Tuesday afternoon to confirm my appointment time twice and never got a call back from customer service after a live representative and automated request. Orkin customer service needs to do better than this!!!
Company phone operator was excellent and addressed my needs quickly and efficiently. She offered a discount to a one year package that was too good to refuse. Orkin man came two days later as scheduled, listened well and addressed my questions and concerns. Treatment was done fairly quickly without disrupting home life with four children.
The technician, Eric, was efficient, and very personable. He took the time to walk the house with me and locate problem areas for special treatment. Its good to see young adults doing good things and working hard in a world where it seems like many are looking for a hand out.

The new technician called to introduce himself a few days prior to the service; was on time the day of and extremely efficient, knowledgeable, personable and appropriately friendlyWhen I mentioned a future need; he quickly made a note for himself to get ready for mosquito service next visit...I was very impressedTimothy called regarding my regular service schedule, and came at my convenience, the day before service was due.He carefully explained what he could and could not do to get rid of an extra problem I’m having with mosquitoes, then he went to work spraying my whole house and yard.Timothy is knowledgeable, efficient, very professional, and I never have ants inside my home anymore!I’m continuing service with Orkin Pest Control
I called the specialist to let him know that I would be available to meet earlier because a prior engagement I had was cancelled. He ended up coming about 2hrs earlier which was great. He walked around and gave me some storage advice then offered me a reasonable maintenance package. What I didnt know was that a general pest specialist had come by and there is a different specialist for termites but they both provide free inspections which was great because I just wanted to make sure I didnt have ANY pest issues forming. Customer service was great because I asked about a million questions and he happily answered all of them.
I really like how he took care of us as if hes the waiter and hes bringing us the best service possible. This may sound weird to you but weve never had that before. The last time we had our place sprayed, he was whatever. Not rude or nice, just ok. I dont recall thinking 4 years ago WOW! This guy is awesome! I dont feel like he was bad either, just not as attentive as this new guy was. He went over the house in detail and really seemed to care about our roach infestation. He didnt wait to ask me if I wanted him back next week. He said, Ill be back next week and then the week after because he knew thats how much we needed it. I was and still am so pleased that Id always go to Orkin for my needs. I thought that was awesome.
I was uneasy in the beginning feeling as though the service wasn’t gonna be adequate enough to resolve the issue. The technician Nate Gray was very informative. He was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. He also was very open to all of the questions and concerns we had. The next day there were two technicians that arrived. Both came in prepared and ready to execute the problem. Overall my experience was satisfactory. Awesome service thus far.

Our Orkin Termite control inspector Bryan Martinez is awesome.He is very accessible and friendly. When ever we had a question or concern, he was always available to help us. We ran our of plastic food bags and Bryan bought us more bags on his off day.....now thats good service
Patrick was amazing! He went above and beyond the call of duty. I had an open hall that the rodents were getting into, and he put chicken wire up to prevent it from happening. Some thing he didn’t have to do, but he did it anyway. Two big thumbs up for this guy. This is why Orkin is good
The technician has been coming to my home for some time. He is my regular technician and understands the challenges that I have. I am afraid of bugs and so when he sees my name he makes an effort to schedule an appointment at my home as quick as possible. He is most professional and advises me of what he will do and then does it. I like the personal relationship the I have with him and feel he is a friend as well as a dedicated professional.
There was absolutely nothing wrong with my contractor. He courteous, informative and professional. My only complaint, again not with the company, was i was not notified about what had to be done to prepare for the treatment when scheduling with my landlord and the time was never confirmed. Which meant that I basically woke up to a phone call then had to move everything within an hour to accommodate the service.
Awesome job at getting rid of our pesky ant troubles. With our regular maintenance service we have been doing well. Our regular service guy, Nicholas, is awesome. He sends me a quick text to let us know we are due for our service and he will be out here the next day. I tell him what we need, usually just outside perimeter spray. If we need something inside he is understanding of the fact that I don’t want spray because of my kids and dog.
Nicholas was super when he was here to make his first visit with me! Hes so knowledgeable and informative and he answered my questions thoroughly. He went out of his way to reassure me that the treatment would be safe for my pets which I was quite concerned with. His pleasant personality made for a great experience!
My tech was really through and knew his stuff. He checked everything out first and let me know what problems I have, dont have and whether there is an infestation or just small issue, then made the appropriate recommendations. He scheduled the return date in two weeks so he can check to see that his intervention is working. Im very happy with Orkin on my first visit!
I know Orkin has pretty bad reviews on Yelp, but I had a good 1st day experience with them. The tech that showed up was Aaron, and he was on time, polite and explained the treatment program to me. As far as how good the pest control treatment is, Ill have to see. Hopefully this works well. I really need to get this roaches out of my house!
I have been using Orkin since July 2018 and they have not been able to eradicate the roach problem. Theyve become unreliable now in that they do not keep their appointments. They get 2 stars because the technicians are professional and courteous. The call center is horrible, 2 months ago I called to complain about their unreliability and about how the roach problem was not resolved and was told that an area supervisor would contact me, to this day I have not heard from anyone. I will be canceling their services.
Took a lot of care in doing the job today, including crawling under the house to find and remove old wood pieces left by a construction crew. I’m pleased with them and feel that customer satisfaction is very important to them. Well done.One year later: they came for an annual inspection. They are always so considerate. This time Josh came. Couldn’t be a nicer guy. I love Orkin. Josh, Javier, Jonathan...all get an A+ from me. I’ve also spoken to several of their customer service reps over the years..Jackie, Danielle, Alex, Lisa, Antonia and just now, Tyshiona. All very accommodating.
Eric is always very punctual, arrives PRIOR to the scheduled appointment time. He is very thorough. They track me down to schecule my appointment. I love it.I will continue my relationship with Orkin only with employees like Eric servicing their clients.Kelp up the great work.
The local company deserves 5 stars, however, the 800 representative scheduled an appointment with me on the phone. With a no show 35 minutes after the appointment, I called to check the status and was told an appointment was never scheduled. Once I made contact at the local level, things went smoothly with very courteous and professional service. I would recommend Orkin, and give the local telephone phone number.
They have been awesome to work with! Always on time. We let our dogs out into the back and during flea season no issues! They took care of the issues we had with spiders, ants and coackroaches! They have not been back since and again they are just really great protection against insects.
Phillip came to our home today and did an excellent job. He introduced himself and informed me about everything that was going to be done. He also explained what I was signing. He was also very punctual. He set up mouse traps and sprayed the outside of the property. He took the time to look inside and outside of the property to determine how much needed to be done.
Sisco is an amazing technician. He is always professional and pleasant. He contacts me in advance to make sure I will be home and he is very accommodating if I need to change times or days. He has made my Orkin experience very pleasant. It also helps that since he has been servicing my home (I get service quarterly) I rarely see small insects such as ants or spiders.
Ive used Orkin first for Bedbugs,Mice, and lastly Household roaches. Orkin delivered amazing results each and every time. I was recommended from a family member to use Orkin for the Bedbugs, and I been using them ever since. I recommend Orkin to anyone who have pests problem, I promise you, you will not be annoyed by your pest problem any more. I didnt receive the great experience for the household roaches that I did for my bedbug, and mice problem. They didnt have no technician available to come back to my house to spray after some days from first treatment, my assigned technician never replied to my text ignored my request for a follow up visit, Im going to explore other pest control companies. I dont like Orkin no more
I tried out another Well Known Company to figure out how to finally bring some Closure to this on going Rodents Problem I was having at on of my Properties. It was Costly n Timely! Yup However when I had the same problem at another one of location. Orken was called in and the Tech came in and understood the issues quickly and corrected the problem within a few Hours. Yup!! less expensive to say the least. The Orken Company will be the one that will be called in the Future for all my pesticides issues. 👌
Orkin has done a phenomenal job with my bug issue.I highly recommend Ted. He has more than 20 years with Orkin and has experienced almost every peat issue. He is in works in South Bay Area of LA. With my issue in particular he gave 3 visits and the bugs disappeared. I never imagined it would be so quick. He is also a good listener and empathetic to the stress one might be with theses situations.Proud that I used Orkin.
My technician informed me he would not arrive until after the scheduled time frame. He then said I would not be able to get the service I had previously agreed to. After going back and forth with the technician for a very long time he finally started the treatment. But he did not treat as much as he was supposed to. He only sprayed in one spot and put down a few traps. The service was definitely NOT worth the money I paid. I am very unhappy with that experience.
The serviceman Phil called to let me know his ETA, which I very much appreciated, he walked my property--even dusting up a bunch of spiderwebs while discussing my wasp problem--and got me a reduction from the fee I was quoted over the phone. Thank you so much Phil and Orkin! I will definitely tell my friends about your great service! 😄
Orkin is a great company. We previously worked with 2 other companies but none of those were able to handle our pest issuesI like that they use environmental products and handle all different pests. Philip is very professional and extremely thorough. He is easy to work with, works around our busy schedule and he follows up to make sure we get rid of the problem. Were very happy so far.

2022-01-29We had a wonderful experience with Orkin.Ivan and Sam came to our home on Wednesday, reviewed our home fir possible termite infestation while wearing masks and shoe covers. When they completed the inspection everything in our home was left neat and tidy. My husband and I were given a picture review of all our termite trouble spots. Possible care choices were presented . The appointment for care was made and the job was completed on Friday of the same week. Edgar came on Friday, on time. He was so meticulous, hard working and very careful of all our furniture and belongings in our home. He was dedicated to doing a good job, with a very professional presentation.We want to express our appreciation for the whole experience that was provided by the representatives of the Orkin Company. 2022-05-28I’ve used Orkin for years and the service has always been excellent. I primarily use them for preventative treatment which has allowed me to avoid and major concerns. They send notifications when en route and once they arrive. The technicians are always patient and thorough.

2022-06-01I have the monthly service and we had Ants 🐜 so the young man that came to help us was terrific and solved our problem with some bait and sprayed outside. He took time to show me some spots where we have excess water… really knowledgeable and so helpful. Very happy with the service.

2022-06-29Our service provider Chris did an exceptional job spending extra time than we’ve typically seen clearing all the spider webs around the roof and even under the patio furniture. As well as the standard bug spraying around the entire house. Appreciate the extra effort.
