It has been a real pleasure working with Haley (real estate agent) and Michael (loan officer) at One80. I normally do not write lengthy reviews, but I feel the need for it this time. Haley and Michael are friendly, sincere and with me every step of the way. I am a first time homebuyer, so everything was new to me. It was stressful at times but Haley has made it much smoother. I love how she is easy to reach via email, phone or text. With my erratic work schedule, it can be tough but we made it work. It took us a while to find our dream home, since my boyfriend and I have very different tastes. But Haley was very patient and made note of what our individual preferences were in regards to a home. She is attentive to detail and always made sure I was aware of the latest update. I didnt feel like we were pressured into finding a home. We took our time and when it happened, Haley was all over it and made it happen. It wasnt just the homebuying process. Haley helped or gave me advice for the best quotes, whether it was homeowners insurance or handyman services. I truly felt like I mattered and was taken care of.Thank you Haley for everything!!
We went into One80 realty to start looking for a home. We met with Ally Gibbs and went over what we were looking for. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Over the next few weeks she took us to any houses we wanted to see and found many more listings for us to go look at. She answered any questions we had no matter how small they were. She was available any time we needed her and worked with our busy work schedules. Once we found the house we wanted, she did everything she could to make sure we got our offer accepted. We really appreciated that Ally made sure to keep us updated with every single step of the way along the whole process. Friendly and really worked with us even before we were ready to by a house. Went over things to let us know what we need to do to get into a home and would check in with us every few months to see how we were doing to get everything in line to buy our first home. Chris helped us find the house and did all the paper work to get the pre-approval and the approval money all we had to do is show up to sign the paperwork. They made it low stress and as quick as possible for us.

2018-09-05My husband and I first met Michael and Haley at an open house where we were so impressed by their warmth, knowledge and professionalism, that we knew we had to work it them. As first time home-buyers, we had a lot of questions and didn’t know where to start. Michael and Haley were so patient and took to time to provide us with invaluable education so that we would feel confident in navigating the home buying journey from start to finish. Even with our crazy irregular work schedules, they made themselves available to answer our questions, concerns, and requests via phone or text.Michael and Haley worked seamlessly as a team to ensure that we had all the information available for prospective homes so that we could make informed decisions. They were so detail oriented and responsive, that we felt like we were in good hands. We never felt pressured to make a decision and they genuinely wanted us to find the home that we would love and not settle for anything less.Looking back, we could not have imagined going through the incredibly stressful process of buying our first home without the expertise and authenticity of Michael and Haley. To our surprise, we were able to close on our first home in just over a month and with our first attempt at making an offer. If that isn’t a testament of their expertise, I don’t know what is. But even more amazing, is that Michael and Haley both continue to check-in to see how we are doing even after we received the keys to ensure we are taken care of because there’s so much to home ownership. 2017-08-22If you want a family like experience while selling your house or buying your dream house look no further than One80 Realty with Ryan Evanson. It was the best experience we could have asked for and more. Buying and selling a home can be so stressful and Ryan eased that stress by being available to answer all of questions we had. He knew exactly where to price our house to get what we wanted for it. He knows the market inside and out. The technology he uses is top notch. Staging, photography, and an interactive 3D floor plan are just a few of the perks of listing with Ryan. We were able to sell our house for more than we asked and we were able to find our dream home under our budgeted price. We looked at and walked through a lot of homes and he was always ready to show us those homes without hesitation. He was honest and straightforward. We always felt like he was looking out for our best interest. Once we were in contract Ally, the Transaction Coordinator, was great at making sure we had what we needed to close on time. 2019-01-31Buying a home for the first time can be a scary and overwhelming process. Haley and Michael took that process for us as nervous first time buyers, and patiently broke it down and guided us through it in manageable pieces. From the start, they felt like old friends, and did everything they could to meet our needs. We were blown away at the dedication and flexibility they showed for us in working with super tight time-frames, and the heart they put into what they do. Haley graciously took the time to be sure she wasnt just selling us any house, but our familys home. We brought a listing to her, and she kindly made sure we understood what was available to us by setting up other options for us to look at as well. When we made a decision on which house to purchase, she immediately took action to help us get our offer in on time. After we were accepted, she consistently stayed on top of deadlines, and pitched in wherever she could, even entertaining our busy toddler so we were able to focus on important tasks like hearing the inspector. Michael was so patient with us in explaining the financial side of things. We were less prepared than we had hoped to be, with the timing of finding this house being 3 months faster than expected. He took the time to help us figure out what our monthly budget would allow, making sure that we could actually afford what we were about to do, and still live comfortably. He worked hard to help us make the pieces work for us, and always fought for us where he could. They both continue to make themselves available to answer any questions we have, and make us feel welcome to do so. This hardly does justice in describing all their extra personal touches that took one of the biggest decisions of our lives, and made it something we will always cherish. 2018-01-05From the very start Ryan was an absolute joy to work with. We are first time homebuyers and didn’t know where to begin. We met Ryan after inquiring about a particular house. Unfortunately that house was already off the market, but luckily we were able to meet a broker who worked diligently with us to help us find our first home. Ryan is patient, kind and very knowledgeable; whenever we had a question he walked us through every detail and put our worries at ease. From the first day we met to the final closing date, Ryan made us feel like he was on our team and, as a first-time home buyer, that is what made this experience so much more enjoyable and exciting! 2016-07-01My husband and I just bought our very first house this past April. Months before we stared the buying process, we met with Ryan Evanson to discuss our wants and needs. 2016-06-24When my husband and I decided to buy our first home, we started asking our friends (who just had bought homes) about their experiences so we could get an idea of what to expect. We knew the market was tough, but we were still surprised by the horror stories we heard, especially about the number of offers people were making before getting something accepted. Discouraged was an understatement! Then we met Ryan and he told us how different things could be. Before we even looked at homes, Ryan insisted we meet with him to start planning. He kept talking about strategies and all the different ways we could set ourselves apart from all the other buyers. It worked! We fell in love with our home and Ryan and the 180 team made it happen! 2017-09-19Thank You Michael Gordon and the entire One80realty team!Youve heard the saying, under promise and over deliver, but with Michael you get over promise and over deliver. In our first meeting he was so confident in his ability to sell our home for more than any home has sold in our neighborhood. I should have been skeptical, but Ive worked with him in the past and had absolute confidence in his ability. Not everything went according to plan initially, but in the end we got everything we wanted, he even found some time to get married in Tahiti! He works incredibly hard, is always available, a great communicator, knows all the ins and outs of real estate transactions and lending, showcased and marketed our home beautifully and negotiated deals with tenacity. 2016-12-08If you are looking for a broker, Chris Ristau is your guy. Hes a family man that knows his stuff. Chris helped us when we purchased our first home 2 years ago and he helped us sell it now that our family has grown too big for that home.Not only did he make the selling process easy but he helped us get 80k over list price!! He does an amazing job of understanding and getting to know our family and our schedules. At this time we have a 2 year old and a child due next month and i work nights and my husband works days. Chris makes sure to schedule meetings around our sleep schedules and gives us enough notice to make things happen.One thing we love about Chris is that he is very easy to talk to and makes himself fully available to us at any time through text, email, and phone. Back when we purchased our first home we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into but Chris made confusing paperwork easy for us to understand by going over every page with us and never asking us to sign something we didnt understand. We recommended Chris Ristau to my sister when she purchased her first home and she has nothing but positive things to say about him as well. We look forward to working with Chris in purchasing our second home for a great price.
