It was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. Hotel reception Dak, was amazing. He helped us with local hot spots on the island, and suggested an amazing view of the island. Moreover, he is always ready to help even when we lock ourselves out of our room at midnight. Overall great service and great location and friend staff. Will definitely come back.

We had a great time staying at the Omeo Suite. What the suite offered was more than what we paid for. It is clean, functional, and welcoming! We really like the simple clean modern design, especially the smart devices!

The room that I stayed in was amazing and is worth your money. I loved how I was able to adjust the temperature, lights, and the window panel using a panel. I especially loved the TV because it already had Netflix, and I was able to easily stream videos from my computer on to the TV. The bathroom was nice and clean and there was a small kitchen that I used to heat up my food. There were many restaurants within driving distance. The check in was very quick. Cant wait to comeback and stay here again someday!

Let me just say that Dat is a 5-star employee as he provided absolutely amazing customer service. We had shipped a box to the local post office and Dat went WAY above and beyond to help track down the box and ensure that it was at the hotel upon our our arrival. He was extremely communicative and went to great lengths (even in his personal time) to make sure every detail was attended to. In this day and age its not common to come across such outstanding service, so when we do it makes it all that more special!!!

Overall horrible hotel. I will never stay here again. The room was dirty with crumbs left on the bed. Wifi sucks! I ended up having to use my own data. They also claim to have breakfast INCLUDED, which they do not. And I paid extra for all of these amenities that I was not provided. Front desk workers have horrible attitude and when you start proving them wrong they turn around and walk away slaming the door behind them. And not to mention the cocoroch and several spiders that we found in the room.

Do not stay here!The wifi did not work, our key card stopped working and we had to get a different one, the water stopped working, the bed sheets were super dirty. They had nasty speckled stuff all over them. We tried to let the shower run for a bit to see if we could get warm water but it was icy cold the whole time!Dont let the nice pictures draw you in, it might have been renovated but its still the same one star motel it was before.

I have stayed at better hostels than this motel. The towels were dirty, the bedsheets had some sort of fuzzy dirt on them, and nearly all the soap dispensers were out of soap. We tried asking for more soap but they never refilled it. The wifi kept going in and out so I just ended using my data. Wouldnt recommend this place unless youre on a really tight budget. Just go stay at the GreenTree Inn & Suites in the area, you get free breakfast there.--I did stay here, thanks for nothing. Im posting a picture of a different manager replying to my post a month ago. I was going to give you guys another chance; instead you come on here and claim that I did not stay here; a complete lie.

Do not stay here! They add fees after your stay and it is an old Motel with small rooms, fresh paint and lame furniture, NOT a hotel or a suite! After our stay they tried to charge us $300 for missing robes and towel rack, neither of which were in the poorly equipped room. Once we got that refunded they then charged us another $100 for no reason at all! It took way more work than needed for a tiny room! Dont stay here!Response to owner - WOW! You guys know no boundaries and have no scrouples! I know where I stayed!!!

First time staying OMEO Suites and is very impressed. All the remodels rooms have a lot of smart and luxurious features that are integrated into the rooms. The rooms has all the creature comfort amenities that are needed such as Smart TV, Air Purifier, and HDMI/USB outlets, Refrigerator, Microwave, Table Grill, and Keurig Coffee Machine. All complementary for guest to use. Was really impressed with facilities and staff that are there. The staff were both accommodating and helpful in making the best experience during the stay. Would definitely come back and stay another night.And the best part is..the hotels location made it very easy to get around for restaurants, events, and any other major attractions close by!!Would definitely recommend booking a stay at OMEO Suites.

Room was very dirty and grimey. There were holes and burn marks on the wall. The sheets were stained and there were crumbs left on the bed.
