I’ve been a customer of Omega Termite & Pest Control for a couple of years now - certainly long enough to know that this Oakland, family owned company surpasses most pest companies I’ve used over the years.-When I moved back to Oakland, I was still using my old Pest Company, well a “sister company,” since they didn’t have service in Oakland. That was a disaster and I soon moved on to Omega T&P. I figured when in Oakland, I might as well keep it local.-From the 1st phone call, through my actual service call and all my service calls with the SAME tech - my experience has been extremely positive! This company is professional, efficient, friendly and priced fairly compared to its competitors.- My TECH WILL is a perfect representative for this company as he, too, exhibits the same company attributes of professionalism, efficiency, & friendliness. Woohoo!!—THE PEST CONTROL: I have an open hill behind me with a green belt not far - creepy-crawlers are fine outside (where they belong) BUT NOT IN MY HOUSE. Will and Omega make sure that our house is pest free. Sure there are times one finds its way in but Omega is also quick to respond. They will come out quickly and address any concerns.- OMEGA TERMITE & PEST CONTROL - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Omega was amazing. They provided quick and responsive service, so from the moment I called, I trusted the whole team. Meghann came out for an inspection the day I called and they had someone taking care of the problem within a week. I dont expect any problems in the future, but if I do Ill happily call them again.

Once a month, like clockwork, Will comes rumbling up the stairs, sprays all the things, checks the traps, gives me a smile and goes off on his way. Consistent, reliable service at a fair price, cant ask for more.

Ask for Jules she is great, detailed and motivated to do her job. Ive never felt protected from the little critters since working with her. She set traps and does great follow up plans and she gave me a few tips on how to identify them as well, Thank you Jules enjoy working with you!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had this service come to my home, I paid $150 for an initial service just to spray for spiders and ants, Not only did the guy only spray my backyard, I’m still having terrible pest issues! I was asked how do you know that he didn’t spray your whole exterior of the house? (In a very condescending tone) I said because It shouldn’t take only 5 minutes to do an entire exterior properly plus I have windows that I can see out of and he never did the sides!!! He was here 2 days ago. I just called Omega to inform them of how unhappy I am with the service especially for the price just to basically be told I’m a liar. The man on the phone said according to their gps the man was at my house for 33 minutes, HE WAS NOT!!!!! I told him that I don’t care what their gps says I’m telling him he was not here for that amount of time and he said well yes he was I’m looking at the gps right now. So apparently I’m a liar! It states on their website just for an initial visit for ants it should take about 30-45 minutes, this guy was here for 5. I have 2 babies under the age of 2, I don’t have $150 to throw away to some company who can’t do a proper job and won’t listen to what their customers complaints are. I didn’t ask for a refund I just wanted them to come back out and properly do the job but instead I was told the manager isn’t available and my message will be passed along, but that again their gps shows the man was here longer than I’m stating. So pretty much called me a liar. The man who sprayed put he was here at 3:15-4:00, putting it at 45 minutes. When I told the person this on the phone he said well it says 3:15 because that’s when he left the last job and started to you. How is that even right?! I’m so incredibly infuriated it’s not even funny!!!!

Omegas reputation in the East Bay Area is the highest in the pest control industry here, primarily because of the professionalism and honesty of the ownership and management. There is no messing around in this highly regulated business, and Omega gets down to business and gets it done. When you are trying to close a sale of a property you cant afford to deal with companies that operate differently than Omega.

Stuart was fantastic! Live in the wooded areas of Oakland Hills, youre bound to get the occasional critter. Stuart came and did a GREAT job. I now feel more confident all is well!!
