A little bit of a wait to be seated but of course thats expected with such great food & reasonable pricing. Service was top notch! Wish I could remember our servers name. Shes the one with the pretty, long eyelashes. Think she needs a raise. Will definately make this the Olive Garden I go to on a regular.
Be prepared to wait a while to be seated. Even though online they supposedly have no wait in 25 min I went from #14 to #12. Not gonna be seated in the 30 min window they gave me. I could have cooked a pasta dinner in the time it took to get seated. Food and portions are adequate at best. Service is lackluster could be alot better. If you really want olive garden make the drive to a different one. Trust me.
I was mad at their menu because is super short, not really too many things to choose from, I also wasnt happy because when I wanted to order something they were like we dont have that right know 🙄,anyway, got the chicken alfredo which was great. The service was good and the place was clean!
The food is great but I had a bit of a problem with the staff. I know they just want to do a great job and, they do! But asking things in spanish when when half my family doesnt speak spanish just because they think were mexican is pretty lame. Well keep having dinner there I mean, its still delicious but just knock it off, we speak English
Dirty floors and tables. Order was inaccurate when the server finally brought it out. Then the breadsticks eventually came out halfway through our meal, and they were cold and hard instead of the good ones like normal. Then when we had to use the stupid little pay at the table tablet thing, it was the wrong order altogether. Got that mess fixed and finally paid our bill and got out of there. Wont be back.
We decided to go to Olive Garden for dinner the service was awful we had to eat a whole bowl of soup before drinks even came that was just awful our waiter took his sweet time to bring us anything and everything nothing match the silverware was dirty the water glasses were empty for eight minutes at a time but still was good didn’t like bringing us all you can eat soup but eventually we decide just to go it was hard enough to get our ticket to pay I don’t think we will be returning to this location due to the lack of service
Some people say The Olive Garden is not genuine Italian food.. To those people I say, good, more Olive Garden for me =). I like the Olive Garden, the price is a little high, so I dont go here very often. This time i was there for Fathers Day, My second one ever!. I had a build your own Tour of Italy. Grilled Chicken (comes with parm, but I had them sub in some Alfredo sauce) So extra points for making it the way I like. Fettuccine Alfredo noodles and Cheese Filled Ravioli. All was great!. I also recommend their Stake Gorgonzola. Its Great! The only negative was the 1 hour wait... but it was Fathers day =)
I was picking up meal at curbside for a friend. Call the number for curbside and the person hung up the phone. I called back and same thing. I went inside and the lobby was noisy. I asked the male why was he repeatedly hanging up the phone - he replied that he could not hear me. If you are in an area that has extremely loud noise why would you be trying to answer the phone. He was the manager. Can only imagine what trading that staff is receiving. Smh Don’t answer the phone if you are in an area where you can’t hear the person calling!!!!
First time coming here in years, disappointed with the food quality. The gnocchi soup was 90% broth and I only had 3 pieces of gnocchi. The bread sticks were hard and flavorless. The shrimp scampi was ok. I did pick up which they had in a timely manner and the servers were kind and informative. But I probably wont be back, the prices have gone up significantly since last visited but the quality just isnt there.
I originally gave the rating for the Olive Garden in Chula Vista. Customer relations contacted me within an hour of my review. I explained why I gave the bad rating. within 15 minutes of my explanation I received a $40 egift card. I was on my way to LA County on Sat when I received it via email. My wife and I decided to stop at the restaurant in Laguna Woods. The food quality was great. The service was exceptional. I would give that visit a 5.We appreciate the prompt response and the opportunity for Olive Garden to redeem themselves. Later that day I received a call from the Manager at the Chula Vista restaurant who also offered to make my next visit there a pleasant one.
Went to olive garden today and ordered a Toscana soup from their menu, I found this nasty looking skin or I dont even know what it is in my soup. All the manager could tell me was that maybe their meat was not processed correctly. The Toscana soup should not have skin or even anything that reassemble that. Not coming back to this location
Was so good and fast...we went for time on lunch was so good fast customer service wonderful....prices very great for lunch their menu on lunch specials is wonderful...salad OMG so goid and spaghetti delicious.....thank you for bring it back customer service.....it makes a difference when customer service is excellent....thank you.
Amazed at the perfect timing on my pickup order. The app said food would be ready from 7:45 - 7:55.As soon as I arrived and checked in vía text, the waiter came out to accept payment..... and my food popped out 5 minutes later at exactly 7:45.First experience was a Grade A service! Definitely will be back!
Ordered my food 17 min in advanced, did curbside pick up and told to park in a specific spot by one of the staff; said shed bring me my food. 28 min later I call the restaurant and was told theyd bring my food right out. Waited 7 more minutes and finally get my food and of course its cold from sitting out. I regret paying $23 plus tip in advanced. If Id of known I would of just told them i didnt want the order.Yup, got to my hotel and now Im eating reheated food with no cutlery because they forgot to include it when I put that I needed it in their app.... -_-
Anyone giving them more than one star is lying. The wait is ridiculous. 2 hours due to needing servers smh. Borrow a server for 10 min to not make a large party wait over 2 hours. People show up in pijamas to eat here. The staff isnt curtious or communicative. The wait is ridiculous 🙄
I LOVE the olive garden and usually its a great experience. The last time I visited was not so great. The greeters at the front were rude and seemed to be annoyed that I was there. The wait was long and I was willing to wait the 45 mins they estimated. Put my name and phone number on the list. After an hour I asked where we were on the list. Woman said 6 more people ahead of us. Ok, went back to the car and waited more. After over 30 more minutes I asked the front staff again where we were on the list and they said they didnt have our name or phone number to text when a table was ready?... hmm.. they took us back shortly after when I told them how long I had been waiting. Server was great and attentive but charged us dinner prices at 2pm, I was frustrated enough to just pay it and not complain given the fact that we were served dinner portions I would assume. I will be back because I love olive garden but figured a review of my experience was necessary.
One hour wait time for a table. Bar service was a joke, ordered drinks prior then went back to check order. Bar attendant ignored us for 15 minutes while taking to coworkers about football game. Finally came to us put down menus and walked away. Didnt remember our order. Finally got a table, got our food, had to o silverware. No thin mints after dinner. What happened to Olive Garden?
My husband and u had years going to that restaurant and regularly service is good. But the lasting my husband was wearing cover all, n after we seated in our table 30 minutes had pass, we didnt even had water n our server never showed up. We wait 10 minutes more and againg no one is serving us and the tables all around us where being serve with waiters. We just decided to leave n on our way out the workers at the door ask what happen why we were leaving? We told them what happen and they said we shoul tell the manager but we were so upset. They lost 20 years costumer in that night .
No joke I am in the restaurant right now and theres a child in the bar. Not only that I made it a point to mention it to the hostess only for him to shrugg his shoulders and do nothing about it. I know its tough with the covid THING AND THE LIMITED SPACE TO SIT CUSTOMERS but having a child sit in front of alcohol is not right! ITS ACTUALLY ILLEGAL! Heres a picture for evidence. You can see the different types of beers in the picture and on the left of that which you CANT see is all the hard liquor. DO BETTER OLIVE GARDEN!
Really not a good experience today . The excuse was its Sunday we received food that was room temperature, dirty forks, and booster seat was filthy, the waiter was very nice but we sat for over an hour before we got our sauce for the breadsticks and drinks smh being busy is not an excuse any company should give. Please teach the staff here to communicate or to check in on guest. We waiting 30mins to seat then over an hour before we even got drinks.
Ive been to this location 4 times now this being my 5th time, Im Depressed and Sad to say Ill No Longer Return To This Location Over An Hour And Still No Food For Me And My Wife......While Others Who Had Been Seated Near US After We Had Been There Were Receiving There Food.......
I went today there was only 2 people at the bar I was alone so I sat there, my table was sticky and there was a napkin as if someone ate there....girl was in the back half the time when she came out she was playing hide-and-seek or something I got my salad and soup I had no silverware and my spoon was dirty.....I finally got the attention of the gentleman who brought my drink and he finally brought me a clean spoon the next bowl of soup came but I had to ask ask another server for my next bowl of soup and the girl didnt even offer me soup it came out to about $14 and change....honestly she deserved the change but I tipped her the $5 and I kept the change honestly I wont ever step foot in this place again I will drive the 10+ miles to sports arena or la mesa but never here again
We went for lunch, was seated within 5 minutes. The waiter Marco was very attentive and helpful. He checked up on us many times throughout the visit. I order the lasangna with all you can eat soup. I had three bowls of soup, each time I finished, Marco came around quickly to get us another. He engaged with us and know what was going on in the community. I am not sure why this restaurant has reviews so low. With more staffs like Marco, Im sure the review will be more friendly.
This place is absolutely the worst. Yeah, the food is good if you can get to it. They dont take reservations and ALWAYS have a minimum 30min wait time. Today I ordered to go curbside an hour before and they couldnt be bothered to bring it out after 15mins after checking in. I would strongly advise a different location if it can be helped.
I was disappointed, had not been there in awhile since pandemic. Got eggplant parmasan. Use to be one of my favorites. Not at all what I remembered. Not very crispy very thin slices. Presentation lacking as well reminded me of leftovers. No mints at end of meal. Just a let down
Coworkers and I made a reservation online and got put on the wait list. Yet when we arrived to the place, they said that online doesnt mean anything that you have to come in and check in. They not only give false information, but to top it off the the food and service is horrible. As soon soon as you take a seat you have to wait extremely long to get a server to take your order. Save yourselves some time and choose another place to spend time with your loved ones. If i could them no stars i would but unfortunately i had to settle with a 1 star.
Terrible service! We went for lunch today at 1130. No server ever showed up at our table. We waited 15 minutes, notified an employee passing by, tried to use the call server feature on the Olive Garden tablet at the table, all to no avail. After waiting an additional 5 minutes and watching the table next to us receive their food (they arrived at the same time) we left. We complained to the greeter, but never received an apology - she made no attempt to fix the situation. She showed us an attitude instead! We did not feel welcome, rather discriminated against! Avoid this Olive Garden.
They told us it was a 30 min wait and was more than 1 hour , the waitress was so slow brought us water and one of the glasses was dirty the water had little brown things floating around, we order another one and took her good 20 min to bring it.I order the Italian tour and the chicken was burned and hard as a rock!!
My wife and I went to Olive Garden for lunch.Raul was our server, and an excellent one at that !!!I always order Fettuccini Alfredo with Shrimp but Raul suggested I try something different. He recommended the Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara which was delicious and was so glad I accepted his recommendation. Raul also recommended the Zuppa Toscana which was very tasty, my wifes Five Cheese Ziti al Fono was also flavorful ...Raul has a very friendly demeanor and was VERY attentive to our needs.Of ALL the times weve been to the Chula Vista Olive Garden (and various O.G.), Raul made this experience a enjoyable !!!KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK RAUL !!!
I am very happy when I have the opportunity to write a good review and I definitely do it. First decided to try Italian food. I am definitely not disappointed. Ordered takeaway. The service was of high quality, the staff was wearing a mask, everything was on time. The food was delicious, especially the soup. Pleased with one set of several dishes. I couldnt eat the portion the first time :) As a result: price / quality - excellent ratio. Would definitely recommend.
Staffs always helpful due to the fact is close to a mall its really easy to get parking. Be wary the wait time on popular events like mothers day is about 2-3 hour wait time. However, due to it being close to the mall you can easily go shopping for a bit and wait for your message to come in that your table is ready. This is my favorite olive gardens to go. The food is always good and there is plenty left over to take home and enjoy it later.
Waited an hour to be seated, it was my son and his mother eating dinner.it was a Tuesday night, waited 15 minutes for someone to get our drinks, we then asked the waitress if we can order food she said she was just getting our drinks but the another waitress will be taking over, waited another 10 minutes, they finally got our order. Then the salad and breadstick came.. you read right 1 breadstick for the 3 of us. Next to us was a party of 6 people and they even got one breadstick. Whats going on guys? Then we waited about 45 min for out food. We were over it. Waitress came to tell us our food was coming out like 4 times. Terrible experience. Not what I expected.
Food is always good but Sunday 8/1/2021 tooks us about 30 minutes to get a table, 20 minutes to take our drinks ordered, and another 30 minutes to get our food, we were there 2 hours just for dinner. They were short staffed, and there was plenty of tables available and not even at 30% capacity. Food is always good
Horrible customer service got order wrong from the first waiter a male, he inform they did not have kids cups charge for regular drinks instead of kids drinks then he left the second waiter a lady Leticia fill for the guy in brings the wrong order said I will change it no apology, my son told the waiter was Grandmas birthday she ignored him. I did not get no apology for the wrong order and delay for my daughter, had to be calling waiter at she keep avoiding us definitely not coming back to this location.
Food was okay, but Wendy the host is awful. Thank goodness for the manager Jonas and server Amber for making it better.Dont believe what they tell you the wait time is. They dont take phone reservations and tell you to add yourself to the list online but when the app told me it was only a 20 minute wait it turned into about an hour and a half. I was also told we were 3rd on the list when we came in and still waited that long with Wendy continuing to say we were next. Honestly think she needs retrained on 1. Customer service and 2. How to count.
We celebrate it my nieces 7th birthday 🎉🎉🎉 in the past we had bad experience in this specific location, so we have not been back ever since. About 3 years ago or more. With that been said we had 2nd thoughts in going there. But to our surprised not only the Service was EXCELLENT but their food was DELICIOUS and fresh. The house salad was delicious and fresh. The soup was creamier cooked to perfection. My husbands seafood Alfredo was creamy and rich shrimp was full of flavor. The kids chicken tenders were crunchy I ordered tour of Italy omg for the first time the chicken was fried to perfection Lasagna freshly made. My father also ordered seafood Alfredo he love it, my brother order calamari and shrimp Alfredo my sis order salmon veggies and a side of pasta Alfredo she said salmon was DELICIOUS. Waitress very polite and always checking that everyone had a good warm meal and drinks. We order 2 bottles of wine and waitress help us with what to enjoy with our meals 👍👍👍👍👍We are definitely going back soon 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
My five stars are for the waitress Victoria I was here on Sunday we waited a whole hour before we even got salad and breadsticks and even longer to get our mail but Victoria make sure that we had everything else and that we were comfortable and apologized for everything she even gave us a free dessert kudos to Victoria you were very very awesome
5 * for the food , minus two* for the experience.*Delicious food, but our waitress needs major training. We were there early, as the doors opened for the day and were promptly seated. The waitresse flew by and noisily dropped off our small plates with a bang, without saying a word. This young girl had no idea of how to deliver a smile or greet 😐 us whatsoever. She seem new to the job, but regardless, a manager is at fault here. No napkins, no silverware, no personality. On her defense, she seemed oblivious and frazzled, as if trying to grasp this role.We tipped 20% anyway, since she seemed inexperienced and remained respectful through our impatience. We reviewed YELP, and were amazed at how many 1* ratings they received.Wake up corporate @olivegarden
The front end staff, mainly hostesses could be friendlier. Even if you dont mean it, pretend and smile. Now for the positives, I love the never ending soup and salad. Why they only give you three delicious loaves of that yummy bread when I wanted more, Ill never know. Since it was never ending, I kept asking for more....6 was it for me. Lol. The food was delicious, nice and hot. The Moscato was spot on. 🍷 Great lunch! See you again soon. Lets go for all 5 stars. 😁👍🏼🤗
Great staff! Although they had to deny people entry, due to reaching capacity. They did not lack on the food or service. My wife and I were fortunate to place our names on the list before arriving. I guess this is an idea being that more people are coming out hibernation.
We were told it was going to be about a 45min to an hour wait. We got the text about 35 minutes later that we were put on the guest list. Took another hour to get to our table. Would like to know next time ahead of time what the time will be. Then waiting an hour and half. Update: have been inside for about 25 minutes and no breadsticks and the waiter finally took our order.
Unpleasantly surprised about how long and inefficient the online ordering process takes (long lead times). One would have to imagine that after a year of having to transition to a more takeout friendly environment, the process would flow smoother/faster. If youre thinking about placing an order here, make sure you plan it out well in advance, because if youre really hungry and cant wait, keep searching!
Its olive garden, you know what your getting into , its a nice environment with some decently good food. Got the typical unlimited soup salad and bread sticks, man I forgot how salty those bread sticks are😅 , service was great loved our server , for fast casual dinning olive garden sets the bench mark 👍
Hostess need to be more polite about telling customers who inquire about wait times to eat in restaurant. To tell a customer that they will have to wait an hour and half long requires more sympathy and tact. Or a manager can set example to help employee understand how to reason in kind manner.
Got here and there was a line to get in. It took about 45 to get our seats since we were a large group. Probably should also note that this visit was a Friday night visit so maybe a lot of people just got home from work and went here after. I cant speak for the other days if the wait time is going to be similar. The food was decent and we were able to get our food served to us close to 10 min. Probably because it was packed, but that is acceptable given the situation. Our server was pleasant. He was very professional and checked up on us and made sure we were satisfied with our food. All in all this visit was great aside from the long wait and the food was delicious. Also side note, they do have alcohol here, but didnt try their assortment of alcoholic beverages... Might try them next visit if we do ever have a get together or any occasion happening. Anyways, this place is a definite recommend from me. Enjoyed eating at this Olive Garden.
Not bad at all! The food came out very fast and was delicious. The only reason 4 stars and not 5 is the seating was pretty tight! I was with my wife and 3 year old and 19 month old and they seated us in the wrong area for kids... so was constant trying to keep kids quiet for the other guests closely seated by us.. its little more upscale than most olive gardens so maybe a few bucks more for each dish but would recommend it and will return someday
Food is delicious, it never fails when youre looking for a great Italian restaurant, but the lack of experience and communication with my both waitress (yes apparently it was the end of his shift for my first waitress) didnt made a great experience for my family, specially because we went to celebrate my wifes birthday. Both always forgot out drinks, bread sticks and extra napkins. We needed to ask for them at least twice. Both never smile and they looked confused. It wasnt a crowd day so thats not an excuse. I understand they hire young people now but they need to be better trained.
Today I had lunch there. Big mistake. A lady with a kid were sitting next to us. The kid was screeching on the phone, the lady was sitting there not saying a word. I requested another seat. The hostess said that they cant ask the family to make the kid quiet down...later as we were seated, the waiter approached us; he was very pleasant. Our family visited olive garden for years...this will be the last time. They rather offend adults than ask the parents to quiet down the kid so other guests can enjoy the lunch. Now they lost several customers.
We arrived around 7:45 pm to get a table for dinner, they told us they were not taking more names because the waiting time exceeded their closing time, wich was 10:00 pm 🤔Had to order online for takeout and wait in the car. They delivered on time 👌🏻 although we had to go home to eat, the food was great
Service was very slow tho servers were very nice. Remodeled to look white bread American modern. Really liked the old world ambience before. Favorite dish no longer on the menu so I ordered soup and salad and the price really went up. I could get pasta cheaper which is ridiculous but I cant really eat it. Ill really miss the Olive Garden of old
Servers were great and the food came out warm and quick. Drinks are delicious! There is usually a 15-20 min wait. Which sucks if you are hungry. If you dont want to wait for a table, the bar is available most of the time and there are usually drink specials- mostly wine. Sitting at the bar you can get full food service.
Great Bartender, Ate at the Bar because of the long wait for a table. Found it to be a truly enjoyable and satisfying experience. Our Orders were promptly placed with the kitchen. Overall much faster service ... Not that I was looking for a quick dinner but worked out that way to my pleasant surprise.
Good service and our orders were right. There was a homeless person who was just hanging out in the bathroom which was kinda odd and gross. As we were leaving the security finally came to get him. I dont know how long he was in there. I wish the hostess or anyone who worked there would have at least warned us about it before going in, as they were well aware of it. I wouldnt have gone in had I known
Loved this place. They were fast and extremely friendly. Anticipated time to be seated was 40-45 minutes, we were seated just under 30 minutes. For a busy Saturday night everything was astounding. Ive been to 2 other olive garden locations and they always seem to take forever to get you seated and have poor customer service.
I always go to olive garden and dine in and always had a pleasant experience however two days i order to go what was my surprise when i open my lasagna it was extremely small i didnt expect any exaggerating size but that was so small for ten dollars. So disappointing.
Ordered food for a afternoon event. Pick up waa 1520, I arrived at 1510 and parked in lot 8. I called as stated on the sign and phone operator took my info and said they be right out. 1545 comes around Im thinking ok they had to finish get my order. I called again and a new operator answered and said she didnt know Ive been waiting and no one told her. So they brought my food out. I get home and made my lady a plate and the food is cold. Bread hard and not even warm. This olive garden customer service is horrible. Didnt even get chocolate with the party trays. 200 dollars for this. Not coming here again nor my family. Im spreading g the word.
Stopped for lunch last Tuesday. Food was ok, but horrible server. Wife and I ordered a beer each and when served the bottles were served without glasses which I found which Found undignified for my wife. The food was not bad but somewhat bland. We were several two breadsticks. Server made limited effort to provide service. At nearly $60 for a less than a overall great experience, I will never go back to be insulted again.
I was amazed how well everything went. They followed all the guide lines on social distancing & Waring facial mask. We were instructed on all the new rules before entering the building. They were extremely clean. I felt very safe & enjoyed our meal. Thanks for a wonderful dinner
With all the chaos we needed some restaurant food! I was over cooking lol we had 2 gift cards , so we used them and saved $50! The food was delicious. Our wait was way more than we planned, but I think it was for them too. We sat in our car and sang songs with the kids. Played on our phones. And even colored. We got the create your own pasta. Oh my goodness! I still have 1/2 of it left and most of the salad! A very good deal for $11.99!! Thats leftovers for the next 2 days for all of us! Im also giving them 5 stars because the guy taking our order and bringing out our food was great. Thomas was Super polite, chatted with the kids and it was nice to see other people finding a positive attitude in all this going on right now! Because we all know everyones not positive side is on full blast right now. Thank you Thomas 😊👍🏻
This is my favorite restaurant overall, ive been going here since I was a kid and I have always only had one dish and its my absolute favorite. Every time I go, I always get the fettuccine alfredo 😩 its just my favorite dish and I love it so much and I love ordering a side of sauce to dip my breadsticks in!! Its the best, salty, buttery bread combo with warm, creamy alfredo sauce 🤤
Delicious food, outstanding service and there is always an average of 30-minute wait:) No reservations taken on weekends, so plan on arriving at least 30 minutes earlier than desired time you want to seat to add your name to waiting list. My new favorite entree is the zoodles with pesto, veggies and chicken....so light weight and yet satisfyingly filling. Thomas is an entertaining, knowledgeable and efficient Waiter. He made our dinner experience more enjoyable, thanks Thomas!
As a college kiddo who probably is among the low minority, I would say if youre looking for a very comfortable atmosphere including good pasta dishes and unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks, this would be good as long as you had around at least 20$ to spend not including the appetizers. At the time I entered around 1:30, relatively low amount of customers and I got to my table in 5-6 minutes when they said it would take about 10. Once I entered I was very much taken cared of very well by my server who was very attentive like every 15-20 minutes when she was handling my beverages, salads and breadsticks.I would very much recommend this place for once in a while otherwise very good service and not bad food.
Food I good but not that good to wait 30 after you alredy have and appointment they claim the dont use there online check in services whats the point of having them is unpleasant experience to wait when you already have your day set up at this point you dont even enjoy the food or the service
Had to wait over 30 minutes for lasagña which delayed the whole dish Tour of Italy and upon arrival, one of the dishes had a severely dry lasagñawhich we had to wait for...every round of breadsticks came after the 10 minutes that the waitress left us waiting...which left our soup cold. Whats the point of having unlimited anything if you have to wait unnecessary amounts of time between rounds and have to eat with cold soup?

2022-04-21My wife and I havent been to Olive Garden since the pandemic. We had the best experience this evening. Our server Evelyn was very pleasant. Always comes around to see if we need anything unlike most servers who disappear and have to flag down all the time. Jonathan the manager was also very pleasant. Really nice guy to talk to. Olive Garden is such a joy to eat at. Delicious food and great hospitality. Bravo!

2022-05-12Olive Garden is generally a 5 star restaurant. Fine Italian dining. A relaxing atmosphere with light music. There is a mobile e-pad on the table to order, play games and pay the check. Very convenient

2022-02-27Always nice to return to the Garden. The Alfredo is the best Ive had. Except this time there was a musty smell on the carpet in the dining room.

2022-05-12My family and I love Olive Garden but this one really takes the cake. This place has the worst service I have ever experienced. My family has experienced it all. From taking 40 minutes to take our order for my sons birthday or taking 30 minutes to bring us the bread sticks on my wifes birthday.Or telling us that bread sticks are brought upon request. Not offering us cheese on our meals or if you would like a refill on your soupYou could ask to speak to the manager but the last time this happened (on our sons birthday) the manager did nothing to improve things let alone seem to care. (The manager today, Derek did care)Trying to get a glass of water or another beverage is like a going on a epic quest, which is most likely going to result in the quest being forsaken out of frustration. We asked for a glass of water twice. Our soup and our meals arrived at the same time. Very disappointed ☹️VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK.

2021-12-24Horrible experience.not even acknowledged by the server.did not ask how things were.no drinks.not even the mint chocolates they give away when you get the receipt.Give me the uniform. trust me I can do a better job at grabbing a simple plate and placing it at someones table.

2022-05-21The thing about Olive Garden is it’s the best kind of predictable. You know what you’re gonna get and you know it’s gonna taste like some prime time satisfaction. Last week I had chicken and gnocchi soup, chicken parm, a big coors lite (draft cause I’m a classy boy) and enough breadsticks to make a monkey jealous. My server was a champion and I was happy to give a 30% tip 💰

2022-05-10Brought my sister here for Mothers Day lunch. Havent been at this location in years but from what I remember, this was one of the top O.Gardens in the country. Got there right when it opened. Servers welcomed us as we walked in and we were quickly seated. Our server was attentive, friendly and personable. Food was tasty and wished we made room for dessert!
