The service team is great!! I am giving a 4-star rating because the admin/receptionist staff conduct personal calls and conversations while customers are waiting. When I dropped the car off, the receptionist was on a personal call. Leaving me to feel like I was interrupting her. While picking up my car, 2 different receptionists we’re talking to each other and another employee while I waited for their conversation to finish. I observed the same behavior when another customer stood waiting to ask a question until the ladies stopped talking to acknowledge her.
I have been using Toyota of North Hollywood service for 15 years. They (all of their service people) are reliable, kind and they get the job done swiftly. Of course, the only drawback, the pricing is on the high end. Still, the fact that you do not have to wait days or weeks for a mechanic to complete the work, or wait on a part, it’s such a comfort.
Took almost 10 minutes after arrival before I was approached by service rep. Estimate 2 hours for service. Staff is pretty rowdy. Wish the chairs were more comfortable. But warranty work was done, and i was on my way home. So, basically pleased that work was done within the promised time.
Everyone was very friendly and they answered all my questions. The salesman who helped me out was Paul N., he was really helpful, showed me some different models and he was really easy to talk to. Ive been to other Toyota dealerships where the vibe was a little off but the vibes here was very positive.
Very poor customer service. Wait time of 2-3 hours was given for a routine maintenance service. Understandable with how busy it was, however, this time Uber was not provided to transport back when they have provided in the past. We had to pay our way back home just to have them call us 10 min after getting home that the car would be ready in 15 minutes! Wait time for the car ended being about 1 hour.
Worst customer service ever. Been trying to get a tire replaced for days. Called several times, they forward me to several people until i eventually get sent to a voicemail after being left on hold for 20+ minutes SEVERAL TIMES. Called the Santa Monica Dealer And theyve been very helpful. NH Toyota needs to hire more competent staff
I was looking for a very specific model and trim of a car, and North Hollywood Toyota was the only one to have it within 100 miles. I worked with Tim on the sale who was great and was patient with me with any questions I had about the invoice. Shawn was great in finance as well, he clearly explained everything to me every step of the way.Im only knocking one star because I filled out a lot of the information in Autotrader beforehand looking at another car with similar specs, and somehow my information was lost and was never received by North Hollywood Toyota. Not sure what happened, but Im concerned that I gave sensitive information to Autotrader and it never reached its destination, so it may be in North Hollywood Toyotas best interest to look into why that is broken.
Horrible service. I contacted the dealership ready to purchase a vehicle. I was assigned to the salesperson Elizabeth who dodged every question I had. She refused to disclose the asking price of the vehicle and said they would only discuss price in person.Overall I am very disappointed in my experience, lack of service, and zero follow-up. Do better North Hollywood (and Elizabeth)!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Toyota North Hollywood for about 15 years! My repair representative has always been Paul Carrasco! I’ve received from Paul outstanding customer service throughout these years! I trust his advice and recommendations. They have always been accurate and have kept my car running well and me and my love ones safe on the road!!! Paul is a kind, honest great representative for Toyota!!!My experience at Toyota NoHo has been a great one thank to Paul! Thank you Paul!!!!
Toyota services are always on point. I like that I always feel welcome. Took my car for mechanics because I messed up my transmission. Got there early like at 8am had my car fix in the afternoon. They were fast and solved my problem that I was having with my car. Highly recommend it.
I brought my vehicle in for a routine service today with an appointment. I was quoted 1.5 hours to complete the maintenance which already seemed a bit excessive to me, but I waited patiently in the waiting room for 2 hours. At which point I started asking the service advisors what the status was. When I found out they hadnt even started on my vehicle yet. I was then informed that because you make an appointment does not mean you get serviced at that time and that appointment just reserves a spot in line. I was very upset and they ended up getting my vehicle in and out in about 30 minutes, making for a 2 and a half hour oil change. I dont think I should have to bug the service advisors to get my vehicle taken care of in the time frame that was promised to me. Thankfully I can get my vehicles serviced at a different location next time.
Horrible customer service, Willy was the guy that “helped” me. I was there today at 8:30am because I have a warranty for my tires, I had one that I patch and another one that had a nail in it. First he told me they did not have tires in stock, that if i drove my car like that for a week it was okay to drive it for couple more days like that. To order the tired and bring back the car. I asked him to put any tires on my car that I didn’t feel save driving like that and he asked me to wait, that he need it to go check. After couple minutes he comes back that he was going to order my tires from another dealer and it was going to be ready till 3:00pm I told them it was ok. When I go pick up my car the lady was on her phone she asked for my name with an unpleasant tone and just hand me the paper didn’t said a word to me and went back to check her phone. Did not explain anything, for my surprise they only change one tire. I just don’t have words to describe how bad they make you feel. I’m not going back that is a fact.
Toyota of North Hollywood is one of the better dealership on LA to get a new or used car I want appreciate every one .Sergio ,Elizabeth ,Tommy Even the financial manager I forgot his name but he is very good Everybody work as a teamTommy is a salesman his knowledge and PR skills are excellent .He took the time to bring the paperwork to sign it to my workplace I am very impressed for his loyalty and commitment to Toyota of NoHo That’s another level of customer service thank you for Make America Great Again.
Brought in my car for a $150 repair, and they found $1400 of problems. I was mad at first - until they revealed that my last mechanic had misdiagnosed the car. I was planning to get the $5k transmission replaced, and they revealed it was a computer error instead. I ended up saving $4500 by going to the dealership - I couldn’t be more thankful. Pricier than expected in the short term, but ridiculous savings in the long term. I’ll have to think twice next time before visiting my usual spot!
Their billing system are nonsense. I had a problem with the key in July last year, they charged me $500 for new key and said warranty is 1 year. The problem was never fixed. I came back this year in May, which is 10 months apart, they charged me $1000 for the same thing and said they did not investigate well enough last year. What an answer! When I asked why I had to pay for exactly the same thing I paid last year, noone can answer me except for the manager and the manager was never there. Theyre making excuse to avoid answering my question. Will definitely not come back to this dealer anymore.
First time buying from this dealer, I got a couple toyotas before from different dealership but to be honest North Holywood Toyota went beyond my expectations. Their prices beat most competitors! If you are planning to do a trade in or just buying a used car, I assure you they have something good for you. Definitely Im coming back to make business again.
I make appointment at 8:50am and I arrived at 8:46am and left my car with service department. After 3 hours waiting no one touch my car and when I ask to advisor he answered oh your are on this list and wait for another hour.What is the reason to make appointment if my car is on the list, I don’t understand.This is no the first time happening.Could you please call me back, my service is paid already by Toyota care and I want my money back
Watch these Snakes!! We just went through the process of trying to purchase a vehicle and were told that they would review the app with finance manager once our credit was pulled. We pulled credit and they told us they would have an answer shortly. I was called back by finance personnel who said the vehicle we were trying get just sold. They had no other vehicle at the same price point to offer so I would have to buy a more expensive vehicle that would be closes to what I wanted available. ( NICE UP SELL!)Iam filing a complaint with Federal Trade Commissioner , California Bureau of Automotive and Toyota Coporate as we speak!!!Pulling hard Inquiry on someone credit and then telling them the vehicle is not available to them, is not a good enough answer for me.Watch these crooks!
Not pleased with the service dept overall. My brand new car needed an alignment because of LA roads. $149 later my steering wheel is now off center so to drive straight the wheel needs to be turned. My AC makes a horrible noise on occasion and Toyota has a service bulletin which I provided them, but no effort was put it to try and address it. I also got it back significantly dirtier than when I dropped it off and honestly it was all a big waste of time.
No star at all! When I went they were all like only people with appointments will be served, so they made an appointment for me. The next day, I went again, and the guy I had an appointment with, Paul, was working with other people who didnt have appointments. His attitude was exasperating, and the overall experience was disappointing!
I have to say Bianca and Tarek made leasing a car with Toyota of North Hollywood a pretty easy transaction to my surprise. Bianca was truly awesome from start to finish don’t let her go! She was very attentive making sure I was good, she asked me several times do I need anything. When she would leave she’d would always say I will be right back with a big smile, she really took care of me and she was funny too. Tarek was pretty cool too he made me laugh a lot! He shares the same name as my brother so right away I liked him. But most of all Bianca did help get my néw car note lower than my previous car note which was one of the reasons I came in to lease a new car it truly was a win win. Everyone I dealt with was professional and extremely friendly. I went into the dealership expecting to need a cosigner for a loan on a car but they worked really hard to make it possible for me to get a loan on my own and keep the monthly payments at what I said was personally affordable. There was no need for negotiating or getting multiple quotes, which is what Ive dealt with at other dealerships. The first offer they came to me with was what I needed. I was able to get the car I really wanted, (which has never been an option for me for multiple reasons) at a price I could afford, without a cosigner, which also I never thought would be possible. They helped me accomplish a personal goal. I never post reviews (horrible I know) but I cannot express enough how amazing my experience here was and if someone thinks the way I did about trying to get a new car hopefully this will encourage them to try!(shoutout to Steve who helped me from the phone call before I went in all the way through me driving the car off the lot. There were so many other people who made this experience great and really helped me but I cant remember your names! Im so sorry, but thank you all!)

I sent my fiance out to help my mom get her vehicle they told him the car was sold and they didnt have it I called and asked about the same car and they were very nice to me and the car was magically there. Its very sad that 2022 we still have people discriminating over skin color when I got here as a Spanish speaker I was helped by my African American fiance cant get the same respect thats horrible
What is normally a very stressful activity for me - buying a new(er) car turned out to be surprisingly pain free. The had several cars in my price point & low mileage requirement. They gave me a fair tradein on my Prius and their finance people worked to give me the financing/payment plan I wanted. Sales LuisHarley Esparza was great. He was knowledgeable, personable and was genuinely interested in finding me the best car for my needs rather than any hard sell just to make a deal. Im quite pleased with the car & deal I got. Would absolutely recommend them.
I tried buying a car from Toyota North Hollywood on April 26, 2021 by Symon and Sergio who assisted us. We ended up getting a Camry LE. Tarek the finance Manager along with Shawn were the one assisting us with the forms electronically. I even asked Tarek what’s the total of the car and he didn’t fully explain the amount when I went back to his office. He was too busy just trying to sell us the maintenance for the car to get you to pay more. When we got home we tried reviewing the contract. What caught me off the most was how did a Toyota Camry LE that’s 24,970 + it’s MSRP which is 26,343.00 total became a 37,330 dollar cash price plus all the other charges they tried giving us becoming a total of a 55,352.00 sale price. I had put 10,000 dollars down to have the “ 4.9% interest rate” and was suppose to pay 630 for 72 months. Is that even relevant? The cars actual price is 24,970 NOT 37,330.We went back today April 27, 2021. Symon avoided all calls and text messages and said “he’s off for the next two days”. Also an employee mentioned when me and my mom came to the dealership that Symon was helping another customer and that he will talk to us once he’s available. So We ended up talking to Sergio. Sergio was making it seem like that’s the total price of the car is 37,000 + when it’s not. He didn’t give us the sticker but the paper he printed out stating it was 24,970. So where the 37,330 plus the MSRP you’re mentioning? We told him to correct it and show us the cars sticker of the total of the price and still nothing happened. He tried threatening us about the bank, the towing, and not getting a refund on my down money, and how they will bring the car back to the house when we decided to cancel and returned the car and the keys the moment we were there since he didn’t want to help or even fix their ERRORS.If you ever come near these people please avoid or if there is no option double check your contract.This is complete FRAUD. They were trying to get more money out of us. I will make sure to report this to Toyota.*****WE ARE PAYING FOR TWO CAMRYS WITH THIS PRICE.*****55,332.00?!?!?!? You got to be kidding me. This is overwhelming.We have our papers to prove what they were trying to charge us and how the car is 24,970 + MSRP. I will confirm as well once I have proof of what’s the sticker price.This is a Toyota Camry LE that has no customs made in to the car and it’s basic.Also my parents has bought their 2012 Toyota Corolla and 1998 Toyota Sienna in the same dealership yet it has never happened before.——————————————————————————To add up to my previous ratingWe came in today April 30, 2021 to resolve the issue with the contract. We are satisfied with the outcome and how the cars price went down to 29,588.00.I would like to thank AJ the general manager and Gina for being so helpful with the process. Guapo has also been very helpful and did his best to accommodate with us about the total price. This issue took a bit awhile today to resolve but we got it all cleared out.This time around we were able to read to the contract electronically through our email. It wasn’t like the first time where my parents had to sign 50 times and didn’t even see what was being signed in the contract.Thank you once again for resolving this matter. AJ, Gina and Guapo did a tremendous job with dealing with our situation.
Always have a very good experience at North Hollywood Toyota! They are exceptionally well organized and they know exactly what maintenance or repair work my car needs and they always do a perfect job!! They also let me know if there is something that looks like it may need to be repaired or taken care of in the near future. I feel very secure that my car is in good shape for me to get back out on the road or even take a trip, knowing that I will be safe and that nothing is going to go wrong unexpectedly… thank you North Hollywood Toyota for your awesome service!!!
I’ve been coming here for about 10 years. All of the service managers are great. The work is done well and quickly and I’ve never had an issue. I’ve leased Toyotas and Lexus’ and my service experience at North Hollywood Toyota has always been better.They’re updating the service lounge area and it’s about 3/4 finished. That’ll make a great experience even better.
It was an absolute pleasure working with the North Hollywood team! Alfredo took care of my concerns throughout the buying process and had a uplifting spirit throughout our time together. At the end of the day, I got what I wanted and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I would highly recommend working with the Toyota team in North Hollywood!
I feel like I paid too much for the car; it was thousands more than I wanted to pay. They started at $5,000 over MSRP. I got it down some (not enough) but it seems to be a sellers market now. I bought the Camry LE Hybrid but not my first choice of color. If they know you want the car, they have you where they want you. I wish the biggest purchase of my life was a more pleasant one.
Let me start out with Dan.. he was the 1st person we were in contact with about the Toyota Tacoma, he stayed with us from the time we arrived to the time we left... introduced us to George who made the financing easy as 1,2,3 with our contract.. everyone we met were very welcoming and made us feel like family...I recommend North Hollywood Toyota to get your next car or truck... great team to work with.
This was my first time at this dealership. I would recommend they work on a better system of checking cars in, I had an appointment and it was still close to 20 minutes before someone helped me. Initially they only had one gentleman checking people in, after 15 minutes another came to help. The service was a little under how long they estimated. It would also be helpful for some signage, or having them tell you when they call you that your car is ready that you need to go to the cashier in the parts building to get your car back. It was definitely more organized at Pasadena Toyota.
Shout out to Angel on Sales and Jorge on Finance. They made my purchase of a Tacoma such a breeze. No time wasted, negotiating with Angel was straight to the point and he was able to meet my budget without any hassle. Great communication between both Angel & Jorge. Thanks. Satisfied customer!
It’s like the phones don’t work or something. I’ve been transferred about 8 times and have gotten absolutely no where. Service transferred me to parts for ME to ask if they have something available and then for parts to transfer me back to service only for service to not answer. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for over 30 minutes now and no one can help for some reason, now the service department is closed and I have to continue to drive with a bubble in my tire c:
The staff at Toyota North Hollywood are one of the best! From purchasing my car with them to taking my car in for service. I had a concern on my breaks due to hearing a squeak sound. The staff are so kind and helpful and friendly. Willy helped me out and was kind to explain to me my concerns and questions. I always leave the dealership satisfied. I’m so happy I chose Toyota of North Hollywood as my dealership.
Hi there happy to leave a review.Let’s see this is my first time at your service are and wasn’t as nice as I expected for just being remodeled. However, it wasn’t too crowded and the line moved well and the service men were very nice and helpful.As for the service waiting room very nice except no chairs in the area closest to the service area but in the sales department where we were sent, very nice!As for the service area for paying and picking up your car, not so nice! People working were nice enough, not overly helpfull, but it is really a small area with to much product mixed in, nothing elegant about it!There should be two separate lines at least one for service, one for purchase and some sitting area would be nice too because they don’t pull your car up right away!Also, no car wash and no free car rentals!Now I know I’m spoiled due to only having Volvo’s and Cadillac in the past and I’m also very upset for what I ended up paying for a Rev4!I wanted to bye a new car that I could pay off early and have no payments! Didn’t happen!!!I wanted a hybrid and have it paid for in 3 years to keep but that isn’t going to happen because I ended up leasing it with a lot down and still will owe a lot at the end of the lease!Not happy with the purchase or the auto but it does handle nicely and is powerful!I guess it just doesn’t give me the elegance I’m use too! Just my fault not the car’s!
Ive been here 3 times and the customer service here has been poor each time, but worse each time. The third time I went, employee was on his phone, playing a game and didnt acknowledge me for about 15 mins. When I was finally important enough to be noticed, they told me they couldnt even help me charge my battery or do anything for me and recommended some random guy. Not even a company. Just a guy with a first name. They guy was also rude. When I asked why each time I come here nobody pays attention to me, the guy said its because of the labor shortage. Really poor experience here and I dont recommend anyone go here. I asked for them to inspect my car, they spat out a price and just told me to go park somewhere else. The three times I went there, I got bad customer service and no service on my actual car. Waste of time.
I appreciate the call from Toyota to offer to schedule an appointment for service. When I went the service was fast and I didn’t wait long when I picked up my truck. However I just had a baby and recently found out there’s a nail in my tire. I mentioned it to the gentleman that helped me. I was going to tell him my tires are insured and try to get some guidance but he didn’t even let me finish when he just said we don’t do tires at Toyota u need to go to a tire shop. I just feel he could off hear my needs but he even repeated in Spanish I need to go to a tire shop. I really felt bummed out because I have a 1 year an a half old truck and I was sent home with a nail in my tire and I carry a 4 month old baby with me. I feel he could of guide me better.
Not the greatest experience! Be careful! Their job is to sell and get you off the lot! They will try to make all the accommodations in the beginning just to get you off the lot but won’t be followed through as their job is done once the sell is secured lol be careful!!! The main person that it’s ran by (or the person that approves the sale price-after negotiation-with the sales man) is a **certified** a hole, sorry lol but truth I’m sure their employees know too/wouldn’t disagree lol
Worst experience ever. Service Advisor: Alex Valencia has no people skills or customer service training he is a arrogant, self center. Thinks things are his way or the highway. Told me I would be charged $155 to diagnose my engine light codes. Called me back to say he would need more time and I would be charged $495 to diagnose the issue. When questioned and asked what was done initially, he did not like it. He told me to pick up my car if i didnt like it and transferred me to Gina (Customer service) without asking me if I wanted. I asked for a manager and straight out told me there were no managers. When I attempted to reach a manager. The only people I was able to reach was Billy and Sergio from the Sales department the only two nice and individuals with people skills. I car stayed in the shop for 2 and a half days. Left multiple messages to Gina (customer service) and Leon Correl (service manager). They never bothered calling me back after a second trip back to the dealership to attempt to speak to someone i finally ran into Gina who did not denied getting my messages. Obviously they dont care. She finally started addressing the issue. At the end according to them it was just a loose gas cap. When I asked her about the extra diagnostic testing they had done all she did was giving me a print out of the code scan after they had cleared all the codes. I told her make sure they tested all the monitors which is the only way to truly ensure the codes were cleared but they didnt even do that. They are crooks. The waved their diagnostic fee and I took my car home but obviously didnt do anything other than checking the car for leaks, tighten the gas cap, and supposedly drive the car around to see if any of the codes would come back. One of the most important codes wont even show up like that. You have to meet certain requirements and needs to be tested when you check all The monitors on the car. Worst experience ever. Dont go here unless you want to give money away for free and like to be treated as if you are asking for charity. ALEX VALENCIA thinks he owns this place.
Not happy at all with the service provided by your service agent Rooney Kellman and his supervisor Peter Fernandez. I dont know if their miserable working there but they were rude and very unprofessional. This will be my last time servicing my car there. I dont even want to rate them a star if a could!
Not a fan of this dealership. The sales team seem to relish in the fact that they are charging upwards of 30% over MSRP because “that’s just the way it is”... the attitudes here are arrogant and felt like your typical sleepy car sales guys, looking forward to the market softening and never buying a vehicle from here...
Luis was awesome! Super friendly, respectful, and efficient. We drove up from san diego and needed to be certain that this visit would be worth our while and Luis did that and more. He had the car detailed, inspected, and ready to be test driven the day of, and was waiting for us with the car in front of the lot when we arrived. Was hesitant about this place at first because of some of the bad reviews, but we gave it a shot and it worked out great. Thank you NH Toyota
Best customer service Mercedes is very helpful and makes sure to put you in a new car Guapo the manager makes sure you qualify for the bes interest rates both are helpful ,fun and friendly and always makes sure you leave happy both are the best at what they do and I’ll keep coming back to see them always
Beware of after purchase customer care. My purchasing experience was great, but the dealership is lacking in after sale customer care. I have a total loss claim (AKA totaled car) with Toyota Financial. In order for me to use the GAP insurance I purchased at North Hollywood Toyota (NHT) (Toyota GAP), Toyota must receive a refund of the extended warranty I purchased from NHT. Toyota told me that NHT had 30 days to issue a refund of the extended warranty. My total loss claim was on 3/13/19, and NHT was notified by 3/16/19 of the total loss. According to Toyota, NHT requested an additional 8 days to issue the refund after the 30 days had already passed. I was then told on 4/29/19 that the dealer had not issued the refund yet and their account will be debited. As of 5/2/19, I have been instructed to wait another week to follow up as they can finally see a refund is in process. As of writing this, I have had to make 2 payments on a car I no longer have because of NHT.My Prime was broken into on the street and over $25,000 worth of parts were stolen.
Very busy place. But even though I didnt have an appointment they worked on my car whiting 2hours to give me a diagnosis. Parts were order to fix my car and was ready next day as promised time. Advisor Willy was very professional. I would definitely go back in the future for any maintenance or issues with car.
I bought a truck from there used department a few months ago has been giving me issues. I have has a rental where we don’t all fit for a month now and I get the run around from the staff now. I won’t recommend getting any used vehicles from here, since I bought the truck I had issues with them. Its so sad to see the lack of customer services to the point I call and there just send my call voicemail now. I haven’t missed a payment for my truck even paid this month for a vehicle I haven’t had. I called lemon law since the first service it needed brakes and rooters, only got the brakes done. Then the muffler started rattling after that my transmission started skipping and my tv inside never worked.
I keep getting calls from this number every day, when I pick up I can hear people chatting in the background, but nobody responds. It might be one of the sales representatives just calling customers and says nothing and reports to his manager that he’s making a lot of phone calls.
These people are taking advantage on the high demand for hybrid vehicles. I came to buy a Highlander Hybrid the XLE, for which the price range is from 42k to about 45k and they have it for almost 55k!!!!!I would recommend Toyota of Ontario or Temecula if you want to get a fair price vehicle.
Efficient scheduling and good service. Car was ready earlier than promised! I especially like that they called me to remind me of my scheduled service. And I appreciated the cleanliness of not only covering the car seats with plastic, but also covering the steering wheel and door handles. Little details like that go a long way towards customer satisfaction.
I went from (3) yrs. lease to actual purchase of my vehicle, I couldn’t be more satisfied with North Hollywood TOYOTA!. The last 3 years have been great from Service Manager Leon to Leasing/ Finance Dept. Guapo and Bianca were outstanding!! Both went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in purchasing vehicle . I love the service here, never an issue with my car service taking more than 2 hours. Usually an hour or a little more, but it seems like they have a good amount of staffing to take many cars at once. I made the appt yesterday, and was surprised they had availability on a Saturday afternoon. Checking out is always seamless and not much of a wait in line usually. They’re currently renovating their lobby, but it seems like they have more open areas to wait and access to bottled water. Also, I love that they are very careful to line the inside of the car and use disposable protective coverings so you feel a better about their commitment to keep everyone safe. Thank you Toyota North Hollywood & Paul who assisted with car service!
Brought my car to North Hollywood Toyota last week. Received great service. Our advisor, Willie, was excellent. He called us to let us know what was needed for the maintenance, and also told us our the percentage of tread left on our tires which was helpful. I appreciate that they dont push but provide you with the information you need, then you can plan for expenses and schedule accordingly. This is my 3rd Toyota. They are great cars!
I have no complaint, the attention they give me has always been very good. Only something happened today that I didnt like. A small spring that opens the gas cap snapped. As users of the vehicle, we have no contact with that part, which means that it was defective. The technicians very kindly changed it for me. Everything was fine, until I went to pick up the car, and I had to pay for that part. I am not complaining because I had to pay for it, but because it is something that they had to replace because it was defective. From there on out, all good.
Very highly recommed this dealership! Direct to the point and very honest salesperson (Julio C.). He also worked out an amazing deal based on my credit score. And he listened to what we were looking for and was trying not selling me just any car. Knowledgeable and patient salesperson and staff. Quick financing and paperwork! Lets see if I hear from him. Wonder why they returned the car with all of the windows open as well as the back sun roof. Fine. Open them. But why not close up when you are done???

I had really a bad experience with their service department today. I used to bring all my cars to this place for repairs and services. Today I went for a routine service but the service rep. Alex, was trying very hard to sell me services I didnt ask nor my car was in need of. After half an hour he called to tell me that there are more problems with my car. Based on his quotes I would have walked away with a $1500 bill. I trusted my instinct and declined all additional repairs. After my visit I went straight to another mechanic shop to just have a peace of mind and also verify issues that he was claiming was wrong with my vehicle. It turned out that I was right. I was made believe that my car had a leak, and needed an expensive part to be changed. It was indeed a false claim either by their mechanics or the service rep. Alex.It is needless to say that I was very disappointed and felt being targeted for scam.If you have a warranty from them and you could get your car serviced for free, by all means use their service. But if you are looking to bring your car there for repairs and services, think twice before you do so. Do yourself a favor and find a trusted mechanic and save yourself headache and money.
Brought my car in for maintenance and a rattle they did that they were to busy to take care of the rattle today do I would have to bring it in another day. I said that was alright the writer asked me when I wanted to pick up my car and I told him I’m off of work at 5 he said by then they are closed but he would leave paperwork and my keys with the cashier for a late pick up this did not happen and when the sales manager got involved he took care of 4 sales customer and it took 40 min before he even tried anything to get my car out of the lot eventually I was told that there was nothing they could do and I was left without a car. I would not recommend this place and definitely don’t believe them when they say they can do a late pick up.
I had the best experience at North Hollywood Toyota. This is my second car from them. Usually buying a car can be stressful, but the whole staff made it a relaxing event. Big shout outs to Bianca and Tarek, and to the guy that gave me peanut butter stuffed pretzels because I was starving.
Russ figured out the problem with my truck right away and parts for repair came quickly. Can’t ask for more than that. But I continue to be frustrated with the phone and online communication from the dealership. Everything comes from 800 numbers and not the local numbers. And there’s still no online appt scheduling. It’s almost 2022. Time to catch up!
Scheduled an appointment here for a recall repair and my last toyota care service on my Tacoma. The fact that this is the first time I got my vehicle back in the time frame I was quoted from any dealership ever is what is leading me to give them 5 stars. Aside from that, the service staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
I have never felt like going and getting a car was like a partnership with the dealership until I found North Hollywood Toyota!!! Waited almost 4 hours for maintenance on my car , I wish I would’ve known prior scheduling my appointment to have someone pick me up . I asked if they offered uber rides back home but they only offered rides no further than 5 miles from the shopThey could’ve at least offered free coffee/beverages and snacks for the wait . but nothing .. Toyota get it together and treat your customers better complete inconvenience
I just recently traded in my old lease vehicle for a new lease vehicle here. Jerry R and all of his colleagues were great to work with. I didn’t feel pressured or feel like I was being taken advantage of in any way. I’ve also had cars serviced here before and they always do a great job! I think the inside may have been remodeled/repainted recently too. The whole place looked great and I had a great experience. They are also on top of Covid safety protocols and everyone was wearing a mask, so you have extra piece of mind that you’re having a safe car buying experience. Highly recommend!
Made an appointment on the phone yesterday. I was given two choices: 9:40 and 10-something. I chose the 9:40. Was told a minor service and should take two hours. Two hours later I was told I needed additional service. Didn’t they know that earlier? I asked how long it would take and was told they were busy because of thanksgiving. So, um, why give me two appointment choices instead of saying they were busy and having me come in next week? I opted for the additional service.Their choice of piped-in music really sucks.
Wonderful staff my adviser Alex kept me informed I took a chance and went with out an appointment I ended having issues I was not expecting but they were taken care of the price was a little higher but what can you expect it’s the dealer lol thanks again for your great job
Started off good with the receptionist Mariel but the sales person was friendly but when it came to talking about the price of the car, went south fast! He asked for 10k on top of sticker price! Id rather of gotten a TYPE R if I wanted to be in a big debt vs. the car I went to see. Guy even lied to me before I went telling they had the colors I asked for. Very disappointed why Im giving a 2 star.

Very poor customer service. When making the appointment I was told that the service would take less than an hour. So, I juggled my schedule to get the recall done. When I arrived for my scheduled time they told me it would take 5-6 hours. This is completely dishonest. They luring me in for a recall will a quick turnaround time, then they switch once you arrive. Dont use the dealer. Check the other one star reviews for similar experiences.
Had to bring my car in for a recall. Got a quick appointment, with texts to confirm - always helpful :) Bonus I live within a few miles so they paid for an Uber so I could go home while they serviced my car. Also bought new windshield wipers from them and they put them on for me before I left. Excellent service all around.
Had a very great experience, everyone who helped me that day was so nice and so accommodating, they worked hard to get me the best possible deal. When we arrived we thought we would leave empty handed because they didn’t have there the car we wanted, but Alfredo was so helpful he looked in the system and got us the exact car, down to the color. Best dealer we have visited.
Im not the type of person who write reviews because I believe in second chances but definitely Ive been giving to this customer service dealership way more than second chances, customer service at the service department is truly horrible, they make you feel like if they making you a favor and this is only for regular oil changes.Dont even try to bring any issues to them besides a regular oil Change because apparently everything that is not an oil change is complicated for them, my radio is having issues connecting to Android/apple car is been giving me an error code about some Entune app, which the guy who helped me by the name Russ Pascal (loos like a supervisor) didnt even let me finished explaining the issue when he jumped in to his conclusions that thats something normal and he have the same issue and is pointless to try to fix it, which I asked why is that normal and he said dont really know but theres nothing we can do, is an app related thing or maybe is your phone or your cable and if we check that will take about 6 hours or more to give you your car back today is my only day off and I dont have much time available to come back or to wait for that long (which I know is no ones fault) but they totally make a customer not feel value at all.25 minutes later I ended up telling him to just do the oil change because he told me he will bring someone before the oil change to read the error and to tell me pretty much the same thing he told me before..If they really care about keeping loyal toyota customers to this dealership they really need to train their employees with better manners and way way better customer service experience.Look for another dealership for any issues with your car, dont waste your time bringing your car here!!!
The ladies that call your Uber and do the paperwork are on the phone on personal calls the whole time. They ignored me and when one of them called me screamed at me and with an attitude. It happened again when I went to pick up my car because all of them are like that. The rep who took care of me did a good job but those ladies behind the counter did not. This customer service its disgusting.
I so appreciate the high level of care and service that I get from Hollywood Toyota. They are almost always able to get me in the day I need service. They catch things before they become a catastrophe in my older Prius. Specifically, they found a leak in my water pump just a couple of days before I headed through the Grapevine. Whew! My service specialist is Russel, and he is amazing. Super professional and truly cares about my car and me. I always feel treated fairly and respectfully. Thank you!!!
Im very disappointed to say the least!Myself along with my daughter in law, went looking for a specific car. And we found one in pretty bad shape, but I good salesman will only point out all the good. As I’m disabled a lot of the contract information was difficult for me to understand. I’m disabled and on a fixed income. I mentioned this on two different occasions, but it was of no concern to them. It took me a year plus the sale of my old car to save enough money to replace it.I was never explained terms of loan or monthly payments. Which turned out to be 200$! Much much more I can afford to pay. When I realized this I called the dealership right away and again explained my limited income and would not be able to pay 200$!. I was told by that there was nothing they could do. Their hands were tied, yet Toyota financed me, and an employee from the financial department couldn’t help. I find it hard to believe.I was also told that by George a finance manager that he would do his best to get my payments at least lowered.Never received a call from anyone else.I figured I would have to choose to default on my loan or go without food or whatever I could go without to make payments as I was getting nowhere with dealership.I emailed this morning about some general questions, and now they are completely avoiding me or my emails.I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone as the only concern is the sale of a vehicle, not their customers.Extremely disappointed, and hurtEspecially during this time that so many are suffering to Covid. I would expect us to come together and do everything honestly possible to help your clients.The bottom line is Sales work is only about the mighty dollar !And my situation is clear proof.

Straight up markup on every car pre and post covid. If you ask for TRD pro forget about it. Over 10k mark ups and they will laugh at you asking msrp. Thank God for the internet i was able to get on out of state with no markups... that was the first issue i had... years later (present time) i walk in there looking for a Camry hybrid.. 5k mark up!!!!!!! are you kidding me... i checked all the cars rav4 marked up Tacoma marked up.. these guys are using covid as a reason to screw over customers. i will never buy here again... in fact all Toyota dealerships in California are complete garbage
Toyota clearly states on their website if you get warranty work done on your car and your car has to be kept overnight because the vehicle is not done and unsafe to drive a loaner car will be provided. I dropped my car off at 9:40am and was later contacted by Toyota North Hollywood around 5pm that they would have to keep my car overnight. I asked if I could pick up my car and drop it back off the following day and I was told my car wasnt safe to drive. I asked for a loaner car and was denied. I told Toyota that this would cause me to have to call in sick from work the next morning and I was told a day off is always nice. Was just overall a very frustrating experience
I just bought a new car at North Hollywood Toyota. I’m very pleased with the service I was given. This is the second time that I have used Carlos Marin is my sales agent. He is tops. He went above and beyond to get me the car that I was after, even in these complicated times. I was also very pleased with how much they gave me in trade for my use car. It is definitely worth giving North Hollywood Toyota a chance to make you a deal.
Ive been here multiple times for service, but yesterdays service was not as good as times before. My service agent recommended a repair based on seeing my current mileage when I arrived, before giving me a printout out of my estimate that has my vehicle repair history on it. I declined the service suggested, and noticed after my scheduled repair was completed, the suggested repair that was mentioned when I arrived was not listed on the vehicle inspection sheet as something that needed to be checked out at a later date. It seemed I was being pushed a service not needed at the moment. When I got into my car, I noticed the next scheduled appointment mileage sticker didnt match my paperwork for my next service. I also noticed my driver seat was not in the original position as if someone was leaning back in it while driving. That hasnt happened before.
I usually equate buying a new car to getting a tooth pulled when without anesthesia. This time was different, thankfully.If you’re looking for a new Toyota, go to North Hollywood, Toyota and ask for the salesperson named Bianca Kashyap. She is the BEST. We got in and out with a new car very quickly and it was an overall wonderful experience. The finance manager, Sedrick Sabada was also a pleasure to deal with.
I was extremely satisfied with the professional assistance Ive received now on my two visits to North Hollywood Toyota with Brian Tobias.I initially went as a first-time car buyer (ever) to Noho in March of 2020 right before the pandemic. I had never purchased a car before as I was 22 years old. Brian greeted myself and my coworker and right away started to provide honest and helpful recommendations/feedback. Within 30 minutes, I had understood what I wanted, test-drove a car and got to signing my first lease ever for a 2020 Camry. Dealing with Brian was like dealing with a personal friend. I have nothing but good things to say about him.Now, due to unfortunate circumstances that same lease was totaled by a DUI driving early in the morning and I needed to replace my car in July of 2021 once the pandemic had started. I had no idea how bad the car supply situation and price inflation was. I was disappointed because I didnt find the car/cars that I was looking for but I did run into Brian there who provided me great information about the current situation of cars and recommendations. I didnt end up purchasing a car this time with Noho but will definitely be back solely because of Brian.
Its hard to tell where youre supposed to go to pick up your car. The only entrance is the parts and accessories store but it would be helpful if there was a sign to help direct people so they know thats the entrance. If im looking to pick up my car i wouldnt think to go in the parts and accessories door.
After leasing two vehicles in the last decade and deciding to finance the second vehicle to purchase I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism I encountered at this dealership. It started when I talk to a sales person that gave me an appointment to go speak with her about my options. I arrived to my appointment to find out the sales person wasn’t even there that day and proceeded to make another appointment and yet again when I arrive to my second appointment the salesperson was not even at that location in the day.The sales person I did talk to seemed rude and unprofessional so I decided to come back a few days later with a friend of mine who works at a high end brand dealership as a sales person and knows the inns and outs of the business.After we sat down with a sales person and ask how much it would cost for me to purchase the vehicle through Toyota financing the sales person looked at the monitor for maybe five seconds and immediately threw out a number out there. The number was high so we immediately asked how he arrived at the number. The person could not give us a straight answer. He then proceeded to ask for my Social Security to run a credit check. I remind you that I had already leased two vehicles ( in that same dealership) as tier one because of my good credit.My friend intervened stating that there was no need to run my credit yet because we have not seen the numbers and had not decided if we would financed with them yet.They insisted they needed the credit check first. That is factually untrue. We asked them to crunch the numbers as a tear one customer and then run the credit to verify the information once we decided if it was worth a deal or not. Sales person called another sales person which became argumentative when realizing I had a professional with me that knew all their tactics.The manager then came out and pretty much told us to go to a bank or a different place to finance a vehicle. We were shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and to see how obvious it was that they were trying to enact the typical sleazy car salesman tactics on us and that when they realize that they couldn’t, they simply sent us somewhere else.I did finance the vehicle somewhere else and got a very good deal on it because of my good credit. Again this is how they treat a returning customer who has already leased two vehicles in the last decade.
23% dealer markup! I was insulted. 23% for absolutely no benefit. They have some nerve asking this. On top of the ridiculous markup, they offered $500 back from Toyota with an extremely high interest rate when Toyota is offering $750. They wanted to steal $250 on top of the $6200 markup! I do not recommend this dealer to anyone.
I arrived 10 minutes prior of my appointment time for 2nd time service of 2020 vehicle. The porter guide me the lane to stop point and told to wait someone will help. While I was waiting at the very front of lane another vehicle stopped right behind me. Service advisor attended immediately. Then next few minutes another vehicle arrives to my right side lane and greeted within minute. I was waiting as I was advised. After 12 minutes I got off the vehicle and asked the advisor how come you skip me and attend vehicle behind me. I didnt see you he answered me. I replied him that how come you didnt see me but saw the vehicle 2 feet behind me. He just left without excuses or apology.Few minutes later an advisor came and asked me what I need. When I tried to explain my wait time, dont even want hear or offer Courtesy apology.However i notified him couple of concerns, replied me I will do oil change. You call on Tuesday or come again for this issue.Seems like No one care about Courtesy. Bad experience at North Hollywood Toyota service.
Beware of all the fake reviews. Their rating is closer to a 2 or 3, but after so many complaints of breaking customers cars, harassing potential customers, lying about deals, falsely filing paperwork, and lying on repair records, they set several people to create fake accounts to boost their rating. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!They broke a piece of my engine during a routine oil change and tried to tell me it was already broken, and tried charging me $500 to fix it. And before this, I took my car in for a recall, they broke a part attached to the recall and refused to replace it unless I paid $300. THE WORST!!!

I’ve lived several state’s and have received nothing but excellence. I usually take my vehicle to Ventura Toyota but needed a quick service so stopped by.Rooney was very attentive and listened to my service request on my vehicle. I had a really positive experience at North Hollywood Toyota; I bought a Certified Pre-Owned, 2019 Toyota CH-R and couldn’t be happier. Angel and Albert were extremely polite, knowledgeable and down to earth. Used cars are getting especially hard to come by but I was able to get this car quickly and conveniently in less than 4 hours time. The sales manager, Albert even threw in an all-whether trunk liner to match the existing all whether interior of the cabin.Thanks North Hollywood Toyota!

The svc department is rude. When I taking your vehicle, they could not display less interest in what you have to say is wrong. Rooney literally walked away 4 times while I was talking to him and was extremely unsympathetic that it’s a new truck with MULTIPLE issues.I would also never recommend buying from this dealer as they lied to me multiple times and then never followed up to correct. This was the fleet manager as well. Huge guy with an even bigger ego. Worst mistake of my life to believe these people. They took us for a ride during the pandemic. Now I’m sueing 🙌🏻
I had a great experience at north Hollywood Toyota . I just picked up a 2019 Highlander and I love it. I feel like they worked hard at getting me a good rate. And didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want or need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at getting a new or used car. Harley and ridge were great to work with.

Great experience. I went in for an oil change for my old Corolla and as I was waiting I get a phone call from Bianca about getting me set up with a new car. I usually don’t ever take cold calls because of the way that they pressure you. Bianca was really cool and professional. I agreed to meeting her— I was shown some corollas and I got an even better Corolla with options that I liked. I got a better deal with a lower interest rate. She took care of me A-Z. I always recommend my friends and family to noho Toyota. If it wasn’t for Bianca I would have never even considered a new car.
The employees there are extremely friendly even though theyre extremely busy. Really courteous, seems as though they really like to help people not just make a profit. They are connected and concerned with the community that surrounds them. They also have a huge service department ( mechanic ) there who are always busy and get things done in an agreeable time frame. Thumbs up to North Hollywood Toyota 🤣.
It was a bit of a debacle. The rear door on my Rav4 stopped latching properly in the open position, which resulted in my battery dying. After I replaced the battery, I used a plastic cap filled with plaster to push the door latch sensor into the off position and duct taped the door closed.They ordered the part and the next day I went to have it installed. I had an 11:40 appointment but was told it would take 4 hours until it was finished (What is the point of appointments) and they ONLY PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION ONE DIRECTION IF YOU WANT TO GO HOME. That is not an acceptable policy and told Russell that I was going to buy the part and find someone else to install it. Russells decision to ignore policy to keep my business is why this is a two star review and not a one star.It took them 2 hours. When I picked up the car i was told that the other side of the latch was slightly bent and the door wasnt latching easily. I took the car home and looked at the latch to discover the never removed the cap that was covering the sensor and was causing it to not close properly. I dont have a lot of faith in their deductive reasoning.I also noticed a series of scratches on the rear . It looks like they scratched it on a wall while pulling a tight turn around a corner. I cant prove they werent there before so theres no point in pursuing it.Needless to say, this will be my only interaction with this dealership.
I pulled in the service drive and it looked really busy, but to my surprise they got to me within minutes. They commicated with me about everything and got me out of there in the amount of time they promised. The price was as good or better then the big oil change places and I got toyota oil and filter plus a free vehicle inspection.Good job NoHo Toyota!
Last week, I went in to look at a specific Toyota Sienna that’s on their website. The salesman made me go to the dealer before telling me the van wasn’t actually on their lot yet. He then wasted more of my time looking at 3 lots to determine another Sienna wasn’t available. He then tried to pitch Highlanders. I said I wasn’t interested before driving off and he continued calling and texting me about Highlanders. I finally blocked his number. Bait and switch or just a lazy salesman.
Cesar was a wonderful salesman, he made me feel comfortable when I took [my] car for a test drive. Andre made the finance portion of my purchase not much of an inconvenience, due to him explaining each category, of the contract, to me.This dealerships crew knows how to work with you. Not recommending to shop at this dealership. Got a quote for a car from this dealership. Manager named Shawn told me that he would not do bussiness with me if I use his quote and get a better deal somewhere else. This is his response:We do Not go back and forth with clients. You got a good offer from me and then you shopped it and ended up with a lower offer from the other dealership. If I were to get you a lower price than what they have offered you, you will again try to get my offer beat by them.You didnt give me a commitment and I am not interested in sending special offers to be shared and beat by other dealerships.Good luck with your purchase and I hope you get the car for the lowest possible rate, but its not gonna come from me.Sorry, I did not use your offer to counter elsewhere but still got a better deal.If you cant get me the best offer, why would I purchase the car from you? And what kind of dealership not letting customer to pick their best choice? If the quote was the best you can offer, just say this is the best that we can do. What kind of customer service is this?
I always have a great experience at NoHo Toyota. Ive been taking my car for service at this place for 5 years already and will continue to do so as long as I live in the neighborhood. The car drop-offs and pick-ups are always quick and convenient. The service advisors are always very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place to all Toyota owners.
I did not have a great experience at the dealership, first, I was shuffled around from one person to the next , there are a lot of employees here and I was not sure what was going on exactly with my situation for the first 30 minutes I was there,Second, they didn’t let me know what the mileage was in the ‘new’ car I was buying till after I had signed paperwork.Thirdly they high pressured to buy extra unnecessary warranty policies that I didn’t need and it took more than five minutes for them to understand I didn’t want it, and this was in the offices getting ready to sign the check.The whole procedure took twice as long as it should.I did manage to get a bit more off the sales price after finding out it was not a new car however but probably should have gotten more off,Would not recommend Toyota north Hollywood.
North Hollywood Toyota (used cars lot) was the most efficient and friendly car dealer when compared to the numerous visits to other unscrupulous dealers in the area. Luis was an ethical salesman that never pushed any car outside my hardline budget. I would 100% recommend this dealership.
Everyone I encountered were very friendly and professional I was in and out in no time. There I did not feel hassled with, your car needs this and that,if you dont fix now it will cost you more down the line which I did at the El Monte Toyota. I dont mind the longer drive to North Hollywood Toyota, I love it there. Still love it everyone is very professional great customer service!! 08/4/2021

Amazing experience buying a used car from NoHo Toyota! Everyone was extremely kind and very knowledgeable. They have fixed my radio at no cost when I found out it was not working a few weeks after purchasing. They are very accommodating and understanding I highly recommend!!
Leased Car Flat Tire (nail)I had tire coverageDidnt have an appointment maint emergency#1 All Toyota personnel were smiling and pleasant to engage with.#2 The parts that I needed were available, didnt have to order them and wait.#3 All personnel wore masks, outdoor seating was available. My car was covered for COVID safety, steering wheel, door handles and seats covered. I appreciate that.#4 All records on my vehicle were up to date, no issues#5 Nothing delayed the process#6 The Service Manager that I interfaced with , Willy Moreno kept me up to date on the progress of the maintenance required and gave me his card to plan a required recall issue in the future.
Stay away from Toyota of North Hollywood they are thieves. I went in to purchase a 2022 Toyota Prius Alani the internet sales man was helping me he told me no other Toyota dealers had any. They offered me one that was coming in 2 weeks but had to pre purchase and said they had a $10,000 mark up because they so limited in stock so they offered me a Prius LE for $37,000 but the sticker price on the car was $27,000 they haggled me offered me a high interest rate mind you my credit is above 700 and would take no less than $5,000 down payment. I was not happy and walked away and that’s when they reduced the sticker price to $33,000 and lowered the interest. So since I was not sure about the markup I called Toyota of Thousand Oaks and they offered me a 2022 Prius LXE fully loaded for $32,577 with $2,500 down payment and 2.49% interest rate and their markup was only $2,000z Toyota of Thousand Oaks did not haggle me and was straight forward.

2022-02-02I needed a car for my job. I was renting a car that was costing me a fortune. I said enough and decided to try to purchase a used car. My credit was poor and I had a only a car that didnt run to put down. I had in the past purchased a car from them and had great service so I thought I would give them a try again. Despite all odds against me there service was fantastic and they bend over backwards to get me in a great car. I highly recommend them. And in the future when I will buy a new car they will be the first people I will go to. Thanks again!

2022-04-26Everyone working at North Hollywood Toyota was very nice, attentive & helpful. The facility was very clean, spacious & remodeled. I brought my car there for a free recall repair & the service was thorough. They did a complimentary check up to see if anything was in need of attention & explained whether immediate attention was needed or not. They also included the cost which I found to be correct. I am the original owner of my 16 y.o. Toyota RAV4 & I love it. Toyota makes beautiful, well-made, reliable vehicles.

We scheduled an appointment for 1pm today (Friday) and we arrived thirty minutes before our service. It is 4:20pm and my husband and I are just leaving your lot.I presume that you live and work in Los Angeles and are well aware that when you spend 3+ hours to fulfill one errand— the rest of your day is a wash.I am hoping that by contacting you, we can put our heads together to determine the most efficient way for us to continue doing business together as partners. Today we purchased one of your packages for oil changes and tire rotations that was sold to us prior to waiting and are now concerned that we will have to endure this unreasonable waiting period in the future. 2022-02-17I was looking for used vehicles to purchase and Steve Juarez was so helpful. He literally went the extra mile in showing me different types of used vehicles. I had my parents with me and was very attentive with my disabled father that has difficulty getting around but Steve was extremely helpful. 2022-02-05I want to start by mentioning that this place is hands down the friendliest business I have ever stepped into. I didn’t buy my car here, but, it is where I get it serviced. Paul in the Service department is absolutely the best. All of them are. They’re friendly, helpful, and warm. Their service times are great. Today they got me in and out in an hour. I would definitely recommend using them to get you servicing done. They communicate well and everything is always smooth.

2022-06-15There was several cars when I first arrived but the service men are right on it and made it fairly quick and simple. They did keep my car for quite a while which they told me it would be 3 to 4 hours so I was expecting it and they were lovely to Uber me home.Since they kept the car so long they gave me a car wash certificate which I thought was very kind.I’m used to having my car washed when I took it to the service department at Volvo they always did that before returning the car I always thought that was a nice feature!Thank you to the service department they took care of changing the part that was recalled and check my vital signs of the auto. Very happy with them!

2022-06-07Customer service is great. Guys in sales dont really push you to buy cars which sometimes can be very annoying. The best thing is that they dont have any hidden fees like some car dealers do. They offered me an excellent APR for my Toyota. I definitely recommend Toyota of North Hollywood to all car buyers.
