I had an amazing experience at NoHo print and copy today. They were able to print me a big, beautiful poster for a scientific conference. The paper is glossy, the colors rich, and the images sharp. This took less than 10 minutes! Everyone I talked to was super courteous. They went above and beyond when I thought I left my phone there and they helped me locate it. This place definitely deserves the support of the community.
Amazing Print shoppe! The guys are super~duper helpful, and always go above&beyond to make my signage and materials extra beautiful!Did i mention their prices are totally reasonable... i will travel 5miles out of my way to come here, rather than any local Print shop in Hollywood. Thanks! ; )
So I never write reviews but I just had to about this place . I would be arriving close to closing time and so I called to see if they would still be able to print my headshots and they said they would print a sample copy. By the time I got there by sample copy was ready and I decided to print more and THEY DID under 10 min. NO JOKE . I was so surprised but so thankful. So yes GO NOHO COPY AND PRINT! You guys are awesome !
DO NOT LISTEN TO THE HIGH REVIEWS.I will NEVER waste my time at this incompetent business ever again. I would give this place negative stars if it were possible. The managers at this business completely lack common sense and are grotesquely uninterested in helping you with your projects.I needed to make copies of something that was slightly longer than 11 inches. I did not mind the cut-off that would occur from printing on 8.5x11 pages. However, I needed the cut-off to be on the TOP of the page, not at the bottom where text was being cut off. After getting my copies OUT OF THE ORDER I requested, I saw that the cut off point was at the bottom, interfering with the text on the page. When I went back in and asked for them to fix their mistakes (the incorrect order and the bottom cut off,) the manager very firmly stood his ground about being right. I am not the type of person who would ever say the customer is always right, but I do firmly believe in customer service and working with customers to try and find a solution to their problems.I made the suggestion that the manager rotate the paper 180° so that the cut off part ended up at the top of the page, rather than the bottom of it. The manager implied I was trying to rotate the page 90°, on its side, and that he couldnt do that. I tried again and again to explain such a simple task, and once he finally understood, he said he wouldnt print the pages rotated 180° because the same thing would happen. Over and over I tried explaining this SIMPLE TASK and then asked if the manager would print one example page, upside down, and I even offered to pay for the print. The manager then refused to make the single print for me despite my offer to pay.I am so baffled by the level of stupidity I experienced from a place with such high yelp reviews, I have to wonder how many reviews were paid for. After this terrible experience, I drove barely two miles to A Express Copy which not only has a better parking situation, the owner went above and beyond to help me with my oddball situation AT A LOWER PRICE. I highly recommend going to A Express Copy and supporting the owner here instead of overpaying for poor quality and low IQ at NoHo Copy & Printing.
First, great prices. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Second, the employees were quick, level-headed, and extremely helpful—not just to me, but also to the other customers I saw come and go. This is the kind of service that makes someone write a five-star review in their parking lot.Thank you NoHo Copy!
Never go there. Absolutely horrible. I had to send a proposal via email for work by 9am one morning. The shop is supposed to open at 8:30am. The owner was a half hour late to opening the store, took 10 minutes to scan two pieces of paper, and then formatted it in the wrong dimensions. I had to go back to the store when I realized what went wrong. The ordeal made me an hour late to sending the proposal.I will never go there again. Just go to Kinkos, they are more reliable.
Great service, great prices, great people. This place is essential to people in the entertainment industry who have a variety of printing/copying needs and want, like everyone, an affordable, fair price and good customer service. Even worth the drive if you live south of the hills.
Usually quick and courteous; however, went on a Saturday at 3:30 pm, and the door was locked. Hung around for a few minutes in case anyone showed up to unlock the door, and saw 4 other people approach the door and have to leave because they were locked up at 3:30 when their hours are until 4.
Literally the worst place to go. Used to be cheap, now they change prices to rip people off. I Used to pay 6 cents a page. Last time I went in I was charged a dollar for only a one page resume, black and white no images. Stapels is 12 cents a page and doesnt change prices like a bunch of snakes. Never returning
Very accommodating operation. I was doing some contract assistant work for a a businessman who had lost his assistant. He couldnt make up his mind but I always wanted to have something moving and going right now. Very experienced professional micro manager. The poor guy probably had me worried contacting NoHo copy and printing over a single project at least 15 times. Considering the PIA, I was they were gracious did a beautiful job.
I used to live right down the street from these guys. Now that I moved, I really miss them! I wish I could find something remotely close to them. Kinkos? No way! Not even close. At NoHo Copy they always went out of their way to help me out and in a totally Mom & Pop, friendly manner.
This is the only place You should go to get headshots , business cards , scripts flyers these guys get it Best quality , best customer service if you go to a chain copy place that is going to give you the runaround and the quality will not be anywhere near no ho copy , we refer all our bartenders , actors , writers here for over 10 years the prices are better then any where I lost Angeles and customer service is key also these People really care about your business and will not make you wait or make mistakes like you will have at Kinko’s or Staples or any of those other ridiculous overpriced coffee mats
I come here many times for the last 5 years because its close to home. The prices are never constant, and they always reverse the order of what is being charged: as if i purchased 49 copies at 12 cents each when in fact it is 12 copies at 29 cents each. When questioned about I am always told its a mistake or that they just charged it funny.Today I got charged for 39 color copies at 6 cents each and 99 b&w copies at 1 cent each. The young kid was hesitant to give me the receipt when I asked for it. I commented on the fact that I got charged way too much for the b&w copy but he insisted that he was charging me for using the computer and that he was suposed to charge me 49cents for the prints. It is not about the money but the principle of looking at your customers in the eyes and insinuating that they are stupid or they are liars. If you are a potential customer just make sure you verify what you are going to be charged before you print anything to avoid any petty conflicts.
The best printing shop in LA for Headshots business cards any kind of copies good price is not your typical run-of-the-mill Kinko’s personal service great great customer service and they will make sure everything fits your needs and use them for the past 15 years there’s no better place in LA don’t even bother come here
I came here to print my thank you cards with wedding photos to send out to my guests. After my poor experience I would not recommend this place for anyone trying to get decent prints of photos. Go to Arnolds Copy and Printing instead, he knows what hes doing with professional quality prints (and cuts). After getting the initial order I went through and noticed many photos that had bad cuts, showing white, bad creases, or coarse edges (about 1/3rd of the 97 photos had bad cuts). I also needed a few additional photos printed. When I went back to finish up there was someone else there who did a totally unsatisfactory job. The new photos/reprints were poor quality and the wrong aspect ratio, he didnt fix up the photos with poor cuts, and he overcharged me. I asked for a refund for this but received no reply.Firstly, the picture quality was poor, and not the same as the original pics they printed (see the table picture for a comparison- new one is on top, original on bottom). They were also the wrong sizes/aspect ratios- they were taller and skinnier than the originals. He also said theres room for one more since I was asking for 7 and there was an extra space, but then he charged me for 8. He also charged me much more per photo than my original batch: I paid $16.54 for 8 photos, but I paid $104.73 for 97 prints (by my count) originally, so somehow the price doubled. Also, I shouldnt have even been charged for the 3 additional photos I requested, because I was only asking for them to be reprinted since the originals had bent edges. I ended up using the originals with the bent edges anyway since the new prints were such poor quality and different size. So I only ended up sending two of these new prints, the ones that were new photos, regrettably since they now looked like I took them with a cheap phone camera instead of our professional photographer. I also had to cut them myself, since the new photos were also cut poorly with the white edges showing (the other attached photo).I also was asking this employee who helped me to fix up the approximately 1/3 of photos from the original batch which were not cut properly, and he claimed he didnt have enough time, so he only let me give him a few of the worst ones. And I still had to spend an HOUR at home fixing them up with just my own scissors before I could send them out (these photos were included with our thank you cards).I did not receive what I ordered, and I paid over four times what I should have been charged (4 new prints x$1 = $4 + tax). And even those were of very poor quality, so I only sent two (out of necessity since they werent in the original batch). The reprints of the bent photos were useless and I did not send those.I also had asked for the thank you cards to be matte and the photos to be glossy, but everything was matte.

2022-05-09Such an efficient, kind and speedy place! I got my headshots printed, I submitted it on their website the night before after editing and they were able to quickly retrieve it in store and printed in less than 5mins (while multiple tasking with taking passport photos and printing another customers). Great price and deals because theyll print b/w resumes for free and other options. This will definitely be my go to spot for headshot printing!

2018-08-07This place is amazing. Thy always do a great job and go above and beyond with their customer service. Out here in LA it seems like all the photo/printing places are out to scam. NoHo Copy will NOT! I’ve been going here for years and they treat everyone with respect and always do an incredible job. Headshots, script printing, faxing, you name it they do it.

2019-10-22These guys have got it down! They are fast, kind and reasonably priced no matter what you need. What more can you ask for in a neighborhood business? They always make you feel special, and get you in and out quickly. That’s win-win in my book. You can’t justify going to Kinkos or some other copy place with NoHo Copy in the mix!

2021-04-06Roland is extremely helpful in getting small to big projects done in record time. All other printing services do not put as much time and dedication in the level of service that Noho Copy does. I use Noho Copy to get all the deliverables for my company done and it always shocks me when he says that the projects will be done right away and that I’m able to pick it up same day or within the hour. If you’re looking to get anything printed whether it’s headshots, marketing collateral, scripts etc, trust in Roland. You’re in good hands! Thanks Roland for everything and making our company’s projects come to life!

2019-06-07The guys here are very nice and they always help us out when we are in a time crunch. They are always busy, and I can tell why. They are super nice and professional. We usually just come in here to print flyers, but Ive seen them doing much more for others. We will be back:)
