Sarah was the name of the lady in a the service department that helped me. She was amazing to work with. We were able to find a solution to every problem that was thrown at us. In fact Im considering purchasing another vehicle because I know I would be in good hands if ever had any issues with it.
We in the past at other Nissan dealerships had many nightmare experiences but at Nissan of Sacramento they were awesome. We appreciated the ease, friendliness, and kind atmosphere of the staff we worked with especially Jamar and Marisol. Forgive any misspelling of names. They were down to earth and respectful. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
I was happy with my experience up until today. Purchased a brand new 2021 no mileage Nissan Rogue off the lot. When signing paperwork, they asked me if I wanted a service contract. I asked Does that allow me to get all my oil changes free for the first year and will they honor it in Redding since thats where I live? He said absolutely!Turns out, the service contract does NOT cover maintenance of oil changes and such. I was supposed to get a maintenance contract. This is bad business. Every car I own is a Nissan and we were just thinking of trading my 2014 Nissan Altima (paid for) in for another new vehicle. I will absolutely NOT be going back to Sacramento because of this. I would have purchased a maintenance contract if I had known that was what it was called. I SPECIFICALLY asked if it would cover oil changes and I was lied to. Very disappointed.
Your staff member, Clint, made this visit to Nissan of Sacramento my best experience with a dealership yet! No only did he take the time to explain to me what options were available, but as an unexpected problem was found (needed to replace the valve cover gasket), Clint worked both with me and with your mechanics to get all of the work on my vehicle completed while still allowing me pick up the vehicle in time to meet my previously scheduled obligations. Additionally, after talking to Clint, I have scheduled my vehicle for a detail service on Tuesday the 12th at Nissan of Sacramento. People like Clint, who are knowable about technology, organized and can juggle, are patient and take time to listen to customers and thoroughly explain the details, are incredibly rare these days. I hope to be able to work with Clint on future automotive projects!
Clint did a fine job. Answers to this survey are in no way a reflection on him.Short handed on a Saturday morning I guess.Maybe get a porter to greet the backup on drivewayLots of idle hands over on wash rackCell phones out and goofing off…One porter did stand out… he saw me hanging about and asked me if he could help me as I was watching express service work on my car. I did not unfortunately get his name
I was going to wait for my vehicle, but they let me know because of the services I requested it was going to take about 3 hours ( I was expecting an hour or 2) They quickly offered me a shuttle service directly to my home and even picked me back up when the car was ready. That certainly was appreciated, and made things easy.
1st experience with service department at Nissan of Sacramento after buying our 21 Murano SL. We had the 5K mile service and multi-inspection. Our Service Rep., was very courteous, kept us up to date on vehicles progress and gave us a complimentary car wash. Waiting room was nice and comfortable. Only thing missing at 7 am was no coffee in the waiting room. Other than this, it was an exceptional 1st experience.
Luis was our salesman. He provided great customer service. We purchased Nissan pathfinder 2020 and got a great deal out of all Nissan dealership this one is the best. After purchased, we received few phone calls from them asking how was their services and if I needed anything else. Great car buying experience. I will definitely buy my future car from them and also I would recommend to all my friends, family, colleagues and who reads this review.
Disappointing and frustrating to say the least. I had scheduled an appointment during the week, and was worried about my car so I called to see if I could get it in sooner, the guy on the phone assured me earlier availability was possible. He said the soonest was for Saturday. Which was suprising considering it was a Saturday. I took the appointment and got a confirmation the following Friday evening. I showed up on Saturday took about 15 minutes before someone came to my vehicle and said maintenance wasn’t taking any more cars. Which I informed them I had an appointment. He said no they couldn’t take anymore cars. I asked if I ever was going to Be notified that my appointment was being canceled, he said he wasn’t sure. ( guess what ! Never got a call saying my appointment was canceled) I asked why would the guy book an appointment for me and you guys not follow through with it. His only reason was it was Saturday and I should of came earlier?? I said I had an appointment there would of been no reason for me to come earlier… so now I’m left trying to get my car fixed and highly disappointed with the customer service I received
I’ve visited at least 4 different Nissan Dealerships to which not a single one can help me get out of a leased vehicle I did not want anymore.A salesperson named Mr. Charles Stewart greeted me the first thing I entered his dealership at Nissan of Sacramento. I already know what car I wanted and Charles got me a new car that fits my style and budget. He worked hard to get me approved amidst my low credit score. He landed me on a payment plan that I can afford. If you are looking for a vehicle or if you’re in some kind of trouble in the automotive spectrum, ask for Charles Stewart from sales, he can make anything possible!!!!!!Will go back to Charles and his amazing dealership again for my next business !Thank you Charles and Nissan of Sacramento!
I made the appointment at 4:30 for my first service in my new car. The first man came to me to say it is too late for services. They could not take my car. Then the technician who takes the pictures came out did not say was too late. So there is a discrepancy here. In the end they took my car because I had the appointment done online.
My car gas cap got lost yesterday and I called them, they scheduled with them today to get it done ✅ which I think is extremely fast service.I went in today and they checked my car, which they did have the part I need.Todd was very helpful through my first time experience with them, he was very gentlemanly and professional! After they took my car, they had someone took me back home which I don’t need to worry about sitting there for couple hours. Then about two hours, they have my car done and cleaned! I love it!Also during this COVID-19, they have hand sanitizer everywhere! This is my favorite Nissan dealership so far, definitely will come back to them again! Great store!
Awful experience! 2 weeks of trying to fix Nissan recall which is required by DMV for registration renewal. Scheduled appointment online 1 week ahead. I even have gotten 2 reminders about that appt. Theyd rather remind their service department! On the day and time of appt nobody knew about it. They even had no idea that they had this appt. Obviously there was nothing available on that day! I drove 30min one way with my 1yo to know they could not help me! Comn! Its not my issue! Its you recall! Thinking about new car, definitely not Nissan!
I purchased my second Nissan from this dealership in 2018 and I am still angry about my experience. They would not sell the car to me unless I bought the extended warranty. In fact another Nissan employee walked up to me and said that financing would not go through unless I bought the warranty. This may be unlawful. After buying the car with warranty, I attempted to cancel this unwanted warranty a month later, but the finance person did not cancel it for 90 days I assume to keep his commission. I had to contact Nissan corporate to complain. I want to buy the rumored Roque Hybrid if that comes out but I am considering getting a Tesla Model Y just to avoid this sales experience!
When the time came for an oil change, Nissan of Sacramento went literally above and beyond to help me maintain safety Covid-19 guidelines. I was allowed to pay over the phone, leave my car, and come back to pick it up all by keeping a safe distance and not having to go inside the building. I saw that the employees took safety seriously too by wearing masks when necessary. I really appreciated their willingness to work with me and their friendly spirit. Thank you so much Nissan of Sacramento!!!
After buying a used 2006 Titan, I needed a broad inspection and to change fluids/filters. Some work was done myself already so the service staff helped me to itemize the work I wanted which saved me money not doing work twice! The service was done relatively quick. In the future, I would love to see actual data about the report - not just red, yellow, green status indicators. That information is certainly being recorded by the technician and cant be hard to integrate into the existing reporting system for customers. In fact, I should have insisted it; I think I will call back to Sacramento.
Worked with Carlos P. He shared his cell number with us and we called/texted with questions as we were doing our research to make the major purchase. Carlos was great to work with, knowledgeable, friendly and never pushy. I have already referred a friend to work with Carlos on his next Nissan purchase.
Scott was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the service. The service was done timely and as promised. I like to be proactive in my cars service and Scott prepared a listing and explanation of my next service, which was greatly appreciated.
Sara was great as she has always been in the past. She gets right to the issue and takes care of things - quick and efficient with no muss and no fuss. I do not usually wait for service, but I know that I will be promptly informed of status or the work will be done on time.
My initial buying experience at Nissan was great. But they seem to have a lot of turn over of employees. They sold me on refinancing the car last July. They then never followed up to send the title to the DMV! This has been a nightmare! NEVER refinance or purchase a car from them! They will never complete the transaction.
A lady in the service department hung up on me. She said my car was ready I said okay Ill be there soon. She said I should wait until a certain person came back. I said I was on my way in anyway and she hung up on me. I was close by and didnt want to waste more gas. The other issue was that I was quoted a price that didnt include the labor. When I asked how much it would cost I was told $158,it turns out that was the cost of the part not the full service. I felt deceived.
We had a scary alert on our Nissan Pathfinder. Sarah helped explain the problem and the solution then made sure our vehicle was repaired and evaluated as quickly as possible. She made sure that everything happened smoothly and efficiently and we could not have been more happy with our service. Sarah did an outstanding job!
Just purchased a new truck from Christian. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with. I was immediately attracted to his sincere posture but was not at all pushy and unprofessional like the other dealerships we visited the same day. With all the price gouging going on we really appreciated a fair price and no surprises. .
AVOID THIS DEALERAHIP-THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE.. If I could give this zero stars I would. In going in to sell my vehicle to them from an offer I received from them thru @KBB, they first rated and drove my car to confirm the info I input. They offered me more than the original offer from KBB. We agreed and SHOOK HANDS ON THE DEAL. They then rescinded the offer saying they made a mistake. This is wrong especially after they shook hands on the deal. Not tons over the original offer from KBB, by the way, 1k over, thats it. The Finance Manager told me I wrote the incorrect odometer reading, (I actually reported 2k OVER what the odometer actually was) and therefore he refused the deal. He said I put in 24k miles, I did not I even showed him the paperwork and he called me a liar to my face and said he wasnt honoring the offer. They are not honorable in their dealings and this is not appropriate nor businesslike.
There giving me a hard time with finance….i told them the i sold my car and i want to cancel my warranty and they ask me if I bought the car here! Really what kind a question is that then they told to come back for one hour. Then when i came back i have to wait again for 30 minutes then i told same thing what i told the first time and they told me i have to wait the bank to get your refund and almost 9 months never got my warranty refund!!!
My appointment time for oil change and Service was at 10.45 am on Saturday 06.18.2022 and i arrived to my appointment fifteen minutes early and i was waiting for more than two hours, service manager told me still there is four more cars ahead of you. When i asked what happen to my appointment Service manager said you can take your car home and come back some other days.I am not happy with this company.I will not go back to Nissan Sacrament any more for Service.
Last week I stop at Nissan of Sacramento for routine service to my NIssan Frontier pick up truck it was my second time at this departmentI was greeted by customer friendly specialistBy Clint did not get his last nameHe took control of the situation ( l mean maintenance insurance paperwork) assure me he would follow through with maintenance contract so l sure in the future that is going to be easier to get the paperwork doneBest regardsJorge H
Initial service at check in was great but then I had to wait almost 2 hours after being told the work was complete and the only hold up was waiting on the paperwork. Didnt feel they respected my time. The staff was very friendly and gave a very thorough review of the work performed and state of my vehicle. If not for the wait they would have received 5 stars.
Hello, yesterday, November 3rd, I brought my 2010 Nissan Rogue into have the rear brakes and windshield wipers replaced, along with an oil change. This is the second time I have been in. I didnt have the best experience the first time as there were diagnosis on my car that were incorrect. But I thought I would give your service department a second chance. Unfortunately the same exact thing happened yesterday. When I called to get status of my car, Kristina told me that it was ready but my drive belt was bad (I had replaced it somewhere else, this was also brought up when I was there before). She also said my CV boot is leaking along with some other maintenance issues. When I got the dealership I asked Kristina to show me the drive belt and where it was worn. She went out to your shop and looked at it with a technician and came back to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it, yet it is listed on my service report. Again, this happened which gives me no trust in anything your service people say. I had my CV boot replaced a year ago, so I am inclined to not believe your service people. Also, I am so mad that I didnt check my service records I have for my brakes, both my front and rear brakes were replaced in December of 2019 by a local mechanic. With a mileage of 75,000, brakes should last longer than 20,000 miles. I wish I would have asked for the parts when I was there. I am pretty sure I didnt need those brakes and you took advantage of me. Lastly, I had my oil change, I looked for the new sticker to see when the next one was due. but it was still the old sticker!! A very simple thing to change out, yet it wasnt done.I gave your service department another chance and it was just as bad if not worse than the first time. I had hoped you had improved your service ethics, but I guess not. There wont be a third time!! J
By comparison (and by far) THE BEST dealership I have EVER had the privilege of patronizing in over 40 years of driving. We live over an hour away bypassing closer service centers, but trust me, its worth the drive. Their excellent staff continue to provide a high level of quality, top notch (customer) service as well as an overall pleasant experience/process from setting the appointment to the pick up. No drama, no trauma. Thank you Nissan of Sacramento for taking great care of our vehicles and treating us (as customers) with decency and respect!
Hi Heather, I honestly had unpleasant experience with one of the sales man. I was interested in the Nissan Frontier which was advertised for 34k. However, he was trying to sell it to me for 39k. When I asked him why he was selling to me at 39k he bluntly replied that the truck was on markup. It did not make any sense when the sticker price indicated 34k. Needless to say, that he also attempted low ball me on my trade. Its not my first deal on cars so I have pretty good knowledge on how the business runs.
Drew was not understanding or nice in any manner. Having my transmission go out in my car & it being the price of my car and me still having to pay double of what my car is worth, I would expect someone to be more compassionate and he was nothing but rude. Jim in parts was nice & understanding.
The service here is friendly. Definitely a great atmosphere and clean. I went in for a simple oil change and they noticed some issues with my vehicle. They didnt pressure the sale, just brought them to my attention which was nice. Trevor was the service advisor I had the pleasure dealing with on two separate occasions. The first time he was nice enough to drop me off to a really good Peruvian restaurant nearby and picked me up after aswell all while I was waiting for my car to be done. All in all I would trust my car here without a doubt. Thank you Trevor and team, you guys rock!
What a great experience I just had today. Yesterday 07/13/21 my 2020 Nissan Rogue ( which I purchased on Nov 2020 from Nissan of Sacramento got a flat tire. I didnt have an appointment but they took me right in anyway. The treatment and service I received from Karl Guidotti was bar none the best Ive had in a very long time. His attention to detail, and keeping me informed was excellent. He saved me money which I am very grateful. Thank you so much for every thing!!
Kristina Albiani was prompt, courteous, and professional from the time that I pulled into the service bay until I left. She came out and greeted me promptly. She took care of my service needs, gave me an estimate on the time for repairs, and got me a rental car. The service technician called me to give me an update on my vehicle and it was fixed earlier than he said it would be. When I returned the rental vehicle, my credit card was refunded right away for the deposit, and I was out of the dealership quickly.
My service advisor was amazing. Super friendly and kind, Travis was thoughtful and helpful when it came to helping determine my plan of action for my car. The issue I have is that the guest waiting area is below my standards, uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Also, there was a fair amount of employees not wearing masks and that was alarming.
The staff was very friendly but i expressed concerns about my battery & battery terminals & requested a quote to replace them. They called me and told me my car is good to pick up & they have no recommendations. My car was very obviously not running right & my terminals were almost completely eroded. They replaced my hoodlatch which was the main reason I brought my car in but they did not even look at my battery while the hood was up. I took my car to another mechanic & he was extremely surprised they did not say anything about the terminals considering they are so badly eroded. Unfortunately I would not trust Nissan to work on my car after my experience. I do have photos of the erosion & the multipoint inspection saying my battery & battery terminals do not need service.
Our experience was great! We met with Luis since we were offered to participate in the Upgrade Program, and he helped us with the best of his abilities! We weren’t sure we would be able to walk out the shop with a new car, but he and Ron made it possible! They were extremely friendly, helpful, and truly surpassed our expectations! We would definitely recommend this branch to our family and friends.
Absolute lack of integrity and customer service. I sold them a car, 2 weeks ago, and they said I would be paid on Monday because their bank couldnt issue a check on the weekend - I know that didnt sound right but I figured they said Monday or Tuesday and I would accept that. It is now two weeks later and I cannot get a call back or even someone to answer in any department. How do you take someones car and not pay them for it? I never thought a dealership would do this kind of this so I would avoid selling to them or even buying at this point. If they can do this once, theyll do it to you, I guarantee it. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
I made an appointment in advance hoping to wait while my car was serviced. When I arrived at my appointment time, I was told there were 8 other cars being serviced at the same time and was urged to shuttle home and leave my car. What was the point of making an appointment?
I have a Nissan Leaf and it comes with about 50,000 miles and you can drive it about 220 miles at one time and ever since the terrible invasion of Ukraine, gas prices have gone up a crazy amount and with inflation so with an electric car you dont have pay for gas and you know that you are doing something good for the environment.
The service representative provided me an amazing experience. He greeted me upon arrival, checked me in and gave me updates as the car was being serviced. I appreciate him taking the time to show me how to work my remote start. He made it one of my best experiences at Nissan.
I really enjoyed working with Christian Pagnia. We visited a few Nissan dealerships before finding Christian at Nissan of Sac, and we knew right away it was a good fit. He was truly authentic and had the patience to answer all of our many questions... as we are first-time buyers of a new car. We really appreciated his ability to meet us where we were, and help us every step of the way. Other sales people we met elsewhere were very aggressive and pushy, they did not feel authentic or honest to us, but Christian was the exact opposite. He followed through on all of his promises, and was consistent and reliable throughout the entire process. He never made us feel pressured or rushed. I would recommend him, specifically, to my friends and family for their next vehicle purchase. His honesty is what we value. And ability to articulate his knowledge on cars was really impressive. Christian is very knowledgeable and emotionally supportive throughout the entire process. 10/10 for Christian!
They were able to fit me in at 3pm when I had to cancel my original appointment for 10am. wait time was about 2 hours for an oil change, but they did offer a free shuttle which is a nice feature and one I may use in the future. great service from service and parts. thank you.
Went for oil change 30 minutes early 7:30 am for 8:00am appointment . 3 hours later i was seated there with people who come after me being serviced and leaving early. I asked one Gentleman what is happening. After one hour he told my car was ready. I declined their free car wash because i was already late.I discovered they never changed my oil 2 days later when my car indicated it needed oil change. Now i have to waste another day doing oil change and having someone check my car. Thank God my Car indicated otherwise i could have Engine failure without knowing if it was older model car. I am not going back there again.
I came with pre approval of loan from my bank . Left with loan from some other bank that I had 0 clue about because I explained to Christian that I wanted finance from my bank . We’ll just like over aggressive dealers . Same here . He pushed my loan through a bank that wasn’t what I asked for . He explained to me that my bank pre approval wasn’t accepted: I contacted my bank a week later and was told they never sent in the purchase paper work to my bank . So this is a dealership that sends customers to the banks they work with and not really care about the customers recommendation. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Christian is a horrible sales associate, not once did he ask me is this okay , not once did he ask or tell me that my loan wasn’t for the 4 years that I was pre approved for but for 6 years . He cheated me and I feel cheated. Stay away
I recently had my 03 Xterra towed to Nissan of Sacramento. After diagnostics it was determined that I needed a new starter and battery. One of the service employees sent updates through texts. Overall very pleased with the level of service and work done on my Xterra. Great communication, work completed as expected and prices were reasonable.
Went in for a routine oil change this morning 7:30 bright and early and Daniel helped me or Danny? Not sure what he prefers but he was so sweet and nice and just a great way to start the day especially so early in the morning, I was originally gonna wait for the car but then left to get coffee he called and told me don’t worry there’s no rush. I came back about 45 mins later and was rung up with no issue! It was super busy and he kept his cool the whole time. The staff here is great and I never feel pressured or out of place or like I’m a burden. Nissan of Sacramento’s staff overall is great 👍🏽 and the reason why I keep coming back!
I had to get a multi point inspection, oil change, new front rotors, new brakes, and brake fluid flush. With all that, everything went by super fast and they really took care of me. Service agent, travis made it happen, i recommend the sacramento location and will go there from now on. Its way better and more efficient than the elk grove location.
They somehow removed my old review and they have been harassing me through emails so I am here to tell you DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! My transmission went out 59 days after purchase and they refused to help me and I was forced to take the loss. They even gave me a 2 month runaround trying to get my money back for the warranty. I cannot speak for all of Nissan but these guys will stop at nothing to screw you over. Read the reviews, we aren’t lying!!!
Moved to Sacramento a year ago from the Bay Area and this Nissan dealership location has been by far the best one Ive been to. They exceed my expectations everytime. Very professional employees, nice and have great customer service. Best part is when I get notified when something has been completed, such as service by text/email. Rather in other places Ive been, Im sitting waiting and wondering how much longer. Thank you for the great service!
Update- Nissan went above and beyond to make this right and I greatly appreciate itI went for a summer special to get fluids changed and tires rotated. The guy that checked me in was very nice and helpful but when my car was brought back they said it had been put into detailing by accident. This would’ve been fine had they finished cleaning my seats but now there is a large dirt stain in my front seat clearly from where they stopped to bring my car out to me. Also after having to fill my flat tire later that day I realized that all the caps to my air valves on my tires weren’t replaced either. Honestly expected a lot more from nissan
I had a great experience! Carlos was amazing and made everything as pain-free as possible. He took into account that I have previously had terrible experiences at dealerships and he took extra time to make sure that everything would work out with Nissan and ensured no clerical mistakes. He was very personable and was patient with me since this is my first lease. He also didnt try to take advantage of me and listened to my budget and found a way to fit that budget without me having to alter it.
Awful mechanical service, but customer service was good. It took 3 hours to remove a single seized lug nut. They also tried to steal the tire that I was paying them to replace (it was in my trunk when I arrived, but not on the car or in the trunk when I left; you can draw your own conclusions if youd like). Then I was charged $200, which was promptly refunded when the customer service person saw what had happened. Maybe Nissan has gone downhill since 2010, which is when I had bought this car. Caveat emptor!
DO NOT BUY HERE. There are plenty of reputable Nissan dealers with clean track records. This dealer ripped off a good friend of mine by claiming an extended warranty was required when it in fact is not. The car salesman bullied her into several thousand dollars of unnecessary fees. When the warranty was cancelled (a act thankful permitted under California law, with required full refund) the dealer slow rolled the process. My friend has still not received the promised amount.
Hands down the best dealership ever! Everything from purchasing to getting it serviced. Kristina in the service department is AMAZING. She deserves it all from making me feel comfortable about getting my new seats installed to listening to any complaints I had and solving it without question. That girl deserves a raise and a promotion she is outstanding!!!!
I came here with a price set on mind that I was willing to pay for the vehicle and what I wanted for my trade in. Nothing crazy but still thought it wasn’t possible. But as stubborn as I was they made it happen. It just took a while to get there. I just wish it was a bit simpler from the beginning as I wasn’t willing to pay anything more. In the past I have been to a dealer with a proposal and all he asked was if I was go into to buy it today if he can get me the deal and 10 minutes later we had a deal. Who knows if I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere but I feel like I got a hell of a deal and I’m very happy for it. I just wanted to thank marisol and her manager for their patience with me. Thank you. And just an advise if a serious buy comes to you and wants to buy and you know you can meet the price then don’t waste anytime and save the headache someone like me will give you and make the deal.If you are ready to buy it come early in the morning and plan to spend you day here.
Recently I sold my Rogue SL to Nissan of Sacramento. I was moving cross country and didnt want to purchase another vehicle until I was settled. Not only was I satisfied with the price offered, my salesperson, Christian Pagnia, is the best. He helped me get to a price that worked for me and offered me a temporary rental car rate that blew me away. The car was a new Nissan Kicks -- easy to handle, amazing turning radius, and great gas mileage. Everyone I came into contact with that day was not just friendly, but capable, knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had. Jubilee, on the sales team, is a superstar who I saw performing several tasks in various departments. She facilitated my rush to beat the traffic back home, and had no problem picking up a drill to put on the new plates on the rental car and get me on my way. Jason, in Finance, quickly produced the necessary paperwork and explained the terms clearly so I understood what Id be signing. Before I decided on the dealership, I called Nissan of Sacramento several times. Each time I called, I received a friendly greeting from Michelle at the front desk. She also knew all the information I needed when I asked for help. If youre thinking of purchasing a reliable cool car, Nissan is my choice, but honestly, Ive never had such a positive experience as I had from the time I walked in the door, to driving away with a brand new rental car. Theres an amazing group of people working at Nissan of Sacramento.
The service department at Nissan of Sac is impeccable! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here and receive the utmost friendliness and care from their service advisors. Karl has helped me before and provided excellent service during my 60,000 mile service and full tire replacement, plus he remembered me when I had to come back two months later when one tire got punctured with a nail. Sara helped me with replacing that tire which was under warranty and made the process seamless. I was in and out in about 30 mins or so. This is the ONLY Nissan service center I trust and will continue to use.
I recently refinanced my vehicle loan with my bank and got GAP coverage through them, I have been trying to get reimbursed for my GAP insurance I purchased from them when I bought my vehicle for well over a month and a half now with no resolution yet. I have gotten nothing but the run around from them. An email was sent on July 29th to the individuals required to refund my unused GAP coverage and I was told I would get a response when they could get this processed and a check sent to me. I have not received any email and have followed-up with several more emails to them and they to have gone un-responded to. I will never purchase another vehicle from this company, it is obvious that they have no care in the world about you once they get your deal.
My experience was great buying the car, Marisol was Awesome. She told me it the car I was buying is a hot item it might take awhile to get it. She kept me in the loop every other week but then Marisol got injured and all contact was lost. I went a month without an update I called to find out what was going on and no one wanted to help me, it was like I was bothering them. So I went in to talk to someone 2 months after I bought the car and they promised to keep me in the loop, but that didn’t happen. I expected more you guys had my money and my trade in. Finally Jamar called me to tell me my car was in he had it detailed and charged and he came and got me from the train station that saved the review from a 5 to a 7 and a definite probably not to a probably will. I knew the car was going to take awhile to come in all people want is to be kept in the loop and you guys started off great but dropped the ball when my sales person went down. I have been a loyal Nissan person I’ve brought my other Nissans in to this shop always have been satisfied but this time I felt disappointed and under appreciated. Thank you to Marisol and Jamar for saving this review from being completely bad to alright.
Getting a car from them was no issue, trust me… they’ll go above and beyond to make a dime. If you have a questions or concerns afterwards though is when you’ll be avoided at all costs. It’s different excuses each time. They messed up on the DMV papers and each time I call on different days “umm he’s in a meeting with like the big people” okay? No call back or acknowledgment. The only way they’ll help you is if you walk in making a scene. And at that time you’ll see the finance and sellers just messing around. It’s a joke. This is one of many issues I’ve called about and never once have I got a call back unless it’s something I’m paying for. I’m so respectful and have 5 kids so going down is such a waste of time. I definitely regret getting a car from them. Go to a different Nissan if you could because as a customer, our concerns are the least of their worries. Pathetic and sad.
My engine needs replacement at 50000 miles. Is it ok? Definitely not. Even they’re covering 70% of the price it’s not fair, it’s too much for the customer who’ve done the oil change on time. Unbelievable, my second car is a Mitsubishi 2003 with 200000 miles and is still running with no problems. It means only one: Nissan is not reliable!!! Before that happened to my car, I was dreaming about buying a brand new Nissan. Not anymore! You’re asking would I suggest my friends to buy Nissan - I think you’ve got why I would never do it!
I came there “thinking “ I wanted another truck. I have sales experience and know that at the End of the day the sales person was trying to make money. However while this is true brought the whole time I was there I never felt like I was being Pressured or hassled. If I’m being honest she help me to realize that I didn’t need another truck I need something more sensible I even called her after a day or so to tell her that I was totally satisfied even more so than the day that I bought it. They are features a week later I am still learning about and I am truly amazed at the technology. For instance I pick the car up on Sunday and it is down Friday and I just had to refuel today to make it long story short she dispelled all the myths and the stories you hear about car dealers and their tactics
Went for an oil change and the service team treated me so well I almost felt like a king. The talked to me with respect, explained the process that would take place, they even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait in the lobby. When I got my car back they told me what needed attention now, what would need attention soon, and what was still good. Great job team!
I had a great experience with my purchase of my 2021 Nissan Frontier truck.. From being to end great experience..(i came to get my old frontier checked out & left with New one)..Christian Pagnia gave me a awesome deal & Jason in finance (took my money) did his job as well.. Cant remember all the staff butt all were great from service dept. to parts depot..I want to extend a special thanks to Christian P. (Sales rep.) for his welcoming attitude & friendliness.. Thank You my friend we will be in touch..To all the staff at Sacramento Nissan thanks.. (for making me feel at home)..
The Service Advisor, whose name is Hector, was extremely patient, kind, professional, and concerned about my well-being as a customer. I had not had anything to eat all day, and I expressed this to Hector, and immediately he suggested that we take care of this situation first, since I am diabetic. I really appreciated his sincere thoughtfulness and wanting to first take care of that need. I had my car towed in and Hector was extremely kind and eagerly willing to take care of my mechanical needs. After taking all of my information, he walked with me to my car to gather the mileage and verify what I had stated was the problem. He then proceeded to place me in a rental car, but had problems getting into the website. He then stated that he would drive me home!!! That was quite unexpected on my part as a customer. However, I am aware and have used the shuttle service, which was not available at the hour that my car was towed in. Yes, Hector took me home! He expressed on several occasions that he was concerned about me as the customer and providing me with outstanding customer service, in which he definitely carried out!!! I also shared Hectors customer service performance with me, to the assistant manager, since the manager was not there. I really appreciated Hectors overall customer service with me, his friendliness, kindness, patience, thoughtfulness, and willingness to take care of my immediate needs as well. This is the dealership that I will be doing business with. Also, may I add that I was much closer to the dealership in Elk Grove, California, but choose to have my car towed to Nissan Of Sacramento, because of the prior customer service that I have received!!! Thank you for allowing me to share about my most recent experience at Nissan Of Sacramento, with the Service Advisor, Hector!!! Blessings to All!!!
I went in to look at a Rogue on Tuesday, July 22nd. I test drove, and liked it...just wasnt able to make the numbers work. I was working with Daniel and had a great experience with him. I didnt feel pressured and he was knowledgeable about the cars he was selling. I decided to come back in on Thursday the 24th to look at an Altima. Daniel wasnt in, so I worked with Christian, and we were able to come to a deal agreeable to everyone and I left with a new car. They were both very nice and helpful.
I dropped my car off on Saturday July, 3rd to get an oil change. As soon as it was finished I came back to find out that the break light was on. I inquired about this and was told they had no clue. I was even questioned whether I had brought it in with the break light on by one of the associates, assuming that I was trying to low ball them. Which I wasnt. I was then told to leave my vehicle over the Holiday (4th of July) and should be hearing more updates regarding the vehicles status on Monday. I called Monday (July 5th, 10:00AM) to see if I had any updates. Chris told me that they need to run a diagnostic on the car and will let me know with more updates. I called again (1:30PM) to see if I can receive an update on my car and was told by another associate that Chris was unavailable at the time, and would leave him a message. Was told he would get back to me. No one called me. I called back (4:00PM) and Finally spoke to Chris only to be told that NO ONE had actually started working on my vehicle at all. the customer service at this location is completely below subpar. Im patient but my frustration is valid. I would rather drive to the Folsom dealership than deal with the lack of communication after this experience.
Had and appointment and went in for a oil change and tire pressure check only. Weve waited for FOUR hours. Weve seen a lot of people come in after us already leaving before us. Like what the heck?!! On top of that no one comes to talk to us to give us any update about our car while we waited. I like Nissan but today, you guys disappointed me. 👎👎👎
We pretty much knew what we wanted. We were pre-qualified. But our rep Charles went above and beyond to help us out. He was in contact with us before we went in. He answered all our questions. We went on a couple test drives. We ended up getting the showroom vehicle, with only 7 miles on it. Financing was smooth. We walked out with a vehicle we love at a great rate! Would totally recommend to friends & family!
I had to have a major repair, transmission replacement. The repair management that I worked with understood that I was working with Nissan Corporate for help with the $4,000 and communicated with them, and me, in a quick and professional manner.Once it was determined that the repair would be done they gave me updates whenever there was news or a change. And, finished my car early! When I came in to pick up my car the cashier and outside staff were also friendly and helpful!Plus, I noticed later that day while driving that they had cleared the message lights on my dash for my tire pressure. This was an awesome experience.Thank you very much
Imm Khan and Marisol Ruivivar are great people! Had me in and out in No time! All together spend less than 2 hours in the dealership. Mind you I didnt think I would get approved. Plus, Finance person, Jason, was super easy to work with. Will be coming in again! Super happy all together with the experience here!
BEWARE of this dealership, I have been trying to get a refund for a warranty on a car I purchased/traded in from them for almost a year now when I was told it would only take 6-7 weeks! YES A YEAR!!!! I’ve called, left messages and been told the finance manager is not in over 20 times. I know they are ignoring my calls on my warranty refund because they have to pay out for me getting the refund but enough is enough. I just want a call back from the GM and an honest answer as to when I’m going to get my refund, I’m tired of the all the run around. Finance manager is Jason Su please be careful.
Went to Nissan of Sacramento to sell my car. Christian could not have made it an easier process. Usually, going to the dealer can be a stressful ordeal, but Christian made my wife and I feel comfortable and taken care of the whole entire time. Could not recommend this dealer more.
They were very friendly and efficient. I really like that they emailed me a report of what past, what will need servicing soon and what will need immediate attention. I also like that I was sent a CarFax report. I was amazed that my car was washed and vacuumed before I picked it up.Nissan of Sacramento you are fabulous! Thank you.
Ms. Kristina Albiani was my Service Advisor and she was remarkable. I observed how quickly and efficiently she handle my situation with my extended warranty company. She took initiative to figure things out. I am very impressed with her outstanding customer service. She went far and beyond to get the job done. She has the qualities in her to be an Office Manager. (in my opinion) The guys in parts; whom ever fixes the vehicles are outstanding as well. very courteous, very caring about the customer. Not to mention the gal(s) that answer the phone at Nissan. Also very professional and caring. To the Nissan Manager and or President you have a GREAT TEAM at Nissan of Sac on Auburn Blvd. Thank you
BEWARE OF COMING HERE !!!!! I went in to what I thought was a process of refinancing (the sales person who “helped” is name Luis) but turns out my car was bought by them and RESOLD back to me !!!! I owed 12k from my previous loan the finance manager Manny explained NOTHING to me when it came to signing papers I had a friend review my paperwork and turned out that I now owe 19k I’m currently in the process of canceling my warranty and GAP SINCE APRIL !!!! All I keep getting is excuses from manny and Jason I was told by manny that a check has been sent out already and cut he then told me they did their part and that there was nothing else to do but to just wait , my loan statement has not decreased at all !!!! i got in contact with the loan company and was told by them they’re have been no paperwork sent stating anything about a cancellation, Manny then told me he couldn’t get me a tracking number to that “check” but would reach back out to me , I never received a call back I then called back myself and was told another excuse that the person who runs the claims department “was out sick” . I have been waiting since Monday to get a call back from Jason but no call has been returned I’ve left 3 messages and nothing in return I am disappointed and I regret coming here . On top of this I have not received my 2022 car tags since MAY the excuse I get is that dmv is backed up on sending out tags I would give 0 stars
The Finance Manger Manny was rude not wearing a mask and he tried to sell the gap insurance . I simply declined and he called me cheap, I dont think you should call your customer cheap to their face (bad customer service),. Nissan Rogue is offered with 0% financing and but i had to bargain for that ? During the negotiating the price they wouldn’t fully disclose with what was being charged - They kept coming back with monthly payments not showing me taxes, dmv charges, trade in value applied and hidden cost of tracking device $795. I kept telling them that the numbers dont add up after the sales guys many trips back and fourth he showed me that the price of tracking device was added without my knowledge and I had to pay for it. I argued that the price of the vehicle agreed should have been included in that (mis-selling) the sales guy told me to take it or leave. I ended up agreeing and paying for it. Most dealers offer free oil change service for first year but nothing was offered to me.
Ive been a customer of Nissan of Sacramento since 2012 with the Service Department, and on September 15, 2020 I decided I would go look for a new car. I knew exactly what I was looking for a 2020 Versa. A Salesman came out and it was Tou Lee Kong. He introduced himself and I did the same, he asked me what I was looking for and I told him. I got into the Versa and immediately he explained every detail on dashboard, how the car starts, sensors around the car and showing me. I wanted to take a test drive and we did. Tou was very professional, kind, personable, making sure that I was informed on every detail in the workings of the car to the purchase of the car. I felt very comfortable with the whole experience. I would recommend him to everyone. Great customer service is hard to come by these days.
I’m back in for routine maintenance for my maxima. I love this Nissan Dealership location! They have the best team of staff. The staff are always courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and gets the job done. In my opinion, I think they’re the best in town. I really love coming here to get my car service. I trust that they will get the job done right! Thank you for the exceptional experience and superb customer service!Thank you,Cin Pham (very happy customer) ❤️💕☺️🥰
I came in just to see if they had any leasing options that I could be qualified for and they got me a purchasing deal so I left this dealership with a new car today. It was a nice experience. Fred Howell was very nice and patient during the process. He answered all my questions and gave me all the details I needed to know about the deal. Then in the financing office K. Cooper was very nice too. He explained every single document before I signed them even though he had a few people waiting to sign their contracts. It was a very good first-car-purchase experience. We’ll see how it goes with the car and the service appointments. I hope to not get disappointed.
Brought my car in today to have it serviced for a recall, as well as some other maintenance and I just want to give a shout out to Hector in the service department. Ultimate professional, outstanding customer service! Even got an Uber for my wife and I when the shuttle was taking too long. He is an absolute asset to this team! I might even start coming here instead of my regular mechanic.
Great experiences with this location. If you need your Nissan serviced, bring it here and know theyll take care of you and your ride!Todd Woodward has been amazing every time Ive come here and I highly recommend him as a service advisor. The man helped me get a warranty claim from Nissan for a WHOLE NEW ENGINE in my nismo 370z because of an oil consumption issue. Even more impressive is that he pulled it off with very little evidence to support my claim because the engine failed as we were doing an oil consumption test! I dont know how he did it, but it saved me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. They even covered the rental! And Im extremely grateful for all of that!Separately, Ive come here for a tire patch because my car has very expensive wheels ($800 a piece Rays) that can be damaged when the tires are removed, but I was confident in the experience and knowledge of their crew not to do that. When I picked up my car, everything was as good as new! AND THEY EVEN GAVE ME A COMPLIMENTARY CAR WASH, VACUUMING, AND FRESHENED UP THE INTERIOR. FOR $25!Mind you, all of this praise is coming from someone who has not had many great experiences with dealerships in the past, but when I come here I have learned to know to expect the best service at a reasonable price that I cant get anywhere else! If youre considering bringing your car here, do it and know you will not be disappointed! Especially if youre a car guy!Thank you to the whole crew!
Free detail job on the car means regular car wash, I don’t think they know what detail means to clean the car, paint needs shine especially cause it’s a 2021 year car. Took it in! got it looking the same :( gave them 2 star cause it was free. Check your paper work i bought my SUV in the end of March and now is June haven’t receive my plates was trying to figure out why! Then I notice on the contract my address is not on it, worst place to buy a New car. Double check everything they do here. Very upset with this place I will never buy a car at Sacramento Nissan
I went in with my mom to get her a car. Carlos came out to greet us as soon as we walked out in the parking lot. As to be expected I guess in a dealership. But Carlos was so helpful, answered every question, and was direct with no bull. As soon as we figured out what car my mom wanted...which was exactly what she was looking for...he got her approved in literally 5-10minutes. He gave her a couple of options and was very honest in his approach. He gave her the tour of the facility, and the financial manager was a treat to deal with as well. When all came down to it she made the deal even more attractive. Paperwork took a bit but that is to be expected. My mom and I had a pleasant experience and she drove off with the car she wanted with a deal she was happy with. Thank you Carlos and the finance department for making it happen. Definitely recommend this place!
My sales person, Jamar went over and beyond. He is the consummate sales person. He wasn’t pushy, wanted to make sure I could get into something I could afford and be happy with my purchase for years to come.I cannot even speak highly enough about him. I will always come back to Nissan of Sacramento.
Excellent customer service from Charles Stewart. He was polite, kind, and demonstrated outstanding communication by being a good listener to my needs. Charles was very patient and professional. I have recommended Sacramento Nissan to a few friends and family. I love my new 2020 Nissan Altima. Thank you.
I had an amazing experience. I came in labor day with my husband. Imm was very professional, answered my questions, listened to my needs and was able to help me get the car of my dreams. Also the lady who helped with the finance part I dont know her name, I apologize but she was awesome, very respectable and kind. Thank you.
Both the ease of making an appointment and the subsequent service are excellent. I would definitely purchase a new car from Sacramento Nissan if/when I purchase a new car but being elderly and my car still like new, I doubt Ill be purchasing another new car. I will, however, continue the maintenance of my Nissan with Nissan of Sacramento. The service personnel are very friendly, they explain the service needs and options clearly, and answer questions thoroughly. Im a happy customer.
This place is not your ordinary car dealership, they don’t attack you when you arrive, they don’t push you into anything, and they don’t run your credit a million times just to get you approved ( huge plus since each time you send/run it’s a hard inquiry that lasts for 3 years) I will definitely return!!! And I am now a Nissan LOVER! Jamar is the best sales person I’ve ever worked with and their billing department, Christiana and Jason are so sweet and quick! I love this place
They had my hubcap for my new car. Then when I was supposed to get it. Brian in parts told me it was the wrong thing and had to order 4 new ones and would have to pay for them. Its bad enough my new car got a flat but, I should not have had too pay 158.00 fora new tire for a car I only had for 2 weeks. Your service socks except for Kristina Albiani. Shes great Brian in parts is an m f. Will never go their if he is their. I also too wait forever waiting to see someone
Tire rotation was a recommendation, so I accepted. After taking most of the day fixing the recall and doing other things recommended for 30,000 miles, I received the van and noticed on my way back home that the indicator light on the dash came on. The vehicle was saying that the rear tires were underinflated. I took the van back but it was already close to closing time. Service advisor said he didnt think anyone was back there but he would see. He took the van to the shop, had a mechanic clear the warning indicator and gave me the van back. Before I could leave the parking lot, the warning indicator came back on, so I spun around. Service tech said I would need to bring the van another date. Seeing as I had work out of town the next day, I was completely nervous driving the van to Chico. As a business owner, I rely heavily on this vehicle working properly, and I take your service recommendations seriously. So it was a huge disappointment to wait a whole day and then get the van back showing warning indicators. I dont find my time being more valuable than anyone elses, but needing to bring the van in again to fix an indicator that all of your service mechanics should know how to fix, is unacceptable. It shows a lack of training, a lack of care and effort to return a vehicle back to someone worse than when they brought it in. And when i brought the van back in, a new service tech said that the sensors could be bad and that they would cost about $80 each. I said I dont know why I would be paying that, when everything was perfectly fine until you guys did a tire rotation. She went from friendly to kind of snarky, but she remained professional. She was able to get a mechanic to clear the warning indicator for good this time while I waited in the lobby. I have the names of the service technicians, but Im not trying to throw anyone under the bus. I just wanted to highlight my experience and give reasoning for my rating.
First spoke with Charles @ Nissan of SAC on the phone then met him for test drive. He listened to what I wanted in a car and showed me a few cars that met with what I wanted. We discussed what color I wanted and what options. I test drove a Sentra and loved it. Charles stayed in touch with me by phone and in person all through my purchase of the card that I wanted and on the day I picked it up, I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Charles and the staff at Nissan of SAC and highly recommend them.
Had regular oil/filter & air filter change plus the complimentary microfilter Nissan offered. The wait for all to be completed wasnt long. And I always appreciate the outside car wash given. The young man that checked me in for my appt was very professional and kind. His nice demeanor made me feel welcomed & appreciated! Thats gold these days.
I have been looking for a car for some time I prequalified online before I went in I was intentionally going to get a Ford focus somehow that was on the lot and that morning that I went in with my appointment it was another lot and it was sold my salesman that I had appointment with was (Christian Palisoc) he was great! He found a few options on the lot. We went out to see a car, we test drove it! And I put half down and got a great monthy plan for me! Waited long as usual to get a new car! Overall Very happy with Christian will deff recommend! Thank you Nissan of Sacramento! ~ Jennifer Stancu
I drive all the way from Fernley, Nevada to take my vehicle into Nissan of Sacramento. There are MANY folks in the Service Dept who have worked there a LONG time and are excellent. So excellent, I want my car worked on by no others. However, some woman took care of my vehicle this time and I was highly disappointed. Her attitude was less than the others, just not quite as friendly or accommodating. My vehicles sticker was not replaced. My reminders were not reset. Despite being asked, my vehicle was not cleaned as they usually do. It was disappointing. But since this wasnt someone Id ever dealt with before, I chalked it up to that, not the Service Dept that I know & regularly work with. I will still come back, but I didnt appreciate her minimalist approach to customer service. Drew Poppler & the other regular guys there are STELLAR. Cant say enough about them - which is why I drive so far to get them my business. (The Reno Nissan dealership service dept is RUDE, and I will not take my vehicle there even though its closer to my new home.)
I enjoyed the no pressure aspect of my purchase the most. Carlos Parga contributed greatly to my positive buying experience, and it was clear Carlos genuinely utilizes his many years in customer service to ensure that the car buying experience is of the highest quality. Incidentally, I love the Nissan NV passenger van so much. Also, the service guys are fantastic for my routine maintenance needs.
My experience with Charles Stewart at Nissan of Sacramento was tremendously positive and surpassed my expectations of quality customer service. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I was under pressure to get a car as soon as possible. I contacted multiple dealers in the area but Charles responded quickly and provided me information and details to address my specific obstacles. He eased my concerns with purchasing and removed any hesitancy I had. He did not pressure me at all but instead used superior work ethic and authenticity to really help me out during a troubling time. It’s been several weeks since my purchase, I am very very happy with my new car and so glad that I had the opportunity to work with Charles and also grateful to Nissan of Sacramento for hiring a salesman of such high character, work ethic, and class. I have purchased many cars and this experience far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Charles and thank you Nissan of Sacramento!
Returned after almost 2 years, Carlos again did his best to find the right car for me. I guess what I like the most is that I dont feel pressured by him to buy. He is very discreet and knowledgeable. Thank youAll I can say is that Carlos was very nice and helpful and the process was a piece of cake. Everything went smooth and very fast and I got the car that I wanted. Thank you,
To whom it may concern,I was there to change my car’s oil and I amreally grateful to work with Mr. Drew Poppler/W491. He is very polite and kind. As a second language person I as always feel safe, and equal to deal with him. He patiently listens to me and do everything better that what I expected. Last time I had very bad experience to work with another Service Advisor, but this time when I came to your department Drew remembered the last time and tried his best to make up it better than my expectation. We need more people like him in our world. Thank you Drew!Good bless you all,Zahra Hassani
I had a great car-buying experience with Nissan of Sacramento. My salesperson, Johnny Lam, eased my decision-making process by answering my questions and presenting information I requested. We compared projections and costings to identify scenarios that meet my needs. He was very knowledgeable. The entire process was smooth and seamless. There was transparency in the quotes and calculations, so there were no surprises after all was said and done. I love my new Rogue and I cant thank Nissan of Sacramento enough for such great service!
I recently found myself in need of a new car after my previous car was totaled in an accident. Despite the circumstances that led me to Nissan of Sacramento, I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever. Working with both Dave Parsons and Robert Gala made the process painless. When I showed up for a test drive unexpectedly, without an appointment, Robert put me in Daves capable hands. It was the most comprehensive and thorough test drive Id ever been on. Dave anticipated all my questions and demonstrated all of the cars features. Once I was ready to move forward with negotiating the deal, Robert made good on his promise of no BS and no wasting your time. He was always courteous, professional, and responsive. And, in an act of definitely going above and beyond, he personally drove to a partner dealership in Vacaville to drive back the car I had selected because the dealership had no drivers available the day I was scheduled to pick up the car and sign paperwork. Additionally, there were no surprises during the signing process. I was never pressured to buy more car than I needed or wanted, or to buy additional services/products. I always felt respected and listened to by everyone I encountered at the dealership. Car buying is a highly relational transaction for me, and Im looking forward to long and happy relationship with Nissan of Sacramento. Rest assured, I will be telling everyone I know to go and see Dave and Robert for their next car purchase!
Carlos was so helpful and friendly and most of all funny. He knew I was in a tough situation with my older Nissan and went above and beyond to help me get into a new car. He had the experience an enjoyable one and I would recommend Carlos as well as Nissan of Sacramento to everyone I know
Nothing could have been done better. Drew did an excellent job keeping me informed of the couple of extra work items that his tech found while working on my frontier. He provided me great information to base my repair judgments on and allowed me to make the decision that I felt best. Top notch service and experience.
Review is for the service department.Getting your vehicle service is always a must and need. Nissan of Sacramento is not always the most present place to come, but there is a difference when you find someone who cares about the customer. Todd in service department is the person, Todd not only takes the times to explained what’s wrong with your vehicle, he makes sure you are up to date with anything is going on, including a car rental when needed. Please whatever you do don’t waste your time talking to EJ the service manager, he will never call you or email back, not sure why his in charge, see Todd instead you will be taken care off.
What disappointed me was when I took my vehicle in for its 36,000 mile service. I waited 30 minutes before seen by a service personnel with a scheduled appointment, two other cars that arrive after me were seen first I did not feel valued. I was charged $62.50 labor to have a battery installed. As loyal customers you do not have to nickel and dimes us, it is bad form and causes us to look to alternative service stations i.e. Firestone, Sears, Goodyear or Independent owners.
The shop could have been better at actually calling be to let me know my part had arrived, as they said they would. I ended up having to follow up myself 2 wks later. Also, the wrong color part was installed in my car. I feel like the tech should have caught this. Unfortunately, now we have to do it all again. However, I appreciate the kind and attentive attitudes of everyone I dealt with. I also appreciate that once my car was there for service Joseph kept in communication with me and that I was given a loaner car for the 2 days my car was in service. This is the only time I have not gotten 100% at this location. This is why I am only docking 1 star.
Sara was amazing and took really good care of me and my car that I love so much. She is amazing and kind and happy that I got to meet her she will be the person I will request for every time I go back when my vehicle needs service. She provided with all the information I needed.
Both Jamal and Imm were really good and supportive and accommodating, during the car buying process. They answered our questions with no problem. The General Manager/Owner Brian was also, incredibly helpful as well, addressing my sisters concerns regarding her car purchase. I say our because both myself and twin sister bought a car this past weekend from Nissan.
My service advisor by name Mr. Drew was good gave me every options and the urgent need to replace the bad part in a professional way and was very very nice man!!Im recommending the man for a promotion, he has being servicing my car and that of my wife, for the passed 3 years.
Had a 10am appointment but the line to get in was super long and customers kept cutting me off to get in the line. It made me feel pretty anxious. I wish there was a line specifically for customers who have a scheduled appointment. Took about an 1.5 for my car to be done. Support team was polite and helpful.
I have came to the is dealer for service for quite some time. My family and some friends come here as well. Today I had the worst experience and I will NEVER go back there. I had an appointment for a basic oil change & tire rotation at 7:30am and was told it would be about a hour and a half. Over two hours later after I inquired on my vehicle I was told they hadn’t even started working on it yet and they would get to it right away. I was furious! I wasted over 2 hours for absolutely nothing! I asked to speak to a manager but the gentleman who was helping me pulled my car up said sorry and left me the key! Really Nissan of Sacramento! That’s how you treat loyal customers. I am super disappointed in the lousy customer service. I’m going to tell allMy family and friends how your really treated there. If you want to waste your time visit Nissan of Sacramento
The salesman was kind, friendly and helpful but i hope this dealership improves about the waiting time to finalize the purchase process. I waited almost 3 hours to see the financial officer, on top of that she got the wrong numbers about the vehicle I was purchasing and she was speaking to fast while going over the contract. Not the most friendly and kindest person.
15 mins turned to 45 mins kumar was super cool! I’ve been a GM for over 5 years and the UCM (tall guy) was not welcoming came off rude and didn’t want to offer me anything on the car they kept bugging me to bring down. Selling it carmax for what I want. Message to the GM, train your UCM to come across more welcoming like your consultant kumar was. He also accidentally kept my paperwork to my car and didn’t want to bring it to me or allow one of his employees bring it to me.
Luis and Carlos are wonderful. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable about all of their vehicles and very courteous. The process was smooth, easy and hassle free. My appointment was at 7:30 pm, by 9 pm I was home with my new car! I will definitely recommend Nissan of Sacramento, specifically Luis and Carlos, to my friends and family. Thanks again Luis and Carlos!
I have always brought my car here to be serviced as this is where I bought it. I have always been happy until today. When I called to schedule work to be done on my car I told them I would need a loaner. I was told I should come earlier in the day for best chances of getting one. Upon arrival today I was told there is no loners because of Covid-19. They said they stopped doing loners when Covid hit. Not true, my car was there a month ago and I was provided with a loaner. Now today I am stuck with no car till my car is fixed. If I would have been told this I would have made arrangements to be picked up at the dealer instead of having to wait about 45 minutes for their shuttle. At this point Im just very disappointed in their communication.

2022-03-01Charles went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle. He was very thorough and professional throughout my car purchase. He explained all the features the vehicle had to offer and gave me a tour of the place to show me where I will go for my vehicle maintenance. He is a phenomenal car salesman. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to shop with Nissan of Sacramento. Thanks again, I am very happy with my new vehicle.

2022-01-20It was smooth. I didn’t wait too long to get checked in. The gentleman who helped me (forgot his name) was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would like to see is a better organized invoice or simplified one, so that you can see the cost of each service, including both parts and labor, even though I used a package special. I understand that it’s difficult to include those package deals until you have an upgraded system, so this is some “food for thought”.

2022-05-17Charles was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and informative. He listened to what I wanted and needed and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. He walked me through a tablet tutorial and still made sure I was 100% comfortable with operation of my new vehicle. A car purchase is a stressful and exciting time and Charles made it a wonderful experience,

2022-01-24Francisco was a great service agent. Went above and beyond for me and my car. Ed the driver was also amazing. Drew the service manager was also kind and attentive. Coby from Rental cars was patient and made sure I had a ride home safely. The only reason I remember all of their names is because they were all genuinely great staff and professional.

2022-04-26Roy Conney was the nicest service advisor I ever had at your service center. He got the work done before he promised. He came and told me when my car will be ready. I hope to have him again in the future. He should receive an reward for his customer service skills. Sincerely Sandra Scolini

2022-05-05It was very Pleasant Experience, this was my second time encountered with Chris, he goes above and beyond. If you look at my car service history with Nissan of Sacramento, there’s plenty, I never experienced anything or anyone like Chris, he is very patient and explain things slowly and help me understand what’s going. I believe Chris is an asset to this organization, Nissan of Sacramento should be honored to have him part of your team. Thank you Chris, you’re awesome.

2022-02-14Scott Burnett and the techs did a great job. There was an issue about having my vehicle serviced, but they were able to resolve it and have my car ready sooner than I expected. I have other services I need to be done in the near future and you can be sure I will have Sacramento Nissan, Scott Burnett, and the techs work on my truck!!!

2022-02-20Weve now been here 6 times in the last 2 months and I think the car is finally completely fixed (fingers crossed). Some of these return trips I think couldve been avoided with a little more careful attention from the techs, but I also realize that theyre probably trying to do the work as quickly as possible to reduce hourly labor charges for the consumer. However, our service advisor, Austin S. has been absolutely AMAZING. It was my fiances car we brought in and she has a lot of anxiety issues, especially around car problems and he made her experience so much less stressful. He has such a positive demeanor, was really kind and patient, and took the time to explain what to expect from the process, what was wrong with the car, how they were going to fix it, and what was covered under warranty. He also checked in frequently and went the extra mile on this last bit of work to make sure she had what she needed to get to work and to get the car into the dealership without adding extra stress to an already stressful week.Whoevers in charge at this dealership, please give this guy a raise! After working with him on and off for the last 2 months, it is so clear to us that he brings his best every day and does everything he can to make an often stressful and unpleasant experience more manageable for his customers. Without this exemplary service advisor, we probably wouldve taken the car somewhere else after the first couple times getting it home and still having additional problems. We come back because Austin is such a joy to work with.
