My service writer, Mark, was great. He had preordered the parts to replace my windshield. Drop off was a breeze and pick up the next day was on time as promised. My only complaint was that the loaner vehicle they gave me was about the filthiest car I’ve ever seen. I paid $12 just to have the car cleaned so I could see out the front windshield.
So....Ive had 2 less than pleasant experiences here , one while trying to purchase a car and one while getting a car I purchased elsewhere serviced.But I guess 3rd times a charm because Mark in service was wonderful and I wish I could remember the porters name who also assisted to getting me seen same day. Had an issue where my fuel door wouldnt open and the porter took the time to grab a technician to see if it could be fixed simply and when that wasnt rhe case Mark got me and the issue was fixed after a few hours!Thanks guys for making that quick and painless for me!
The best service I have ever received, I used the online app and a loaner was provided, updated progress reports and the insight of a 25 year former mechanic and service e tech Mark Isaacson was able to explain everything in layman’s terms. Niello has a great service team.
I took my car in for a recall they were on top of it. They made me feel comfortable and had it done before the end of the day and even sent me a Lyft when my car was ready to be picked up. Mark was helping me with the process and very attentive when I had concerns or any questions about the process. Thanks so much for all your help!
Was greeted promptly when I pulled up and directed to whom my Advisor would be. Eric found me inside and inquired about my issues. Gave me an estimated time and low and behold, work was completed on time with explanations of potentially upcoming problems with no ‘sales’ pitch to make a decision. Great visit!
I had a great experience at Niello Audi! I live in Roseville and have used Audi Rocklin before for issues with one of our vehicles. I was not happy with them and decided to make the longer drive from my home to Niello this time. I was highly satisfied and will be using them for both of our Audis in the future. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. Omead took great care of me and my vehicle. I was provided a nice loaner to use for the day and my car was returned promptly and with a fresh wash. I feel they are honest and cater to the customer with excellent service. I would highly recommend them for all your Audi needs.
This place has got to be the worst place ever to do business with! I took my Audi A6 in to get diagnostic and repaired. Lol I was told it was going to cost me upwards of 13k! I told them I would not be able to afford such a cost to repair. So they gave me a deadline to get my car towed back out of there or would be charged $100 storage! I went to pick up car on Monday but was told my car was taken apart and that I could not even look at it because service manager handling it wasnt in. These guys are straight SMUCKS! My Audi came back with oil smeered all over the hood and dust and oil built up all over! Negative five stars! Horrible! Ludicris! I would never recommend doing business with these people!
Buyer BEWARE. Niello Audi completely ripped us off on the purchase of our car! We bought a brand new car from Niello Audi and heres the chronology of events that took place: The salesman Brian Gamble told us that all Audis are required to have a Recovry Tracking Device (costs $1195) and after receiving our contract (ten days after our purchase) we saw that it is actually optional. The car was advertised on their website for one amount, but receiving our contract ten days later, we saw that Niello Audi had marked up the price of the vehicle by $7,500 without disclosing it to us. After checking with legal council, we found out they were supposed to have us sign a markup addendum, which was also supposed to be attached to the car in the first place. We requested a copy of the markup addendum from GM Charlie Zink and he has yet to produce it. As previously stated, Niello Audi failed to give us a copy of our contract when we left the dealership with our car- and didnt send it to us until TEN days after we bought the car. Once we got our contract a mysterious charge showed up on the balance- DrivePur (an anti bacterial service) that we did not sign and had deliberately told the finance officer Andrea no to. Obviously we expect resolution for all of these errors. In addition to these errors, we sent in our car the day after buying it to receive a ceramic coating treatment (which they told us was a week long process). Niello Audi called us the next day saying the car was ready- when we picked it up it was absolutely filthy- with zero evidence that a coating was applied, the glue from all the marketing stickers was still all over the window, and the car hadnt been touched by anyone. I called a different Audi dealership- they said theres no way the ceramic coating takes one night to apply. SO, Niello Audi didnt even apply the $1300 coating. Weve yet to receive a solution on this or our money back. Just when we thought wed seen it all, Niello Audi cashed our $15,000 holding check on accident withdrawing an extra $15,000 out of our debit account. When we contacted the General Manager Charlie Zink about these issues requesting responsibility be taken on the part of Niello Audi and a resolution to be offered, he put us in contact with Dennis the head of Finance who has been going back and forth with us on the issue for a week. If we do not receive an appropriate resolution we plan on filing with DMV for an investigation of Niello Audi and contacting the state attorney generals office regarding their illegal business practices. This has been a tremendously stressful event- my husband and I are just newly married and I want to make sure that no other young couples get taken advantage of by any of the Niello car dealerships.

Hello, first Id like to say this review has nothing to do with the service manger who helped me today, Omead. He was top notch, professional, friendly, responsible. Whoever the woman was working the cashier desk today, May 7, needs to be fired. I returned to pick up my car after receiving a call that it was ready (again, Omead was awesome). I walked up to the cashier desk, which no one was there, waited a minute, and noticed there were two people sitting at the service manger desks chit chatting. So I politely walked up to them and asked that I was there to pay and pick up my car. The woman (who was the cashier) then said that she was on her lunch break and that I needed to go sit in the waiting room until her lunch was over. She wasnt eating or anything, just sitting there chit chatting with someone else. So I did... I sat there in the waiting room even though my car was ready because she was still on lunch even though she was just sitting there doing nothing. Not even a let me see if someone else can help you. Finally Omead came in and helped me, but man that woman was horrible. Ive been treated better at Walmart let alone a luxury car dealership. I spent $1,000 with you today and have been taking my car here for 5 years, but sorry Niello, with that customer service from her today, you just lost my business.
Overpriced and rude dean is also a terrible service worker or whatever he is firstly he’s late to an appointment I scheduled days in advance. Then proceeds to mess up paperwork taking almost 35 mins to get my car taken in. When I asked to pick my car up I was told I had to wait to make sure my car wasn’t taken apart when I had not approved if any services to be done. Then when I paid the ridiculous amount for the no work that was done I waited almost 30 mins for my car to be brought out to me.
I waited for my car for over an hour, I came to pick it up after hydro service, cashier told me that someone would bring my car in a few minuets. After 50min, I had to go and check what was taking so long, and I guess someone dropped the ball and forgot. What really surprised me, that no one checked on me. I was a little surprised with the lack of service at Audi.
Everyone was nice but I drove two hours to do a recall on my car and it broke down 10 miles away down the road to where I was unable to drive it and all they had to say to me was to drive it back so they could look at it. Don’t know if it was them but they said they did a full inspection and topped off my fluids.
I took my vehicle in for two recall services and an oil change. The service staff, Mark, was very courteous and helpful. However the following day I noticed that my 12 V charger volt cap was missing, there was a screwdriver in the front seat passenger floor, and there were several gouges on the covering off the side of the front passenger seat. I expect the dealership to make that right!
Hector with the service department was absolutely outstanding. I have been having issues with a weird noise from the engine and had tried to get it resolved for quite sometime. He took the best care of me and the car. The noise is now gone and issue is finally fixed. Thank you Niello and mostly thank you HECTOR!!
My wife and I ended up finding the exact car we wanted. I was nervous to go to the dealership to buy another car as the one in our hometown was less than impressive and we didn’t have the best experience in dealing with them but we made the trip and upon arrival were greeted with smiles and pleasant personalities. The experience was great and very smooth. Trust and respect went both ways and we left very happy with the car we wanted. We also received much more for our trade in and were able to get lower payments. I can’t recommend Audi Niello enough. Andrea and Dianne were excellent!
The service folks seem nice to your face, but they are arrogant and really dont care. I stopped in to Niello Audi service desk to ask a simple question about a mechanical issue I was having with my car. One of the service reps told me to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. Twenty minutes later I asked if someone is available to help me and I was told that everyone had gone to lunch. The salesman said that I could come back in an hour and someone would be there to help me.Today I called to ask a simple question about a part. The parts guy was not even trying to to be helpful.I have no idea how this dealership stays in business with such poor customer service.Although, Elk Grove Audi is like 20 miles from downtown, at least Elk Grove Audi tries to help its customers. I suggest you by-pass Niello altogether and just go to Elk Grove Audi.
My service Advisor is Eric and he has definitely changed my perspective on Car services. Eric has made my first year of owning my car super convenient and has gone out of his way to make sure my car gets serviced and I’m happy with it. Eric and the niello team have made me feel super comfortable and ok with taking my car to a dealership
Niello Audi was definitely the best experience I’ve had from a dealership.Cain Carter is the man. Very knowledgeable, down to earth and helpful. He guided me through the process and looked out for my best interest. Cain makes it happen! If you’re ever in the market for an Audi, give him a call. He made it a breeze.5/5 across the board, from the test drive to driving off the lot. Best car buying experience yet! The dealership itself is beautiful and their service is excellent. Cain, specifically, was super helpful in showing us the ins and outs of the vehicle. Hes very responsive, never pushy … just an overall great guy. Highly recommend Niello Audi!
Fantastic experience! Attention to detail! Attentiveness and professional sums it up. We purchased a gently used Q3 from Jonathon (who was very patient). He was knowledgeable on all of the car features and did his best to show us what we were hoping to find. The Sales Mgr., Steven was friendly, cooperative and very easy to work with as well. I recommend this dealership!
Be warned: 2-14-2022. We received a Recall notice in the mail saying the pod replacement would take 4 hours. Had to wait over 3 weeks to get an appointment, because the part isnt in stock. We asked for a Loaner for our appointment date, but they said they were out. They said we could rent a car. On our appointment date we were told by Mark the car will be ready in 7 hours! Not 4 hours. 7 hours later Mark said they dont have the part. Maybe the next day. Next day, Mark said he has no idea when the part will come in. It was a waste of time. Car still not repaired. Why have an appointment if there isntthe part we needed? Thats what Niello Audi on Auburn blvd does. Try another location or company.
I brought my Audi Q7 with 25000 miles on, for a noise on its front wheels, the assigned advisor asked me some questions about the problem, the advisor was very rude, they way he was talking to me was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.I dropped the vehicle, he called me the day after and said we found no issue on your car it looks like you need to get new tires.I believe the dealers have all equipments to fix a car specifically their own products and specially those vehicles that they still under the factory warranty.It is really frustrating when you pay a big budget for a vehicle and while it is still under its warranty you have to go to different mechanics to fix its mechanical issue.I am completely not convinced with their service and specially I am really frustrated of the way the advisor communicated me.I don’t recommend this Niello Audi on Auburn blvd to no person.
Well my Service Adviser is great, awsome, friendly. Few gripes, lots of loaners are available but the gal on phone said no loaners, when I got to the dealership saw quitea bit of loaners and asked for one and was provided one. Originallyhad a rental from Hertz booked. The tech that checked my low coolant light said everything is normal. Now a sealed system evaporating coolant never heard of. Did read a thread about the water pump that causes the low coolant light, where there is a new water pump available. Wish I could have gotten mine replaced, but understand that if not a failed unit it can not be replaced. Was advised to put a cup of water if it happens again. But for an expensive Audi 2019 Q7 this should not happen.
This location so far has been one of the best. The Elk Grove location was my original place but it’s just too far. I’ve been to the Rocklin location a few times as well and their customer service is just not that great. At this location the workers come across like they actually care. I got the service advisor, Dain, and he was very friendly and informative. I highly recommend him. I’m glad I finally found a location I can regularly bring my vehicle to.
Coming from a Mercedes family, this is our first Audi so we didnt know what to expect. We visited several different dealerships on Sunday but couldn’t find the right dealership and the right color combo with the options we wanted, so we went home empty handed. I then called Niello Audi and spoke to Stan Barney to check if they had what we wanted on their lot and sure enough they did. Our conversation was brief but I could tell he was professional and such cool person.Monday comes, my fiancé and I go to Niello expecting to see Stan but he was not working, then a young gentleman named Joshua Meyer greeted us promptly and showed us around and the car we wanted to purchase. My fiancé was on the fence of either the white they had on their lot or having to order a Monsoon Gray, we kept going back and forth and Josh was so patient with us, a huge shout out to his manager Greg as well. They are such awesome individuals. We HAD to have the warm weather package and that was pretty rare, but Niello of Audi made it happen! So thank you so much for all the informative information and great help during the process, we will be a returning customer and will highly recommend Niello Audi to friends and relatives.
Niello is always a top service experience. From the rental car arrangements to the service progress texts to the service video and “report card” they provide, you can feel secure that your vehicle is receiving top notch attention and service. I drive 7 hours to get my vehicle to Niello and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else.
Between the technician Mr Vang and and the service rep Mr Omead, they are very thorough and make sure I am up to date on the inspections, what else they recommend I need to fix. Everytime I leave satisfied knowing my car will not have problems because of that commitment they give to my car and me.
I always enjoy my experience at the Auburn Blvd Niello Audi. Im always treated like a valued customer and they do an outstanding job with maintenance of my 2012 Audi A6. All of the maintenance and sales reps have always been very nice to me. I dont want to go anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced. Why go anywhere else when Im treated like a true valued customer!?
5.0 star rating 11/13/2021Having had horrible experience at Livermore Audi, I was very skeptical on Audi dealers in general as it was our first time looking at this brand.I am so happy to get it touch with Cain Carter. He had all the paperwork ready by the time I arrived, I was in and out in less that 10 mins. His associate Harold helped me check-in and finish paperwork was also very pleasant to work with. Its so refreshing to see straight forward and honest people in this industry.It is a bit of drive from Bay Area but I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this dealership if you want a honest, stress free sale.
We were in and out within a couple hours. Seamless and pleasant experience with Niello Audi and, specifically, Cain Carter. Never had such an above board, matter of fact and straightforward approach from a dealership. I would highly recommend Niello Audi to anyone I know!

So my service guy Steven was great nothing bad to say about him, awesome dude.-1 star: The dealership itself didnt have loaner cars which was weird to me, every other Audi dealership has provided one but Niello did provide a Lyft too take me home and pick me up when the car was ready.-1 star: I have an S5 and just the rear brakes/rotor surfacing was the $1k out the door. Im new to the area so havent found a non dealer mechanic to work on my car but talking to other S5 and RS5 owners that is very expensive.At the end of the day Ill go back for my basic services but anything else Ill find an Audi certified mechanic.
I went in to buy an Audi SQ7. Was greeted right away with a smile seeing if I needed help with anything. I had an appointment at 10 showed up early, but Cain instantly started taking care of me which I appreciated. Long story short Cain, Gary and David all treated me as family while I was there. The customer service I received and the deal on my car was amazing. They did not put any pressure on me to buy any warranties or other additives for the car. David just showed me options so I could take great care of my car and my wallet in the future. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership and I am looking forward to being a customer for life.
Sacramento Niello always provides me the best service. I had tried moving to an Audi dealership closer toy house, but they couldnt match the level of service I get at Sacramento, so now its the only Audi service department I go to. Its worth the extra drive. They do whatever they can to help meet my cars needs and keep me driving safely. They even drove my car back to my house for me after the service was done. They do a great job maintaining my car and helping keep it convenient for me too.
We previously purchased an Audi at Niello Porsche from Lee Perkins. When we were in the market for another Audi the first place we thought of was Niello. Bob Nelson, the general manager, and Pierre Bernard, the salesman, were excellent. The entire experience was terrific. Once you become a part of the Niello family, you will never purchase another car from another dealership.
Just moved to the area. Very pleased with the communication and care of my A5. The service writer and the customer service rep for the loader car were very helpful. The dealership is clear, well staffed and organized. If I could change one negative experience during my visit, it would be the interaction I had with the three cashiers. Not one of them was interested in helping me. I believe I interrupted some kind of conversation they were having. I like and recommend my new Audi dealer and services center.
Have all our AUDIs serviced here, and have been impressed with both professional, welcoming attitude of the staff and the quality of service. This is my go-to shop for service although we have never purchased a vehicle from here.Jul 7, 2021: service and staff interactions were excellent as alwaysOur S6 had a check engine light that needed to be addressed. Niello once again provided excellent service despite supply chain delays. Dain Bryant kept us advised at each step. Can highly recommend.

Always excellent customer service and quality work by technicians. My service yesterday turned out to be longer than expected, but my service advisor found a rental car for me and kept me informed throughout the day. The rental and another service item were covered by Niello, as well as the car wash. Overall, my experience was very positive and my car continues to be in excellent condition.
I recently purchase a used Audi RS 5 from this dealership and I couldnt be happier with the car and my experience. Everyone I worked with at this dealership was extremely respectful and dedicated to to making sure I had a great experience. I personal worked with Raz and he was fantastic to work with; very knowledgeable, passionate about cars, and he simply went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience possible. After I purchased the car, I had a minor concern, and Raz called me on his day off to assure me they would take care of the issue and they have since done so. Obviously any car dealership is interested in selling cars, but at Niello they are dedicated to customer service and it shows. I will refer business to this dealership and when I need to purchase my next Audi, I will give Raz a call first. I dont live in Sacramento, in fact its a several hour drive, but its a small price to pay to work with genuine people. I rarely write reviews, but in todays word great customer service is becoming more and more scarce, and Ill go to the end of the earth to promote it when I find it. Thank you Niello and team, and especially Raz for a great experience; you are running an exemplary business, and I sincerely appreciate it.

Update: This place still rocks! I mean clean bathrooms, stellar customer service and overall a great place to wait for your car to be complete! It’s always so easy to get my car’s regular maintenance done at Niello Audi. I never have to hold while scheduling the appt, and there’s never more than a 2 week wait for a loaner vehicle. It’s so nice to not be without the quality of car I’m used to. So convenient, no hassle at all.
My advisor, Dain, was steps ahead of the game, keeping me informed along the way and contacted me immediately when things were done. I wasnt able to pick my vehicle up right away and they were totally understanding. 100% customer oriented! My vehicle was washed and clean and ready to go!!
We bought our Audi on Black Friday. Since then we have ordered mats and puddle light rings but I did not expect to pay extra for a plug in for our towing package. Went to tow something for a friend and found out the wiring harness does not have a plug in. My husband called and was told they had one in service department. Went to pick it up and the charge was close to $100. Did not have an appointment so it could not be installed. Upon questioning it my husband was told he should have inspected the car when we bought it, except it was very dark and everyone was closing the dealership. This is not the service or advice I expected from a place that sold us the car of our dreams.Update: I did take your call and you ask what you could do....I told you refund the money for the part. You said you would call me back, which you did BUT no mention of any money only next time we came in for service come to you for a discount....hum you knew my name, my sales person and my phone number, but did not notice we have Audi Care and added 100,000 protection package. When I mentioned that you said that you would send items from the sales department. Now it is 3 weeks later and no package or phone calls to check. We will not be considering you are first point of contact and we will not be back for service. The car of our dreams and the car we waited so long to buy now has a very sour note...
Our experience was amazing and easy. We had been approached by your sales rep, Manny. He was nice and friendly. He helped us located the perfect used Q7 Prestige. Manny had made it very easy and with no pressure to enjoy our car shopping. Even the extreme heat, Manny had offered us water and snacks many times during our visit.Once we had narrowed it down to our vehicle choice, I for sure thought now is the time where we start getting nickled and dimed. I wanted to trade in two of our vehicles. But rest a sure, there was no haggling or back and forth pricing. We told Audi what we wanted for our two trades and received what we wanted in exchange for our purchase. Came here to do oil change for Audi A6. Service was fast. Professional and to the point. Great dealership. Great ppl works here. Highly recommend this business for all your car needs. My advisor was Eric and he did a great job. I only wish they have a Juro coffee machine to make a better coffee ;)
These people are the real deal. Honest and forthright with not a hint the of shystiness we experienced from Rocklin Audi. As we were halfway through signing docs, the GM came in and told us the tech found an AC issue that could not be fixed same day. We backed out of the deal on that car (who wants a new car that has problems on the first day?) and were ready to walk. Cain was able to find another car with a better package at the same price to make it right. Most dealers would not have told us about the AC problem and let us drive the car home then fixed the problem later. My thanks to Cain, Andrea and the GM at Niello for their overall honesty and treating us like we were important.
Today I was able to drive home in my new Q5 thanks so much to the niello Audi team but mainly Jonathan in sales. I went in looking for the full luxury dealer experience, and thats exactly what I received. Any odd questions or requests I had, he made sure to get me an answer. The deal happened very quickly, Jonathan made sure to inform me that the company could not place any cars on hold so I worked with Jonathon to secure the vehicle I loved in a timely manner. He came in on his day off on a busy afternoon and was patient with me throughout the process. Papers were signed very quickly and the service team did an amazing job making sure the car was very clean. So happy with my purchase. Shoutout niello and especially Jonathan! Thanks for the help!
I love Niello Audi! Scott, the manager, and Omead, a service advisor, are always cheerful and super friendly and really are trying their best to provide outstanding customer service at very reasonable cost! I prefer to go to the dealer as they provide loaners and guarantees! They greet you with a warm welcome and have a very comfortable customer area if you need to wait! Always a great experience getting my car serviced here! Doesn’t matter whether your car is new or old, they will treat you with kindness and respect and keep you well informed! Give it a try! You will be glad you did!
I purchased an Audi S5 last Monday. It was a pleasant experience for the most part with Dianne the sales person. That night I realized the unlock power button was not operational (called Dianne right away Tues morning) and by Wednesday the check engine light went on. Obviously frustrated I called the dealership, and left another message with Dianne, no phone call back. As my frustration grew I called the service department directly. Omead was very nice, and mostly helpful. I went to the service department the next day. Although pretty pleasant, I felt rushed and like he was just trying to get me out of his face, he was a bit rude and snide at times even. Still by this time no call from Dianne at all. They put me in a loaner car and sent me on my way. Omeads follow up was very good after that, and my car was ready as promised. I would say over all that I am disappointed in their customer service. I think when selling and servicing such a high end car they would be returning phone calls right away, taking their time with customers and the sales person should have definitely followed up as soon as she heard my car was in service! To this day no call back from her or anyone in sales. While I am happy with the S5, I will not return to this dealership for another car sale nor will I send anybody I know to this place.
Great Experience. Its our first Audi purchased and happy with the purchased experience. Cain who helped us throughout the process is an excellent Rep. All staffs are so friendly and provide excellent service. You need a new Audi, go to Niello Audi and see Cain Carter.
Had a terrible experience with this dealership. Sales Rep Cain Carter really showed what horrible customer service is all about. I live over 2 hours away from the dealership, so I negotiated the purchase of a used vehicle via email with Mr. Carter. After agreeing to the terms and price (and specifically informing him that I was doing this via email so as not to make a wasted multi-hour trip to the dealership for nothing), I informed him that it would take me approximately me 3 hours to get there to purchase the vehicle. However, when I arrived, another party was writing up paperwork to purchase the vehicle. To make matters worse, instead of being apologetic and attempting to diffuse the situation, he decided his best course of action was to ignore me and hide in the back office while leaving that task to his assistant manager. The wasted trip was obviously irritating, but it was Mr. Carter’s complete lack of professionalism which made this experience an infuriating one. A business is only as good as its worst employee, and unfortunately for Niello Audi, the way Mr. Carter handled the situation reflects poorly on the whole dealership.
The company itself appears to be very good at what they do and the service that my A4 received was fine. My issue was with my service advisor, Dain. His communication regarding the progress and state of my vehicle was sub-par. He would not answer my calls, led me to believe that the servicing of my car would be somewhat quick when I expressed that I lived an hour away, and proceeded to treat me as if I knew very little about my vehicle. Also, the website to track the progress of my vehicle was useless as it was never updated. In addition there was no courtesy vehicle offered to me. Overall I wasn’t pleased with the service I was provided and will be seeking another dealership in the future.
I was looking for a new service facility for my SQ5 since my original dealer scaled back on customer service. I was fortunate to find that Scott Bunker was the service manager. (I knew him from twenty years back and three vehicles ago.) The service was done properly and the staff was friendly and efficient. They even washed the vehicle - like my old dealer used to do.
The service Dept paid for my Uber home. But when I de used to pick up my car since I had to get approval for a $10,000 service and we were also leaving town for a week, the service changed. I text back the person handling our service letting him know we will be picking up in an hour. We got there 2 hours later. He said he doesn’t really look at his text and it took him 20 mins to close our file to accounting. Then paid for the inspection and another 20 mins to get my car. I try to tell him that we had to get approval from our company and we will be gone for a week, he just disregarded my comment and not a word was said after. Not the sr ice department it used to be. Too bad. I’m going to Elk Grove.
1. The hard-sell extended warranty tactics by the finance guy were not appreciated. The test cases which tried to instill customer fear implied an inferior product which does not represent the Audi brand well.2. After explicitly stating multiple times I did not want the extended warranty, the finance guy included it on the sales contract with interest. I thought this was deceitful and dishonest; we were going to walk away from the sale at that point.3. Sales associate Dianne was knowledgeable and we greatly appreciated her help before and after we bought the car.
Had an amazing experience at Niello Audi while buying my new S5. Diane and Fernanda are very professional sales advisors, they really know their Audi’s and were a pleasure to work with. Gary and Andrea also did a wonderful job and they made sure to make it an enjoyable and stress free experience. I highly recommend Niello Audi and any Niello company dealership to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle!
Great service from both Shaheen and fernanda. The finance guy was great too. You can tell the team all gets along very well and feel very well taken care of by niello. This made the process so much more enjoyable. If you are going to be at a dealership for a few hours, these people are the ones I want to hang out with.

Good experience, your finance guy was little annoying, I said I don’t need any extra coverages etc, and he kept on. He want as far as to tell my wife when I went to the bathroom if she wanted to add to call him back, lol.Sales guy johnathan was great 5 stars on him very nice young man.
Service advisors Hector and Erik are excellent. The issue I consistently have at Niello Audi is the attention to detail by the service technicians.I bought my 2018 Audi A3 there and I paid for the AudiCare service plan. After every service I have had issues with the technicians leaving a mess for me to clean up. From the passenger PODS recall and having to vacuum and clean up repair debris to the recent 40,000 service with significant pooled transmission fluid on top of the engine bay. The attention to detail is lacking. I just wonder if I brought in an A8 would they “care” a little more as opposed to my A3. Also makes me wonder what other items they don’t care about besides leaving a mess for the customer to clean up after.
Pleasant and efficient service by friendly folks. Finally fixed a Start/Stop malfunction that has plagued my vehicle since it was new 4 years ago. I am pleased and thank my diligent service representative above all other reps and several service managers that had failed me previously.
It’s 2021 and women are still degraded when they enter a dealership to buy a vehicle alone. I entered the dealership today with the full intention of leaving the dealership with a new car. I just graduated from law school, and this would have been my first car after graduating. I also was interested in trading in a 2015 A8 my family owns for a new A8.I made sure the sales rep (Manny) was aware of my intentions. I test drove an A7 and came back to get a quote so I can make my decision on the car. Manny and I sat down at his desk, and he began asking me a lot of questions, one being my SSN. I proceeded to provided it to him, not realizing that I was just requesting a quote and a SSN should not be needed for it. He asked a few more questions that just seemed off for a simple quote. So, I asked him if he was running my credit and he said no. I asked him why he needed my SSN and he was not able to provide me with a real answer. The ‘manager’ Steven Tracy came over to try to explain it to me. He said that they do not provide quotes unless I was a ‘serious buyer’. I told him I want to leave with a vehicle today so I am not understanding why you believe I’m not a serious buyer and therefore not giving me a quote. He said that most buyers come in knowing what the price range in the market is so there is no need for a quote... a quote is only provided when the buyer is ready to sign papers. He proceeded to talk about the price range implying it was above my price range. I have no idea why he would think this, other than the fact I am a 24 year old female. He gave me a lot of unnecessary attitude, continuing to deny me a quote. I have never been this belittled, especially at an Audi dealership. He obviously made it clear he was not going to provide me with a quote so that I could buy the car.For obvious reasons, I left without a car today (making sure my SSN was out of their system). It’s evident this dealership does not want my business and I am more than happy not to give it to them. I just want people to be aware before entering this dealership. Take your business elsewhere!
Very disappointed in our experience with Steve & Manny at Niello Audi in Sacramento. Weve been looking for our perfect version of a family car for some time and thought we finally found it at Niello. We have an amazing relationship with our local credit union & secured financing for the vehicle before even reaching out to Niello.We initially spoke with Manny whom we explained what we want. That we already have financing in place. Well be flying out to pick up the car & driving it home to register & plate it. Manny was on board til he learned we had our own financing in place. After immense pressure to get us to fill out a credit app, we were ready to just walk when his manager Steve called us.Steve informed us the credit app is a legal requirement to buy a vehicle out of state as the dealership has to make sure were not on the no-fly list. We thought that was strange as weve purchased every car out of state and this has never happened or even been suggested. Its complete BS. My husband, who very much wanted this vehicle, pushed back a little on Steve the manager. Then it turned into the credit check being to verify identity. Which is also complete BS. You dont need to run credit to verify identity. There are numerous ways, including basic background checks and I9 Employment verification processes to verify employment without a credit check. Steve continued to push back on my husband stating their dealership specifically has had three cases of major identity theft recently so there is no way around this.Major major red flags. My husband literally made an appointment to walk into this dealership with cash (verified funds from the bank) to buy a vehicle and this dealership refuses to sell it to us without a credit check. Our credit was checked with our credit union. Our credit union offered to speak to the dealership, Steve blew them off. Our credit union obviously verified our identity before giving us certified funds as well and my husband would be flying to Sacramento to get the car. Our identity and credit is more than verified and confirmed.My husband spoke with our bank, an attorney and a Sales Manager for a local Audi dealership. Everyone said what Niello is doing is trying to run our credit to verify our credit worthiness in an attempt to lock us into their in-house financing. Apparently every credit app = some sort of compensation for Niello.Saturday night, my husband made one last attempt with Manny. He told him I want the car. I have the cash. I can be there Wednesday. Let me know. Manny and Steve have both completely blown my husband off. Its Tuesday and the car is still listed for sale. No call from either to sell it to my husband who practically begged them to take our money. As Audi lovers and regular buyers of them, we will never purchase one or even look at Niello in the future.

I have been with Niello Audi for four years with my 2018 Q7 Premium and my new 2021 SQ7. I couldn’t tell you who my sales associate was, but Omead Anwar at the service dept has been absolutely amazing year after year. He’s one of the main reasons I came back to Niello for the SQ7. You can get a nice car anywhere, but how you’re taken care of afterwards is EVERYTHING. Seriously anything I needed Omead is always responsive, polite, and willing to do whatever it took to produce a positive experience. Shout out to Jenny as well for always coming thru with a solid loaner ;) Highly recommend Niello for vehicle selection and service that can’t be beat.T
I have used Neillo Audi for the last decade. Mr. Eric Carr was my initial service manager and he still is. This is a Diamond dealership, and Mr. Carr exemplifies that. He is direct, affable, clear in his description of my A5T needs and demonstrates a knowledgeable base for the Audi products.Suggestion: Clone him!
This was the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. I do want to say that Mung was very nice and easy to work with, however (for no fault of his) my husband and I had to wait for 4 HOURS after agreeing on a deal before we spoke to anyone from finance. At this point, it was almost 8pm on a Sunday night, my husband and I had been there for 6 hours, we were tired and hungry (we weren’t offered so much as a bottle of water the entire time), and we just wanted to get out of there. The guy from finance finally came in and sat down and the first thing he did was take his mask off DURING A PANDEMIC. Then he tried to sell us on the extended warranty and Audi care and continued to push us on this after we made it VERY clear we were absolutely NOT INTERESTED. Then came the GAP insurance, which I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and say it was a miscommunication when he added it although we said we absolutely did not want anything extra. My husband and I have tried calling 3 times to get the application to cancel the GAP insurance and were told we’d get a call back but we still have heard nothing (3 days later). And to top of this horrible experience, we were told we HAD to pay for the LoJack system because it was already installed (although this was not included in the listed price of the car). They tried selling it to us under the term “taxable AMO” for over $3,000. After talking them down to $699 (according to LoJack website, MSRP is $695), I get a call 4 days after purchasing our vehicle saying I need to schedule an appointment to have it installed. Again, they FORCED us to pay for the LoJack by saying it was already installed and now I have to take the car back next week to ACTUALLY have it installed. We were never given the choice to opt out because they straight up LIED to us. We feel completely swindled. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Horrible service. Shady finance department. Overall a terrible experience. *Again, the salesman, Mung, was the only good part of our experience
Overall, Ive owned 5 Audis, 2 of which I purchased from Neillo Audi. A nice little TT for my son and a Q7 for my wife the day after to add to my pair of A4 Avants (B6 and B8) and MK1 TT. Both Neillo acquired cars have been great with the sales staff not pressuring or wasting my time.The Audi service department has always been quick and provide great communication for when weve left any of our cars in for service.Wish the same could be said for Neillo BMW when I went to look at an i8 recently. Guess Ill have to grab that RS7 Ive had my eye on.
By far the BEST experience I’ve had buying a car. Cain is an example of a highly professional and positive individual that cares about people and their love for Audi’s. Cain was patient , attentive and never once pushy or appeared tired of my questions after 3 hours of driving a number of vehicles. I left with a gorgeous Audi and I can’t wait to share with others what excellent customer service Niello Audi has to offer.

I really don’t give reviews at all. But this one takes the cake! Recently, this past November I was involved in a car accident (no one was hurt). I lost my precious Audi A7 Prestige. I wanted to replace my A7 with an identical spec. But I had no luck finding one in Chicago where I live. Luckily Niello Audi had the A7 I was searching for. Kyle was a true mate! He handle all the paper work and delivery! He gave a sense of true confidence when purchasing my A7. Kyle, didn’t pressure me or rush me into purchasing my A7. He didn’t spam me w/ calls, texts or emails. If you’re thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Niello Audi whether that be online or in person. I highly recommend asking for Kyle! I bought my CPO Audi S5 from Stan Barney and Niello Audi, and wanted to give a shout out to both Stan and Niello. I avoided buying a new car for several years because previous dealership experiences were painful, with long waits and lots of games. Stan and Niello have completely changed my view of the car buying experience. Stan was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient from the first time I stopped in to test drive the car and I bought it several weeks later. I never felt any pressure with Stan -- the relationship was more like having a trusted advisor or friend help me make the decision that was right for me. The buying experience was so simple - four texts negotiated a fair price on a Friday night and it took about an hour on Saturday morning to buy the car! It actually took longer for Stan to deliver the car to my wife and me after we signed the papers! Kudos also to Nicole in Finance. I have since had two service appointments, and my experience with David and Eric and the rest of the Service staff has been just as exceptional. I should also add that the dealership itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained and everyone is also friendly and helpful. The Niello folks have all the big stuff and details nailed down. Bottom line, this is my first Audi and the first German car I have owned since 1989, but after this experience I am a dedicated Audi owner and Niello fan. When the time comes to replace my S5, I will be driving straight into Niello and asking for Stan Barney! Thanks Stan and everyone at Niello for a fantastic experience!

TerribleI had a worst experience. I made a appointment by phone for recall service but they had no idea when I got there. They wondered why I was there after 2pm. Finally they got me a loaner car but showed me pictures of foot prints inside of car as damage and I told that is not damage but just wear and tear. But she insisted me as damage, and went over their loaner contract. No more than 150 miles, refill gas tank, within 24hours return, and so on. I have rented a car many times from rental car companies before but this was stricter than any other rental car companies. I had to drive from 4 hours to get this service. They doing recall service due to legal obligation but they seems like doing favor to customers. So I have a young kid, I had to literally cleaned out any foot prints inside of the car and filled the full tank of gas before the return. When I made an appointment I asked if they do wash a car at least, she told me yes and she told me they will do first thing in the morning and it will be ready around lunch time. Next day when I return my loaner car, my car wasn’t ready around lunch time. Nobody called me or let me know when will be ready on that day so I assume it should be ready for me to pick up. They just started doing recall service when I got there, I had to wait there another hour. The lady came and ask me to remove some stuff from the loaner, I was very upset and told her I need my car ready in order to move all my stuff from the loaner.I complained all these to the service manager but she doesn’t seem to understand. She defended every aspect with every excuse and didn’t seem she is sorry. Lexus refilled the tank for every recall service and free wash as well. This Audi does not do anything not even wash the car. They seems like doing a favor for the customer as a recall service and they have no idea what customer care service is.
Kyle and Nicole are wonderful. The A5 we bought was a great deal, excellent experience, easy buying process. Beautiful car. Superior customer service. Very straightforward. Nice people and good value. Today was our first visit to, and first purchase at, Niello Audi, and I would happy to return if we need another car some day. Excellent client service to set up service appt.. excellent follow up to sched.. excellent service of vehicle...final bill was exactly as estimated...all done on time...add to that...if you live in Grass Valley...they might even pick up and deliver your car...bottom line ..year 2021 high tech service...with year 1950 personal customer service...Allen Ostrofe
Very low pressure. Cain was helpful but not pushy at all. I came and saw one vehicle that did not work because I am big and there was not enough headroom. A few days later I spotted a car I loved on another Niello lot. He brought it up and stayed late to close the deal with me. I came here because of the quality of the used vehicles and the 7 day or 700 mile return policy. Makes the decision easy, even if I was confident in my deal and the car.
Communication between staff is very poor. Expected work to be done on Friday, received no update before closing. Called Sat to inquire and received a return VM from another associate that because my associate and technician were not working Saturday they could not update me with anything other than “in service”. Online the status remained “in service” Took 30 minutes to reach someone Monday AM to learn that the vehicle work was completed on Friday with “DIdn’t you get my voicemail?” No VM was received and I doubt one was attempted. Poor customer service all around.
Purchased my first ever Audi from this dealership less than a month ago. A friend of mine recommended me to check out Niello Audi in Sacramento and I am glad I did. From the very beginning my sales person Raz, was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything there is to know about the Audi A4 to my girlfriend and I. He answered all my questions and was very professional. No pressure at all. After a day or so of negotiations we met agreed on a price that we both were pleased with.Unfortunately the day I was able to pick it up was his day off so he asked me to meet with Pierre. Pierre was very professional and friendly and also made sure I was happy when I purchased the vehicle. He made sure the vehicle was up to my standards when detailing the car for me to take home. Pierre than brought me to meet with the finance manager Phillip to sign the agreement.Phillip was absolutely fantastic. He is a real asset to the company and I am glad he was able to accommodate me on a misunderstand that a sales rep and I had. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.At the end of the day I was able to drive home my brand new Audi and I couldnt be happier. Each of the three individuals that I dealt with followed up with me a few times after the purchase to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I am very happy with Audi Niello and will recommend them to everyone I know who is looking to purchase a new car. Thank you again!
Niello Audi is a great place to buy your dream car. I recently lost my home and car in Californias Camp fire. Dave Morgan went over and above to find me the vehicle I wanted at a great price, with no pressure, and in a timely manner. I cant say enough about how wonderful everyone at the dealership was to work with. They know their products inside and out; and, are happy to share their expertise. My wife and I were looking to replace our 2013 Audi A6 with newer pre-owned A6. We contacted Niello Audi with a request to look at a couple. Pat Silva and David Morgan went out of their way on short notice to get several ready for to test drive. David followed up the next day with a “no pressure” phone call. He asked questions about what we were looking for and quickly found the car we wanted at a very fair value and we bought it. Quick. Easy and no pressure.
My experience at Niello Audi in Sacramento was excellent. I saw an add on-line for the 2017 Audi Q5 that had all the options I wanted. The price was within my budget. On Wednesday, I called and spoke with Stan Barney. He gave me the details about my dream car that I saw advertised. He was specific as to what I needed to bring with me if I wanted to purchase the vehicle. He explained the process of purchasing in detail. I told him that my son and I would be there on Saturday. I hoped that the car would still be available on Saturday since I was coming from the Bay Area. Stan called Saturday morning to let me know that the car was still there and assured me that he would be waiting for my arrival. Stan is experienced and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. I received a fair price for my trade-in and Stan even called me to say that he would mail me a small item that I had left in my trade-in. Niello Audi has a beautiful showroom and professional atmosphere and Stan made the experience pleasurable and stress free. I highly recommend Niello Audi and Stan Barney.
AVOID: Wasted my time for 5 days with dishonest tactics and ran a credit check based on false claims. The sales managers are rude and act like theyre doing you a favor. Did the exact same thing in June of 2019. In 2019 ended up going with Jaguar. Will do the same in 2021. So i guess Jaguar should give them a 5 star review for pushing business to them...
This was the 2nd car Ive bought from a Niello dealership. Both experiences have been stellar. I love my new Audi and the service from start to finish couldnt have been more perfect. My previous car was a BMW-M3 and I wasnt totally sure what I wanted as a replacement. Rob Davis helped me weigh the pros and cons and I am extremely happy with the choice I made. Rob found the Audi-S5 in the color, with the interior and options I wanted, and had it ready for me to pick up in a flash. I was pressed for time 2 days later when I actually purchased my car. Steve Townsley had everything processed like clockwork. I appreciate their product knowledge and friendly services more than they know! Additionally, I had some extra items installed about 3 weeks after purchase. Niello Audis Service department was just as wonderful and considerate. Erik Carr couldnt have made anything more convenient for me. Niello has a fan in me and I recommend them to others all the time.
Our family did our 3rd car purchase at this dealer. The customer service is outstanding. If you are looking to buy a car here take some time and request Raz. All 3 car purchases were with him. He goes above and beyond to give you the best deal. Listens to your concerns and gives you the best advice. Thats why we keep coming back to him. My experience with Niello Audi was fantastic!I have been looking for a car for quite a while and this dealer more than exceeded my expectations with high quality service making the whole experience pleasant and clear.Kyle went out of his way to help research a bank that had the right lending options for me even past closing time! Their whole team is very polite and made all options aware without any pressure. I never thought I would buy a used vehicle online with a 500 mile separation between dealer and prospective buyer.But Niello Audi had the exact vehicle I had been looking for but with no success.I found the Niello web site description and photos to be detailed and as a next step called Niello Audi and on different occasions spoke with both Pierre and Kyle who each further provided the assurances I needed to make an offer for purchase.I did buy the vehicle and found the experience to be both pleasant and very efficient with all questions answered and several recommendations made by Kyle that further simplified the purchase.Niello Audi volunteered to deliver the vehicle out of state and it was indeed quickly delivered at my convenience and in immaculate condition and with a full tank of gas.Any prior expectations I had about this purchase were exceeded.When I am next again in the market for another vehicle I will put Niello Audi at the top of my search list.Thank you Niello Audi!!
I was in the market for a 2018 A3. I shopped at closer dealerships throughout the Bay Area but they were all difficult to work with online and non-committal. Niello was the exception. They provided a compelling quote, a virtual estimate for my trade in, had the vehicle detailed and ready, kept their promise on the quotes with no last minute surprises, and only took 1.5 hours of our time. Cain Carter was an absolute pro. I purchase a new vehicle every 1-2 years and will plan on driving to Sacramento for all my future purchases. They are that good and worth the drive.
This salesman was wonderful to deal with. I tried other Audi dealerships and had horrible experience in Rockland. I put in a request online, and Kyle answered my countless questions and gave me all the information I needed. He listened to what I was wanting and found a car that worked for me. In an era of most car prices being standard and online, he was upfront, gave me a fair offer, and didnt play any games. He helped nail down all the details before hand, and I was able to test drive and , do all the paperwork, and drive off my new amazing car in an hour. I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism, knowledge, customer service , positive attitude. 10 out of 10 would recommend to family and friends.
I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Audi Allroad on March 16, 2018. During the purchase process my salesperson Raz told me that it was a 1 owner vehicle, an older lady bought it brand new from them at Niello Audi here in Sacramento, she had been putting on less than 6,000 miles per year and that it was babied in a garage. With this information I was not provided with any carfax, or any service history, and in good faith of Niello I had trusted Razs word. Raz didnt necessarily lie in his sales pitch to me, but he left out some major components that would have led me to not purchasing the car, come to find out my vehicle is a lemon. I have less than 75,000 miles on the vehicle currently, and this is the 2nd time my engine has blown on the vehicle under my ownership. I did some digging after requesting the full service history from Niello 2 weeks ago, and it turns out the original first owner had to also have the engine replaced with a brand new Audi engine...at 14,999 miles. That means my vehicle has gone through 3 engines in less than 75,000 miles, and it now needs a 4th engine to continue to operate. That is not how any regular vehicle should work. I also did some more digging into the CPO documents they had provided to me during the sale of the vehicle, and it turns out those documents that certify the vehicle are fraudulent. The document specifies that no repairs have been done to the engine/transmission/differentials/transaxle, that is false. It also specifies under the category that specifies if the vehicle qualifies to be an Audi CPO vehicle that Is it certain the vehicle does not have an extensive or unreasonable service history? which is marked as Yes, that is false. A camshaft replacement, and then an entire engine replacement, is the definition of extensive vehicle repair. On top of all of this the service history also mentions rodents in the vehicle at some point in time, the foam lining under the hood has been eaten away.I purchased the vehicle at a premium with the certification of it being a quality CPO vehicle, I put my trust in Niello that they were telling the truth. It is all a lie. I went to Niello when the engine blew for the first time under my ownership and they refused to serve me under the CPO 100,000 mile 6 year warranty under the claims that my transmission threw a fault code that had somehow voided my CPO warranty. In desperate need of a working vehicle, I paid over $12,000.00 out of my own pocket to get the engine replaced at a third party shop. Now I am living this through a second time with my brand new Audi engine I had professionally replaced last summer, with less than 20,000 miles on it, serviced and maintained regularly, blown again.I need Audi to buy my vehicle back for the original purchase price, as well as pay me back for every penny I spent on repairing this vehicle. The financial stress that this has put me through is tremendous, all because Niello Audi fraudulently sold me a vehicle that should not have been certified as a quality CPO vehicle. As a small business owner with a family to care for, I am beyond disappointed and disgusted. I already have attorneys in hand and plan to make sure that all of Northern California never trusts Niello with future vehicle purchases. These guys will do anything to make a sale, even if it means screwing over customers and blatantly fraudulently selling vehicles that do not meet Audis standards of quality.
We took our Q5 in for its first oil change and service last week. We dont live near an Audi dealer so we had a few issues/concerns saved up since when we purchased the vehicle (new) 10 months ago. Our service guy was extremely condescending, didnt listen to us (literally walked away from me when I was talking to him), and rude. He made it very clear that he thought we had too many concerns/questions about the vehicle. When he handed us the keys to our loaner vehicle, we told him we needed to get our luggage out of our vehicle before leaving. He literally just pointed to our car in the service lane, and turned around and went back inside without asking if we needed help or offering to pull the loaner closer. When we returned for our car a few days later, he didnt acknowledge us at all, and no one went through our service report with us except the cashiers (after we asked some questions), who had a difficult time even finding confirmation that the oil change was done. Most of the items on the report were listed as could not replicate problem so I have no idea what they did. I have never had such an awful experience when having a vehicle serviced. I expected more from a luxury vehicle dealer.
David Morgan of Niello Audi made buying a car a very enjoyable experience. He was very knowledgeable about the various Audis and their features. David was not a high pressure salesman. He took the time to listened to our requests and wants for a new car. He then set about finding the exact car we “built” after meeting with him. He truly seemed interested in helping us find a perfect car, not trying to get us to purchase the most expensive car on the lot.Thank you David for a very pleasant car buying experience.
Pros: good price on vehicle, great sales managersCons: sales person with no knowledge of product or administrative. Finance manager hit our credit twice creating two accounts with finance company(what a mess), made us feel like dealing with a used car dealership, and made us feel like we were buying a unreliable vehicle while trying to sell us on different warranties.
I have to agree with the previous person, as I hate buying cars. The whole process is little to be desired. I had been working with Kyle Fazelian via e-mail for a couple of months because I wasnt ready to buy at the time but had lots of questions. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I had my heart set on an A3 Cabriolet but due to the cost I was having to look at a basic version. He was more than happy to sell me that but when I came to test drive one he showed me the sedan as well. We test drove the Cabriolet first and boy it was fun. Afterward I drove the sedan version and loved it. He showed me the options that I could get on the sedan and that sold me. I was getting way more car and loved the way it drove. Cabriolet would of been fun but short lived without any bells and whistles. Kyle also spent a lot of time with me going over different ways for financing (buying vs leasing). All this was happening on a Sunday late afternoon. The entire staff stayed over and you could never tell it was time for them to go home. Kyle thanks so much for all your help and a great, positive car buying experience. If you want to buy a car contact Kyle he was great to work with and made the experience very painless.
Wow, our second purchase at a Niello dealership in a year. We bought a Mini at Niello Mini as well last year. I have to say I have never experienced the level of service and attention, that we enjoyed with Phillip Najera at Niello Audi. I did not feel pressured to buy and was made to feel comfortable with all of the options to choose from at the dealership. Usually buying a car is a marathon grudge match, but this experience was very different. Phillip took the time to listen to our desires of the type of car along with the realities of pricing and stock. In the end, I came away feeling like I received a great deal and excellent service throughout the entire process.
Will never buy another Audi without Cain Carter. He educated me on the Q5, listened carefully to my needs and helped me to decide on the very best model & trim package to fit my lifestyle. Kyle was very attentive to our needs without being pushy. He worked with us over a period of time to identify the vehicle best suited to my wifes needs and ultimately went to a considerable amount of trouble to get the right vehicle in her favorite color transported over from another dealership. Other dealers we visited were more interested in promoting whatever vehicles they had on the lot, often trying to get us to pay more money for features my wife didnt want (and sometimes without features she did want). Price negotiation was consistent with no surprises and post-purchase follow-up has been excellent. We would definitely buy from Niello Audi again, and would want to work with Kyle on future transactions.
Service department is top notch with excellent customer service. The sales staff is great as well. I recently had my A6 towed there after an oil change gone wrong at Firestone auto care left me stranded on hwy 50 late at night. The next morning I walked up to my car and within 3 minutes someone was outside checking on me making sure it was my vehicle I was photographing and went so far as to offer me coffee and a snack and drink to my young son.
We have purchased three Audis from Niello over the years and referred a colleague who purchased one as well. We just bought our Audi A5 sportback from Audi Niello through their Internet Sales department. We worked with the Internet Sales manager Cain Carter through the entire process. We bought this car with Audi Niello all the way from Oregon at a price that none of the local dealers were able to offer even with an added expense for us to fly there and get the car registered in OR. While on a road trip with my family we continued to experience a technical issue, the issue itself is irrelevant. Our road trip was from Disneyland back home to Oregon a long 1100 mile drive. The issue made us pull of the highway on the way down twice and while in the Los Angeles area we tried to get our Q7 serviced. That dealership asked us if the check engine light was flashing, it wasnt. Upon telling them so they shooed us away saying that we would be fine.By the time we reached the Sacramento area we had to pull of the highway four times and restart the car. We found directions to Niello Audi. When we arrived they promptly discovered the issue and set out to fix it. They finished quickly and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and satisfied.In short Niello Audi friendly, reliable and goes out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied and happy. Well worth five stars.
Unprofessional and not helpful. The following happened in October 2017. We took our recently bought (bought December 2016) brand new Audi Q5 for 2 recall issues and a weird noise from rear wheels when driving. They didnt address the noise issue at all and the inspection paper work says everything is in good conditions. We took our car back (they told us to take the car on Sunday, and they told us everything worked great, so we didnt get to talk to a service person that day, service personnel were off on Sunday). The noise was still there. After at least 5 calls trying to get hold of the service manager (Manager D) we first worked with, I gave up and made an appointment with another service manager (Manager E) a month from the first appointment. But at the time of service, It was Manager D again. The car was checked again and found all rotors were rusted and the technician recommended to replace all of them in the paperwork we received. This issue doesnt happen within a month. They missed the rotor problems completely when they did their inspection the first time. Manager D told us the rotors didnt need to replace at this time, may be later if the noise comes up again (the noise was still there). We wanted to replace the rotors because our car was a very new car and shouldnt have this issue since we drive the car regularly and have been extra careful driving the car. Manager D insisted in not replacing them at that time. It was very easy for them to send the problem away as they wanted. I cannot leave my car unfixed so I tried some other dealer. Things changed when we switch to the Audi Dealer at Elk Grove. They were very efficient in finding the problem and actively contacted the manufacture department. The rotors were replaced free of charge based on how new the car was. There were huge difference in between these two dealers. I do not recommend the audi dealer at Niello. You dont know what problem they can miss during a car inspection. It could be a safety issue. If they can miss my cars issue they can miss yours.
Disclaimer: I have not shopped for any vehicle here, just speaking from services perspective.My A4 fender bottom spoiler was damaged by an object on my road trip back from Los Angeles, and since none of the dealers in Los Angeles had any spare parts, I moved on on my trip until I decided to give Niello Audi in Sacramento a try.The service department was courteous and was extremely helpful, extending to offer picking up a part from another dealership when they realized they didnt have the right parts in stock, while I toured around in a loaner. Installation was fast and the charge was reasonable.Big shout out to Brittany who made my day. Will definitely recommend this place for service.

I just wanted to share how great of experience i had at this Niello location, my Sales Person as Stan Barney, and he was wonderful, i mean from the test drive and the paperwork he took care of me, i highly recommend him, when you come inside the dealer ask for Stan, because Stan is the Man!!! I had a great experience with the Niello Audi staff. I had contacted them online and informed them that I was interested in leasing or buying one of their cars, but that I was still shopping and didnt want to feel pressured to buy. My car had recently been totaled from behind and I was still in the rental. I came in the rental on a Thursday after work and I test drove the 2016 A3 and a certified 2013 A4 Quattro. They were understanding of my situation and they were very accommodating. The next day, I decided to buy the 2013 A4, but I couldnt drive the rental to the dealership and asked them to pick me up. They came to my house to pick me up! I really enjoyed the friendliness and service to customers. The staff is very friendly and I never felt pressured. Of a half dozen times I have been in a dealership, this is the first time it didnt feel like a test of wills. And, I am very happy with my new car.

I can confidently say that this dealership have been the worst experience, forget about expecting premium service for premium car. I have called and left 5 message over 3 weeks for my sales guy and the finance department, trying follow up on registration for my A6, not a single call back.Is everyone busy selling and dont care of service and follow up after that? I am not sure if they have concept of customer service at all!
I had new tires put on my Audi and front wheel alignment done at Niello Audi. I got my car back and noticed they had taken a big chunk of the powder coat off my left front rim and I should of taken care of it then. Anyway I brought my car to Kwiksilver wheel repair and they reapplied the powdercoat but when they were mounting and balancing the wheel, they said it was warped and they tried to repair it but it was damaged. I had to buy a new Rim because the mechanic at Audi was so incompetent that he warped it when mounting the tire and just figured I would not notice it. I left a message with the service manager and it is now been a week and I have not recieved a phone call! This is unacceptable! I have been loyal customer 10+ years but not now(I will now go to Rocklin Audi and Lasher Audi) If the owner of Niello Audi is reading this, save your dealership and fire the mechanic and service manager and maybe you might stay in business!
I found the car I was looking for on their website, emailed in an inquiry and received a response very shortly thereafter from Cain. Cain and I communicated throughout the day and set a time for me to come in the next day to drive and buy the car. Cain wasnt going to be there so he asked that I speak with Phillip when I got there to finalize everything. Both Cain and Phillip were extremely helpful and patient. Ask for them (Cain or Phillip) if youre heading over to Niello Audi to buy a fabulous car!
We have had MANY problems with our AUDI.. we drove it off the ROCKLIN AUDI dealership showroom floor. Even before we got home the check engine light came on .. Audi Rocklin service manager Cindy and the GM Luke are so horrible to work with, their service department couldn’t fix anything correctly either .. after a year of fighting them and taking the car in at least 10 times we decided to drive here to Niello Audi .. service department here is night and day difference from Rocklin .. at Neillo Audi they are sooo nice , they treat us with respect and kindness . They fixed our Audi , it runs like a champ now. Bruce the service manger spent a lot of his time with us explaining things and he was a real pleasure to work with. He treated us like friends not customers .Niello Audi is awesome . .

All were friendly, interested in our needs and very helpful.Very thorough in explaining anything we didn’t understand.We traded our older Audi in for a new one, love it!!We forgot that we had $40 tucked away in small closed compartment in the old Audi, the money was returned to us.Again, such a pleasant experience. Staff kept me informed on the schedule and about any issues that might have come up. They did a great job and include a good warranty on their work. Definitely recommend them!

2022-07-215 star service all the way! I brought my Audi A6 in to Niello for its 60,000 mile service and Hector Guadamuz went above and beyond to make it a great experience. All of the work was completely explained and agreed upon upfront. My car was ready sooner than I expected and there were no hidden or extra charges. Hector even found a way to save me a good amount of money which was a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend Niello Audi and will continue to bring my car here.

2022-03-25So the experience was not that great. I was given no information about the new 3G network hardware they installed. No one told me how it work, all I found was a little booklet left on the driver seat (rude). To top it off the hardware is not working so I am working with the app developer now to make it work. It would be nice if Audi representative would have demonstrated and made sure that the hardware is working before just handing me keys and saying” everything is good to go”!
