Sad that when they reopened the took the croissant egg sandwich off the menu and replaced it with an $18 avocado tartine. This used to be our favorite breakfast spot in town but the new menu is so limited it leaves much to be desired. The brown stuff on the avocado is a spicy fig and feta cheese. The combo doesn’t go well together at all.
Fantastic experience! Unlike many Europeans who seem to have a preconceived notion as to how this establishment should operate, I, as an American, do not mind paying for absolutely tantalizing coffee. My first requirement for a five-star experience is exceptional service. As soon as we walked in the door we were received as benevolent patrons and escorted toward a coffee making demo and tasting experience. All members of my party were thrilled to learn so much about coffee appreciation. I was personally stunned that such a mega corporation could maintain such class while distributing mass produced products, unlike the shameless culture manufacture of a Starbucks. The retail space was unassuming and the products spoke for themselves. Just amazing!
I used to love the entire Nespresso concept - but I fear they entirely lost it.I returned two bags of capsules to recycle (which implies I had grossed at least a couple of hundred with Nespresso before) and other than promised, they did not even invite me for a coffee.I bought new coffee - and while the cartons did not show any sign of damage, ALL capsules insite had dents. I did recognize this as very poor quality control, but thought what the heck - after all I put the machine - and then.... the first one imploded. Coffee everywhere - a complete mess. Our machine does not work anymore - and cleaning it costs more than buying a new one.As if this was not enough, I had friends and bragged how good their maccacrons are - and they really were at times. I bought 12 for the four of us - we wanted to munch them on our stroll to Rodeo Drive - and they were so dry we threw em away.NOW I do understand why the place was empty. I do very well recall when you had to stand in line to get in. Those days seem to be gone for good.Last but not least: I did go back and try to voice my concerns, but was asked to write. When being in the store, I took the attached image. Nespresso has obviously built a fancy machine that visually represents as if there were real barista at work. But if you look closely - they must have reduced their standards from professionals to some sort of monkeys - at least a low standard where they have to explain how to use the machine in BOLD steps. I wish I could laugh about this - I just happened to love them too much.Sorry, Nespresso - you just lost me - and when I look at the reviews, I fear I am not the only one....
I had to change my review from four years ago, when I gave five stars. I’ve been a Nespresso customer for over ten years now and have always loved coming here to buy coffee because that was an experience in itself. I felt well cared for and would learn about new coffees. But now it has really gone downhill. Not only is there no more sampling when buying, but they’ve gone cheap on customers. After purchasing over $50 in capsules, my daughter went over to the café area and asked for a cup of water. The barista responded “we SELL bottled water” even though he had cups and filtered water fountain. She came back and told me and I said that was ridiculous, that by law they are obliged to provide patrons with free tap water. So I went and asked myself and got the same response, emphasizing the word “SELL”. What a snob…I don’t even know if he was an actual barista or if he was just a guy who pushed the buttons on the coffee machine. This used to be a luxury brand that provided its clients with a luxury experience. Now it’s just cheap. Also, they moved locations and are in a much smaller space now. The one in the pictures doesn’t exist anymore. And I used to love their beautiful Nespresso bags the capsules would come in. Now they just put your purchase in a brown paper bag. I still like the coffee, but will be ordering online from now on.
I have mistakenly thought the store is a desserts place because of its display window. I then realized it was one line of their coffee products with the cute design packaging. I walked in and out to briefly visit the store and you will amazed of how big the store is.The design is very modern with bright lighting and comfy chairs and table, it is suitable to meet up for business talk. One side of the wall is designed with recycled metal pieces and it moves, looks super cool. There are some trees in the middle, big coffee bar and product display bar on one side.
I had only known Nespresso to be a coffee company. The cafe is awesome for food. The quality and quantity for the Mediterranean sampler we tried was great. The servers were very courteous and accommodating. Seats are very comfortable and the option to view and sample their products while waiting for seating is just great idea.
I just want to say. That I had a good time at Nespresso in Beverly hills good coustmer server I cant wait to go back. The best part I like about it. That William he the one who help me to get a coffee and welcome me to the store. Funny guy too is hard to find a guy who have a good spirits and a nice smile 😊 I be back soon 😊
What a let down. First time I went there was a few years ago, and the place was clean, offering nice food, great service; while now, there is no food, no service, and the place is a mess. Even the frames on the wall are damaged or/& dirty. I will definitely not come back, and would recommend coffee lover to cross the street to go to Laduree.
I love coming here. There’s a small range of ‘snacking’ / dessert style foods, and salads. Definitely not a place for a full lunching experience yet all is of quality! I can be indecisive sometimes so I’ll tell the staff to “surprise me” as far as flavors are concerned. I ordered the espresso shake, I like mine with the Voltesso strength. The gentlemen working there surprised me with a chocolate-banana flavor! The one in the photo is a honey-cinnamon.I frequent Nespresso, even bring my dog with me sometimes and sit outside. Such a mellow experience right in the middle of our city.
The espresso coffee from the little machine was great. Also tried an American coffee from the big machine and it was good. Apparently, the two machines have different technologies but they both make a great coffee. The staff was so friendly and spent a lot of time with me. I did not feel rushed or that they were pushy. I almost bout a machine on the spot but agreed to buy one online.
A very classy joint. In the heart of Beverly Hills, so what else could you expect?Ive only gone there to restock on coffee pods for our Nespresso machine. Havent yet had any of the entrées offered in the front end of the shop. The stuff looks good from what I can see. They offer you a sample of whatever is on offer for the day to drink. Once it was some sort of hot coffee and on another day an iced espresso.
I have no recollection regarding how much I paid for everything because I was too busy enjoying the view. Expansive, interesting decor and snappy service make this a great place to people-watch and enjoy a snack. The food is well-conceived and the coffees are normal. I cant say the food was the highlight nor the drinks, it was an experience to remember.
I have been to their stores in Zurich Switzerland(hq) Israel and Amsterdam. This is my favorite one. It is the largest Ive been in with the nicest interior design and furniture. The Staff was very professional and knew about their offerings. The crowd is very upscale with celebs around.A definite must visit for coffee fans that like great atmosphere.
Conveniently located across the street from the Beverly Hills public parking garage with 2 hours free parking. I believe this is the largest Nespresso storefront in the United States and it has a classy vibe to it.Outdoor café seating area leads into what feels like if an Apple store and museum had a baby. Mix of low and high table tops. Barista bar.Further back is the commercial operation center separated from the cafe section by a glass walled interior garden. Very zen.Various machines populate this landscape following that Apple store throughline and helpful staff mill about offering assistance and pod tastings. There is a self service pod recycling station as well as a full service counter beneath a glorious wall of Nespresso sleeves stacked to the ceiling.I’ve been here a couple of times while in the area to taste new blends, handle returns from online orders and browse. While my experience has varied mostly according to the personalities of the staff I’ve interacted with, it’s always been pleasant, efficient and hospitable. It’s super nice to have a store nearby to try flavors on before committing to entire sleeves and I miss this store during the current pandemic safer at home ordinance. Was checking if they might be offering curbside pickups yet but all storefronts throughout the area are temporarily closed so decided to drop a review from my respective bunker instead.I’ve enjoyed exploring cafés during travel as well as trying friend’s various at home caffeine delivery systems over time and love how coffee can reflect life. From playful to industrious, a cup of coffee can transport your senses while powering your inner jet engine to a world of inner thoughts and outward exploration.I’d argue that the best cup is often whatever best fits your current needs and asking those lines, I have developed an affinity for Nespresso. As counter balance to a slow marathon of refrigerated cold brew, Nespresso is an exciting 50 yard dash ready for you to pull the trigger on demand. There’s nothing like having a robust shot of dark roast pillowed by the crema these machines produce with each cup. Being quite intolerant of lactose, I used to wonder what this creamy coffee foam covering was. Sneaky dairy? No. Extracted coffee foam. Yes! Ever since learning that this ‘crema’ layer does not, in fact, contain cream or dairy of any kind, it’s been a joy to expand my caffeine horizons. The biggest misconception of single use products is that they must negatively impact our environment. While with K-cups this is certainly a huge issue, thankfully the kind people at Nespresso centered their product design in such a way as to finally offer happy real estate for those of us who appreciate how powerful small changes in your behavior can become. The Nespresso recycling program diverts the outer shell of each pod to be recycled and composts the spent beans for farm and other earth friendly uses. Also, Nespresso has designed their processes to target the exact amount of water needed for each serving so water waste is also reduced. Plus they provide UPS prepaid envelopes for free to make recycling as simple as leaving this for your delivery agent to pick up when bringing the next amazon package to your home. Pause. Reflect. This is about as cool as Han Solo’s response to Leia in Empire Strikes Back. Yes. That response. To me it’s the perfect balance when a premium product employs good design like this so needless to say, I’m a fan.I recommend stopping into this cafe to try a few pod flavors once life allows this again! In the meantime, use the Nespresso app for all your online orders! The free shipping threshold is low and they include free samples with every order so it’s a thing of beauty!Cheers!
This Nespresso is definitely an experience. It has a cafe where you can try and order the different flavors and combinations of coffee. Its relaxed, modern and fun. They have an art wall where the pieces are made of the aluminum cups and if you look closely, you can make out what flavors are used. Thst same wall is also interactive as the pieces moved based on how you move.
I had a parfait bowl, a honey cinnamon latte, and tried the banana-espresso shake. Everything was DELICIOUS. The atmosphere is great. This is the perfect location to meet and have a conversation with someone. It’s not too loud and the seats are comfortable. They also carry Nespresso capsules, which need to be ordered online without one of these locations nearby - and they carry the seasonal aromas! They had the Limited Robusta Uganda and Arabica Ethiopia when I visited in March of 2018.
Over priced coffee shop packed with bunch of wealthy foreigners. The shakes are so sweet that makes your throat burn. The coffees are not that good. Its basically Apple store of coffees.everything is about looks in here and youre not getting what you are paying for. Just go to a local coffee shop and avoid if you dont want to empty your pocket.
While other guest and we are sitting they started vacuuming and cleaning inside, l never ever seen such a thing in my life, actually they told us they are open until 9pm. By the way please, do not call your coffee espresso or cappuccino, it’s not. Such a poor quality store shouldn’t be on a high-end street.
This location is wonderful. Full coffee bar, restaurant seating for wines, pairings, desserts, foods, etc, AND a full store with all machines & capsules elegantly demonstrated and available for purchase. If I lived closer, Id be here every week. Coffee lovers paradise, in high style.
Nice location, beautiful store and great selection of coffee. Why is it only 1 star? Well if i could give minus star i would. I invited friends (coffee lover) to come to my place for dinner and while i was cooking i realized Nespresso capsules were out so i walked to this store (i live a few blocks from here) and asked one of the salesmen for 2 boxes of capsules but he gave me so much attitude exactly like those sales associates at Hermes store in Paris. Was it because of me just wearing tshirt and short plus sandals? It’s just a coffee shop and NOT a fine dining restaurant so please treat everyone the same. For that reason i will NEVER spend a dime at this store.
Good coffee, always crowded! Thats a good sign! Mostly Arabs and Chinese! Smells nice fragrance always! But today experience with that awful unhappy women behind the counter where we restock our coffee capsules was not great! Thin women, short hair! She is not welcoming at all, she likes the words, no we dont have, no we dont do it, no we run out, nothing new! Awful I guess we were unlucky falling in her hands!
Very nice up scale coffee shop. You can buy there nespresso machines and coffee pods. The food is good. There is inside and outside seating. You can just come inside if you want to buy a nespresso machine or there many flavors of coffee pods. It can get real busy on the weekends,be patient if there is a wait. The staff is very friendly to talk to. When its very busy your order can take a while,be patient relax and enjoy people watching or play on your cell phone. Weekdays can be better, depends on the time you go. Sometimes someone famous will be there if your there on the right day. Its right in the action of Beverly blvd. Next over is the famous Rodeo dr. In Beverly Hills.
I love how full service this Nespresso location is. Theres a sit down area, take away coffee shop, the retail area for all Nespresso machines and accessories and of course the space to shop for Nespresso capsules. Its the largest Nespresso shop Ive been in anywhere Ive traveled or lived. Staff is usually dynamite as well.
Went in to exchange a mug, had to speak to 2 employees who obviously did not want to help and kept pushing us aside to wait for the manager. Finally got to speaking to the manager Lynda who changed face as sson as she saw us, almost as if discriminating upon my race, and could only speak back in short responses without any eye contact. Just straight rude. I asked if I can just get a refund and she tells me she is already processing it with an annoyed tone. Who knows why everyone working here is in such a bad mood during the holiday season.
That place closes 45min before the actual closing time, so be careful when driving there, there is literally no one in the store. We were so many people standing outside not understand what the hell is going on. LAZY !! I drove 45min to come buy my coffee for no reason because you choose to be a LAZY brand .Plus you don’t even have TO GO cup ... 🤦🏽♀️
The customer service has gone down dramatically in the past few years. I was there two days ago to buy coffee capsules and there again today to get an iced Americano. Come to find out they have a promo going on if you buy capsules you can get 50% off a take away coffee. How are you to know that if they dont have a sign posted where you actually buy the coffee capsules or if the sales associate doesnt tell you. I saw the sign at the cafe counter today. I explained that all to the barrista. I asked if she would honor the half off but she said no. I spent over $100. She told me if I came back again a different day she would give me the half off. What is the difference if it is today or the next time?
I didnt like the hosts and how they treated us linda) and the other guy.. I waited 45 min as they told me and came back and they said that they couldnt seat me .. if ur not going to seat people then dont take their time and reserve a table from the first place ! and their cups smells so bad !!!!

2022-04-08Such a wonderful spot to enjoy delicious coffee and let the world pass on by. I loved their sitting area so much I ordered 2 drinks just to sit and chill. The coffee bar was actually closed when I got there but they thankfully opened it up for me so I could try their new flavored latte of the month. Customer service was fantastic and the vibe was homey. Thanks Nespresso!

2022-02-02I love this place! I think its a great place to go for some semi-healthy eats. Ive come here on 2 separate occasions and loved my choices each time. Ive tried the Avocado Toast and the Egg Toast w Bacon. Yummm! I had the kombucha which was also good.

2022-03-03Great machines! Unfortunately, this Beverly Hills Boutiques staff is extremely unwilling to help clients. They give you the retail script and send you off to online or corporate. Which is really unfortunate given the reason a person visits the store is to avoid online.I would avoid this location. It’s a terrible introduction to a great product.

2019-01-07Well designed, flag ship store, very professionally and knowledgeable employees, specialised on their trade. A great place to stop by, admire a really cool dinamic wall sculpture, buy your coffe pods, your coffee machine and grab a sweet bite from their cafeteria. Highly recomended stop when in the area.

2018-08-12This place might not look like it, BUT IT IS FILTHY! They have been temporarily shut down by the LA Public Heath Department due to a MAJOR vermin infestation! That includes cockroaches and rats. That’s disgusting, because I used to eat here every day, and never had a clue. This place should hold themselves to higher standards than this. Never eat here.

2018-12-01While I enjoy the entire concept of Nespresso, I think its a bit overrated. Ive been to a couple of their locations, but I must admit that this one is certainly beats out the other. My 3 star review is based on the lack of service from my latest visit. My buddy and I sat at one of the small tables. It took forever for the woman to come over, and she disappeared after our lattes were brought to the table. We had to hunt her down for our bill.My lattes and drinks have been pretty standard. I doubt that people come here specifically for the drinks, but rather for the meeting space. Its a great location for meetings. The large space provides a convenient meeting space for professional from all industries. Nespresso is crawling with people dropping in for a quick meeting, or those who need a regular place to work out of. It seems to work for everyone. If youre looking for a working space, Nespresso will probably work well for you. There are different types of tables, chairs, couches, and seating arrangements to accommodate to every customer. This location is conveniently located on Beverly Drive, with a public parking garage across the street. 90 minutes free (hint- drive out and go back in if you dont want to pay, LOL) Not that Ive done it myself...

2019-08-07From the presentation a very cool shop. Staff unfortunately very self-employed and no interest to recommend something. Unfortunately, not as neat as you know it from Nespresso. At our cup of coffee down and they have barely managed to get a napkin.

2019-02-10One of my favorite new stops. In THE town of the rich and famous Even a minimum wage employees can fill elite in this environment just by sipping am excellent coffee and watching the people stroll in and out
