Went shopping with friends at 3:59 went to coffee bar to get a coffee the guy said sorry we are closed at 4! Very rude . Literally 3 minutes later a boned lady walked up and he waited on her made her a latte my friends and I were in shock ! Such rude service at this department store also rude when we attempted to get a glass of wine at bar 4 lady said you can only sit down if you’re ordering food ! Omg it was I real how rude they were !!
You have to look for help. Even though is empty the sales associates aren’t very friendly and when you ask them about an item they feel bothered. Women’s sunglasses sales women was amazing and was very helpful when we purchased my niece her first pair of sunglasses. Thank you.
We had so much fun. Everyone made us feel welcome and knew what they were talking about in each department. I had not been to an actual storefront in over 20 years because there is not one in my state. Gina walked around with me and helped me find what I needed. Others were also happy to help her locate things for me. They were by far the most unselfish group of commission workers I have ever been around. We will be back.
Horrible customer service experience on 5/6/21.There was a long line and 3 customer service representatives were oblivious, one was new and did not know how to do a more complicated return. Two were working with other Neiman Marcus employees. When it was my turn, the woman rudely left to switch with the new customer service representative. The new one then attempted to help me. First she said it was the wrong item because the color was different, it was not, I pointed it out to her. She never apologized. Then she told me she could not return a handbag I purchased online, I had to go to the handbag department. She was wrong and made me wait in line again.Suggestion: if you are going to hire rude employees at least teach them policies and a nicer way to treat customers. You don’t start a transaction by wrongly saying “this is not the same item.”Also, I wanted to speak to the sore manager, I was told she was busy. I was given her name, Gretchen who I then tried to reach by phone, it was impossible. Waited on hold for 5 minutes and no one came back on phone.What is happening Beverly Hills Neiman Marcus???? And who is managing the store so poorly?
Update: this store has gone down hill. Unless you are local and can walk in and demand customer service good luck getting help via their phone number. I have spent over 40k here in the last 20 years and need help getting a reprint of a receipt for a $6000 Chanel handbag. I am not able to get through to anyone via the phone who can help me. My emails to tiana have been ignored. I am absolutely shocked at the lack of customer service for someone who has been a loyal client. I will never shop there and will be closing my account.
Ordered a nice necklace for Christmas and after thinking i bought the necklace, I was sent an email that said someone would contact me within 2 days to confirm shipping? Guess what- 4 days later and no one ever called. Their customer service was easy and helpful to cancel. Even he was dismayed no one called! In any case do not order any jewelry needed quickly or any jewelry from these guys on line- buyer beware.
I love this Neiman Marcus location.Its a magnificent stoic store in the heart of Beverly Hills. Their employees are the best. Knowledgeable, helpful and polite.Cosmetic department is my favorite.Its like a Candy Store.Glad to see it open these days amid the pandemic. And love the hygiene and mask protocols to protect their clients.I can order anything fast shipping.They are amazing.
So, I’ve been a customer of Neiman’s since 2004. I’ve been coming to the Beverly Hills location all that time.Today, after I finished my salad, there was a loonnnggg strand of hair at the bottom. I felt like ……..I recently stopped eating the salmon tacos because the flavor changed downward. I love the people who work as bartenders, but come on NM. I want to Come back, but maybe it’s time I only drink. Wait…….I been doing that. 🤦🏾♂️
You have to be ready to spend major dinero when you come to this location. It’s products are much higher end then “normal” locations. I ordered something to be delivered to their Fashionphile within the store which is tucked away on the third floor however if you do buy something from them you get a great reusable cloth bag that says Fashionphile Neimann Marcus Beverly Hills on it which was kind of cool. Mostly just a stop on my road trip. Could afford some Ganni and Burberry pieces but most were out of my everyday price range.
Very nice the way they handled a return. I didnt expect it because the tag was removed from the garment. But it hadnt been worn. I have to give the sales lade high marks because she said they didnt usually take things back like this. But for me she did. I was very grateful.
High-end store. Designers stuff, you can find complimentary every day use. Excellent service, the cafe is nice with delicious menu. There is a bar at the top most floor for drinks and snacks. Large selections of cosmetic, jewellery, Shoes, bags, night wears, dresses, gowns, mens clothes. Excellent sales prices. Not sure wheather they still have children clothes on display
We bought a pair of Adidas sneakers from the mens section on the top floor today. We would have shopped a lot more, but the experience was so bad that we cut our trip short. The sales never greeted us, made us wait multiple times, and didnt even say thanks to us. Every time we flagged him down, he acted annoyed.Right after we checked out, he immediately darted back to chit chat with the people of his chosen race, who didnt even need his assistance at that time.Racism is alive and real at this mall. I would rather drive 1 hour to south coast plaza. Avoid at all cost.
I find this place to be one of the most pleasant places to shop. All the sales people are very kind and courteous. Although I cannot afford many of the lovely things this place has to offer, I never found myself unwelcome.Great place to window shop and take a look at the beautiful materialistic things in life and get yourself motivated to make more money lolReally though, everyone is very kind and welcoming. I will be back here because their service is superb.
The only thing not to love about Neimans is some of the sales associates. When you walk into an area of the store, you are clearly judged as to whether you are worth the time or not. So I do 90% of my shopping on line. I do enjoy the store tho. Its very attractive & there is some great dining. The clothes are gorgeous & so is the jewelry but it is not for the weak of wallet, unless you buy on sale. The basement features a wonderland of makeup, fragrance & skin care that is not easily found elsewhere. I like that shopping here is quiet & refined.
The selection is fine but the service is poor. I tried on some heels and realised they were not for me. I asked the assistant helping me if she could help me pick some flats for me to try instead. I wasnt expecting her to bring me a bunch but to suggest a brand or at least help me narrow down what I was looking for. Instead she told me take a look around. Gee, thanks. SO helpful.
One of my most favorite stores amazing customer service amazing make up stations and a lovely Resteraunt with delish Tuna sandwich and everything your heart desires such as comforting soups and many many options lovely to sit down and get salads, breakfast all day just an oasis in our increasingly divided world.
I remember being a teenage in high school c/o 80, and shopping at Neiman Marcus specifically for the Signature Logo fitted baseball caps and T-shirts.Back then, you had a choice of 2 colors Red & Blue!Today things have changed tremendously at Neiman Marcus. Visit the BH location and enjoy one of the most amazing shopping experiences in high fashion imaginable.✌️🤓💨🏁
I like Neiman Marcus but the people that work there were extremely rude to our family and I did not like that we tried to talk to the manager but he never never never came some lady came tried to offers free valet parking that was a joke after the way we were treated I love Neiman Marcus at that time that we were in this store it was horrible I bought Cashmere pajamas for my mom
Need to return an item purchased at the Beverly Hills store, which closed shortly thereafter due to the pandemic. Youd think this place would be able to adjust protocol to ensure returns can happen via their corporate office during store closures (which I wonder if closures are permanent due to their bankruptcy filing). Not a chance. Their replies are lame, so you give them some slack and repeat in even simpler terms - again and again - to no avail. Prime example of theres a light on but nobodys home. Ineptitude at its finest. NM could learn a thing or two from Target and Walmart re: customer service.
Marciella in the Mens Department, gave me a lot of information to help me decide on my Holiday gift, she also wrapped both of my packages and labeled them for me. I will be back to shop with her next week. Customer service is very important, Marciella is a 5 STAR personal shopper.
Paula Ackerman at the Bobbi Brown counter is wonderful! She is a great makeup artist, very friendly and no pressure to buy. She makes honest, real suggestions and you end up with exactly what you need. No regrets or feeling that you overspent. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a makeover or to add to their collection.
Absolutely the worst customer service, if you are going to shop at Neimans go to a different location. This location is filled with a lazy staff that stands around talking, instead of assistanting their customers. I brought it to a managers attention who proceeded to ignore the situation. It must be the standard there...
I purchased two wedding reception gowns here in the couture section. The sales staff was very kind and friendly to me even though Id walked in that day wearing a ghetto army green parka, hole-y jeans and a Jansport backpack. That meant the world to me. I purchased one short and one long dress by Oscar de la Renta, and both required intense alteration work. Neimans on-site seamstress, Annali (I hope Im not butchering her name), worked wonders on both, and I couldnt have left more happy.
Worst customer service ever. You don’t expect to pay over -$1,000 for a pair of shoes to discover a fault when you get home and then be on the phone given the run around for over 20 minutes to finally be told cause they don’t have the shoes in stock I have to pay 1,000 for them to order again...They will refund upon exchange but the shoes will take over a week to 10 days. Rude and unhelpful and the manager wouldn’t even come on the phone. NEVER shopping there again.
Love Neiman Marcus best lemon drops and town food is always superior service is always superior where else in the city can you walk around drinking a great drink while youre shopping. The going to neiman for good 10 years also have a Neiman Marcus account which makes my life easier.. James
I purchased a Christian Louboutin bag from the online store and they shipped it from the Beverly Hills store. I received it late, I paid for 2 day shipping and when I received the package was poorly shipped with a dirty dust bag and NO storage box! When I called Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills for the storage box their response was that they dont send me the box because they dont have space and they throw them away. Thats ridiculous that box is part of the packaging and I should have not received my bag wrapped in tissue paper without its propper box. I will never purchase another bag from this store again!
CHANEL HANDBAG SECTION - (SA NAME:PHOEBE) DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE WAS THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND SHE (PHOEBE) DID NOT EVEN GREET ME. SHE JUST IGNORED ME AND STARED AT ME AND DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME AT ALL. I BOUGHT A CHANEL BAG IN A DIFFERENT STATE, SO I NEVER GOTTEN A CHANCE TO TRY ON DIFFERENT SIZES. I DECIDED TO TRY ON DIFFERENT SIZES/STYLES IN STORE, SO THAT I CAN MAKE MY FINAL DECISION. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE AND WHEN I ASKED HER FOR A SPECIFIC BAG TO TRY, SHE WAS RELUCTANT TO GIVE THEM TO ME AND JUST GAVE ME A DIRTY LOOK. SHE WAS SUPER LAZY AND JUST TOLD ME THAT YOU WANT TO TRY THE MEDIUM ONE? YOU HAVE THE SAME SIZED ONE THAT MEANS THAT SHE IS TOO LAZY TO GO TO THE STORAGE (WHEN IT IS HER JOB) BECAUSE SHE ASSUMED I WOULDNT BUY STUFF FROM HER. I ALSO ASKED HER WHEN DID THEY GET THAT BAG IN STOCK AT THE LOCATION, SINCE I CHECKED THE BAGS AVAILABILITY WITH CHANEL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYDAY AND THEY SAID THIS PARTICULAR BAG WAS NOT STOCK IN CALIFORNIA. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS CHANEL OR NEIMAN LOCATION. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF SHITTY SERVICE BEFORE. NEIMAN SHOULD TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES AGAIN. SUCH A GARBAGE. PHOEBE CLEARLY DOESNT DO HER JOB. YOU ARE A SALES ASSOCIATE. H&M HAS A MUCH BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS PLACE. PERIOD.

2022-06-25Good outpost for some retail therapy.Convient location with your typical NM environment.Store was nicely maintained, even after exiting bankruptcy. Some departments were lacking, no Gucci offerings in both mens and womens departments.On a recent afternoon I had the place pretty much to myself - which was kind of nice!

2022-06-30I was there around 2 weeks ago, looking for some mens cologne, first at all I founded some of them online, when I asked most of sale person on mens cologne department just sprayed on paper. I asked them if they have some sample for me otherwise how I will know if it could the cologne like to me. All of them said they do not have samples but before me they gave some of them to someone else. I would like to make businesses but they did not help me. Thanks anyway

2022-02-07I go to Neimans for the bathroom mainly! Its literally the nicest throne in town hands down. Its private, comfortable and CLEAN!I very well may be jeopardizing all that I appreciate in sharing this with the 3 followers I have (1 of which is a fake account I made just to rate the business!) But I feel it should be known just how much I appreciate the head here!

2019-07-12This is a tough review to write because there is a huge difference between reviewing Pradas products versus reviewing their retail locations and their return/pricing policies.This 1-Star review is strictly regarding the latter.I think it is simply OUTRAGEOUS that you can pay full price for Prada products at their Beverly Hills location and then find the EXACT SAME ITEM for $1,000 less at Costco! What is next, Hermes at Sams Club???? I think not!I think it is simply OUTRAGEOUS that after finding out the same item is available at Costco for $1,000 less, Prada would not either take the item purchased at their store back (because it had been used twice) or price match.The fact that Prada is willing to diminish their brand by selectively selling items CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IN THEIR FLAGSHIP STORES in warehouse stores gives the appearance that Prada is a brand in decline. If the Costco merchandise had been discontinued items... I almost would have forgiven Prada.The fact that Pradas reaction to this being discovered was piss off gives the appearance that Prada is arrogant and does not believe offending their customers will lead them to shop elsewhere... For the record, Channel, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Hermes, Celine and a dozen other designers I can think of care far more about their brand and their customers than apparently Prada Beverly Hills does.

2022-04-07I called the Prada store at this Neiman Marcus to see if they could repair Prada shoes. I made it clear the shoes were not purchased from Neiman Marcus or from the official Prada store. They told me to bring the authenticity card and receipt from the online boutique where I had purchased them and they would repair them. A couple of days later I walk in with the shoes and get a very rude response. The rude lady said they wouldn’t repair anything that wasn’t purchased from Neiman Marcus and that I should just go to a shoe cobbler. Very disappointed in the customer service at this store.

2021-12-12Always looked forward to dining at the Mariposa and it was great. Was sad they didnt have all Christmas items on the same floor, lots of things were missing. Overall, great customer service.
