2022-04-14This I went here 3 times and those time I felt un welcomed. Does not greet and they are rude. Worst Navy Federal Credit Union I’ve been.

2022-05-17The representatives here are near useless. We received email instructions to stop by a local branch for more information for their loans but the service representative here said most of the stuff now is done online and she had no other information.

2021-05-04Banked here for years, however I dread ever visit to this place. Do however much I can to avoid this place and any interaction with them.Something wells fargo does for free this place wants to charge for. Their loans arent even that good, if you shop around.

2017-11-20NFCU like any other banking institution has several banking products to offer to their clients, they offer a good array of banking options, from savings, checking, car loans, home loans, financial products, etc specially they serve our awesome military members and their family members. Its easy to work with them. The customer service is good and the are good at the checking and savings products. Car loans are good. The service inside the branch is fast and efficient.

2013-07-01As it is *Navy* federal, expect to wait in long lines on the 1st and 15th when the armed forces members are paid.If you are buying a car, get a preapproval here, but do NOT let the dealership know you already have financing...when it comes time to pay, then magically produce the check.I usually receive friendly service, and the coin machine at the entry deposits ziplock bags and jars of coins directly into your account, with no fees. This is *not* the same as the coin machines at WalMart or other stores.
