We had a great stay with Natural Retreats. The home was spacious, extremely clean and as described.The home provided all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space for our group and all of our snowboard/ski equipment.The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. About a 7-10 minute drive to the different lodges on the mountain.The bedrooms had plenty of space and the beds were extremely comfortable and cozy.If youre looking to have a fun, comfortable, and friendly stay look no further than this property!
The Village 1225 is a great unit and Natural Retreats was very pleasant to deal with. The unit was exactly as pictured, well-appointed, and had everything our family of 4 needed for a week in Mammoth. We love staying at The Village Lodge but this was by far the best unit we have rented there. The unit is at the end of the 2nd floor corridor in the Grand Sierra building so there will be a long walk from the lobby. The trade off is a beautiful and private unit with everything you will need for your stay. There is an exit (no re-entry though) close to the unit that allows you to quickly get to the Village Gondola when heading out. However, when your day is done, you will have to walk to the lobby to re-enter the Grand Sierra building and make the walk down the corridor. Tough in ski boots and certainly not a deal breaker, but worth knowing for future guests. Stay here with confidence! Natural Retreats does it right.
We stayed at Cabins 19 in Mammoth and it was perfect for our family of 4. We’ll stocked kitchen, great little patio to relax and for the kids to play (we saw deer), and close to the parking garage. We called when we were almost at the airport to see if there was a way to get into our condo early because of the fire (the air quality was horrible that day) and Nick went above and beyond to help us. We were also worried about the internet connection because there was a review about it not working well, but we had no issues working remotely. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it!
We had such a great experience with this rentalIn Mammoth. I truly believe that can be attributed to the property management team. We called for an early check in, they knew exactly the unit we were staying in, answered the phone and said we could get in right away!The place was immaculate, very organized and felt like home. We will definitely look for properties managed by Natural Retreats for our next trip!
The reason for our visit was to show our family that flew in from Colombia the town and to celebrate my wedding in Bridgeport. They all loved the house and every one slept comfortably. When we arrived we had a problem opening the house but only because we were allowed to check in early. We called and we got taken care of. The management team is responsive and super helpful. We will come back and stay here again!
One of the best places I have ever rented. It had everything we needed. It’s close to town so we were able to walk everywhere. Will be back!
Had a great stay at a well maintained cozy condo for a long ski weekend with the family. Every part of the experience was great, from reservations, to check-in and check-out were all smooth. Most importantly the place we rented was as described, well appointed, VERY clean, and exceptionally maintained which enabled us to have a no fuss experience. Five stars in my book, i will rent from them again.
We stayed in February during a family trip. As we got into our stay late night we noticed that it was not cleaned nor disinfected. There was also underwear on the bed from the previous people who stayed there. After a long drive there we had to clean and wash everything before we could sleep. I would also like to state that about 5 adults tested positive for covid when we came back from our trip. Not entirely sure if it was because it wasnt cleaned properly or when we went snowboard, but snowboarding requires a mask. We were told that we would receive some type of compensation but no one has gotten in contact with us. We tried contacting the property manager multiple times but no one has answered nor returned my calls.
Really enjoyed our stay, very clean and comfortable, centrally located and had everything we needed. First summer visit to Mammoth Lakes, so much to do and we will definitely be going back!
Mammoth Front Desk has done a wonderful job of managing and renting out our condo as a vacation rental. They are very accommodating and all of our guests never have anything but wonderful things to say about their experiences making reservations, checking-in, and having any questions or issues addressed immediately. Supper clean and comfortable place, specially if you are looking for two master bedrooms with additional beds for younger kids. Not to mention fully equipped kitchen.
Awesome place to stay community is huge but has a small town feel. Very private and very peaceful area. Absolutely loved the views, the fresh air and amenities.

Just a great trip, great condos
We stayed in the condo at 1321 Timber Creek Road in the Snowcreek complex in Mammoth Lakes, CA. The condo floorplan has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms which was perfect for 3 couples. The condo is well furnished with a fully equiped kitchen and the needed accoutrements in the bathrooms for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the balcony and patio areas with lovely mountain views. Mammoth Lakes is bicycle heaven in summer and the 2 car garage is perfect for storing the bicycles. The condo is a short walk to villiage shopping and is conveniently located on the free village shuttle route which connects to the other shuttles in Mammoth Lakes. Altogether a very enjoyable stay in lovely Mammoth Lakes.

2022-03-27Natural Retreats has quickly become my favorite platform for vacation rentals. The prices are so much more reasonable than anywhere else and the properties provide such a beautiful space to relax and enjoy your time in. I stayed at the 1525 Clear Creek unit in Mammoth and it was absolutely beautiful and provided my group with everything we needed for an amazing ski trip. Check in and check out we’re so easy and everything in the home was accessible and the amenities provided were top notch. I will definitely be renting from Natural Retreats in the future as well as this particular u it for my next trip to Mammoth!

2022-03-19Excellent location from Mammoth and the village by either car or gondola from Canyon Lodge. Clean, quiet, wonderful layout in unit 15. Received a text prior to my arrival from the front desk, responsive regarding my questions about parking when we arrived after hours. We will definitely be staying here again!

2022-03-25Village 3211 is a great place for two people. It can sleep 4 but it may be a bit tight. Great location! So convenient to the village Gondola. Natural Retreats has the place decorated tastefully and equipped with everything you need. The entire process is a breeze. I love renting from these guys.

2021-10-11I recently rented a place through Natural Retreats and was very happy with them.The person I spoke to on the phone initially was helpful and answered all my questions.Prior to checking in, I received all necessary information and even received a text that the unit was ready earlier than expected.The unit itself was great! It was the most well-stocked for cooking (the knives were even sharp!). Everything was as expected, with everything we needed for a great stay.The best for me is that they have pet-friendly units!

2022-03-10We had a wonderful time at Snowflower 12 in mammoth. The condo was immaculate and very nicely decorated. Loved the boot dryer/warmer! and we loved that it was close to a shuttle stop to get into the village and on the mountain.

2021-09-05My experience with dealing with Natural Retreats was excellent from the very first phone call. Although I had to cancel because of the fire last year and the poor air quality, the staff was very understanding and made it very easy to reschedule.When we finally arrived, we were extremely grateful to find our condo was charming with a real mountain feel. It was clean, well stocked and everything in it was of good quality. Towels, sheets, cookware and furniture were all great. I am looking forward to staying in this same condo again. Thanks

2022-03-21I have stayed at this location twice and it has definitely met its expectations, cant beat the location, perfect walking distance to the Mountain, clean garage that fits two cars easily, the condo is clean as well and with updated furniture and kitchen equipment, definitely my favorite place to stay at Mammoth.

2022-06-21I highly recommend this home for a large family retreat. Everything was perfect except for a few issues that were lacking due to mgmt co. Not paying attention to details. After three request we finally got a Garage door opener. Additionally, no instructions for Wi-Fi, and TV.
