I have mixed reviews of this company, but they saved themselves from a bad review.I had Larry reach out to me about a refi. I was already thinking about that so I called him back and he got the ball rolling. He answered every question I had and was prompt about it. The rest of the staff that helped were also nice and prompt about answering questions. They have been my mortgage provider since 2015.
This is the worse company I have asked them for explanation on the escrow and also about removing the mortgage insurance on my FHA loan thru tell me it can’t be done. I don’t understand everyone I know that had a FHA loan they have been able to drop it after they been in the home for 2 to 5 years. They tell me I have to have it the 30 years of my loan. I ask them about helping fill out paper work for funding and they don’t know what I am taking about. There are so many people I have spoken with that there Mortgage companies have offered to help them with the. grants and do the process for them. Feel like this compay is the only one not willing to help there browsers out. I can’t get a straight answer on anything I ask about.
I have been with Nations Direct for my Mortgage since 2017. I decided to refinance and was put in touch with Larry Courtney. From start to finished the entire process took about a month. They send a notary to my house to complete the closing and she was also great. I got my rate lowered a good amount as well. Great experience overall.
Hello, working with Jack Snyder and Kristen Tyrovalas was a great experience. They helped me through the refinance process with 2 homes. I then realized as you pay your mortgage on line, when they have that information, its easy to then just revert to the auto pay system. They ask you a few questions online, and then walah its done, you dont have to hand fill out that application they have.
Terrible service and communication. I have a current loan with them and am getting a second home and thought to use the same lender. Worst idea--worked between two Erich Heldrich and Jeannette “Jay” Stone which was a setup for the perfect storm. What shouldve been an easy transaction turned into a nightmare. I went from having a pre-approval and being told I was good/the property was good to go, to me sending roughly $14,000 as an Earnest Money Deposit then the lender saying they cant do the loan because of the home condition!? Now I stand a chance of loosing my 14K deposit, They are the WORST and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
We purchase our home 7 years ago and every year for the past 7 years they have neglect to pay our property taxes on time, even though we have mail/faxed the tax bill several times throughout the year. These past two years our property is delinquent and have been paying more in penalties and late fees , which Nations Direct makes us pay, when it was the business negligence for not paying our taxes on timeWe definitely do not recommend this mortgage company.
I would like to extend my appreciation to Nations Direct Mortgage and especially Mr. Larry Courtney. I had a FHA loan and I was in need of refinancing out of the FHA loan and into a Conventional Loan. The refinance would save me over $700 a month and lower my interest rate. Mr. Courtney did his due diligent s in reviewing my current loan and quickly started on the refi. Within a matter of three weeks, the loan was funded and closed. I am truly grateful for the professionalism and quick responses when I had questions. I will highly recommend Nations Direct Mortgage to those in need of expedient professional service.
Working with Jack Snyder & Kristin Tyrovolas on our 2nd VA refinance loan was seamless and pain free. My wife and I previously worked through a broker who helped us through finding a lender and we experienced confusing discussions, ever-changing fees, and additional costs (due to mis-calculation). With Jack and Kristin, the process was smooth and simple, they explained everything clearly, and helped us through the process without changing fees, or rates and we completed the whole transaction in less than 4 phone calls. I highly recommend working with Jack and/or Kristin on your next Mortgage.
Ray Nowden is a superstar! Not only is Ray knowledgeable, he is also very efficient in executing his duties. This by far has been the best job I have had. Im new to the mortgage industry and Nations Direct Mortgage has been so warm and welcoming. They offer many opportunities for growth and learning. Employees and management are always willing to help each other out. I cannot only wait to celebrate my first year but many more years to come with this company.
We have had our mortgage with them since the purchase. They have been just like any other mortgage company... Until two months ago, when Nathan Burt contacted us to offer us the easiest, most affordable and transparent transaction. Since interest rates are so low, it only made sense to start offering everyone a refinancing. Long story short... He requested too much information and his email responses were always less than one line. He promised an easy process, when in reality we had to dig up our entire life to provide everything he needed. We ended paying money for an appraisal that was probably not even needed, because he didnt ask the right questions at the right time. The whole transaction was not transparent. We decided not to move forward. We do not trust this company or the people working in it.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HELL OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANYWORST mortgage company I have ever dealt with. We have had them as our provider since the purchase, since then they have raised our mortgage out of nowhere on many different occasions. They refuse to acknowledge us, refused to acknowledge any paperwork we have sent them. This has been on going since October 2019, theyve even gone as far as to decline our paperwork we sent certified usps. Beware of this company.. its target is to make homes unaffordable, forcing people into foreclosure. Protect yourself and your home!...And dont be fooled... not every employee post how much they love their job within a week span 🙄And my last name isnt Hull...

I have been working with NDM for over 2 years now. They helped me purchase my very first home. I didnt know what to expect and Rob Rodriguez was there every step of the way to help guide me through and explain things without making me feel silly for asking. Over the years I refinanced 2 times and both times were absolute delights. Everything was done in a timely fashion, with the utmost care & attention to detail. Not only was I happy with the rates that were given, but I was able to get out of my FHA loan into a Conventional loan saving me so much more money without my PMI. This day and age customer care is lacking, but not so in this case- I can say that Rob literally went above and beyond for me and my family. He called me after working hours to make sure to get back to my inquiries. He was creative when I needed solutions. I will forever be loyal to this lender so long as Rob works there. To say that I appreciate the help he has given me and my family doesnt honor how I truly feel- the level of professionalism was exemplary and I couldnt be more grateful. Dont pass this place by!

Nations Direct Mortgage tough me a lot. I started working there with knowing absolutely nothing about Mortgages but, even though, they were always there to teach me something new. Management were always there helping me and accommodating all my needs. Atmosphere was also something that I felt like family. Thank you NDM.
I have been trying to get my taxes paid for over two months. The company acknowledged this was their mistake and they would pay the late fees; instead they took MY money out of my escrow account for their mistake. They also have not adjusted my escrow payment and I have provided them the documentation several times for months. I would NEVER recommend this mortgage company to anyone.
Well well well, one disappointment follows the other. This time its unclaimed property amount. We have received the letter in the month of May 2021 and Nation Direct Mortgage want us to sign the paper and return before 1st July 2021. Me and my spouse signed it in June and i have sent them in email. I didnt get the confirmation, then i called their 1-800 number where the customer service representative was unable to resolve my concern so i request her to transfer my call to the available supervisor. Supervisor dig down the issue and ask me to resend the email again, i did that and i got confirmation email. Remember this was done in June, she gave me a turn around time of 6-8 weeks. Those 6-8 weeks passed and i received nothing, then i called again and spoke with the different supervisor, she said Oh am gonna send your request to the concern department for immediate resolution, you will have to wait 4-6 weeks i asked her is it that difficult to process the claim ? She replied yes it will take some time. After 4-6 weeks i called again and spoke to a different supervisor she said we are working on your claim you will get it in 2 weeks. Come its been 5 months i have been calling for the claim and every time you are telling me a different story. It was your letter which i have received for unclaimed property and image is attached here as well so that at least the concern manager of customer services can see and do the needful. Horrible customer services !

This place is absolutely terrible, i am owed a check from this company for $659.03. They refuse to give it to me after speaking to not one but 4 supervisors. I have been trying to get it for 2 months now and the last supervisor promised me it was shipped out March 16. I called back Friday April 2nd to them telling me they hadn’t sent it out and don’t know when they will. Normally I wouldn’t care but I lost my job due to covid 19 and my wife getting sick so I was really relying on this check to make my March 1st mortgage. I called February 16th to let them know I lost my job and really needed that check to make my March 1st payment. It never came, not only did they lie to me, I got a late fee and the worst of all I got a 30 day late on my credit over something I tried to handle weeks in advance of my payment. So needless to say this company is terrible. I am owed this money and have the paper work to prove it. I know I won’t get the check because months have passed it’s just sad how they would do this. I even asked if they could just apply it toward my mortgage and they refused, this money is owed to me and they won’t release it, I’m transferred all around and hung up on. At this point it’s just a lost cause. I guess they need the $659.03 more then I do. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING AND ISSUE MY CHECK. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I was granted 100% tax exemption from the Oklahoma County Assessor and provided the mortgage company with said document. They said the document wasnt enough so I didnt call the assessor back just for them to tell me thats all the information I got was all they give. I didnt call the mortgage company explain that to them but then thats the part where it seems like they dont want to help me Ive been dealing with this since January of 2021 and its now almost July.
I want to thank Larry Courtney and natatlie Lloyd and the rest of his team they made this process go as smoothly as possible, kept me informed of everything that was going on, they answered all my questions quickly, they made me feel like i was someone they care about helping, if it wasnt for larry and his team my re-fi would of never happened , thank you all i would and will reccomend you and your team anytime, Larrys leadership was outstanding.
Horrible mortgage company! The service department’s don’t know what information is being told to it’s clients. Representatives provide you with inaccurate information. Your told one thing from one department and then another department will provide you with completely different information on your same inquiry. Do not use this mortgage company. You will regret it.
Horrible lender. Literally one of the worst lenders I have ever dealt with in 18 years of lending. We have an account rep that disappears and our inside person has a phone number that has been disconnected. Let our borrower show up to a closing and nobody communicated to us that it wasnt happening until we called them for 7th time day of closing.I would not recommend them under any circumstance. I have written two books on mortgages on Amazon and I can assure you they will get blasted an example of what not to do as a mortgage lender.I wish I could give them negative stars thats how bad these people are at their job. They dont even deserve a positive reveiw allowance
This company has serviced my mortgage loan since I purchased my home in 2014 and they have been excellent never sold my loan to another company as I have experienced with prior companies when I purchased previous property so when i made the decision to refinance my current home I placed a call to them and spoke with an associate by the name of Larry Courtney and advised me they could absolutely refinance my loan and I could remain with their company as my mortgage provider. The process was excellent and everyone was very helpful and if I asked a question that needed further explanation Larry put me in contact with his supervisor that assisted me and guided me through the process and my process was a little unusual considering I had a lean on my title that I had made a settlement agreement on and needed to get paid off in the process of the refinance and they got the job done and lowered my interest rates Nations Direct and their loan managers and officers Larry C., Anne, and Taresa were excellent and highly recommend.
Very bad loan servicing service. Always slow to answer calls, and when they do answer nobody knows anything or how to help you. When we refinanced our loan they were not supposed to charge us for 1 month and they did anyways. When we looked for information about COVID they submitted and application for this even though we called and told them like 20 times we didn’t want it. This whole time it has been a mess with them, thank goodness we switched lenders.
I fell on hard times and I was in contact with them and provided all the documents needed and also email to let me know as soon as possible if there were anything missing so I could get it to them. Everytime I called which was once a week each time I was told I need documents and a few times it was the same ones i had provided. I was able to get all the money i needed to be current on my payments. About a week later i get a package in the mail saying my hardship was denied due to lack of documents. The best part the paperwork was dated for the 4th of Feb but yet somehow it was posted dated for the 11th of Feb. Meaning they said it was sent the 4th when really it was sent the 11th. This company is trash and their customer service is worst than trash. Avoid this lender at all cost. I will also be reporting them to the Veterans Affairs.
Worst home selling experience we have EVER had! We have been strung along for almost a month past closing and every time something has to go back into underwriting it takes almost a week to get a response. Now we are down to the end and they still havent submitted the Closing Disclosure, so once its finally all approved we will still have to wait three more days before we can actually close. I will never do business with this company again!
I just closed on my house with this lender. With a great experience! Got a 3.25% rate and we closed on our first home in 11 days! I always thought this was a 30-45 day process. Can’t wait to move in and enjoy. I wound recommend Nations direct to all my friends. Best service! Fast!
Our wholesale team is phenomenal! Theyve helped us pull off some mortgage miracles and weve gotten a number of 5 star lendingtree reviews as a result. Underwriting usually takes 24 hours or less and conditions are cleared in a matter of hours. Our target market is in the low 600s and Motive makes these loans easy, often closing our FHA loans in less than 30 calendar days! The underwriting team is responsive and always available, our account manager quickly resolves any issues, and the closers make things easy for our title companies and borrowers. Absolute nightmare of a company. Too many reasons to list. Customer service is no help!! All reviews are true. Please do your research before going with this company. I am owed 18k from them and no one seems to know how to help me. I will have to file a lawsuit. Horrible experience
I would give minus stars if this were an option. Terrible company. We have been trying to close on a house for 2+ months with the closing date having to be extended yet again - at least the 4th time. Always something to avoid actually closing...need more documents, new documents, underwriting is reviewing, always an excuse. RUN from these people
Not many lenders could get you into a home with a not so perfect credit score and a high DTI especially during a pandemic... but nations did it, and in record time! They were responsive, courteous and really do care about their clients. Thank you guys for making our dream of home ownership come true even in these troubling times
I am the listing Realtor and the buyer was using this company. This company is completely unethical if not unlawful. After talking with legitimate lenders - they all said this lender was legally required to close the loan for their buyer. But they refused - they kept throwing unnecessary conditions to the buyer. The result is the buyer is homeless - the seller who was told we had the OK to close and quit their job to move to another state is now in financial hardship. This wasnt a million dollar deal - this was a regular deal with real regular folks who depend on companies following the law. If you are a buyer - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - if you are a Realtor - DO NOT ACCEPT AN OFFER FROM A BUYER USING THIS COMPANY! They have ruined the lives of 2 parties with no consideration. I am really not sure how they can sleep at night operating this way and I will be completely surprised if the buyer doesnt take legal action.

Tuan Tu of Nations Direct Mortgage gave me hope he took his time and reviewed my loan and provided me with better rates and great service. Tuan and Cassie did a great job . Switched accounts for my personal banking. Spoke to the CSRs at NDM 3 times so far to explain the delay in getting my electronic ACH payments set up again and not one of them actually documented my call or understood what I said. Continual phone calls all day long at work interrupting my day after the issue had already been resolved. Never the same person. No one followed through with updating the account. SUPER frustrating and made me very concerned with the lack of organization. No options for weekly payments and fast pay offs like other mortgage companies. No actual website for information unless you log in as a customer. Poor e-presence. This is my 4th house, and first time I have felt so disconnected from my lender. Definitely no personal service. Unfortunate.
Tuan Tu at Nations Direct Mortgage made the process of refinancing unbelievable painless and easy! Never have I had such a quick process involved in a loan or refinancing and Tuan made it so effortless on my part. He kept to his word, would call or email after hours if I had questions about the loan or process, and was incredibly knowledgeable! He was very personable and never seemed bothered with my questions nor the fact that I was taking up more of his time. He never rushed me off the phone or made me feel like he was too busy which I find rare in this business. I would recommend Tuan Tu and Nations Direct Mortgage to anyone looking to refinance or to find a mortgage lender and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! :) I highly recommend Tuan, his company, and his team!
Had Nathan Nguy from nations direct call me a year ago but I wasn’t interested. He called me back a couple of weeks ago and what he offered made sense for my situation now. We went through the steps and we just closed. Thank you so much Nathan and nations direct. Would definitely recommend them.
If you want a company that will go the extra mile and make sure every detail is taken care of, this is the right place for you. We had an out of state closing and they worked across 3 time zones to make it happen. We look forward to working with our team at NDM again!
I cant speak on the whole of the company, but I can speak on Tuan Tu. We were on a time crunch with being in our new home, selling our current home, and refinancing an investment property. With Tuans patience and drive we were able to close on the new purchase in 18 days. I was a handful to work with and he handled it well. I see the bad reviews but I guess it really depends on who you work with. Thanks to Tuan and his team for getting us closed on time.
BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS TRASH COMPANY!!! They simply do not care about the customer or any other business professional involved in the process. They completely botched my appraisal process to the point where I had to personally pay $100 out of pocket for an expedited appraisal just to try to get the deal done in time. Motive you owe me $100. Also their team managers are a joke, unprofessional, incompetent, and terrible communicators. The mortgage broker that I am using had to call their vice president after a week of ignored calls and emails just to get a response on the progress of the mortgage. All in all this is just another greedy bank trying to prey on American home buyers. They should be embarrassed of themselves.
You know i sometimes have problems with my Mortgage company not being direct or at least sharing information. just went through a troubling conversation with nations direct, kind of confusing. i guess what im trying to say the whole situation left me wondering is there a better mortgage company out there for me then nations direct.
I have been working with Motive Lending for several years now, from being a loan originator myself to becoming a Mortgage Broker/ Company owner. It is all too often that it was the incompetence of the loan officer a customer may have been working with vs. the lender itself. In my industry, its common to try and throw someone else under the bus when it was likely the oversight, or incompetence of the loan originator. Motive lending gets it done for our clients and always has. Often, when others banks said no, Motive Lending makes the possibility of home ownership available to many that would otherwise not qualify. If you wanted to be guided and have all the paperwork explained to you DONT COME HERE!If you want to get a yelled at and told, I WISH I NEVER TOOK THIS FILE!! I SHOULD HAVE NEVER HELPED YOU!! Then this is the place for you! If you want to get harassed about getting paperwork back to them when its only been 20 minutes and youre at work and they know it! Then come on downnnn!!!It all started April 7th of 2017 when I called Scott Lee and asked for information on buying a house and what we needed to do! Meanwhile we were about to be moving into a rental cause we were just inquiring on what we should prepare for when we want to buy. Well!!! When talking to Scott he can talk so fast you dont even know what hes saying! Next thing you he asks about our credit scores. I told him they werent the greatest but, we will get them higher by next year. He ran our credit right there over the phone and said, Ive handled worse. So, after hearing those words I got so excited cause he then asked if we wanted to go look at house the following day!! I was over joyed cause I didnt think it would be possible!! Welllllll dont believe them when they say theyve handled worse!! June 23rd was our original closing date for this house we fell in love with! We put our earnest money down and paid for our appraisal! Every single time we got closer to closing there was one more thing they needed! Literally everytime!!! Whether it was more money we needed or more paperwork we needed! Finally got to sitting down at the closing table with the seller and their relator; ours didnt come cause the guy Scott recommended got fired from Remax. While sitting from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm waiting and wondering why we havent closed NO HAS ANSWERS!! We couldnt get a hold of the lenders (Nations Direct), we seriously didnt get an answer from anyone over there! And Nations Direct is in California so, they are 3 hours behind!!! So, FINALLY they decide to tell us that our debt to income ratio needs to be changed. So, Scott said he just needed to change some details with our homeowners insurance. The sellers relator, title company, and the sellers got first hand of how unprofessional Scott was when we were all sitting at the closing table. He was screaming at my husband over the phone when my husband wasnt yelling!! They could hear him from across the table! And they all said that they have never heard someone so rude and degrading in this type of business!! Wellll it still wasnt over!! They then said we need to pay off $1500 in credit cards!! Or put $3300 more into our account!!!! Well we did what he said and paid the credit cards down and guess what?!?!? They said our credit score wasnt high enough like it was gonna change over night!! WHY WOULD A PROFESSIONAL MORTGAGE BROKER ALLOW US TO GO THROUGH WITH THIS PROCESS IF WE NEVER WERE GOING TO BE ACCEPTED IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?! totally uncalled for!! We got our denial letter from the lenders...guess what??? It was our credit scores that were dated from April 7th!! So, both parties were aware of our credit scores from the get go!! We dont deny that our scores were low but, would you pass up an offer of someone telling you that buying a house is possible?? Well now we are back to square one and need to find a rental!! We had April all the way through August wasted!!! and just so you know whenever something goes wrong in the process Scott makes it seem like its your fault! He never owns up to anything! The best part was when we called Remax to get our earnest money back and they had no idea that the deal wasnt going through cause Scott never told them!! It was a week after we were suppose to close! Communication sucks on that end!! Both companys are crooked!
I have been calling this mortgage company since Jan 9 regarding my payment because I’m part of the government shut down mind you I make extra payments and I’m current on my payment supposedly they would email me the paperwork for a forbearance on my loan for this month. I have called 4 different times since the 9th they all said the same thing that the paperwork will be email well today is the 17 th and nothing but what I did get is a call from their collections department wow !I called back and I get this lady on the phone smacking throughout the call I explain the situation to her she didn’t care the only thing she could say to me was that she put in the request again for the 6th time regarding the forbearance but never mind what I just explain to her about being part of the government shut down her question to me was when can I make the payment wow this mortgage company suck A..... they don’t have any type of customer service and their staff needs training in sensitivity!!!dont use this mortgage company!
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!! I hate to give bad news but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. The worst experience ever. Sent them documents time and time again. The closing documents were incorrect 4 times. Charged us for things that were already paid for:( closing date was pushed almost 30 days late. Then when we actually started closing at 3pm it took 3 hours for them to get it correct.
My wife Louisenette Mesinord has a mortgage with them, we call to make the payment on the 6th of October, we gave them the correct account number so they wait Until the 17th to tell me I have a pass due account, some how they took it wrong I try tell customer services that they the one that make the mistake, they were rude to me and they told me to call my bank,I went to the branch, the money was there. They still charge late charg. They have bad customer service
This is the most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with. Eric associate ID ELZ which was probably a lie was one of the rudest suppose to be customer service representative Ive had to deal with. Not only will I be reporting this unprofessional company but I will make it known by the news as well beware of these people they need to be SHUT DOWN
The customer service for the insurance department is terrible. I was more than an hour on a waiting call. Im still waiting now while im writing this review. This is not the first time, ALWAYS is like this. Also the people working there are idiots. Really unprofessional.
Ask for Tuan Tu for the Best of the Best !!!He was very helpful and made my refinancing stress free, which was my worst fear when Refinancing. I am a busy mother who works over 40 hours a week. Not to much on my end that i had to do. Everything that was told to me from the star was the truth 100% to the end.THANK YOU Tuan Tu!!! He is as good as its gets!!!
I HAD to give one star in order to review, but these people are terrible! Its amateur hour! I sent in a payment to them, and when they sent it to the mortgage holder, they didnt endorse it properly. So my account was not credited, no one knew where the check was. Its been a fiasco to try to fix. Which IVE had to do! Even though I did my part as the consumer; I paid my mortgage! Terrible...
Unprofessional and rude customer service. If you are trying to reach a real person do not input you loan number or phone number just wait until it automatically transfers you. They use the information you input at the beginning of the phone call to determine what department to transfer you to. I imagine if your account was past due they would use this to transfer you to collections automatically. Representative with initials DCR (refused to provide ID number) tried to rush me off of the phone and was condescending throughout. Generally a negative experience.
If I could give less than one star to Motive Lending I would. Motive Lendind has caused nothing but stress and anxiety to my self and the buyer of my condo. I am selling my condo FSBO. I have agreed to pay the non reacuuring closing costs. The buyer of my condo is using Motive lending. Motive lending locked the buyers interest rate at 3.65% with no points. I feel as though Motive Lending has done a bate and switch, because on the day we were supposed to close they sent the closing disclosure with a charge of 1.83 points (since this is a non reacuuring closing cost I would have to pay the points) , as well as incorrect funds required by the buyer to close. They were informed of this mistake immediately and today, 2weeks later they finally sent new closing disclosures with no correction to their egregious errors. BTW, I am also in escrow on a house. The proceeds from the sale of my condo are to be used for the down payment on my house. As a result of their errors, and slow response to make corrections I have now incurred additional fees to extend the rate lock on the purchase of my house. I am deeply disappointed with the complete incompetence displayed on the part of Motive Lending and their associates. As it stands now if they dont make these corrections, between my rate lock extension and the 1.83 Points I will incurr additional costs of around $5700. We still have yet to complete this transaction so I cant say they wont right their wrongs. However, I would still warn any consumer, If you are thinking of using Motive Lending RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!
These ppl are a joke... VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER ORGANIZED. They will send you papers of waiving fees then say they have no knowledge of it like you just pulled it out of hat when it was mailed and typed by them but they never know anything.. SAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH .. Always have to call to make sure my insurance is mailed out and payed because they always behind what’s the use of a escrow if I have to do the work smh
Call the house. Rarely state who they are. But because I recognize the number.because I am aware of who they are. There is even a recording that begins with a partial call back number which asks to return the call. They will call several times a day and sometimes on Sunday. Under the National Fair Debt Collection Act is illegal, (and those who feel there is an issue should read the Act).
If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are 100% unprofessional. There is not good communication with this company they tell you one thing one day and then the next day it’s different and then they ask for things that are almost nearly impossible to do and that cost a lot of money and then tell you to go get something else done which defeats the purpose of getting the first thing done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you do you’ll probably regret it when you lose the house that you really want.
If youre looking for a group of uneducated, unprofessional mortgage loan underwriters that dont know how to push paper, this is the place for you. They DO NOT know how to process paperwork to finance a construction loan to a mortgage loan whatsoever. DO NOT bother giving them information since they cant seem to keep track of it.
Nations Direct Mortgage was very professional and kind. Larry and Natalie both worked very hard and always answered my questions. They promptly returned any calls i made to them. They also are looking toward my future and giving friendly advise. So i highly recommend Nations Direct Mortgage. They did a great job!!!
Do not be fooled if you buy a house this company is the worst, ask your broker to recommend another, in my case they were made to the #### with a refund and when you call to ask for information as they have caller ID they hang up on you, And if you are lucky enough to talk to them as it happened to me, the money disappears, if I leave them homework, find out before, we are in difficult times, time to help and not to j @@ # @ # $ to others it is not worth it.

2022-08-01Absolutely deplorable service. You are put on extended holds for customer service and once you finally get a person on the line they cant help you and transfer you to someone else. You hold again, and then get disconnected. There are multiply contact numbers on line, which is confusing and leads no where. You can not log-in to speak to someone. The site will easily let you make a payment, however. Needless to say, the experience has been sub-par. Shop around, there are plenty of lenders interested in getting your money.

She worked with us throughout the whole process. Even when there was a small bump in the road on our end, she came up with a several options for us to consider. She didnt give up on us. 2022-04-22This is the worst bank ever. First I try to get a modification with them all 2020 and 21 going back and forth submitting paperwork with no results. No help from them whats so ever. Since I couldnt do that they told me that they would force close my home. So I place my home for sale got a buyer in less than a month. Now they keep giving my escrow company the run around and we cant get a pay off. We were supposed to close last week and we couldnt because we are still waiting for a pay off. The customer service they have is no help. Rude asthey can be., specially in the pay off departmentIm about to get me a lawyer. DontBother with this bank
