This place actually deserves zero stars.We reserved a vehicle. We got to this location. And later found out the location is closed and has no cars.We are stranded in the cold and is turning into an emergency situation.Stranded.

Dont rent from here! Staff is horrendous! I made a reservation online, entered CC info, got a confirmation email and traveled to the pretty remote Mammoth Lakes airport only to be told We dont have any cars! Do you know where you are? Its remote! How do you expect us to have a car for you?! when confusion and surprise are expressed, they get angry. When I mentioned the confirmation email, I was told thats corporate, its not my problem.Terrible customer service. How am I supposed to know they are out of cars when the website takes reservations and then confirms the car is ready to be picked up?

For two weeks onward no one answers the phone and no way to leave a recording. Not willing to check my car in, I was told just to throw my keys in the lock box. Took a week to hit my credit card billing--just hoping that they would not shaft me with extra days. Very poor location. No great work ethic here

These guys are thieves!! They charged us a $1000 for a truck we rented from Orange County to Mammoth Lakes, after we disputed the charge which was on behalf of their doing, they STILL charged us a $100 cleaning fee! Insane!! This thing wasnt even dirty beyond standard use! Dont do business with them whatsoever!

They canceled my rental reservation 10 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up. Apparently the motocross was in town, and they had priority over reservation holders. Cool, I’m stuck in the middle of nowhere!

Be aware! They don’t even exist. We reserved from Priceline. When we get there for pick up, there was no office o anything. No one answered the phone. Other buisnesses staff told us it happens a lot and they have many communication issues!
