Nathan is very professional and was very flexible to help me out with a last minute request. He was very responsive to all my text messages setting up the appointment. He met me at a convenient place, he was on time and he had all paperwork ready to go when I arrived.He was super patient with all my questions and made sure I understood everything correctly.I would definitely recommend his notary services!

Background: my fiancé and I are getting married in WA. I initially booked my appointment a month and half in advance. When I booked the appointment, I had asked if getting our marriage license application notarized in CA will be fine. Nathan had called right away and advised that I call to double check and to let him know. Anyways, I did confirmed that it was fine, but had completely forgot to call Nathan. So that was my fault. Anyways, few days before my appointment, I get an email reminder of my appointment and in it, it says that Nathan will provide the address. Morning of the appointment day, I still have not gotten that intonation. It was a real pain to try to find Nathan’s number. It’s not listed on his website and I had to do extensive google search.Nathan finally called me back and tells me that becuase I didn’t call him back, he blocked the day. He did offer an another appointment but I couldn’t take it as I needed the appointment on the day I made it and it was urgent.I’ll admit that I didn’t call him back and that was my fault. HOWEVER, I shouldn’t have to call to confirm my appointment. Nathan should have called back. Additionally, if my appointment was dropped, I should 1) have gotten an notice that my appointment was canceled and 2) that shouldn’t have not gotten an appointment reminder.Nice gentlemen, but not a professional and reliable service. My only problem was he just assumed I didn’t need the appointment, and dropped my appointment without letting me know, and sending me an appointment reminder event going he had “canceled” my appointment

Using Nathan the Notary was a great experience! He was very responsive, professional, and accommodating. We needed one document notarized same-day, and Nathan fit us into his schedule very promptly. He is professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Nathan came yesterday to my home to help me with the notary signatures I needed. The sheer convenience of having the notary come to my place instead of me having to go out was awesome. Nathan was meticulous and efficient in his work. He checked my id, looked for validation as to why the names were slightly different in the forms versus my drivers license, cross checked with my passport and still was done in ablout 5 minutes. What would have otherwise taken me an hour or so, if I had to go out, stand in line, and get this done, was done in 5 minutes without me having to step out of the house. Nathan was courteous and totally professional. The cost of his services are also very modest. I would recommend Nathan to everyone.-Rama

No longer responsive. I emailed on a Friday and got a short 1 lines response after 8 days asking if I still needed notary services.Ive tried calling morning, afternoon, evenings, weekdays, weekends but never been able to reach him. Absolutely will not pick up the phone regardless of the time and when you call.

I have tried to get this guys services on two occasions. Both time he never responded to phone calls, emails and web contacts. Is this guy in business still? The testimonials on his website are 4, 5, 6, 7 years old.
