Or call or come in so you can get their opinion what is best for you or your budget. Once you meet them you will hardly go any store or online, seriously
I love this place. The owner always remembers me and is so helpful. I go every month for supplies the prices are reasonable and everything is high quality.
I was being helped with buying compression stockings. I made appointment and was taken care of. The sale was final (no return) because of hygienic reasons. I also purchased walker , reasonable price. When you buy, they demo the items for free, and like the socks I got, explain 14 day return policy with of course your receipt. Im happy with time and patience they gave me. I support local business like this
We came to rent a wheelchair for a week, then saw a lot of items we need to take care of my elderly folks. They give samples of diaper, cream, chux. Cheap and reasonable. if u are in a hurry call ahead they will have it ready. And i think they deliver too. Service sets them apart. I love small business
The ladies took time with me and my mom when we needed some braces. When I needed some medical supplies, I followed them up their new location in Northgate. Got some, compression stockings with light support same level of customer service. Highly recommended they will really help you out even if you have th weirdest questions
This is your medical supply store that caters to everyone not just elderly. Im glad I called first to reserve some cushions, they held it for me at no charge. When you come its like a candy store for my older folks. The sales persons give suggestions on what you need and you can tell they are genuinely trying to help you not just sell items. I also come back for first aid supply they have price in bulk. I use their website to check out items then call to confirm availability, most of them you can pick up at the store right away. Convenient Natomas area, but really really worth coming in if u live around Sacramento as their prices are reasonable

After months of searching, I finally found some hospital-quality bed sheet protectors. They sell hard to find items, and if they dont have it, they will order for you. Nice and knowledgeable folks. And they have BLACK GLOVES! How cool is that?

Excellwnt service! I highly recommend this store. We have rented a wheelchair for our trip to Sacramento, and they have accomodated us well. Check out of the rental was a breeze. I wish there are medical stores like this back in North Carolina. I like their wide selection and prices are aurprisingly reasonable. Will come back when we visit the area again. Cheers!!!!

Brought caregiving supplies for my clients that I take care of. They have everything you can possibly need from wound care to incontinent supplis. You wont be needing to run around town buying stuff from multiple places anymore! Its indeed a one stop! I also bought gifts for my elderly folks, they have nice selection of rollators canes and random gifts. I have been telling everyone about this place, the peopple out here are helpful not to a mention very knkowledgeable about their stuff. It has always been a fun trip to My Home Medical Supplies because of their customer service. I am not surprised reviews are raving...they deserve it

Everything in the store is over priced. Im all for buying local, but they are really taking advantage of people. Seniors dont go online as much as other people so they dont know this store is almost charging double the online prices on everything.
I bought a device to help my father, when I bought the salesperson said I could bring it back if it didnt work, well it didnt work. My father passed away a few days later. When I went to return the item she refused😒 that stores preys on the elderly buyer be 😞

Eddie called me back on the phone even though I did not leave a message and he was able to help me purchase my new, much needed walker as my old one was more than ten yrs old. This place was the only one in the area that had what I needed. He rung me up and had me out the door displaying all kinds of pleasantries even with the people before and after me. A very pleasant experience and reasonably priced items. ☺️

2022-06-22What a relief finding everyday medical supplies in one store. I am a caregiver that need items for elderly family members. I had to call to confirm they have the items I have seen on their website, they answered after only two rings! Do you have commode? Yes. Do you have bed liners? Yes, what size? Do you rent wheelchairs? Yes, for how long? Do you sell adult diapers? Yes, what absorbency? So you can come in check the items make sure it is what you want, and purchase right there and then. Reasonably priced considering you dont have to pay for shipping, wait for it a few days AND you get a personalized service making sure the items are what you need and what not you think you need. I love supporting small businesses. Hope they stay otherwise it is a big loss in the community and I dont want to run around town finding a $4 urinal.

2021-11-06This store has been a life savior during the dark times called Covid. Life as a nurse is already chaotic so I am glad to have found My Home Medical Supplies in the neighborhood. Very well stocked in PPE supplies, and in cases where there is a back order, I just leave my phone number for them to text me when either the N95s or the medical-grade gloves are in stock. Also noteworthy are their items for elderly caregiving, so I am sure to remember this place when my elderly or disabled patients need wheelchairs, incontinent supplies, commodes or braces. Knowledgeable, helpful and no-hassle shopping experience. They really care and I have no hesitation recommending this place.

2019-03-14They have EVERYTHING for my dad’s caregiving needs, prices surprisingly comparable to online stores. Yep, Amazon may have some of the items cheaper but I got to pay shipping duh. Even if you are a prime member (that you paid $120 /year) and wait for 2-5 days depending on availability, pray to the heavens that it is what you want. The size, the fit, the color, the material, the quality. Don’t get me started on assembly you may be missing pieces not to mention putting it together correctly. Got no time for that. I am not buying online again, it is stressful. I think this store does not even carry the cheap versions thank god. The store does have return policy for 10 days. Call them or visit. It’s always good talking to the nice ladies who cares and knows the product. From a happy unstressed customer since 2018
