I got to check in about 2:30 in the am, when i asked for late check out i was told i had to wait until the am to ask the person working.. I have never heard that you had to wait until the next shift to ask. So i waited until am and (i was ask how long did i want to stay,) my response was NooN, But i may not need it, i was asking just in case, then the gentleman that answered the phone, passed the phone to a younger Gentleman he told me 11:30 is All i get and said he was doing me a favor, How rude! I RESPONDED by telling him at every motel 6 i have stayed at has gave me a late check out with no issue, so why ask how long i needed to stay if he was only going to let me stay until 11:30, remind you check out is 11am. When i paid 103 in cash. And checked in at 2:30 am. I just was wanting extra time if needed i was going in 2 days of no sleep. I will NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS MOTEL 6. And in top Of All of tht i had to take a warm shower, because the water would Not get hot.
Staff super friendly last min. Booking as prior hotel I was booked at was nasty filthy some of the reviews had me nervous but it was great I had my child with me and it is clean and for the price you won’t get better at check out staff was courteous about checking out 15 min after and even let my daughter keep hotel key she was happy will come back here again
I am currently staying. Will be for another 2 nights. Raj & the staff have been beyond extremely kind & accommodating. I have stayed at the Motel 6 chain during travel from my childhood & have NEVER before experienced the kindness & professionalism from any of those as I have had from Raj. I am very impressed by the cleanliness of the grounds here, as well as the upgrades, cleanliness & amenities of the room itself.The only downside that the Motel 6 chain itself should work on in any future renovations is an attempt at more soundproofing. Aside from completely rebuilding, it wouldnt be necessary if society were only considerate & respectful of others.
The people who work in the office were wonderful. This review is not to give a bad review but to help the motel manager and the brand name. I am a Disney custodian , we are very vigilant in and with our safety practices in this pandamic time. Safety of our guests and cast is our main concern. When I entered my room I did so with gloves and mask and proceeded to sanitize my room. Hitting all high touch areas first, unfortunately, I was able to find a lot of dirt & clear signs of areas not wiped down by housekeeping. I would simply like to suggest some deep cleaning training for your employees might help you not to end up with a problem. I really like the people I interacted with during my stay so, again, this is I hope a accepted as someone who took the time to try and help your business.
One of the better Motel 6s that Ive stayed in the past couple of years. Keep in mind that this is budget lodging and things like shampoo and washer dryer in room are not available. The rooms are clean and simple and all the appliances and fixtures seemed to work fine. The room includes a fridge which is something not available at all Motel 6s. Check in is quick and easy and the owner/manager is friendly. Parking lot is well lit which gives a piece of mind.Clean, convenient, and safe.
Staying here was a great experience. It was inexpensive, very clean, had good Wi-Fi, and the beds were comfortable. Most importantly, the staff was quite friendly and helpful. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste but the front desk clerk provided me with both! Also it was only a 5 minute drive to Disneyland. I would definitely stay here again.
I originally booked 1 night online but had to extend it so I went to the front office. I had 2 different staff knock on my door asking if i was leaving which resulted in my dog barking and waking up my baby. Does the front staff not communicate with anyone? Then the housekeeping lady walks right in my room. I heard no knock or mention of housekeeping. She just opened the door with the do not disturb sign outside.I love the location and all the amenities. Though I wish they had a laundry room. The staff here is just not particularly friendly or helpful. I have stayed at many motel 6 but this one is the first that has had questionable customer service.On another visit, I was not allowed a room because of my pet. My dog is small and has never caused any issues at any other motel 6. Nobody could provide and proof.
The shower pressure was by far my favorite part of the room, i have this ting when it comes to water pressure and when the water pressure is great im a satisfied customer, also including the space in the room it was very spacious and that i liked didnt feel crammed, the location was great too being that our trip was to Disneyland and it is literally down the street. i also am very pleased with the amount i paid. $99 for a good room was not that bad. the gentlemen that was working the front was very nice and welcoming as well. Very pleased with my stay. i will def be considering staying here again.
Stayed here in May for a quick trip to Disneyland. Everything else was booked near the parks for the Gumball Rally and Bats Day. This place was delightful. We stayed upstairs, and have a nice room, with comfy beds and not paper thin towels! Everything was recently remodeled. Only suggestion would be to leave a Broom/dustpan in the rooms, as the hardwood floors get dirty VERY quickly. Was clean when we arrived, but by the next morning was filthy! LOVED the mini fridge that kept our drinks/food ICE COLD! The shower had good pressure, and a little window to let the steam out. Overall a VERY pleasant experience. So nice that I booked this motel Again for our Trip in June... even cancelling our other hotel that was a little closer to the parks. For less than $70 a night, you cannot beat this little hotel!
Not a terrible stay. We needed a place where we could keep our dog with us so this was it. Unfortunately, our sheets had stains all over them. Luckily, we brought our own blanket that we placed over them, and slept on top of that. There were dirty footprints on the floor that didnt match our shoes. We had to take quick showers, since the water drained so slowly it was up above our ankles when we were ready to get out. We needed an affordable place were we could have our dog, and this was it. Would not stay again.
Overall the hotel room was fine. There were two decent sized beds. The decor seemed updated. There was a flat screen tv, shower with small bathtub, mini fridge and small table. The staff was also friendly. They even helped us find extra towels.The walls were super thin between rooms. I could hear a baby crying most of the night. My husband also saw a manager or someone from the staff yelling swear words at a guest outside our room. He thought he was kicking them out of the hotel. Either way, it scared us a bit. It made us wonder how safe the area was.I also felt like the comforter was really thin. Again, overall a nice place. I just didnt feel super comfortable after the staff member was swearing outside our room.
This place would have gotten a much higher review from me because for the price it was amazing and clean, honestly better than I expected. However, it is a motel 6. It’s not like it’s a Hampton. There’s no breakfast or pool or anything, which was fine since we just needed a place to sleep. However, being from out of state and not Knowing the recreational laws, we went outside to partake. We were in a non smoking room so this was the logical decision. It was late and no one was around until about 10 minutes in when a guy dressed all in black started asking my husband questions. Not knowing the guy worked there or if the person was trustworthy, my husband was dodging the questions. The guy finally revealed he worked there and then began to belittle us and attack us for not knowing the laws and using that outside his hotel. His attitude and the way he confronted us made us very uncomfortable and pretty much ruined the entire stay for us. Completely unprofessional and rude. I know medical laws because we use it medicinally in our home state, but we also own our home and never have a need to use in public. Since California made it completely legal that’s why we chose to vacation there so we could still medicate ourselves properly, only to be judged, harassed, and made fun of. All he had to do was calmly introduce himself and explain that it wasn’t allowed there legally. There was no need to treat us the way we were treated.
This motel 6 is by far is the BEST. The room was very clean and roomy, great location to the city spots. Totally enjoyed our stay. I love how motel 6 has stepped up the rooms. The outside was clean and well taken care of (Beautiful plants and flowers) Only thing I would change is a better grade of towels. Overall great.
Never go here, I rented a room tonight to use the restroom on emergency. When I get to the toilet a pubic hair on the toilet seat, then as I finish using the hotel restroom like its a public restroom (with toilet paper on the seat as toilet seat cover) I approached the phone to call the office to change rooms, and what do I see on the bed? a strand of womans hair and another public hair. I call the office the owners son is mad that I used the restroom and still asked for another room. Then i asked him Arent you supposed to clean the rooms after people leave anyway?? If I used it or not im still complaining about other peoples hair on the bed it should be cleaned whether I used it or not. Becuase it still looks used then I get my money back and threats about talking to them in some type of way lol Disgusting motel never again.
Not happy about the experience. The people managing the place were slovenly and didn’t give me the respect due to a customer. One of them threatened me with physical violence. They only started acting proper after I threatened to call the police.The sheets were dirty, not just a little dirty, but filthy. A pillow case was covered with brown face makeup and there were hairs in the sheets. It was obvious they had not been changed and I had to argue with the management just to get clean sheets that I changed myself. The tub did not drain and they didn’t supply us with enough towels. The towels that were supplied were scratchy and very thin. I doubt you could buy a lower quality towel. The managers did not make any effort to make me feel comfortable with the room. I would’ve left and gone elsewhere, but there wasn’t anything comparable available so I was stuck. It’s also important that we were on a family trip to Disneyland with my lady and two daughters. This was an unpleasant and unacceptable experience.
We stayed here for a trip to Disneyland and I am very happy that I chose this motel. The room was clean and in good shape. The staff were friendly and efficient. The parking lot and outside area were well-lit and I felt safe there. We would definitely return to this motel again if were to do another overnight Disneyland trip.
Excellent customer service from Raj!He was amazing. Me and my son stayed here for a birthday trip to Disneyland. We arrived early and no rooms were available but I told him we were heading to the park and wanted to do the check in process now because it would be late when we returned. Raj did everything. He seen I was disabled and changed our room to downstairs because there was no elevator. He checked us in and gave us our room key for room 106. The entire time of the check in he conversed with us like we had been friends for years. Great service!As for the room it was spacious and clean. T.v. has a few channels. There was one tiny bar of soap and no shampoo, conditioner, lotion or hairdryer. I noticed on 1 washcloth and 1 face towel one had dirt and the other had hair. Luckily there were other clean towels so I didnt have to call. I paid $110.00 for the night. Kind of overpriced for lacking amenities.The morning we were leaving a maid did not knock she just barged in but the bolt lock stopped the door from opening. Quite a scare for us! Otherwise our stay was good!
We stayed at this motel in late December. The staff were friendly and helpful, and were accommodating when I told them that I would be arriving very late after a day in Disneyland. The room is an easy 10 minute drive from Disneyland, and so that was nice. (*However, dont plan on walking to Disneyland or catching a shuttle from this motel). The room was spacious, clean, and had free wifi (which my wife and I appreciated). I wholeheartedly recommend this place...One snag that didnt affect me, but might others was that next door there is some construction going on. I could hear the construction workers working in the morning. We were up early so it didnt bother us...but for those wanting to sleep in to 9-11, it might be too noisy.
The experience was pretty much awful, i checked in on thursday night, the bed spread on one of the beds had black stains on it(which i have photos of)and on Friday morning while sitting on the toliet in the bathroom a cockroach(i have pictures a well) walked out from behind the toilet. I went to the office to lodge both complaints and ask for another room and was told they were booked and i had no choice. he said the cleaning staff started at 8 and the bed spread would be changed as soon as they started. i left to pick up a friend and returned at 8.30 and the bed spread was still not changed. My friend and i left at 9 so it was changed sometime after that. I returned at 10PM Friday night with my wife. Whoever idea it was to put in cheap wood floors on upstairs rooms should be fired. We were awoken by 7 am by the person above us stomping around on your cheap floors and we both could not get back to sleep, so we got ourselves together and checked out by 9AM or so. Your hotel is a noisy disaster. the fact that you charged me 132.00$ per night is a complete rip off and i will never stay at another Motel 6 again. 132.00$ or less should have been the price for both nights.
I had a pleasant stay in one of your rooms on Tuesday, July 11, 2017. The room was clean and quiet, the air conditioner and shower both worked perfectly, the bed was comfortable, and I was surprised by the DirecTV in the room. The only reason I didnt rate this 5 stars was the price was on the high side, but there are other lower priced options close by in your chain that I will definitely be checking out during my next visit. The motel was nicer than I was expecting, which was a very nice surprise. The room sparse but completely functional. It was clean and had hardwood type flooring. My interaction with the desk attendant was pleasant. I would stay here again if I need a reasonably low price motel in LA.
The staff were really sweet and accommodating. The location was 8-12 minutes from convention & Disney. My room was big & clean with a decent sized mini fridge... Its a no frills motel, if youre expecting a bunch of amenities go be rich and stay at another hotel, but this is perfect for a roof over your head and the beds were comfy too. Also just walking distance to grocery & drug stores, In & Out Burger, Starbucks and gas stations =)
It was just fine for the price paid. I tried calling 2 days ahead to see about checking in early and whether my room would have a mini-fridge. The man on the phone informed that I could not check-in earlier than 3pm, because they would not have the room prepared. He had NO idea about the mini-fridge and didnt offer to look up my reservation. He suggested I call at another time; this was his response, Im new and I dont know. I know a lot of rooms have them, but Im not sure about yours. I thought it was frustrating that I had to call again, simply because he wasnt willing to ask someone else and help me when I first called.While in the room one morning, I spotted a cockroach on the little sofa chair. My boyfriend went to get it and it crawled between the sofa chair and wall. The sofa chair was attached to the wall, so we could not move it and I was grossed out. This was the only time I saw a bug in the room.Just be aware that you get what you pay for with this Motel 6. It works well for a place to sleep and get ready the next morning.
Im not usually a fan of Motel 6 in general, but I stayed with my grandmother for a trip to Disneyland and loved this one. The room was very clean and the place was pretty quiet all night. It was a good distance from the parks (about 15 minutes or less). The manager Raj was super helpful, very pleasant and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We will return to this hotel in a few weeks. Worth trying if youre on a tight budget!
My wife and I decided to take 3 days out and go to Disneyland. On short notice this motel 6 let us book an extra day before our original booking so we wouldnt have to drive up in the morning. Then on Wednesday we decided we wanted to stay Thursday night as well, They accommodated us and even moved things around so we could keep the same room! I know this wasnt easy because they were completely booked until the morning of someones cancellation!The only down side was the towels and linens were old and stained, but its not like it was a Hilton and for 69 bucks a night 10 minutes from Disneyland you really cant complain.I highly recommend this place the staff were the best!
I was originally staying at another Motel 6 Studio in Anaheim. Avoid that place at all costs!! I was planning on staying at the one on Anaheim Blvd just off the 91 Fwy, but left immediately after a saw a cockroach, and several other dead ones that had been dead for weeks! The TV remote didnt work; the place STUNK of moldy carpet; no coffee in the coffee maker; no iron, just an ironing board; worst lighting ever! So I left, and found this Motel 6. Its not your typical Motel 6, as the rooms are flipped; meaning the bathroom is right by the door, and the beds are in the back. If youre hoping for a room with a view, well, if you like looking at a wall to the building thats abut 10 feet away, then go ahead and open the curtains! Beware of the pricing difference too! When I called the place, they wanted $103.00, and online, the exact same room was $74.00! So be aware of the price tricks! Motel 6 used to be a chain of motels that I could trust; but after all this, Im going to be looking around a lot more before I book with them again! So make sure you do your homework before you book!
The property is clean, manicured and overall well kept. The room was clean and neat, bed made dinette table clean. The bathroom was clean and looked to be sanitized. The only window for the room faced the window of another room, which made for no privacy. I was able to open the curtains for the person in the opposite of mine could look in. Consequently, I kept the curtain closed.
We stayed two days and enjoyed a clean room and friendly service. Very close to Disneyland. Had a good time while in Anaheim. Left to go to Arizona. Raj the manager was great, told him we might stop on the way home. Called him Sunday morning and he saved us a room for that night. Stayed 3 days altogether. Nice and less the 3 miles to Disneyland. Would stay again.
For the price in anaheim, it was very clean and cheap. But next time I would definitely pay a little extra for the extra amenities. There was a small refrigerator like any other hotel but no microwave, blow dryer or coffee pot like most other motel/hotels you go to. Room was very spacious and newly remodeled. Parking was very limited. Its close to food places and a market which was nice. The rooms back window youd open to get light was up close to another hotel. If they opened their window and I opened mine we could see each other through the rooms. I give it a 4 for the cleanliness
We arrived at the motel at around 11am and was greeted by the friendly reception guy Raj. He was helpful and courteous and checked us in a breeze. Our room was much bigger than expected and was clean. We will definitely stay again at this Motel 6 next time we are in Anaheim.
While this is the cleanest Motel 6 I have been to (in Orange county) without fail, the rude maids wake me up hours before check out time. They bang on the door like the police, and are rude when you ask them why you need to be out of the room 3 hours before check out. I could not believe it the first time, and I complained. The front desk was apologetic. The second and third time I stayed here the same thing happened. I reported the maid again, but here I am for the fourth and last time writing this review because the people at the front desk are either not telling the maid and they do not care, or she does not care- because it happened again! Fourth times the charm I am not staying here anymore.
Nice rooms and great staff. I ran a little late checking out and they were really polite about it. My only compliants would be the towels. Which were so thin that they couldn’t absorb much water and the card key deactivated. Which required me to visit the office early in the morning to reactivate. Which was a bit of an inconvience. Otherwise it was a great stay.
I really enjoyed the size of the room very nice the only one thing was when I brought my daughter in there was pee on the toilet seat what was there already so that kind of bothers me back lucky I didnt put my daughter on it because she is handicap in a wheelchair I would have been upset
Uncomfortable, cold, the blankets were stained and dirty, the matress cover looked as if it does not get taken off between guests and washed, Gross! We have pictures that we took of the bedding. Towels in the bathroom were ripped on the ends. When we asked for an extra pillow upon check in they brought one up after 2 hours. Weird.They were more concerned with hanging out with their friends in the parking lot than taking care of guests. HmmmThe only good thing was location to disneyland and convenience stores all around.
Very nice rooms. Modern and very clean. Great location close to restaurants, grocery store, laundry, etc. Also very close to Disney and Knotts Berry. I also felt very safe because the way the property is set-up, there is only one way in and out, which passes right in front of the lobby, and there is always someone in the lobby watching the parking lot and rooms.
My experience with this Motel 6 was great. Over President weekend I stay in diferent Motel 6 in South California. This one was the best one in costumer service, housekeeping and the room was very spacious and clean. Only one thing that I notice in all Motel 6 is that they dont provide shampoo and conditioner.
Manager is extremely rude and inept at his job. Stayed here for a week and the first night was great. The next morning we got put into a room that was in a wifi dead zone and the manager refused to let us change rooms. He referred to the wifi as an amenity. The floors were incredibly dirty as they do not wet mop the faux hardwood. Then on day 5 the TV stopped working and once again the manager refused to let us change rooms or give us a partial discount. He also refused to honor the company wide military discount. Stating a copy of my DD214 wasnt sufficient proof of service.
I had the craziest experience where my car was stuck in Disneyland parking, it was 2 am, and Im not from Anaheim. I needed an emergency booking and Motel 6 really came through on the late night booking! It might not be the best location since we passed a strip club and did have to uber from Disneyland but considering the situation, the employee there made me feel safe and I had no trouble at check in! Maybe this location needs a bit of an update but in an emergency like mine, I definitely recommend this place. Thanks to the Disney security who recommended this place to me!
Even with a Do not disturb sign on the door, the maid still came in! The first day she was unsuccessful at getting in as we were in the room and had the deadbolt locked but the second day when we left our room for a bit we came back to find fresh towels but nothing else was done in our room (trash still full, bed unmade). But the point of our sign on the door was we did not want the maid in our room, at all! We didnt need fresh towels, and if she went through the trouble of ignoring our sign in the first place just to give us fresh towels why was nothing else taken care of in our room? But thats not the point, the point is last time I checked, do not disturb means stay out...
Very clean and roomy rooms! Restroom towards the front which seemed to block out noise from people coming in later. Good experience from the front desk. I left my car all day while at Disneyland with no worry whatsoever. The parking spaces are the widest I have ever seen. Very good location to walk to get food and drinks, and within a mile of Target in case you need something more. Very much recommend this very safe and convenient location while visiting the Disney area. Short 4 mile or so drive to Disneyland yet far enough away from the crowds!!!
The owner was so rude and unprofessional. Accused me of days. I tried to explain to him my mom paid for the hotel and could come to show her card but he honestly wouldnt let me say more than 2 words when he kicked me out. I left in tears. I have never been wrongly accused of something like that. And it honestly hurt because he jst would not let me say anything. I strongly urge you, Do not go to this motel!
The man at the front desk does not like dogs, but I chose the hotel for one night because it allowed dogs. He was un-friendly and made me feel very uncomfortable. I also caught him lurking outside of my door to see if I made any noise. He never gave me the password to the Wi-Fi when I checked in or gave me any information about the room or hotel. So the room was fine for what you pay but I can never stay there again.
Good value. Free parking and coffee always pluses. Mattress could be a little better, even for economy-type accommodation. Bed linens and towels could be alot better. Thin walls. Sink faucet made an awful noise and stuttered after running for a few seconds on all the way hot. Needs a plumber. TV didnt seem to work at all but not much of a TV watcher.

Did not realize Motel 6 could be so good.Cortinas italian market, and Thai kitchen both just a click away are good delicious food options.highly recommend this Motel 6.
First time in Motel6. This was last minute trip hence i dint had a choice.We got delayed with the traffic and reached at 2AM in the night.The first thing we notice after swithing on the light are cockroaches.We killed few. We had to take this room as no other room is free. They offered to spray pesticide but I refused as I have kids.Did not have time to change to other romm next day at 12 PM as we have to go and visit places (hello!).My wife went to take a shower and the shower handle comes off, takes coupe of hours to stop the flood (time 4AM in the night after long drive ).Not sure if this is M6 thing, no iron board ,hair dryer, tissues, shampoo, conditioner and complimentary breakfast. I am glad they had bath tissue!I was told the room key disables by itself for safety reasons each day. We have to get it re-keyed each night after we comeback at 11 or 12 in the night.We borrowed the Iron box from the front desk and the guy calls our room at 1AM in the night to ask it back as other customer is asking for it.I go to front desk and return the iron. I get a call from different guy at 6AM waking me up for the box. He did not check before he called me.I can go on and on...i stayed in different motels in last 20 years much cheaper and much, much better service.I am not going back to Motel 6 again, ever!
One rooms tv doesnt work, they say they have wifi and then when you tell then it isnt working the manager proceeds to tell me well its working for me. Way to take care of the people staying there. But if your looking to score some meth its a great spot to stay apparently
We chose this motel to be close to Disneyland, it was only 8 minutes away. I didnt want to stay at Maingate, I thought it would be over crowded. The room was clean. They have a refrigerator but no microwave. Free Wi-Fi. They have hard wood floor instead of carpet thats a plus. The parking lot was clean. The staff was very friendly. I felt safe, I would definitely stay again. Thanks Motel 6!!!!!!
Free Wi-Fi that doesnt even come close to the guest rooms was horrible. The non-smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke and the bed covers had cigarette burns on them. The rooms are remodeled but appear very bare like a hostel and unwelcoming. Overall this was a very bad experience staying at this hotel.
Everything else was booked, it was a last minute search, and from my first call to the front desk and speaking with Rog, throughout our stay and check out time ... Rog was wonderful. He was attentive and made us feel very welcome. He was very friendly and knows how to interact with the guest. The facility, although not lavish or fantsy ... it was clean and close to our destination (Disneyland and Convention Center). For the money, this was as best as it could possibly be. Our only complaint was the loud water pipes. It seems that you could hear showers running from at least two or three rooms away, and it sounded like it was right in the same room as we were in. Rog and the clean facility is what allows me to be able to recommend this motel, especially if your money is low, and you just need a place to sleep and shower. I was surprised of the cleanliness given the name Motel 6, because it is not generally a place we would stay.
March 2014I picked this location for its updated rooms, no bed bugs per the front desk and BedBugs Registry.It was very, very clean, guy at front desk was pleasant.Bed was far too hard for my comfort. Not enough channel selection.Yes, I would recommend this location and brand. Yes, I would stay here again. .
Not much of a complainer but i wasnt very comfortable at this property. Stayed here twice and there was always something. First stay, the shower was faulty and there was a couple roaches in the mini fridge, second stay, the TV couldnt get a signal. For $80 id at least like to take a shower.The only thing that saves this place is the front desk staff, they were very professional and a big help for me (being new to the city and all). Especially Marlene (i think that was her name). Thankfully she knew her way around and helped me with all the annoying directions id ask her about upon checkout. The big dude thats usually there late at night was pretty cool too. The front desk staff saves this place.
The manager at this location is extremely rude. We had issues with Wi-Fi during our week long stay. Not only did he refuse to be of any help, he blamed it on me not knowing how to connect. At one point he followed me out of the office yelling profanities which I thought was quite odd at a nationally known chain of Motels. The floor was absolutely disgusting and I had to fix a loose connection in the air conditioner myself because I was told that no one that worked there could fix it
Overall the property is in good condition, clean, close to shopping and restaurants and courteous staff. We came at 2:00 pm, no body was at the office. I rang the bell at least 3 or 4 times, finally somebody came. I ask if I could check-in, but they told me they did not had any rooms ready and to come back later. It was inconvenient because I had business to take care of. When I did the reservation on-line I looked for information about check-in time but I could not find it. At the property in the office they had posted information about check-out but not on check-in time. The posted check-out time is 11:00 am that seems plenty of time, to be exact 3 hours when I got there to have a room available to check in.
I had a very bad experience with customer service with this hotel. I booked a room by cheap tickets website. The worker in the hotel told me I have to pay extra money because what I paid didnt include the taxes and other fees. Anyway, while trying to understand this, the guy cancelled my reservation. I didnt ask for cancellation, he did ask me for cancellation and he told me it was over.This had never ever happened to me, and yah this work certainly did.Its ugly for a tourist having such a terrible experience with any hotels in nice area.
I always see the guy in office watching tv and when i walked in he told me that there was a complaint about my dog on my previous stay. Nothing was ever mentioned to me while I was there and I went to the office several times. He cursed at me when he told me and refused my reservation. He had no proof when I asked for it. The staff definitely make this one of the worst experiences. Ive stayed at many motel 6 and have never had this issue.
The place is way too good for their price, friendly, helpful and flexible customer service, I would recommend this location if youre visiting Anaheim and need a room, lovely beds,WIFI is fast ,and the cleaning ladies really knows what they are doing, very experience I can say..Thank you again for the lovely accommodation, will be visiting again very soon..
I did thanks the front desk personal for save me an Iwatch I forgot in the room I stayed. He was very professional and worried at the same time for me not to be able to return on time to pick it up. Over all, I will recommen this place (big rooms, clean, attention is a plus, but no pool) Don’t worry it is a safe zone.
I stayed in room 108. . . it was soooo spacious and clean, even has a lil breakfast nook, microwave, mini fridge, HD flat screen w/direct TV, great WiFi, plenty of clean towels, washcloths and floor towels. The parking could use a few more spaces but what they did have was great. One and only one compliant (not a big one to most but to my 10 year old son its major) when we connected his XboxOne the TV wasnt showing any devices connected. I even tried one of my flash drives and Amazon fire. Between the TV and where guests can plug into must have been unplugged. I understand there are people who steal TVs from motels and thats when the TV is mounted and encased the way it is but when I go to the front desk and the guy just says, I dont know anything about that,. . . thats where I have problem as far as customer service goes. . . never ever say, I dont know. . . he couldve said hell let management or maintenance know in the morning. Well I went in the morning to let them know what the issue was with the TV and the gentleman said he would tell maintenance when they come in. So I waited I shouldve ask what time that was going to be. The maid said 4pm. That wouldve been nice to know at 8am. . . dang near a whole day wasted. However, like I said I shouldve asked what time maintenance could be expected. I happened to check out late because I literally could not get my son to wake up and hes about inches away from passing me up height wise so theres no way I can pick him up and drag him out. . . I tried. . .anywho guess who came to the door to tell me checkout was at 11 and its already a quarter after. . .yup, the maintenance man. When I asked him if he had been informed about the problem we were having with the TV he said nobody had mentioned anything to him but hell check it out its probably disconnected. I thanked the man for not charging me for late check out. Its really appreciated. Next time Im in the area Im going back and requesting the same room. :)
The location was a bit difficult for Uber drivers to find (odd placement on the street). Our room had the tiniest tv, hardly amy furniture, and if you as much moved your arm to scratch your nose, the bed squeaked SO LOUDLY. like, I would roll over and wake myself up. People would stand outside with their screaming kids which wasnt very restful.
When one thinks Motel 6, generally bad images come to mind. Not anymore! I picked this location because it was closest to where I needed to be and the online pictures looked good. I was skeptical because pictures can be deceiving, but upon walking into the room, I was pleasantly surprised. It had a nice scent to it (no idea how they did that) and looked newly renovated. If you hadnt seen the outside, you would assume the room was part of a nicer hotel, and not a motel. It was a lovely stay and I had zero issues here.
We chose this location because it was close to Knotts Berry Farm and supposedly dogs are welcome at Motel6. Would not stay at this location again. No pool. Construction going on next door, so its noisy. The neighborhood doesnt look very good. Dogs are not really welcome--the staff wants you to take your dogs with you if you are leaving for the day because they said they HAVE to clean the room daily. Yeah, right. We were going to stay 3 nights, but left after one night because we obviously were not going to take our two small dogs with us to Knotts Berry Farm. We relocated to the Motel6 on Beach Blvd and the dogs were not a problem. Would not stay at the Brookhurst location again.
Each time I check into this motel, I am threatened by the front desk that my reservation was almost cancelled. If I extend my stay under a new reservation, I am threatened by the front desk that I will have to move into a new room though my new reservation is for the same type of room.Today is the 12th day of my stay and my bed has never been remade nor have the linens been changed. Ive asked for both of these services in writing and in person without success.
Racist!! I reserved a room and when I tried to check in Indian man at front desk was so rude...wasnt friendly and said me and my boyfriend couldnt sit in the lobby or outside. Thats not how you treat guests. He also cancelled my reservation because I didnt agree with his policy. Very inconvenient for me! Dont spend your money here
Front desk personnel was rude at time of checking in. When i arrived, the receptionist answered my questions in a rude manner and laughed at every question as if i were already supposed to know the answer. The room itself was decent. But the staff on the other hand was not customer friendly.
Motel 6 one of the horrible experience i went through with them. Raj i believe thats his name help me once i checked in he swiped my card and told me that there was an error going on with my card and the charge of 243$ and some cents were not release by the bank RIGHT AWAY but when i checked my account he already had charge me the 243$ on my end i didnt have that amount anymore on my account. so the next morning i was at disneyland already when he called me saying that if i dont pay him the amount that he was asking for i had to check out because the bank didnt release the amount he needed RIGHT AWAY which they did and i had to get out from disneyland to fix the issue. i talked to my bank and it got released the amount he charged me but then he ended up charging me another 243$ .the guy raj looked like he was just blaming the bank and trying to wash his hands and not even deal with the situation.it was just a bad and horrible experience never again will be booking here AGAIN !!!!! be careful people
I do not care much about the comfort. The staff, including the maid, is very friendly, *helpful*. IRS needs to keep an eye on this one. On 3-9-2015 around 10 PM, We called this location and nobody anwered the phone. We stopped by the office and saw the guy was playing with his phone. We asked him is there any double beds room available? And He told us $70 but he asked us if we wanted the receipt. My wife said to him yes but then he told us that you have to pay $11 tax if you wanted the receipt. Why there is a $11 difference if we wanted a piece of paper that we supposed to get it after making purchase ??? We decided to leave and let him went back playing with his phone. STAY AWAY!

This is the worst place Ive ever stayed at.!!!! we came for the weekend from Fresno California to visited Disneyland..we rented a room here at Motel 6 the room was decent but the worst customer service ever horrible manager dont even know how he has a job there as a manager no respect !!! The price states $70, the manager is charging $100 to $125 per room. We told him thats false advertisement. He in his broken English basically said he doesnt care. RUDE! & A LIAR!! besides no parking, theres alot of trash and garbage all over. We didnt stay here. Didnt want to risk being more disappointed in this place.
I love this motel 6. Everyone knows the bad company that cheap motel 6 brings around. The idiots that attract the law idiots. Both are an unwanted worry bringing your thoughts away from vacation and stress free family time. This motel 6 is a little off the beaten path of Disneyland and other attractions near Anaheim. Its exactly split middle of the Disneyland -Anaheim/Knots Berry farm-Buena Park attractions and very quiet and secluded from Hotel row. Only a $10 Uber/Lyft ride away from both and a 15 minute drive straight down brookhurst to Huntington Beach. Theres no pool ☹️. But who goes swimming at a motel 6 anyway.
Hello me and my wife did not like anything about our stay and the room we book was disgusting especially the bedding linens we had to buy our own to be able to sleep on the bed plus TV did not work at all and the staff did not do nothing to take care of these issues a none smoking room was a smoking room disgusting smell we will not recommend this motel to anyone waste of time &money especially money they said they could not refund our money so we left the very next day early morning out of there we ended staying at the Hilton that was our first choice in the begin but they were sold out but Saturday morning was a cancelation and we were able to grab a room there excellent room and staff we will never considered to stay at a motel 6 ever again

The receptionist was awesome but this guy he is iniani dont remember his name he was really rude I use a lot motel six at fort Bragg ca and they are so so nice they make feel like a real friend but at Anaheim ca omg in the room there were roach and beside that supposedly they cleaned the room guess what there was a beer inside the little fridge they have in the room thats not nice thats why ur paying so much money for a clean room and there was none nada of shampoo I went to ask for some shampoo at 1:30 am and I rented for two adultos and one child and they only gave one one shampoo for three people please dont do that
Horrible construction, bad area, clerk was incredibly rude and aggressive....AFTER I had paid he began asking incredibly rude and invasive questions, threatening me after I refused to answer, and for some reason felt it necessary to actually come to my room after a couple hours and criticize the way I parked my car....the parking lot is covered in rubble from construction and the only parking space left was half covered in huge chunks of concrete waist high, fortunately the space was on the end where I could park slightly at an angle into a big empty space at the end of the parking lot which actually just kind of had a lot of trash in it. After I politely pointed this out his response was well lady, you either get a shovel or park down the street or I will throw your ass out of here. I dont care. Im coming back in 5 minutes. I dont take peoples crap around here. When I tell you to do something you do it

2022-01-01Stayed in room 112 on Christmas eve the room above us was occupied by the front desk employee who stomped across the floor all night, hung out on the balcony smoking and talking on his phone.there was no place to hang jackets or clothing, shower curtain rod was bent and the curtain hung inside the tub, very poor accommodations considering we paid $120 a night.
