During the approval process I compared rates to get the best deal possible.Luckily, I was given Brians phone number, I informed him about the rates I was given. I bought my first home in San Diego through Worldwide and met William for the first time. I was very impressed with him right away. He was very knowledgeable, sincere and had one goal in mind and that was to get me a loan. Even with a bankruptcy and a foreclosure that were only a year old the VA and William got me a loan. I was very happy. I thought I would never be a homeowner again. William did all the hard work. A few years later with the same hassle free and don’t worry about it I will get it done, and he did. I recently wanted to install a solar system and I wanted to refi and take some cash out. I went to see William and it was like I just saw him yesterday. Throughout the process of buying my home, William and his staff were very attentive and friendly. However, my actual realtor Bryan Baraoidan wasnt the best to work with. I bought my home while stationed in Hawaii and had Bryan (and a local friend) go look at places for me. They both, along with my concurrence, agreed that the home was suitable for me. I was please up until I got the keys and walked in the home. In the past, when I had bought a home, my realtor had the home professionally cleaned. However, with Bryan, this didnt happen. The home was a pigsty and unlivable. That is, until I got it professionally cleaned myself. I am writing all of this because Bryan and William work hand in hand, and William is Bryans preferred lender. Needless to say, I wont be using either of them in my future home sale/buying services.

William gives it to you straight and you can trust this group of professionals for your refi or new home loan. We have closed 3 loans with them and every time we move, sell, rent or plan for our next house William is the first call I make. I stopped shopping around because their customer service is so on point. They make everything understandable and never hesitate to answer my calls when I have questions or concerns. I’m planning my next project and will finance with them again in the near future. I couldn’t recommend them any more. And he throws customer appreciation parties.
