I needed a new bed after upgrading my mattress and MOR was my first choice especially after buying a recliner there a few years ago. When I walked in the gates of heaven opened up when I saw Jeffrey. My husband and i had the best experience buying our couch with him previously, so I was ecstatic to see him back. When buying the bed he was super knowledgeable and brought up several factors had not thought about, wouldn’t have known about or considered. Had the opportunity to meet with Brian today, as we were unsure of some big choices we had to decide on before making our purchase. There was no pressure,or fast talking. I especially do not like to feel pressured into anything, it is a real turn off, and as soon as I feel that, I am out of there. However, Brian let my husband and I go back and forth with some decisions without interrupting and when he was asked for his opinion, or had to answer our many questions, he did it without any problem. He made sure we knew exactly what to expect from start to finish and had us out of there in no time. Great job on his part.

My wife and I came to this establishment ready to pay cash for a brand new couch sectional. However upon entering the salesmen (who didnt bother to introduce himself) took one look at us and walked away and ignored us for at least 45 minutes. After looking around by ourselves my wife had to go find the man at his desk to ask for help whom after we asked our questions kept walking away. I guess he just decided that because of how we were dressed we didnt have money to spend. I will not be spending any of our money in an establishment that treats people as such learn not to judge a book by its cover.

Let the salesperson Jeff know at the riverside mor store my wife was on the way to get one of there promotions and that she is in a brace for her knee if he could set it aside and he said no. I let him know we just bought a couch and loveseat from them that maybe he could set one aside. Still no. Not very good customer service. We will definitely look around for our other purchases in the future. 👎

I really wish I can give absolutely no stars. Horrible customer service. We purchased our bedset on the 21st of February and are missing parts, we drove to the warehouse many times and we got the wrong parts. We call customer service and they always promise to call back, its March 20th, 1 day short of 1 month since this purchase and STILL nobody can resolve this issue.I do not recommend. Horrible costumer service.These people only care about money, they dont care to actually help, or what happens after they get their money.

Great selection at all price points. Staff is helpful without being overly pushy. They could use some building maintenance though, leaky roofs and very dirty and broken bathrooms. I recommend buying from them. Just don’t go to the bathroom.

Although I loved the furniture I picked out, in the end I had to wait over an hour to get my furniture in the parking lot of the distribution center in Murrieta JUST so I could be handed my order incomplete… so after making two trips I wasn’t all that impressed with their service.

I had a great experience, I needed 4 dining table chairs asap and the people at More Furniture for Less were able to quickly find something that was both comfortable and affordable with a very fast turn around.It has been about a week since my purchase and I am so happy with these chairs, I now have a place to sit comfortably and can now have company over without feeling bad about having to use old chairs. I recommend this place for anyone who needs quality furniture in a timely manner.

From the time of purchase through the period of wondering if we were ever going to get our furniture to keeping us in the loop and informed each step of the way Lorenzo has been understanding of our questions and frequent contacts asking for updates, responsive and also provided guidance with contacting the finance company to further the promotion period. He’s knowledgeable about the products and the industry. Will definitely return for my furniture needs to work with him. Mor furniture is lucky to have him.

I received a call on Monday 2/14/22 stating I could receive my order at an earlier date for Wed. 2/16/22, I said great what time? I was told I would receive a call back with details, but I never did so I tried calling yesterday and today and couldnt get thru. I decided to look online and to my surprise I was able to check delivery status, no one told me I could do this.. well they have me down for todays delivery 12-4. It was very important that I know this prior til today. Normally you receive a call 24 hours til delivery with details. I checked my voice-mail and missed calls and no one has reached out!!

Pleasant shopping experience with no pressureFOLLOW UPThe quality of the furniture (bed slats in particular) are inferior within a week they had broken twice. It seems you also need a bundle board to support the mattress which the salesperson neglected to mention. It was the delivery person who informed me of this issue. Evidently they do not train the sales staff appropriately causing issues when furniture is delivered. For this reason I will never do business with this company again

Horrible place to buy from. They are so unprofessional. Bought a bed set last week and they dont even offe4 free delivery. They charge 200 for that wow how ridiculous after we spend 2k. Well my bed was missing parts and I drove back to the warehouse over and over and they still couldnt get my missing product right. Mors you are a horrible furniture store. Im glad I return my purchase but now I gotta wait till Thursday of next week so they can pick it up. Anyone reading this please you better of anywhere else

Recently made a purchase on February 28th after going to several furniture places and sofas and other furniture pieces being on back order and months out before delivery.. we decided on Mors Furniture since the sales rep stated they had the items in stock and guaranteed we’d receive our sofas within 2 weeks. It is March 26th and we still have not gotten our sofas and they are now saying April 9th! I find it so frustrating that they guaranteed me a time frame of 2 weeks and we are 4 weeks out and still nothing!! The sales rep lied his way into getting a sale!! They only care about getting their commissions and sale! Called to make a complaint and the customer service rep answered and said the manager would have the sales rep call me the following day instead of him getting on the line to speak with me directly!

Oder furniture bed set was not in stock came 3 weeks when delivered had some flaws in it like was touched up before they sent someone out to inspect it and agreed sending a replacement for headboard and footboard. Even though its not in stock wont be available for4 months I am.happy that Mohr is standing by product and getting me a replacement.

After searching for a sofa for a couple months, yesterday we looked at a couple stores with no results. As we were leaving saw MORS we had been in MORS in another city and debated going in, what the heck. Went in looking around and David approached us and asked if we had any questions. After explaining what we were looking for and showing us several, the last one we looked at we both liked. David was professional, courteous and made it a pleasure to buy.

I was out shopping for a sectional, went to two different stores before coming to Mors! As I came in I was greeted by Lorenzo who explained the promotions and how financing would work. I proceeded to walk the store a few time before deciding on the right piece. After a few hours, I ended up leaving with a sectional that folds out to a bed, a dinning table with chairs, 2 very stylish chairs and 2 very cool looking lamps. What I loved about my experience at Mors was the fact that I didnt have the sales person (Lorenzo) hounding me and/or following us around like they do at those other stores. When I was ready to buy I called Lorenzo over, he memorized the items I wanted to purchase and then we proceed to check out.The process was fairly simple and straight forward. During checkout, Lorenzo did explain that some of the items were in back order and may take a bit longer to arrived. He set me up for the earliest delivery dates possible and give me his number incase I wanted to follow up on my order. Overall I had a great shopping experience, the items were priced right, great bang for the buck. If you are shopping for furniture and you are near the Moreno Valley Mors, make sure to ask for Lorenzo, he will take care of your furniture needs.

Buyer beware. Do not purchase furniture from Mor. I purchased a dinette set a week before Thanksgivings. The chairs I received were defective. The store contacted customer service and a service technician was coming on 1/6 to repair or replace the chairs. Today is the sixth no service tech came or called. I contacted customer service and was given a bunch of BS. I was told once they delivered the furniture it cant be returned even if defective. I purchased a warranty that is useless because for the first year all defects must be handled by Mor Furniture. Now someone is suppose to fix the chairs on 1/8. Hopefully this happens but lesson learned. I will never purchase furniture from Mor again. The set I purchases was the Gia. I should have purchased from Amazon. They stand behind their products and have excellent customer service. So disappointed in Mor Furniture.
Went furniture shopping today with my brothers and ended up being greeted by a lovely woman named Monique. we werent really sure what direction we wanted to go but we ended up purchasing a couch and in the end it was her service and her hospitality that she provided that really had us sold. she is excellent at what she does and went out of her way to make us feel right at home. Super expensive, sales people dont pay attention to your questions or care to help. When you find someone they immediately ask if your planning on buying today or just looking. If you answer either way they disappear to go relax and talk to other employees. I would recommend going to Ashley furniture or somewhere else.

STAY AWAY!! Shoddy business! 5 Star reviews?? Ha!! DONT BE FOOLED. Ordered a bed/desk set in Aug of 2020!!!, and were now a day away from February!!! And still no delivery. Not even a date, keep getting lame excuses that product is not in stock. Yet the product still shows as available online, and in stores. Spend a little more time and stay away from this unorganized mess of a business. No wonder theyre always empty, in the back of a dilapidated mall.Will never shop here again.
I loved everything about Mor Furniture how I was greeted and how they treated me. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I was able to shop with no pressure or hassle from any sales personnel’s. Also Ben my sales person was amazing and friendly, not only did he made me feel welcome but he also explained everything about my purchase. Pauline helped us out on 2/15/2021. She was great in allowing us to browse their showroom and not smother us during the visit. The staff was also very friendly and making sure we were being helped throughout our time there. She answered all our questions and made sure she did not leave one stone unturned. Very friendly and helpful for the sale. I was told that they would store my furniture until my house was ready to move in, which at the time I thought how great there customer service was.Unfortunately, it wasnt until approx. a year later that we could move into my new house. Every month I kept in contact with Mor Furniture to let them know of the move in status.When I was ready to have the furniture moved in, I personally went to the store to let them know I was ready for the furniture. I was told that they only had 2 pieces of my furniture, I asked why 2 pieces when I paid for the whole set. I was told they sold the chair from the set. I asked why, if I paid for the whole set.I was not given an answer, but, instead was told they could replace it with the one on the floor. I was escorted to a recliner, which looked used & was dirty. My thoughts were is that how customers are treated?😠 I wasnt impressed and asked for a refund, which wasnt given to me immediately. I had to wait for a check to come in the mail.When received I had to look somewhere else for something similar, which I found.Bottom line, I cant tell you not to buy from this store. I can only caution you to be careful with what is said by sales people there. If they are going to hold your items until youre ready, a big caution. If you do buy from there, I suggest that you be ready to haul it away that same day, or, you might experience what I did.Lots of luck in whatever you do.
Robert and Lorenzo were amazing help to us. Really made it a great experience for my pregnant wife and I. Very informative and helpful. Never felt like they were trying to push a sale. We had numerous questions and they were very patient and helpful, steering us in the right direction. We got EXACTLY what we wanted at a very comfortable price! They beat competitive prices. My wife and I have been looking around for the past year, which means we were not willing to settle for anything less than exact what we want. Bought a L sectional sofa about 2 months ago. The couch started to wear out and break very fast, we tried out the floor model couch it was very firm which is what we looking for because we have back pain, but the couch we received was a not firm like the one we tried on. Then the arms rest frame break shortly after 2 months of normal use. Mor customer service said it was our fault to cause the damage by putting our hand on the armrest when getting up, therefore they can only do repair not replace ! Over the phone they told me it will take 3 days to repair at shop. In reality, the couch where they repaired the frame was returned to me after a month ! Then the 3 cushions will be delivered to me on 12/30/18, which is like 2 months from my repair request date !Overall, i am disappointed with the quality of the couch, if you are considering any couch there especially like the one i bought, beware the quality is very bad. The repair inspector told me manufacturer put cardboard under the round armrest that fail.Will updates on the cushion later....

My daughter has mobility issues and Pauline walked at her pace and even help her to lie down and get up from the different mattress we tried. She was so lovely to work with. I bought some things myself. She took all the time we needed and got my the beat possible deal, even it it meant her sale was less. You should fill you store with people like Pauline. I looked at an upholstered bed online and liked it. Went into the store to see it in person. Monique approached me right away asking if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and she instantly knew which one I was as talking about. Took me over to see it and I LOVED IT. She rang me up pretty quick and I was on my way out. I would strongly advise anyone looking for furniture to chose this Mor location. I recently bought my first apartment and needed full over full bunk beds (which is a rare concept) immediately to suit my roommates, and had NO LUCK finding any anywhere. However, I called this store and they had them available same day for pickup at the warehouse in San Diego. No other stores were able to accommodate my rush for the beds like this one did. The employee that assisted me today was Monique Alegre-Valerio. She helped guide me through the process of warehouse pick up in a very professional and friendly manner. As someone who works in customer service, she is the poster child of how employees should treat customers and how everyone should be. Her patience and politeness were selling points to me and made me even happier to purchase the bunk beds. I would purchase more items from Mor Furniture thanks to today’s experience and the exceptionalism they have in their employees. DO NOT BUY!!!! AWFUL COUCH AND EVEN WORSE WARRANTY!!! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND TO MUCH $$$!So two years later we are hating the couch! Its lumpy, uncomfortable, doesnt stay hooked together and is just not holding up for the price we paid. We got the full warranty, covering stains, rips, punctures etc. However, I just called them for the first time because my son spilt milk and accidentally punctured a hole in the ottoman with a pencil and our warranty experience was HORRIFIC! I had to call them, explain what happened, then they made me send them pictures via email. TWO WEEKS LATER they called said the hole and spilled milk was to extensive and they will cover NOTHING! If I called it in separately then it would be covered, but because I called them both in together my couch is now a total loss. They will do nothing for me at all. Long story short, dont buy from Mor, theyre a total joke!
We walked into Mor in Moreno Valley 20 mins before closing and I wasn’t expecting to receive great service. However, I was wrong. David Rojas met us with a smiling face and awesome customer service. He asked us what we we were looking for, gave us time and space to look around and then came back to check on us. For me it was the perfect sale. I will buy from David again!
My wife and I were initially helped by Ben, we chose a sofa and loveseat set. Given the pandemic they set the expectations that it could be awhile before we received them. After waiting a pretty long time, we decided to call and weigh our options. Another set in stock, cancel order etc. This is when Chris helped us out and was very accommodating and gave some options and advice. We decided to wait, but again it did take a while and extended the delivery. We when in and Chris was there to help us. He was great found us what we believe to be better more comfortable sets in stock and along with his manager made this sale less than our original. I dont know who gets the sale but Ben was good and Ben was great keeping us happy and saving it. If in the market for furniture Chris and his team are great
Walked in looking for an inexpensive recliner for my bedroom. Walked to the clearance area and immediately found one with a very minor defect in the arm rest. Handed Paula my Mor credit card and told her to ring it up. As she was ringing it up and preparing my paperwork, I walked around looking at other furniture. She came to me after maybe 3 minutes and offered me the same chair at a few dollars less but a brand new one instead of the clearance one. A no brainer of course on my end. So Im getting a brand new recliner for the same clearance price! Cant put a price on a good salesperson!
Went to Mor Furniture this evening just to browse with in mind we were in need of a new bedroom mattress in the very near future. Monique greeted us upon entering the store and asked if we were looking for something specific. We told her just browsing but were interested in mattresses. She pointed us in the direction and told us shed give us a few minutes to look and see would then see if we had any questions. She showed us several mattresses and explained the features. We found one we loved but upon checking were advised it was discontinued so she showed us a few more and decided on an alternative mattress. Monique was very helpful and very knowledgeable and we appreciated all of her help and patience. Cant wait to get our new bed delivered.
Lorena is an AMAZING! Sales person she took the time to show me diffrent options on couches aswell as the pros and cons of purchasing couches with certain types of fabrics. She did not make me feel rushed to purchase and the whole process was stress free the way it should be. The field tech was great and ordered our part. The downside is it took about a month to arrange for someone to come to our home and today I got a message from Mor that it will take 8 weeks to get the part to replace part of our sofa. Talk to your salesman and try to get good information to work with in the beginning of your order. Follow up with him/her for delivery information and follow up with the salesperson. I have been told that all of the furniture stores have the same problems.

One star because I can’t put zero stars. I orders my furniture on Memorial Day weekend. Yes that’s right May. Now it’s September and no furniture. The customer service is terrible no one seems to know what’s going on. No one calls me to apologize for the delay or update me. I keep calling and now they are saying November. They charged me all the money upfront but now they are not delivering and I don’t even get a discount or apology anything. I’m never coming back here again. This is unacceptable.
3 times (3.5 months) they rescheduled....COVID sit. maybe??🤔 I canceled last shipment....BUT the salesman was right on. He had a pleasant attitude & gave my undecided self great suggestions
MOR has terrible customer service and even less interest in keeping their customers happy. I bought a table and chair set that had markings on them that needed exchange. After four unsuccessful attempts at exchanging, we had settled for a 10% discount. Unbeknownst to me, it was only on the table and not the whole set, as MOR, did not specify. I tried pleading my case with customer service but they would rather lose a customer and many future customers than to give the full 10% off of the table chair combo as stated in the customer’s receipt. If I could give 0 stars I would. Get your furniture from a place that actually values their customers.
Pauline was great! We ended up purchasing a sofa, loveseat, ottoman, power recliner and 2 end tables. My husband is a big man and finding a recliner he felt comfortable in was a bit challenging. He sat in one that he was leaning towards but there was no power supply running to it. Pauline got on the floor and tried changing the battery pack to it but the charge on all the packs were low. She ended up finding an extension cord and my husband was able to test it out. We ended up purchasing that recliner. Pauline was knowledgeable in her products and made good recommendations based on our needs. We will be coming back to purchase a dining set from her in the near future.

Crystal, helped us with our purchase and I must say she is an excellent salesperson, she makes the transaction a breeze and very relaxing. Without realizing we purchased $11,000 worth of items. We were very pleased with her service. The only downside was that the restroom did not have any soap, and was not very clean.

We really like the wide selection, the option to finance, & promotions. The only complaint would be that we were not greeted for the first hour that we were there. It was also our first time visiting the store. There was a few Sales associates that walked by us several times and did not even greet us. We noticed there was a white couple that as soon as they walked in the door they were greeted & were getting shown around. Luckily, we were eventually greeted by Crystal & she was so friendly & ready to help! She was patient when we had told her we wanted to keep looking & we really appreciated that she made our transaction run smoothly. She knows what it takes to deliver great customer service & we will definitely be going back & will only ask for her. Thanks Crystal! I will update the review once we receive our furniture!

He was incredibly helpful in helping me complete my “renovation” by offering the best products for my office space, I’m sure a lot of people out there are undertaking similar projects or possibly furnishing a new home. I highly recommend this store but more importantly, ask for Lorenzo! Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had. 2022-05-03I had an AMAZING experience at Mor furniture. Brian Bosch helped me and my boyfriend get perfect furniture for our new home. I’m a pretty picky person and when I know what I want I’m usually set in stone. Brian listened to exactly what I wanted and helped us pick the perfect pieces. When certain pieces were not available in colors I wanted he showed me other pieces and I actually liked them better. What I really liked about my experience was that Brian was HELPFUL and NOT pushy or arrogant how most sales people come across which I really appreciated.

2022-04-30Our shopping experience at Mor was the best out of all furniture stores we’ve visited to find a couch for our new apartment. The vibe I got here was so calming and inviting, unlike that of other stores which had so much pressure to buy. Of course I know that these stores want to make a sale, but sometimes that pressure goes too far and it really turns you off. Associates at other stores were so pressuring, and when I told them I wasn’t going to purchase something just yet it was as if they didn’t care anymore. At Mor our associate Anthony was incredible. He had such a reassuring vibe about everything, answered all our questions, was very transparent, and low pressure. He spent time with us and focused on us when we needed it, and gave us the space to think when we needed it. “Make yourselves at home” he says and I really felt it. We walked out having found our new couch. I highly recommend visiting Mor and seeking out Anthony for assistance!

They had an excellent selection of items we were considering (a pair of reclining chairs or console loveseat). We saw a range of possible items which fit our desires with a very suitable set of options/prices/colors/etc. We ended up buying exactly what we wanted.

2022-02-07This was our first time at Mor furniture store and we were please with the quality and service we receive. We had just stop to check on the bed sets and found many selections and good prices with the presidents sale. Monique was very helpful and super knowledgeable about the products. We ended up purchasing a bed set and also a recliner that was at a good price. She made our transaction fast and enjoyable. She suggested the protection warranty and how the whole procedure work if we ever had to use it. She was very specific and clear of how our product will be deliver and what to expect once it arrive. She made us feel at peace knowing that we can contact her if we had any questions or concerns. So my husband and me will definitely be going back when we ever need anything for our home, because Monique Alegre Valerio made our experience even better.
